When we eventually got a room...19 hours after our arrival..the pool with our apartment was lovely. Great location to Pefki

Being ferried from eagles nest to lindos nest then back to eagles nest because of over booking. Sam the first guy on reception was amazing but the lady rhe following day, flora made us feel like we were being unreasonable and kept asking us why are you asking me it is not my fault your room isn't ready...after 19 odd hours and three moves in that time. Absolutely shocking and not even an apology from.the manager. Not so much as please take a seat in the bar and we will get u a drink. We met 4 other couples and one woman solo traveller in her 80s who all said they had had the same experience.

מלון צנוע אבל שמור ומטופל.נמצא במקום נוח מאוד. יש בריכה נהדרת ונקיה, ארוחת בוקר צנועה אבל מספיקה, צוות נהדר!! שכחנו פספורטים בחדר , גילינו את זה רק בנמל טעופה. הצוות שלח לנו עם נהג מונית ! כל הכבוד . תודה על השרות ויחס!נחזור שוב!

Eagles Nest canceled our booking unilaterally after 10 pm on the night before our stay. Reason given was that they were overbooked. All attempts to reinstate the booking with the hotel and booking.com were unsuccessful. Booking.coms helpline online as well as by telephone were fruitless. We were left to find alternative accommodation within a few hours of arrival at our destination.

Tolles Personal, sehr sauber, super Lage

L'emplacement est parfait, l'hôtel très calme. A 20mn à pied du centre de Pefki. Nous avions une belle chambre avec une terrasse magnifique. Vue mer avec jacuzzi, bain de soleil et salon de jardin. La literie est très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet avec un chef qui vous cuisine des omelettes à volonté. Du jus d'orange frais et beaucoup de choix aussi bien sucré que salé avec des produits locaux. Merci à l'ensemble du personnel pour sa gentillesse et sa serviabilité.

L'hôtel est un peu défraichi, le ménage n'était pas toujours bien fait, les serviettes sont usées et tâchées. Le sèche cheveux mural ne fonctionnait pas.

Situation et piscine

Pas de vue de notre chambre, balcon devant un mur de rochers. WC qui coule sur le sol ( heureusement eau propre) mais aucune remediation ou changement de chambre malgré notre plainte. Propreté très superficirlle (coins sales, détritus ds les pots de fleurs et interstices…)

Sangue nel bagno della stanza! Sporco! Ci cambiano stanza e troviamo ben 3 scarafaggi che ci camminano in faccia di notte in due notti diverse sebbene finestre e zanzariere sempre chiuse oltre ad essere completamente sporca anche la nuova stanza(abbiamo dovuto pulirci il wc da soli sebbene sollecitati più volte per la presenza di macchie verdi e segni di macchie tipo di vomito completamente incrostato). TERRIBILE! Solo dopo aver minacciato di chiamare le autorità poiché non volevano risolvere il problema, ci hanno spostato in un’altra struttura (appartenente alla stessa catena). Nessun supporto ne assistenza da parte di booking.

Πρόκειται για ένα ξενοδοχείο με ωραίες εγκαταστάσεις σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή που προσφέρει χαλάρωση και ηρεμία. Το πρωινό είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία αλλά δε θεωρώ ότι ήταν ποιοτικό. Θα προτιμούσα πιο μικρή ποικιλία αλλά πιο φρέσκα προιόντα. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο.

Θεωρώ ότι ενώ έχει προοπτικές το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο δίνει την αίσθηση εγκατάλειψης. Οι πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια θέλουν άμεσα αντικατάσταση. Το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα ήταν τα μυρμήγκια στο ξενοδοχείο, μυρμήγκια παντού ακόμα και πάνω στο κρεβάτι. Γενικά στο κομμάτι της καθαριότητας απογοητεύτηκα πολύ από το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.

Είχαμε κλήση την junior suite με την ιδιωτική πισίνα, ο Κύριος στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και μας ενημέρωσε για τις υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου, το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και το πρωινό είχε τα πάντα... Τα λέμε του χρόνου που θα έρθουμε με τα παιδιά μας...

Breakfast was fine, and the staff were friendly and kind. The receptionist gentleman was very helpful when we had numerous problems from day one to the last day.

From the time of our arrival to the hotel, the room toilet was filthy, and the fridge and TV were not working. The floor was covered with small insects. The duty receptionist was useless, and she expected us to clean the toilet because there was no cleaner on duty, until I started protesting. I demanded a different room, and she said that the hotel was full. We spent a night in that room, and it was a nightmare. The following day, the reception manager, a very nice person, tried to solve the problem by giving us another room, but this time the toilet in the bathroom was leaking. They could not fix it during our stay, and our 3-night small holiday was ruined.

Everything it was amazing the deluxe room with the jacuzzi bath and own private pool. Friendly staff did everything to help If needed. The pool was nice not to big either, great to cool down after a hot day. Sun is on the pool all day aswell Great aircon in the room aswell. The bed was massive

Confort del letto OK, piscina OK, posizione OK. Lo staff della cucina è stato sempre gentilissimo e sorridente. Lo staff in reception ha provato in qualche modo a risolvere i nostri problemi ma abbiamo dovuto attendere fino ad essere costretti a chiedere il cambio stanza.

Stanza 3003 assegnata all'arrivo: WiFi non funzionante. Formiche nel bagno e all'ingresso. Aria condizionata dipendente dalla scheda della stanza accanto, quindi non potevo accenderla quando serviva. Siamo morti di caldo nei momenti in cui eravamo in stanza. WC montato a sospensione con agganci rotti, era storto e perdeva acqua dalla parte posteriore. Il bagno era sempre allagato sul pavimento. Segnalato appena arrivati, non è stato preso alcun provvedimento, si limitano a mettere un asciugamano sul pavimento, probabilmente era già sporco quindi si è riempito di formiche. Che schifo... Asciugacapelli rotto: segnalato appena arrivati, ci hanno rimandato per due giorni dicendo lo dobbiamo sostituire e intanto la mia fidanzata non sapeva come asciugare i capelli. Asciugamani "puliti" pieni di macchie. Dopo tanta insistenza riesco ad avere cambio stanza con la 3001: WC perde ancora acqua. Il chiusino sul pavimento è otturato e tutta la schiuma della doccia è riemersa dal pavimento allagando il bagno, riportando a galla dei pezzettini di colore scuro... non oso immaginare di cosa si sia trattato!! Io e la mia fidanzata siamo viaggiatori abituali, siamo in grado di adattarci a tante situazioni ma qui abbiamo totalmente perso la pazienza. Non voglio dare la colpa allo staff in reception che ha provato a supportarci, ma il risultato è stata una vacanza non all'altezza delle aspettative per colpa dell'alloggio davvero pessimo.

Le personnel est très gentil et disponible. Il y a plusieurs plages, restaurants à proximité. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

El desayuno estaba abundante con mucho que escoger. Lo único malo era el agua de la máquina del jugo. No sabía bien . La ubicación me pareció un poco lejos del centro pero nada imposible de hacer. La Piscina excelente y Jerry en el bar era muy simpático y con ganas de ayudar.

Que no tuvieran un agua más potable y que las máquinas del gym fueran tan viejas.

The included breakfast was great. Plenty of choices for all tastes. The pool area was very nice, with a bar, and wasn't too busy.

Communication between day staff and night staff could be stronger - some messages didn't get passed.

La posizione strategica e la vista

La scarsa igiene, l’assenza di confort minimi come il phon e prodotti da bagno. Inoltre non rispondono alle e-mail e non danno informazioni. Jacuzzi sporca, formiche ovunque e vasca da bagno che perdeva.

Très belle vue sur mer, chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner excellent avec jus d’orange frais tout les jours, le chef vous faits des omelettes minutes avec les ingrédients que vous voulez. Personnel de l’hôtel très gentil, souriant et serviable, mention spéciale pour George et Jarry qui ont été très sympathique et ont rendu ce séjour plus agréable.

Il faudrait penser à renouveler les serviettes de bain pour les chambres

Another exceptional stay! Eagles Nest is my go-to for Pefkos and the near areas, since it completes all my needs. It is safe, clean, quiet, with helpful happy staff and excellent breakfast. Value for the money you pay. -Cleanliness : I always am welcomed with a clean room and clean bathroom (i do check). The patio outside is always clean and the furniture in good condition. The private pool is crystal clear with privacy wall from the street, as is the common pool. Cleaning Staff does their utmost to combat the wind and sand and deserve a praise. -Facilities : Everything is as stated in the descriptions and maintained enough for the age/class of the hotel. So you want brand new things for whatever weird reason? find a brand new place. I love Eagles Nest for its character and comfort. You dont get that in a snobby place whatever you pay. -Staff : Happy, working hard despite workload, speaking many languages, ready to help, good people all. -Breakfast : as always, compliments to chef and staff. They make a homely breakfast with loads of choices and cooked dishes, prepared with love. You know when a cook loves his work. -safety : Hotel is secure, as is the parking outside if you come by car. At any hour. -near area : its really not that far from the centre of Pefkos and I am a person with a cane. Area is clean, quiet and authentic Rhodian, since many locals live around there.Nights are serene. My tip, always book ahead and best times are September-October ♥♥♥

Very calm and peaceful, lovely views and staff helped whenever needed

Wir hatten hier ein Zimmer mit Jacuzzi. Dieses war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Jacuzzi auf dem Balkon war auch richtig gut! Das Personal war stets sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer war stellenweise nicht ordentlich geputzt und hatte schon den ein oder anderen Schönheitsfehler. Eine kurze Anleitung für den Jacuzzi wäre klasse.

People first of all, I’ve never experienced so friendly people they wanted with a big smile to help you and you could find them super easy and fast. Private pool was super clean and the room very nice and comfortable. 10/10

La première chambre qu’on a eu (chambre avec piscine) y’avait des fourmis partout dans la chambre et même sur le lit, la salle de bain était très sale. (Photos à l’appuie) On a dû payer de notre poche une autre chambre la première nuit dans un autre hôtel car notre chambre sentait très fort le spray contre les fourmis. Le jour d’après le réceptionniste très sympathique nous a donné une autre chambre avec piscine. La piscine sentait très mauvais, après le nettoyage de la chambre le sol est toujours trop mouillé et ça sent très mauvais. Utilisation du même serpillière et même eau pour chaque chambre… La salle de bain en général sentait mauvais surtout après une chasse d’eau ou bien après la douche. Le petit déjeuner était bien.

Der Service hat uns gut gefallen. Besonders George und Karry standen uns immer zur Verfügung und haben einen tollen Job gemacht. Auch Fragen über die Insel konnten sie uns gut beantworten und da haben uns die besten Tipps gegeben. Die Lage ist super man erreicht schnell alles und ist trotzdem nicht in einer touristischen Gegend. Das Ambiente war sehr schön. Es war immer ruhig und sehr freundlich. Der Pool war sauber und groß und das Frühstück ausgiebig. Mit dem Barmann Jerry war immer ein netter Plausch möglich. Alles in allem ist gastfreundlich der Griechen nicht zu übertreffen. Sie werden alles tun, bis man zufrieden ist. Das ist sehr spürbar in diesem Hotel. Dieses Hotel werden wir definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Das wir nicht noch eine Woche länger bleiben konnten

Der Barkeeper Jerry ist ein guter Mann. Sehr freundlich. Der Koch und die Kellner beim Frühstück sind auch sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist perfekt.

BLEIBT FERN VON DIESEM HOTEL. Folgendes: ich habe ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Ich habe das aber nicht bekommen ich habe nur zwei Einzelbetten bekommen. Ich habe das bei der Rezeption gemeldet und die Rezeption hat sich dann beim Manager gemeldet. Der Manager wollte aber mit mir nicht reden und wollte gar keinen Kontakt mit uns. Er meinte nur dass wir eh das richtige Zimmer haben. Das stimmt aber nicht das ist also sehr kundenfreundlich. Ich habe mich dann bei Booking gemeldet und Booking hat versucht den Manager zu kontaktieren. Der Manager hat aber nicht mal Booking geantwortet und somit haben sie mein Geld genommen für ein Zimmer dass ich gar nicht bekommen habe. Zusätzlich ist das Hotel auch noch sehr sehr schmutzig und es gibt sehr viele Käfer am Boden. Die Zimmer werden fast gar nicht gesäubert sondern es wird nur der Dreck verwischt. Die Handtücher sind auch sehr dreckig und die Bettwäsche auch.

Les chambres ne sont pas bien nettoyées, ayant poussé le lit pour récupérer quelque chose, quelle désagréable surprise de retrouver des déchets de la crasse, et une quantité impressionnante de poussière accumulée, même après plusieurs passages des femmes de ménage. Pas d'électricité dans la chambre temporaire fournie jusqu'à 20h, car notre chambre finale avait un problème technique... Notre chambre finale sentait la cigarette et l'humidité y régnait en permanence. La salle de bain est un véritable sauna tellement il y fait chaud. C'est un établissement qui avait du potentiel, mais qui vieillit mal et trop rapidement, l'escalier qui donne sur le roof garden donne l'impression qu'il va se briser a chaque pas que l'on fait, les installations en général, restaurant, bar de la piscine, la piscine tout est en mauvais état et manque de propreté. On est loin du luxe promis...

Struttura al di sotto delle aspettative. Un po' datata e con diversi difetti (doccia senza tenda o vetri, vasca che perde acqua, cassetti che restano aperti, lenzuola più corte del materasso, nessuna opzione gluten free per colazione...)

Central for Peftos and just far enough to get a taxi to Lindos. Not in all the hustle and bustle which we liked. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Toller Pool vor der Terrasse. Auch nachts nutzbar. Super netter Koch (zuständig fürs Frühstück). Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker.

The breakfast was good, and the swimming pool in the balcony of the junior suite rooms is very nice.

The room smells awful as soon as you close all the doors. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, which means that when you take a shower, all the humidity spreads into the room. The shower cabin is missing a door, and the toilet door has swollen due to the humidity and is rusty everywhere there are metal parts. The towels are old, and they were not changed even once during our five-night stay. The cleaning was very poor; you can see hair from previous guests all over the place. When they clean, it seems like they just move dirt from one corner to another. Overall, this room is overpriced given its condition.

Rodos merkeze nereeyde 1 saat, iyi beachlere 40-45 dakika uzaklıkta olduğu için çok yorulduk. Beachlerin kalabalıklığını düşünürsek her sabah şezlong bulmak için erkenden yola çıktık. Tatilden çok yorgunluk oldu.

The place is absolutely disgusting!!! I stayed there with my baby. My one year old baby was crawling in pubic hairs!! Hairs and black hair everywhere!!! Absolutely discrathful. When I arrived, no cott in the bedroom although I had specifically called three days before to ask and send a request via booking. The person said yes no problem. When I arrived, the person didn't know where they were so baby obliged to sleep with me with no security rails, super dangerous! Second night, finally had a cott but with no base! So still couldn't sleep in the cott, third night the sheet was too small, covering her face! So also had to sleep in my bed. Each day they though they were cleaning well as I complained, it was absolutely still disgusting!! First night we had a cockroach in the bedroom then 1000ants un the morning! Go and stoo a one year old crwling everywhere! I won't even talk about the jacuzzi that we obviously did not use! Was disgusting, sand at the bottom, I don't want to imagine what happened in there but clearly the water wasn't changed nor cleaned! The whole experience was just disgusting and other clients also complained about their bedroom that was also disgusting! Tge reception woman answered them "greek style"! And the cleaner also that came in the morning enteringwithout even knocking or waiting an answer!! This is outrageous, above all with a baby crawling everywhere in other people hairs!! The reception guy was nice and did his best but when I arrived I only had a key bedroom and that s it. No wofi code, no breakfast time, no explaining the facilities...

My room wasn’t cleaned properly before I got there, could tell somebody had taken a shower just before I arrived. Outside of cleanliness, it was a beautiful room

At jeg IKKE fikk deluxe rom med utsikt da kortene fungerte ikke samt at det var en gedigen kakerlakk på puten oppå sengen da vi kom inni rommet. Jeg filmet den og viste den til hun i resepsjonen. Vi fikk et rom uten utsikt som var veldig utslitt og hadde 2 harde enkle senger i bytte mot det vi bestilte og fikk INGEN kompensasjon men det er ikke forseint håper jeg!

Quite a distance out of Pefkos, although we had car so no problem. No complaints at all, always sun beds around the pool, breakfast was varied and always fresh, George did a great job. Nice gym, used daily and always cool, great area for walks. Would definitely return.

Schitterend uitzicht & een heel bijzondere kamer met privézwembad, heerlijk om hier na een dag rondrijden terug te komen voor een verkoelende duik.

De eerste dag kwamen we helaas in een kamer die niet goed was schoongemaakt maar dit hebben ze de dag erna gelukkig gelijk rechtgetrokken.

Gera vieta, netoli yra parduotuvė, restoranai, prie viešbučio yra parkingas. Privatus baseinas buvo puikus. Pusryčiai kiekvieną dieną vienodi, maistas nėra labai įspūdingas - sūrokas, daržovės apdžiuvę, nors pasirinkti tikrai yra iš ko, vis tik norėtųsi šviežesnio maisto. Bendrai kambarys atrodo kaip nuotraukose, viskas lyg ir gerai, bet galėtų būti ir geriau.

Privatus baseinas buvo puiku, vis tik norėtųsi daugiau privatumo - sienelės skiriančios nuo kaimynų nėra aukštos. Kambaryje trūko švaros, terasoje prie baseino buvo skruzdžių. Kambario durys stipriai praleidžia garsą - nuo 7 val. ryto girdisi kaip dėliojami pusryčiai, groja muzika. Lova labai kieta.

Fijne locatie dichtbij verschillende eettentjes en strand. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor het hotel. Fijn zwembad met bar. Gezellige Barman Jerry. Ontbijt is prima.

Kamers konden schoner. Met name de badkamer was niet volledig schoon met veel kalkaanslag en nog viezigheid van vorige bezoekers. Het was een bad-douche zonder gordijn waardoor de gehele badkamer nat werd, en bij vragen om een wisser hadden ze deze niet. Daardoor stond je vaak met natte voeten in de badkamer.

We had an amazing stay at Eagles Nest Hotel in Pefkos. Upon arrival we got a room upgrade with a jacuzzi completely for free which was lovely! George at the desk was very kind and helpful and so were the other two receptionists at the later shifts. The cleaning lady Claudia was very friendly and is always smiling, and the rooms were always very clean. The handy man was also very friendly and cleaned the Jacuzzi during our stay so it was very comfortable. The breakfast was incredible and super diverse, it is made by a very kind chef who makes small talk every day. The other kitchen staff is also super friendly. The facilities at the hotel like the swimming pool, the gym, the rooftop bar and public toilets were also clean and nice. There is a little shop at the hotel which has very fair prices. All in all we had a great stay and would definitively come back again next time we visit Rodos!

Il y avait plein de gros cafards ….. et on nous a dit qu’il y aurait 2 lits doubles , c’est faux en arrivant on a eu droit un double lit et un canapé lit très inconfortables . Ménage mal fait

The working staff was amazing. George from the reception, George from the breakfast and his workers there. They all were so friendly and do everything to make your stay pleasant. They are always in for a little talk! Which made us feel welcome in the hotel. Also our room, family suite with seaview. It was clean and cleaned daily!

The bathroom could be a little more updated and more spacious because we are with four people. But it didnt bother us that much. We had good showers with warm water. We had some ants, but if you eat in the room en clean up after yourself it was all good. It didnt bother us that much. Also because they clean the rooms daily.

Le personnel, la piscine privée, le petit déjeuner, le bar de la piscine, la Clim, la supérette dans l’hôtel,la proximité du centre de pefkos. La plage a 500 mètres est superbe.

La fuite d’eau dans notre salle de bain, serviettes de bain trop vielles, draps de lits trop petits.

- Le nettoyage (les serviettes, linges couvre lit et couettes étaient juste pliés ou mise en place, pas changés il y avait toujours les mêmes tâches) beaucoup de fourmis sur les lits et le sol. - Le personnel d’accueil (À part George qui a fait tout son possible pour nous aider, la réceptionniste du soir a été très désagréable tout le séjour en refusant d’aider et en poussant les problèmes au lendemain à chaque fois. De voir avec George, alors qu’il est réceptionniste aussi). Nous étions dehors toute la journée, une fois rentrée, la chambre etait encore une fois pas nettoyée, les memes taches sur les linge juste plier, beaucoup de fourmis parterre et sur les lits, la réceptionniste est venue voir et n’a rien fait, en nous accusant d’avoir mangé, alors qu’on venait d’arriver, la chambre était censé être « propre ». On ne pouvait pas dormir avec des fourmis et avec aucune solution. Une des raison principale qui nous a fait quitter l’hôtel un jour avant. - Le confort des lits (inconfortable et dur) - La description (nous étions 4, nous avons reservé 2 lits double, on s’est retrouvé avec un lit double et un canapé lit qui nous a fait mal au dos, à cause de la barre métalique du canapé) -équipements et salle de bain assez vieux

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top – zwei wunderschöne Buchten sind fußläufig erreichbar, ruhig, nicht überlaufen und fast schon wie kleine Geheimtipps. Perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für mich absolut überzeugend. Das Frühstück war klasse: frisch gepresster Orangensaft, ein Omelette nach Wunsch, frisches Obst und alles, was man braucht – da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: so freundlich und herzlich, wie ich es selten erlebt habe. Egal ob Jerry an der Bar, Georgie an der Rezeption, die Dame im Empfang oder der Kollege aus der Nachtschicht – alle waren unglaublich zuvorkommend und gut gelaunt. Ich habe mich richtig wohlgefühlt. Ich kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen, wenn es mich nochmal nach Rhodos verschlägt

Breakfast was very good and variety every day. Small cosy swimming pool, staff was friendly, close to restaurants.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep, the rooms were not vacuum cleaned, sand, hair. Bathroom towels are quite old. In general it needs room renovation.

I loved our stay at Eagles Nest. The staff is very nice and friendly, breakfast was excellent, the pool eas great, and they even have a gym!

Le séjour était fantastique. Le personnel est très sympathique notamment Georges toujours dispo pour nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner est très correct et la piscine parfaite pour bronzer. De nombreux restaurants magnifiques disponibles à pied depuis l’hôtel ainsi qu’une plage. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. :)

Fourth stay this year, this time we tried out the private pool room. July for Rhodes is a tough time, its hot, its extra sunny and the private pool was the best choice we could have made. First of all, room was clean. I checked toilet, sink, bathtub all clean. Floor, even under bed, clean and well as the private patio outside. Bedding and towels clean. Kettle and fridge worked and the air-conditioning works fast as well. Pool is exactly like in the pictures and was chlorinated very well and with clean walls and no algae. Now for customers who complain about 'dated' everything, they should have tried the 5*resort we went last year that was OLD AND DATED and we paid 4x of what Eagles Nest offers for that. Unless a hotel is extra, super new : metal in pools, steps, stuff that easily gets calcifications in the humid Rhodian air, will not be extra shiny. I found the pool area, not dated, but normal and completely safe and clean. <-this is what you want in the end. For July I was amazed at the absence of any insects indicating neglect or contamination. The mini ants are a NATURAL thing that shows the hotel is keeping with environmental regulations. Out of 5 rooms, only our neighbour, who left food outside, saw many ants. We saw a few that went away. You dont leave food outside in summer for ANY reason. Again not the fault of the hotel. The neighbour room complained about mosquitoes while the other 4 rooms had none. Again not the fault of the hotel I think. We sat outside all night to enjoy the pool and it was safe, private and lovely. Staff are doing their outmost to help customers. They are cheery and smiling and do their best. Bravo everyone. ♥ Oh the breakfast, The Chef and his staff are on a quest to make tastier and tastier food every-time we visit. This time there was haloumi, there were red/green baked peppers, omelette salad... bravissimo! ♥♥ We had fellow Greeks in the other room next to ours.If Greeks visit a Greek hotel. You know its good.

Mükemmel bir kahvaltısı var. Avrupa'da böyle kahvaltı verilen bir otelle karşılaşmadım ben. Personeli çok ilgili ve yardımsever.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich , es war ein schöner Pool - auch mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, was bei heißen Temperaturen toll ist. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Wenn man Probleme hatte - wurde sich sofort gekümmert . Der Jacuzzi war toll. Ganz besonders lobenswert war das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet.

Die Putzleistung, hat ehrlich gesagt etwas zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Grundsätzlich war es sauber - aber im Hotel war wirklich ein Ameisen Problem - sie sind immer durchs Zimmer gelaufen und waren dadurch auch teilweise im Bett. Sie haben nichts gemacht - aber muss halt nicht sein. Wer penibel auf Sauberkeit Wert legt - muss klare Ansagen machen. Z.B. wurde nie von alleine drauf geachtet ob noch genug Shampoo Flaschen da sind. Einige Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen und müssten repariert werden - aber es war nichts dramatisches

We stayed in the rooms with their own pools, the rooms were gorgeous, the pool was great to have in the hot summer. Breakfast every morning was delicious with lots of variety. It’s walkable to so many restaurants with parking outside aswell if you’re renting a car. The staff were so friendly and helped us check in early.

I really loved how quiet this hotel is. Even though there were other people - you can’t hear them and I appreciated that I could enjoy the silence and solitude. Breakfast is very good and tasty , fresh and rich. Also, a big plus that you can ask reception about car hire. Special mention deserve Karen and George who were absolutely lovely and helpful and who tried their best to make my stay comfortable and welcoming

1. It’s a shame they don’t have dinner meals and there’s no actual functioning restaurant 2. I would really pay more attention to non smoking policy. I try to be flexible and understanding about people coming at their vacation but as a person with asthma I don’t appreciate smelling cigarettes and marihuanna at the territory of hotel. For me personally it’s a dealbreaker
