Reviewed Aug 20, 2026De keuze voor het ontbijt viel erg tegen. Aan de ontbijtruimte grenst een terras. Omdat het mooi weer was wilden wij op het terras ons ontbijt op eten tussen het gebel van de koeien. Maar helaas, wij werden naar binnen gehaald omdat het ontbijt niet buiten gegeten mag worden.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Ein wunderbarer Ort in den Bergen! 🏔️ Wir haben hier meinen 60. Geburtstag gefeiert – und diese Nacht auf dem Klausenpass werde ich ganz bestimmt nicht vergessen. Die fantastische Lage, die Berge, die Ruhe, die besondere Atmosphäre und das sehr freundliche Personal haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Das Hotel ist modern und gemütlich, das Essen war sehr gut, und man fühlt sich hier einfach willkommen. Das schönste Kompliment, das ich einem Hotel machen kann: Ich möchte noch in dieser Saison wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit. Bis bald auf dem Klausenpass! 🌿🏔️

Aucun rangement dans la chambre Cuisine très décevante sur plusieurs plats Petit déjeuner succinct, pain sans goût. Dommage, cela gâche le séjour et il n y a aucune alternative autour

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Excellent stay at the Hotel Klausenpass. The hotel is well appointed with stunning views of the mountains. Staff at reception were very welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. As the hotel is situated on the main Klausenpass road (which is busy with bikes, motorbikes and sports cars) the windows were triple glazed, which did a good job of keeping the noise down.
Unfortunately the weather was quite hot when we were there (and no AC - which is normal) - but the road was noisy if we opened the windows. Therefore it was a bit of a balance between keeping the room cool or quiet. We enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant, but unfortunately we felt a bit invisible to staff. After we were shown to our table, nobody came with menus or offered drinks and we eventually had to flag someone down. Similarly, it was very difficult to get the wine menu and we had to ask several times. Other diners in the restaurant seemed to be well attended to, and staff in general were helpful and friendly, so I'm not sure what was going on there...

Malheureusement le petit déjeuner n'étais pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on connait en Suisse. Et il n'y avait pas de petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sorgte dafür, dass ich mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlte. Die Halbpension war ein echtes Highlight – sowohl das Abendessen als auch das Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet. Besonders gefreut habe ich mich über das saubere Eckzimmer mit seiner herrlichen Aussicht. Das bequeme Bett rundete den rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt perfekt ab.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. The views are absolutely stunning, and even the drive to get there is worth it because the scenery along the way is breathtaking. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent, with a great shower. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay there again.
The only small disappointment was the dinner package. We had booked the three-course meal because, based on the email we received beforehand, we understood that it was the only dinner option available. However, once we arrived, we realized that the restaurant also offers several à la carte dishes that looked much more appealing. We would probably have preferred ordering from the regular menu, as a single main course would have been enough for us. It would have been helpful if these options had been made clear in advance.

The breakfast was included, we had booked 2 rooms. In the morning two of us had breakfast and we left on a hike. When the third person woke up she wasn’t serves breakfast because “our table already ate”

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025Wat een prachtig uitzicht en fantastische locatie. De kamer is ruim, zeer schoon en gemaakt van mooie materialen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Diner was lekker, ontbijt ook prima. Lift is aanwezig. Fijn bed en fijne handdoeken.
Ik vond de vliegen tijdens zowel diner als ontbijt erg vervelend en onhygiënisch. We hadden dit hotel geboekt als “luxe” nachtje tussendoor, maar door de vliegen die op ons eten en op onszelf zaten, voelde de prijs/kwaliteit niet in verhouding. We hebben dit aangegeven bij het (vrij prijzige) diner, maar dit werd weggewuifd. Jammer.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Die Lage und Aussicht inmitten der Bergwelt ist traumhaft. Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, das Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr gemütlich mit dem Holz, es gibt ausreichend Platz und insgesamt ist die Renovation des Hotels hervorragend gelungen.

After an amazing dinner, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Few bread selections, no scrambled eggs and a rather small selection of deli meat and cheeses. We were surprised given the spectacular dinner the night before.
