Pefkos Eye

I stayed in the apartment that is themed as Greek eye (mati). It was on the ground floor, nice big apartment. Loved the details it felt like it was put it together with love. Bed was big and comfy, had fridge and owner was very communicative on whatsapp and is a lovely person. Pefkos eye is 30 seconds walk to the stunning St Thomas Beach and 1 minute to Plakia beach and is very nearby to the centre with shops and restaurants and the bus stop. I also appreciated a lot how well the airconditioning was working as last year I was really suffering in the heat at another place and the large comfy shower. Also the apartment had a nice oitsode area to sit and cats came visit me <3 Will be back!

il gestore e' un simpatico istrione che ha vissuto molti anni fuori dalla grecia per poi tornare per fare quello che probabilmente ha sempre desiderato. Le camere e gli spazi comuni risentono di questa passione, sono molto originali e piene di oggetti o soluzioni architettoniche geniali, colorate, originali rispetto alle solite camere tutte uguali. Il giardino e' curatissimo, i gatti gironzolano sempre, l'ambiente in generale e' davvero gradevole. A piedi si arriva in una piccola spiaggia tranquilla e con acqua ... greca.

nulla di che, la pressione dell'acqua della doccia a volte cala nelle ore di punta. Le camere a piano terra sono appartamentini perfetti, al primo piano diventano dei monolocali con all'interno anche il bagno e la privacy potrebbe un po' risentirne

The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable and the quality of the accommodation was exceptional. The gardens are pretty and the host was lovely and so helpful.

- eine tolle Anlage mit schöner Bepflanzung - eigene Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne - sehr hilfsbereiter, herzlicher Besitzer - ausreichend Platz im Zimmer - liebevoll dekoriertes Zimmer mit toller Kunst aus Lindos - alles fußläufig zu erreichen - es gab Salz und Pfeffer :) - ein Napf für die Katzen, um immer frisches Wasser bereitstellen zu können - so hatten wir auch immer liebe Katzengäste bei uns :)

Wenn man meckern möchte, dann wäre ein Schneidebrett und ein kleines Messer in der Küche toll.

Location was amazing, there's a little beach just down the street that is beautiful and way less busy than the other ones. The room had everything that we needed, the kitchen is small but equipped, there's hangers for clothes and a little balcony with a rack for drying clothes. Highlight is Banana the Dackel\Dachshund of course!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Panayotis qui est un hôte charmant. La literie est excellente, service de ménage quotidien, tout est très bien entretenu. . Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine tous les jours qui se situe à 100m dans l'hôtel juste à côté et la plage en bas de la rue. Parking gratuit

Super location - central but doesn't get noise from Colusium pool or Cheeky bar. Rooms are decorated to very high standard as well as being funky / unique.

Water pressure !!! -- reallly poor half of of the days when we (and other people) wanted a shower around 6-7pm. Sometimes the WiFi was very slow too. Room 1 was smelly once or twice for some reason but not always.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica in questa struttura. La posizione è davvero fantastica: si trova a pochissimi metri dal mare ed è immersa in un ambiente rilassante e molto tranquillo, perfetto per chi cerca un po' di relax. Comodissimo anche il posto auto riservato, un grande vantaggio che ci ha permesso di muoverci senza pensieri. Il nostro monolocale era super pulito, curato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Un plauso speciale va a tutto lo staff per l'accoglienza e la gentilezza. Un ringraziamento particolare a Panayotis: una persona squisita, estremamente simpatica, gentile e sempre disponibilissima per qualsiasi esigenza. Ci ha fatti sentire davvero a casa! Ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto ogni aspetto. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremmo subito!

Cosa si potrebbe migliorare Piccoli prodotti per la cucina: Sarebbe stato molto utile trovare un piccolo flacone d'olio d'oliva o dei condimenti base per non dover acquistare bottiglie intere per pochi giorni di soggiorno. Detersivo per i panni: Un goccio di detersivo per il bucato a mano avrebbe fatto comodo a chi desidera sciacquare rapidamente qualche indumento o il costume dopo il mare. Protezione per le zanzare: La presenza di qualche zanzara (normale vista la vicinanza al mare) potrebbe essere mitigata fornendo un fornelletto piastrina o uno zampirone per il balcone/terrazzo. Piccole accortezze che renderebbero l'esperienza davvero impeccabile!

Pefkos Eye is a lovely boutique style hotel with very good size rooms and bathrooms .Situated only a few minutes from the beach, the Coliseum pool and the main strip of the town where you are spoiled for choice with many top quality restaurants, this is an ideal choice for families or travelling couples. It is clean and well maintained. The owner is so friendly and helpful and makes you feel welcome like a family member upon your arrival; and so does his lovely dog “Banana”. My family and I had a truly wonderful stay here.

La posizione: vicinissima la spiaggia di San Thomas una delle più belle di Rodi , taverne ristoranti mini market tutto a portata di mano. Il proprietario gentilissimo e molto cordiale pronto a dare consigli x una piacevole vacanza.

Purtroppo le foto sono ingannevoli. Avevamo scelto questa struttura per avere una vista sul mare direttamente dalle camere, invece il terrazzo era al piano superiore accessibile solo dall'esterno ( cosa non chiara dalle foto). Entrambi i ns.appartamenti ( eravamo 2 famiglie) avevano uno dei due letti matrimoniali completamente a terra che può essere si uno stile particolare ma può essere anche problematico per chi ha difficoltà motorie ( basta specificarlo).

Casetta munita di tutto il necessario, host simpatico e sempre presente per ogni necessità. Posizione ottima e silenziosa con tantissimi gatti simpatici.

L'emplacement est bien. A côté de la rue principale et à quels pas des restaurants sympa, mais au calme. La plage au bout de la rue est bien pour le snorkeling (vite fait) Parking pratique dans l'établissement

Il n'y a pas de piscine contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce. Donc n'espérez pas laisser des enfants se baigner ou en profiter en rentrant de visite.

Great location close to a smaller/cute/not-crowded beach, and around the corner from the strip with the restaurants and pubs. The apartment is a gem - pretty small but decorated with style, super clean, with a great bed and well equipped. The host, “Peter”, is super nice.

Perhaps the noise of the AC, but you get used to it quickly.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Panayotis qui est un hôte très accueillant, très gentil et se plie en 4 pour répondre à nos besoins. C'est un véritable artiste qui a su décorer les lieux (chambres et jardin) avec beaucoup de goût et d'originalité. La chambre est dans un endroit calme et raiment très bien placée à 150 m de la mer à pied avec une petite plage un peu sauvage peu fréquentée avec un loueur de quelques transats, mais nous disposions aussi d'une piscine magnifique et propre juste à côté de l'établissement et suffisamment profonde et grande pour y nager! La chambre est bien climatisée et dispose d'un balcon vue sur la mer ou la montagne et vue sur le magnifique jardin de Panayotis. De plus, restaurants et superettes sont à 2 mn à pied, ainsi que l'arrêt de bus. Je vous conseille également le fameux restaurant LE KARMA qui est le meilleur autant pour le cadre, les menus que l'accueil et gentillesse des serveurs! Amoureux des chats, nous avons aimé leur présence sur le site, ils sont très gentils et câlins et de l'adorable petite chienne de Panayotis "BANANA". Nous recommandons cet établissement et remercions Panayotis de son accueil si chaleureux et bienveillant.

Die Zimmer sind sehr süß und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Ausblick war sehr schön. Es fehlt einen an Nichts. Die Zimmer werden nach Bedarf täglich gereinigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Es gibt Sonnenschirme zum ausleihen. Ein kleiner schöner ruhiger Strand ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Es ist ruhig. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fußläufig in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Peter, the host, was very welcoming. The studio was unique and daily cleaning kept it spotless. The studio was perfectly positioned, quiet but only 2 minutes from the main street where there were bars and restaurants. There is a large swimming pool next door which you are allowed to use

We had a wonderful stay at Pefkos Eye. The place is lovely, full of character and completely different from the usual standard holiday accommodation. You can really see that a lot of thought and attention has gone into every little detail, which makes it feel very special and welcoming. Everything was extremely clean, and the accommodation was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. The owner Panayotis was incredibly kind, friendly and always happy to help, giving us lots of useful suggestions about places to visit, beaches, restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. His advice really helped us enjoy Rhodes even more. We also absolutely loved Banana, the gorgeous little dachshund! She was such a lovely part of our stay, and we are still wondering whether she did turn out to be pregnant in the end! The location is excellent: within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and everything you need in Pefkos, while still having a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Tolle Lage: nah am Strand und an der Hauptstraße. Appartement selbst top ausgestattet, es war in der Küche und im Haus alles, was man benötigt. Sehr bequeme Betten und Polster! Der Gastgeber hat die Anlage mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, egal ob die Details im Haus oder im Garten, alles geschmackvoll, authentisch und persönlich. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf atemberaubend: auf einer Seite das Meer, auf der anderen ein Berg mit herumwandernden Ziegen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Insel umso besser genießen können.

The host could not have been more welcoming, as was his beloved dog banana, who we were delighted to have join us every morning for breakfast. So many thoughtful touches in the apartment and beautiful decor. Bed was super comfy and the apartment was perfectly equipped to cook nice meals. The terrace views are incredible and we spent every evening up there enjoying the view. Lots of shops and great restaurants just on the door step and a beach 2 mins down the road. A great large pool at the hotel next door which we enjoyed most days, with a very reasonably priced restaurant and bar. Thankyou for a fantastic stay!

If we were to be picky, whilst the air con is great, we never managed to get the bedroom cool enough to get a good night's sleep, and we did get rather warm through the night. This absolutely would not put us off booking again

Ubytování bylo krásné, funkční a příjemné. Hostitel byl milý, ochotný a přiměřeně všímavý (dokonce nám donesl rajčátka ze své zahrady). Kočičky (ty jsou na Rhodosu všude a hojně) a pejsek Banana strážily areál a napomávaly dobré armosféře. Je to oáza klidu, 5 min od krásné, pokojné pláže St. Thomas. Doporučuji!

Absolutely everything! As soon as we arrived we got greeted by a friendly welcoming Peter and his beautiful dog (banana) And I already knew we’d love this place. The rooms were super unique, and so close to everything. Absolute paradise. Will be staying again :)

Fantastische Unterkunft mit toller Lage! Sie wird täglich gereinigt. Panayotis, der Gastgeber, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sein Hund Banana ist total süss. Es werden Snacks bereitgestellt. Man merkt, dass er alles mit viel Liebe macht. Sollten wir wieder nach Rhodos reisen, werden wir diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Danke für alles Panayotis. ❤️

Very clean and comfortable and presented with a bit of quirky design flair. Quietly positioned away from the main drag but only 1 min walk to restaurants and bars. A lovely quiet sandy beach is only a 2 min walk away..There's a small kitchen, sufficient for breakfast or a simple meal. Daily cleaning kept the place spotless. Very comfortable beds.

Addition of a microwave would be very handy.

Very nice and friendly host, beach is near apartament, very nice garden, artistic spaces and rooms.

Ottima posizione vicinissima sia al mare (meno di 200 metri) che a molteplici servizi. Host straordinario, simpatico e disponibile offre un alloggio tipicamente greco molto caratteristico. Molto buona anche la pulizia della camera.

La struttura è un poco datata ma, per il nostro gusto, questo gli ha conferito anche un suo fascino.

Appartamento molto carino, esattamente come in foto, a due passi dal mare, il proprietario gentilissimo. Ci hanno fatto le pulizie durante il soggiorno e abbiamo potuto pagare comodamente in contanti! L'appartamento ha un piccolo giardino privato, molto carino, aria condizionata e cucina con tutto l'occorrente! La spiaggia vicina era fantastica, molto pulita, con poca gente e acqua cristallina.

Dat de gastheer ons direct een andere kamer gaf omdat de airco niet werkte. Ik verjaarde de 1ste dag en s'avonds stonden er lekkere taartjes in de frigo. Elke dag werd ons appertement ook opgeruimd, bedden opgemaakt en vuilbakjes leeggemaakt. Hij gaf ons ook vijgen van zijn bomen enz...

We stayed at the beginning of November, right at the end of the season, and we were the only guests there — which made it feel peaceful and private. The location is great, set between Lindos and Lardos, and just a short 5-minute walk to a quiet, almost secluded beach. The atmosphere was calm, and everything worked smoothly.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. The only minor thing worth mentioning is that a few tiny ants shared the bathroom with us, but it wasn’t an issue for us at all.

Ideal location close walk to any of the beaches and to restaurants and bars . Hoist was fabulous went out of his way daily to check everything was ok . Loved the apartment and that each apartment was different and very quirky . Whole stay was exceptional , we will 100% return next year was our 2nd time in pefkos and we loved everything about these apartments .

Obligation de consommer pour pouvoir accéder à la piscine de l’hôtel d’à côté. Bruyant le soir à cause d’un bar karaoké à proximité. Pas de volets aux fenêtres. Douche capricieuse (eau chaude / débit).

These are lovely, quirky apartments that are in a superb location. You are close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Several of the bars have live music at least once a week, The Rock Bar and Kelari Bar are particular favourites of ours. Panayotis is a fabulous owner / host - quite a character who makes you feel very welcome. All the staff are friendly.

Take some indoor shoes to wear in the bathroom, as the pebbling is hard on the feet! Otherwise, there is nothing bad to say about this wonderful place.

The apartment with upstairs terrace was lovely, close to pool, beach, shops, ample resteraunts and the local bus stop.. could not ask for better. Our hosts were so helpful and friendly.

The apartment was very original in all its details, use of stone, marble, colour. It had a welcoming exterior garden to relax in, nice planting in communal areas. There was easy parking on site, and the location was peaceful and close to a small beach. The owner Panayotis was friendly and fun, and had a good team keeping the place in good shape.

Fun decor, great location and parking and pool very nearby. Peter, the host, was such a genuinely nice person - he made us feel very welcome and gave us some top tips on things to do.

Really unique and well decorated room with a comfortable bed and good shower. Had all the basic amenities and was nice and clean. Very handy and quiet location near the beach but also near bars and restaurants. Peter the owner was super friendly. We only stayed for 3 nights but wish we had stayed for longer!

The property was perfectly situated. Couldnt have asked for a better location. The rooms were lovely, great size, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed.

The only thing that could of been better was the shower, as it struggled to provide hot water most days. However i quite like my cold showers when the weather was like it was :)

Loved the quaintness of this facility, it was styled by the owner and was absolutely lovely. The shower was great, the bed very comfortable, the facilities were good too.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is super cozy, thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, and has a perfect location close to the sea. The host is incredibly kind and caring. We will definitely come back!

Notre hôte est à l'écoute et très réactif au moindre renseignement. Il est jovial et très sympathique. Le studio a une décoration originale, il est bien équipé et confortable, il y a un grand jardin . Le must est sa situation à 200m de la plage, de la belle piscine et dans le village avec un choix important de restaurants et des supermarchés. Un bel endroit sans trop de foule.

Close to the main street yet quiet, and just a short walk from the beach. Within 50m you can choose between two pools. The kitchenette is handy for preparing breakfast, and the place is cleaned daily. Rooms on the upper floor offer more privacy and, of course, better sea views. The host is very friendly :) At first, I thought Pefkos was in the middle of nowhere, but in reality, it’s a perfect starting point for daily trips.

Amazing host, very comfortable stay, great location, close to the sea and to the local cafes, great stay. We met Pefkos cats, so our son had time to play around. Beautiful garden, everything went really well. Lovely, very unique place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids couldn’t stop playing with Banana, the adorable dog. The garden is lovely and full of fruit trees. The rooftop overlooks the sea, the house is carefully designed, and the owner is a wonderful and kind person.

Lovely owner and apartment was really close to bars and shops. Lovely pool at hotel next doors to use. Had lots of cat visitors during our visit, who I loved!

Per prima cosa l’accoglienza del host é stata eccezionale! Inoltre, la posizione della struttura è strategica e se non si ha voglia di spostarsi in auto é possibile raggiungere a piedi una bellissima spiaggia (circa 100 metri dalla struttura) e molti ristoranti tipici e super carini!

Υπέροχο δωμάτιο, πάρα πολύ άνετο τραπέζι και μαξιλάρια, ωραία εξυπηρέτηση και πολύ ωραίο μπαλκονάκι! Κοντά στην Λίνδο και σε διάφορες παραλίες.
