Это самый милый отель! Очень уютный номер, вкусный завтрак от прекрасной хозяйки отеля Merry, которая лично встречает, провожает, заботится о комфорте и помогает разобраться с маршрутом в парке. Она отлично разговаривает по-английски, что для Китая не просто редкость, а супер редкость! Еще у Merry чудо собачка с русским именем Бублик, чудо просто. Мы очень рады, что остановились тут, это лучшая локация для захода в парк Чжандзадзе, так как мы от этого места шли против потока, кто заходит в парк с основного входа. Это было очень круто, потому что навстречу нам шли большие толпы, а мы шли почти одни. В общем, лучшие рекомендации этому отелю и его локации!

Toda la estancia nos pareció excelente, de las mejores experiencias del viaje a China. El hotel está situado en una zona tranquila y muy cerca de la puerta oeste, se llega andando. La limpieza, la habitación, las camas, todo es realmente excelente. Pero si por algo destacamos es por la propietaria, Merry, te planifica los días en el parque, te aconseja, te compra las entradas, hace todas las gestiones necesarias para que todo resulte muy sencillo. Hasta te escribe en chino las instrucciones para los conductores de los autobuses, para evitar malentendidos. Incluso uno de los días se nos hizo muy tarde dentro del parque y ella se encargó de llamar a los trabajadores de teleféricos y buses para que nos esperaran. Y por úiltimo destacar el desayuno y la cena, todo lo prepara ella y podemos afirmar que ha sido las mejores comidas de todo el viaje a China, teniendo en cuenta que en China se come bien. Así que si volvemos algún día a Zhangjiajie, no tengo duda que volveriamos, y si tienes pensado ir es de las mejores decisiones que puedes tomar.

Clean, super helpful staff, walking distance to the park’s gate (less crowded but with convenient access to all main attractions). Peaceful surroundings, very good food options both at the hotel and in several small restaurants around. Breakfast is offered as a buffet, includes all that is needed, also fresh brewed coffee.

Everything was really nice. The people working in the hotel are really friendly and helpful, they arranged a pick up from the train station and also our tickets for the park and tianmen mountain. You can eat breakfast and dinner,Best hotel.

I can't thank Merry enough. She is an incredible host, and our stay simply wouldn't have been this perfect without her. She organized everything for us down to the smallest detail, so all we had to do each day was follow the itinerary she had carefully planned and enjoy ourselves. Every evening, we were welcomed not only with the most delicious home-cooked meals but also with our freshly washed laundry waiting for us. It truly felt like coming home for a few days to visit our family. I am immensely grateful for everything Merry did for us. If we ever return, there is no question—we will stay here again.

Eravamo gli unici ad alloggiare nella struttura e questo ci è piaciuto molto perché ci siamo potuti godere di più la pace di questo luogo e la cagnolina, principessa della casa:) Mary, la padrona di casa, è stata super ospitale e gentile, cambiandoci la stanza con una più spaziosa, per altro veramente graziosa e siccome era la nostra luna di miele ci ha fatto trovare il letto bandito di dolciumi tipici e fiori dal profumo pazzesco. Ha prenotato per noi i biglietti del parco con tanto di percorsi prestabiliti con anche punti di interesse poco affollati. Perfetto Per non parlare della cucina, è molto brava e ci tiene a far assaggiare agli ospiti i prodotti freschi locali e fatti da lei a mano. Come il té, il digestivo, i ravioli, il suo orto etc La colazione super buona ed entrambe le cene strepitose. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare qui!!

Sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Merry hat uns bei den Tickets und der Routenplanung geholfen und Fahrer für die Wege zum Flughafen organisiert. Das war Gold wert. So haben wir abseits vom ganzen Trubel sehr schöne Wege im Park wandern können. Das Frühstück und Abendessen können wir empfehlen. Immer verschieden und unglaublich lecker.

Ce homestay était parfait. Il est situé près de l'entrée ouest du parc. On peut s'y rendre très facilement à pied. Mais ce qui fait le charme de cet établissement, c'est sa propriétaire qui a été aux petits soins pour moi. Elle m'a préparé un itinéraire fantastique sur deux jours. Elle a toujours été là pour répondre à mes questions. On est accueilli par un thé et des petites gourmandises. Le petit déjeuner du matin était délicieux et varié. La chambre était grande, très propre et très confortable. Je me suis sentie comme à la maison durant ce séjour où tout était parfait. A mon départ, Mary m'a remis un cadeau dont je vais pouvoir faire bon usage à mon retour à la maison. Merci beaucoup Mary pour votre attention et votre gentillesse. Je garderai de ces deux jours un doux souvenir.

La proprietaria è davvero gentilissima, ci ha prenotato gli ingressi e strutturato la visita, consigliandoci in ogni cosa. Ci ha anche fatto una lavatrice gratuitamente, essenziale in viaggi di questo tipo. I pasti, cucinati da lei ed il suo staff sono deliziosi! La struttura è pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario, si trova inoltre a pochi metri dall’ingresso del parco, raggiungibile direttamente a piedi. Non posso che consigliare, una meraviglia!

We are so thankful we chose to stay here. First of all, the location is fantastic, being just a few minutes' walk from the West Gate is incredibly handy. I highly recommend using this entrance, as it’s much less crowded and touristy than the East Gate. The property itself is beautiful. We loved the common area where we had breakfast and dinner; it creates such a friendly, open, and "homey" atmosphere. The rooms are nicely designed and spotless. Merry even gave us a free upgrade because it was available and let us choose our favorite room, so sweet! The food is simply delicious. We stayed for three nights and ate dinner here every single evening because there was no reason to go anywhere else. Merry and her helpers cook amazingly using fresh products from her garden, and she always makes sure to prepare something you’ll love. The breakfast is also great, with both Western options and noodles available. Merry truly cares about what she does, and it shows. We arrived without a plan for the park, and she organized everything for us. She also arranged our pick-up from the station and our transport when it was time to leave, which was so convenient. She has great connections with local drivers, ensuring a better price and much less hassle for her guests. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, she assisted us with every detail. Her knowledge of the park is incredible, you can't go wrong with her advice. We couldn’t have done it without her! This stay was the highlight of our travel. We already miss you, Merry! Exceptionally good homestay! While the accomodation is great, the host is what makes this homestay special. Merry will ensure that your visit to the Zhanjiajie park / Tianmen mountain will run smoothly by arranging tickets / giving you detailed and flexible routes to follow / helping to arrange transport where needed etc. She knows the park very well, so can adjust routes day by day to make sure you see the best bits while keeping the schedule manageable. This level of help ensures you make the most of your time in Zhangjiajie. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a water dispenser and electric blankets in our room, tea and coffee and snacks were always available, and the included breakfast was tasty and filling. A freshly cooked evening meal is available which has generous portions and is tasty. The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the West gate entrance to the Zhangjiajie park.

Zhuxhi was a delightful host. She went above and beyond to make our stay a success, giving us recommendations for routes and activities, booking tickets and transportation, and preparing wonderful meals for us. The location at the quieter west gate was perfect as it allowed us to avoid crowds at entry and exit to the national park.

The owner is really nice and friendly. I was travelling with a partner. She upgraded our room for free, helped as plan and reserve tickets for the park and when I got scratched by a monkey in the park she helped me find a vaccination point for rabies within the park so me and my partner continued with the plan for the day in less than an hours.

C'est de loin le meilleur hôtel que vous puissiez choisir à Zhangjiajie. L'hôte Merry vous facilite votre séjour en vous proposant des itinéraires personnalisés jour par jour dans le parc. Merry is one of the most professional hosts we have had on our trip. We felt well taken care of. She helped us organize the trip individually accourding to our wishes and the current situation in the national park. Took all our preferences in consideration. Helped us to do the laundry for free. The food is great and the location near the west entrance of the national park ist perfect. Our stay was in November and we didn't have to wait in a queue for the entrance as opposed to those entering from the south gate. This home stay is definitely recommened for a trip in the Zhangjiajie national park.

Said wild chickens stay in the woods opposite the lodging, and they sing (loudly) like a choir whenever it is windy, even in the middle of the night. Light sleepers should choose the rooms further inside, without the balconies.

Spricht Englisch, kümmert sich um Transport von der Bahn zum Homestay, kümmert sich um Tickets für den Park, geht mit dir die Routen für den Park durch. Das Abendessen war unglaublich lecker! Mit sehr viel Liebe gekocht. Jeden Abend gab es was anderes leckeres zu essen. Nur paar Minuten vom West Eingang entfernt. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt.

Mary, our host, was absolutely amazing. She was super nice and instantly made us feel at home. We will certainly miss her home cooked meals (huge portions that would fuel us for the day or embrace us after a long day in the foggy mountains). In the afternoon/evenings she would greet us with some freshly brewed tea, seasonal fruits and snacks. Additionally she very kindly made our visits to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountan super convenient by planning out everything for every possible scenario and prebooking our tickets and also preparing bottled water and rain coats for us. There is a washing machine, but our host offered to do the laundry for us. The rooms were very homey and clean and had everything you needed and even more.

Notre hôte a tout fait pour faciliter notre séjour. Elle nous a aidé à planifier nos itinéraires à travers le parc, s'est occupée d'acheter nos entrées. L'hôtel, confortable et à la décoration chaleureuse, est situé à 5 minutes à pied de l'entrée ouest du parc, entrée peu fréquentée. Très attentionnée, Merry nous servait à nos retours d'excursions une très appréciée collation accompagnée d'un thé chaud parfumé , et des repas délicieux et variés chaque soir.

Lo mejor de lo mejor, mary es la mejor anfitriona q he tenido en mis viajes. La comida que prepara es la mejor te sientes en casa ( o mejor) te ayuda a planear el recorrido de los parques para sacar el máximo provecho. Las instalaciones súper acogedoras y limpias. Un inglés perfecto. Y la ubicación es la mejor para la entrada del parque sin tantos turistas. La mejor estadía q puedas esperar.

Mary the host is worth every dollar. She gives you a very personalised experience mapping out the national park in a way that will suit your abilities. She gives you step by step routes to take and you can message her anytime if you need help while you’re in the park trying to find your way. She took extremely good care of us even ordering a driver at the end and picking us up at the park so that we could still make our train. The meals are extremely good - Chinese home style cuisine but taking into account each guests tastes and requirements.

Mary’s hospitality is something that everyone should experience, tailored itineraries, help buying tickets and making reservations, delicious breakfasts and dinners. Besides, the location is ideal since you’re by the forest park west gate, which is the least crowded of all. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Struttura graziosissima situata a due passi dall'ingresso ovest (Yangjiajie) del parco e a circa 1h da Tianmen e Glass Bridge. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite; unica nota negativa è che la mattina presto, nelle camere affacciate sulla strada, si sentono i rumori delle auto e dei bus che passano, ma non è stato un gran problema per noi visto che la sveglia è sempre stata molto presto. La vera chicca del soggiorno è stata Merry, la fantastica proprietaria che si occupa della gestione della struttura e degli itinerari degli ospiti. Accogliente, disponibile e premurosa, Merry ci ha supportati nella pianificazione delle nostre giornate a Zhangjiajie, occupandosi anche dell'acquisto dei biglietti e dell'organizzazione dei trasporti con i driver. Parla molto bene l'inglese e questo rende più facile la comunicazione con lei. Merry è, inoltre, un'ottima cuoca: abbiamo assagiato i suoi rice noodles per colazione ed erano buonissimi! Peccato aver trascorso solo un paio di notti lì e non aver potuto cenare da lei più spesso. Merry ci ha anche dato la possibilità di fare lavatrici gratuitamente; indispensabile durante un viaggio in Cina in agosto! Ultima menzione per il piccolo e dolcissimo barboncino di Merry :)

Il miglior soggiorno avuto durante il viaggio in Cina! La struttura si trova a soli 300 metri dall’ingresso ovest del parco, in una posizione davvero comoda. La proprietaria, Merry, ci ha fornito indicazioni precise e preziose per visitare il parco in due giorni evitando le code. La colazione cinese è stata ottima e abbiamo scelto di cenare entrambe le sere in struttura: Merry e il suo staff cucinano in modo eccellente. L’ambiente è accogliente, curato e molto pulito. Помогла составить маршрут, помогла перепланировать его и в целом все время была на связи очень помогала ориентироваться в парке. Само жилье находится в 100 метрах от парка, что очень очень удобно. Красивые места, вкусные завтраки, потрясающая собачка Бублик) Атмосфера именно домашняя! Мари, большое Вам спасибо за два чудесных дня!

Маленький нюанс, окно выходила на стену. Но я все время гулял и для меня это вообще не было проблемой.

Tutto, dalla struttura alla posizione. La signora della casa è super premurosa. Prepara la colazione tutte le mattine e la cena. Ci ha aiutato tantissimo con gli spostamenti e con la visita del parco, dista solo 400 metri dall entrata est. Immersa nella natura e nella vera vita cinese. Tornerò sicuramente

Struttura bellissima, pulita e accogliente e a pochissimi minuti a piedi dall’entrata del parco. L’host è stata molto disponibile e gentile, aiutandoci con i biglietti per il parco e a organizzare l’itinerario in maniera super dettagliata (ci ha addirittura fornito le indicazioni precise in cinese da mostrare agli autisti dei bus interni per assicurarci di prendere la direzione giusta). La colazione era deliziosa, abbondante, a base di cibo locale e preparata al momento. Abbiamo mangiato talmente bene che ci siamo anche fermati per cena. Avremmo trascorso volentieri più giorni in questo paradiso!

Of the six places we stayed during our trip to China, this guesthouse was truly exceptional. The place is beautifully decorated and clean, but what really makes it special is Mary. She was incredibly helpful, planning our three-day itinerary in the area and even rescuing us when we found ourselves without tickets for the Glass Bridge. The food Mary prepared for us, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious. One of our daughters is gluten-free, and Mary always remembered this, preparing special dishes just for her. This was the best guesthouse we stayed at in China.

Прежде всего хочется отметить замечательного человека - хозяйку отеля Мэри! Это человек, который превосходит ожидания и ответственно относится к своим гостям. С момента заселения в отель нам не нужно было беспокоится о том, как пройдет наш отдых (я действительно отдохнула от организационных вопросов в эти дни). Мери забронировала посещение парка для нашей компании, лично проводила ко входу в парк, дала нам бумажную карту и отметила самый лучший вариант маршрута. Парк - огромный и сами мы бы не организовали себе такой замечательный план на посещение парка. Всегда была на связи, отвечала на сообщения быстро и помогала решить любой вопрос. Даже после выселения с отеля продолжала помогать нам, благодаря чему мы не опоздали на поезд и успели посетить другие достопримечательности. Сам отель чистый, номера комфортные с удобными кроватями и вкусными домашними завтраками. Мы брали еще и ужины и это было хорошим решением, не нужно было заниматься поисками ресторана, а Мери готовит очень вкусно, ужины нравились особенно. В общем, мы путешествуем очень много, но были потрясены в хорошем смысле отношением хозяйки отеля к своей работе и своим гостям. Мы такого не встречали ранее нигде. Букинг не давал мне в приложении оставить отзывы о посещенных отелях в поездке (какая то ошибка), я связывалась с поддержкой и предпринимала другие шаги только для того, чтобы оставить отзыв именно этому гостевому дому. 20 su 10! Mary è senza dubbio la miglior host che abbiamo mai incontrato. Disponibile, attenta e sempre pronta ad aiutare, ti fa sentire come a casa dal primo istante. Conosce alla perfezione il Parco Nazionale di Zhangjiajie e organizza per te itinerari su misura. Cena e colazione erano squisite e con porzioni abbondanti. La camera era organizzata perfettamente, non mancava nulla. In una parola: Mary è l’anima di questo luogo.

Todo! El homestay es muy bonito, decorado con buen gusto y muy limpio. Está ubicado a 5min de una de las entradas del parque menos concurridas. Lo mejor, Mary, la amfitriona.Siempre sonriente y habla nuy bien inglés. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento, nos ayudó a planear la mejor ruta por el parque, nos preparó la mejor cena que hemos comido en nuestro viaje por china y como tenia una habitación más grande que la que habíamos reservado, nos hizo un upgrade. Lo recomendamos sin duda!

La casa de Mery es preciosa y lo tenía todo súper limpio. Se descansa muy bien! Nos preparo las dos noches la cena y estaba todo riquísimo, todo súper casero. Ella nos ayudó también para la visita de los parques y quedamos súper contentos. Sin duda volvería a casa de mery! Me sentí como en casa.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato de su anfitriona, Mary (habla inglés), persona que se desvive porque estés a gusto en su casa, ofreciéndote todo lo que tiene y ayudándote a organizar tu visita por el Parque Nacional de Zhangjiaje. Se nota que ella lo conoce a la perfección y te organiza la ruta en función de los días que tengas para hacer la visita. En todo momento pudimos mantener contacto con ella pudiendo organizar los traslados en coche hasta la casa. Alrededor de la casa no hay restaurantes ni bares pero Mary ofrece servicio de cena y también de desayuno. Para desayunar en un principio había noodles pero amablemente le sugerimos si podía ser una tortilla y nos cambió sin problema para que estuviera a nuestro gusto. Las dos noches que estuvimos cenamos en la casa y nos preparó comida muy rica. La habitación tenía aire acondicionado y pudimos estar en la habitación más grande de la casa que fue todo un lujo. Tenía una sala contigua donde te podías sentar a leer. El lavabo muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Si necesitas lavar ropa también tienes la posibilidad de hacerlo.

Nos gustó todo, Mary ha sido una persona muy servicial y con la que puedes hablar tranquilamente.

Our stay at Merry’s Homestay was a really special part of our trip. She made us so welcome and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Her home-cooked meals were delicious and beautifully presented. She provided us with daily plans for exploring the national park which saved us a lot of time and effort, and also meant we got to see some less-visited areas away from the tourist crowds. We loved our stay and would definitely come back if we are in this region of China again.

Mary's homestay is first class and we enjoyed every minute there. First of all, Mary is a wonderful hostess with a deep knowledge of Zhangjiajie National Park. She planned a two-day tour of the park for us, which allowed us to experience the beauty of the park. Better than any tour guide, because we never had to queue because we always went against the crowds. Secondly, the house is just wonderful. A very warm and comfortable place to stay. Breakfast and dinner change daily and were beyond delicious. Mary went out of her way to make our stay memorable. She also helped us with laundry and organising a trip to Furong. The house was also spotlessly clean. We will definitely come back when in Zhangjiajie to stay with Mary and her beautiful little dog ❤️ Thank you for everything!

La habitación es grande , cómoda, limpia y silenciosa. El servicio de cenas y desayuno que ofrece es excepcional, abundante y la adapta a tus necesidades. Lo mejor es la dueña Mary, que se desvive por tu bienestar, te organiza los traslados desde y hasta el parque a buen precio, y tiene un conocimiento tan bueno del parque que ella misma te prepara el plan de visita en función del tiempo que tengas y tus gustos. Somos viajeros avezados pero ain ella no habríamos podido realizar una visita al parque tan completa y sin complicaciones. De hecho decidimos recompensar sus esfuerzos porque además nos hemos sentido como en casa. Mary habla inglés y la comunicación fue fluida. Y si tienes alguna duda dentro del parque ella te lo aclara por mensajería. Adjunto alguna foto del plan que nos hizo.

I liked the brilliant way the hotelier provides the guests with all the logistics information to see all the beauty in the park. As many as 13 steps on a map - bus connections and pass set up, cable tram connections, where to walk point A to point B. Timed to get you back to the home stay for a heathly evening meal. Arranged a car to take me to see to see the Zhangjiajie cave and then to the train stations. China never disappoints.

A perfect stay — everything was exceptional: the warm welcome, delicious food, outstanding service, spotless cleanliness, and total comfort. Mary is perfect me and my family love!

The host went above and beyond in helping us plan our visit and making us feel welcome. The home-made breakfasts and dinners were delicious and wholesome. As an Italian, having caffè Illy in the morning was a dream. The rooms and the property are curated in every detail and very cozy.

Without a doubt one of our favourite places to stay on our China trip. Located just a stones throw from the west park gates of the national park, the home stay is perfectly located. The host Mary is super helpful and will help you navigate the park and arrange tickets and drivers if you plan to go further afield. The rooms are very clean and authenticity designed. Mary is also a very talented chef and the breakfasts at the home stay are first class.
