Reviewed Sep 10, 2026We are very grateful for the flexibility o the staff. Our flight was delayed and we couldn't make the last shuttle. Thankfully we reveid a phone number we could call and we were picked up after the regular time and didn't have to pay more than usual. Sure we gave a the tip for the extra effort.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Nice and clean room. Shuttle service was very convenient and the restaurant had good food.
It was exceptionally noisy due to guests arriving late and leaving early, shouting at 4:30am in the corridor. This was amplified due to it being a stone staircase which made noise echo. There should have been staff on site to challenge this behaviour. I had approximately 3hrs sleep before I left to the airport.
