Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Location was very good. Room was clean and comfortable - plenty of space as we had our dog with us. Restaurant was very good - especially the food and service. Breakfast was good.
When we arrived, there was a group celebrating a birthday or something and the staff were very busy and not as welcoming as they should have been.

Номера у дороги. Что собственно видно на фотографиях. Но машины очень рано утром уже начинают ездить. Вид красивый, так как отель в горах, но у нас был второй этаж, поэтому парковка и здания напротив были тоже в комплекте. И очень слышен шум реки, если открыть окно. Это, вероятно, не минус а для многих скорее плюс. Тем не менее если любите спать в тишине, то здесь это только при закрытых окнах

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und einem schönen Badezimmer. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Morgen- und Abendessen war sehr fein. Es hatte genügend Parkplätze. Auch wenn das Fenster zur Passstrasse hinausging, hörten wir während der Nacht keinen Strassenlärm. Wir würden sofort wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden!

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit regionalen Produkten und das Abendessen auch. Der Empfang war freundlich und wir konnten das Motorrad in die Garage stellen. Versehentlich wurden das Zimmer vorab bezahlt und dann nochmal mit dem Abendessen Vorort. Als ich den Umstand bemerkte und mit dem Chef gesprochen habe hat er mir freundlicher Weise das Geld so gar in Euro ausbezahlt, weil ich sagte ich könne mit Schweizer Franken nichts anfangen.
Vorab habe ich mehrere Nachrichten an die Unterkunft geschrieben und außer auf die erste wurde mir nicht mehr geantwortet. Das fand ich sehr Schade, denn Vorort waren alle nett. Auf dem Zimmer gab es keinen Fernseher. Ich glaube aber das was auch so angegeben. Ich hatte mich auch auf ein Cocktail bzw. Aperol oder so gefreut aber es gab nur Wein oder Bier oder alkoholfreien Hugo.

The lady at the reception was nice but was confused that how can I book family room with 4 people (The room had 5 beds actually) she even said that they will charge extra for which I agreed because I had no option. I showed them Booking.com confirmation but she wasn't sure. However at the checkout they didn't charge anything extra. So probably it was a matter of understanding between the hotel and booking.com or just the training issue.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Lovely big family room for just 2 of us. Great location for hiking. Great hot and powerful shower. Very clean. Lovely staff, good breakfast, lovely restaurant food and drink. A fun location with stunning vistas all around and, as one other person says, a bit Wes Anderson! Quiet at night despite proximity to road.
Bloody fly keeping us awake with its persistent buzzing. Not the hotels fault! Bed had a wooden footboard which made it a little short for me, but I am 6ft4. A little noisy at odd points in the day as by the road but not a bother.

De ontbijtzaal was versierd met opgezette dieren. Dat hoeft van mij niet zo.

Accueil des 2 serveuses le soir très sèches. Elles ne font pas d'effort pour les personnes ne parlant pas allemand ??? Dommage... alors mettez une carte des menus en français... merci

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam personeel. Mooie omgeving en prima locatie. Hebben hier 1 nacht verbracht. Kamer was zeer ruim en schoon. Bed misschien beetje kort, maar lag prima. In het restaurant goed gegeten zowel in de avond als het ontbijt in de ochtend.

Alles! Geen airco, geen tv, geen koelkast, donsdeken op de bedden terwijl het zomer is. Een SCHANDE! En daarvoor moest ik 250 CHZ betalen.

Er is maar één weg van en naar het hotel. De weg was tijdelijk afgesloten vanwege een brand, waardoor we in de directe regio van het hotel moesten blijven. Geen probleem, we hebben onze plannen aangepast.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig direkt an der Klausenpassstrasse. Parkplätze sind umsonst. Historischer Ortskern mit vielen, zum Teil im 16. und 17. Jahrhundert errichteten Holzhäuser. Umfangreiches und gutes Frühstück.

Kahvaltı güzel değildi. Ya da ben bizim ülkemizdeki kahvaltılarla kiyasladim fazla beklentiye girdim. Odada bir su ısıtıcı olsaydı daha güzel olurdu. Bizim ülkemizde en basit bir otelde bile vardır. Ya da ben yine fazla beklentiye girdim.

Gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und feinem Jogurt von der Alm. Und Abends haben wir super gschmackige und ausgefallene Rösti gegessen. Uns hat es super gut gefallen!
