No hay relación entre lo que dice booking y el lugar. Soy un viajero frecuente y cada vez pongo mas en duda lo que publican. No es real. Se presta a confusión.

El que nos atendió muy mal hablado, tenía olor a chivo. Y me dijo q la habitación no se podia mostrar. Q era el de la foto. Asiq cancele ahi

Staff very nice; Clean facility. Owner was extremely nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

They had concert in an adjoining facility that ran from 11:00pm-4:00am. Very small rooms; Have to carry luggage up a couple flights of steps.

El hotel tiene una exelente ubicacion, y pedrito el dueño es fantastico es super fanatico de Led Zeppelin, es una exelente persona amante del rock lasico y de rock psicodelio, inluso tiene un pub en el mismo hotel donde se presentan grupos de rock, es una fantastia eleccion.

I stayed at the Yellow Submarine for a night between Santiago and Puerto Natales. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom even had a bidet (didn’t get to use it though). Staff was a highlight; they were extremely kind and accommodating even when I overslept well past checkout. Good location close to the coast and the city center but on a quiet street. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Punta Arenas.

Perfect location, A block from the sea and very close to the city center on a quiet avenue... An unconventional and very Old Style establishment for those who prefer an unpolished, family atmosphere to an overly formatted hotel! Very friendly owner, who even agreed to keep my suitcase for a month while I traveled around Patagonia! I'd recommend it.

We had an apartment which had a good size and was spotless clean. It had a fridge, a microwave and a water cooker in it. The owner gave us a very warm welcome, he is friendly and very helpful. There are only a few parking spaces but we had never a problem to get one. Breakfast was very nice. We also loved the location, it is only a short walk to the Plaza del Armas.

The owners are ABOVE AND BEYOND! I left my iPhone in a touring company van, and FREAKED out. I used my iPad to track my phone and the owner(!) and her non-English speaking father drove me around, tracking my phone until (yes) we all met-up back at the hotel. Seriously, the nicest people on the planet.

Was breakfast included? I honestly don't know.

Homey feel, super comfortable, clean, incredible service and comfortable beds. Bathroom is extraordinary! The owner stayed up super late to let us in !! So sweet!!

The location

We just came back from a cruise and the cruise ship company dropped us off at their facilities at the Explorer’s House and this hotel was right around the corner. We had a late flight out so we decided to stay here for the day. The owner, Pedro was very nice and friendly. He has American Rock memorabilia at the front desk and we had a nice chat about his collection. The price was very reasonable and our room had a microwave, fridge and dishes so that we were able to heat up leftovers for dinner. Pedro’s wife Sandra also drove us to the airport, again for a reasonable price. Overall, a nice stay.

Great location, close to the center but very quiet. The reception is super friendly and helpful. My room was equipped with a kettle, a microwave and a fridge, which makes my life more comfortable.

The hotel owner, Pedro, is a great person. A very friendly and helpful music enthusiast. We were lucky that there was even a concert at Saturday night during our stay. The atmosphere was extraordinary, just like the skill set of the band “Jazztick”. Chilenos seemed to love live music. We were the only foreigners and had a great time there.

The owner is big fans of The Beatles.love the decorations with lots of albums photo. they are kind and thoughtful. The room is very clean. breakfast is served. they even upgrade our room into a bigger room. that is so generous. Definitely a very comfortable hotel experience.

The staff at Hotel Yellow Submarine were exceptionally friendly and I really enjoyed our shared attempts to communicate in broken english and spanish. This hotel had the best hot shower we have found in our month in Chile. The location is in easy walking distance from the bus station with a backpack and close to the centre of town and the water front. The rooms are hotel rooms with no kitchen facilities (one glass in the bathroom) and you need to bring your own cups/glasses and corkscrew if you want a glass of wine in your room. Easy for us as we had been camping. The beds are very comfortable with heaps of blankets. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on this. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wifi was a bit slow during the day but excellent in the mornings and evenings. Not a problem for us as we like to be out seeing the country we are visiting during the day.

Great room for all 8 of us. My kids loved it. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast (4000 pesos per person) was an excellent value, and delicious!

Stayed here one night on our way into patagonia and one night on our way out. Exceptionally helpful and friendly with comfortable rooms and a great value for breakfast.

The owner is the absolute best about this property. Super helpful with anything. The hotel is family business so it feels more like home than a hotel,its well located close to bus station and to the promenade.

It is directly next to a bar with live music. It can be bit loud till night during weekend.

Breakfast lounge and a little coffee area in the garden. A short walk along Avenida C. Colon from the bus terminal, and to the corniche. The owner-manager speak English, is very friendly, and is a big fan of B.Gees, Pink Floyd and sometimes performs for his bar next door.

The hotel was lovely, clean and well located, with the restaurants and main street just 2 blocks away. Pedro, the owner, was very hospitable and kind. He was ready to assist with any recommendations & arrangements needed and helped me with my big luggage like a real gentleman. I would recommend this hotel and will book it again once I come back to Punta Arenas.

A bit of audibility at night

Comfy typical Chilean hotel. Excellent location, and the folks who run it are very friendly and helpful, even at odd hours. Good place to spend a couple of days. Bring cash to pay with (CLP / USD / EUR).

For what was provided, bed and bathroom with no breakfast included… this hotel is not worth the price paid. There are several other hotels at the same price that offer breakfast, pool and other amenities for the same or slightly more expensive price. There was a party scheduled at the hotel the next day, and the band scheduled to play practiced into the night and you could hear everything. The management asked me if it was okay and it’s not like I was in the position to say no. They did not offer to reduce the price of the room.
