Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The location close to Airport suited our needs for a next day early start. Within our room, the amenities were fresh / new. Staff were energetic.
There was some confusion between The Cara Hotel and our booking in the The Cara Boutique Hotel, however, once resolved both were within walking distance of each other.

Reviewed May 28, 2026The room and the bathroom is super spacious. It looked exactly as advertised. Water pressure was the best. There is heater too so don’t worry. There are restaurants and convenience stores close by and it is close to the airport and highway. The staffs go above and beyond! We wanted to rent a car the last minute and they happily did it for us. Even help us get our things outside and inside our car (in the rain!). The hotel is 10/10 but staff service is 100/10!
Parking was kind of limited. Perhaps to inform the hotel earlier to reserve a spot for you.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Secluded and rather quiet, bathtub is provided and everything is just like being shown on photos with relatively good maintenance but price is slightly on the higher side comparing to all the hotel rooms in the city of KK. They arrange a carpark spot upon arrival for us.
however this is different from the new hotel building that's visible by the roadside, sharing by the same hotel management and staff only came over to attend once customer asked for. The bathtub drainage isnt really practical and the parts were faulty upon check-in luckily we still able to proceed to use it still.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026装饰：夯中夯 owner是个designer 所以审美很在线 之前看了好几家酒店真的太老旧了 我和朋友一下子就被这家吸引了 马上预定！ 硬件：热水 隔音 遮光 夜灯都很棒 可能因为很新 所以设计很人性化 洗浴也是干湿分离 浴缸也有 交通：不得不说这是我最喜欢的！！！离机场和著名日落打卡点都是8min左右距离 重点是这家不在city centre 所以根本没有堵车烦恼！！！每天晚上打车回来 市区的方向都巨堵 我们毫无压力往反方向走（10min到酒店，btw市区从下午3点就开始拥堵了）

Reviewed Jun 5, 2025Booked this place with the intention of taking the sunset train since it's right next to the station. Unfortunately they skipped that Saturday while we were there because of kaamatan.
The condition of the room is poor, paint chipping and dark spots forming in the corners of the walls. The blinds can barely cover the sunlight so don't expect to sleep comfortably if you tend to wake up when it's bright out. The room is right next to the reception so you can hear every conversation outside the door. Overall would not pay RM400 for this, maybe RM250 at most. The hot water was also malfunctioning at the bathtub, only lukewarm water was coming out. Save your money if the bathtub if your main incentive for booking.

Reviewed May 21, 2025The room design is very nice and comfortable. The bed is great too. The air conditioning is cold enough, even though the room is big. We spent most of our time in the hotel, and it was comfortable enough to stay in all day. We’ll definitely come back again.
The facilities and location might be no convenient for some people, and for us coming from KL, we still found it quite near and convenient to get to other places. Maybe for ladies who need to make up will bit hard for the lighting. (But lighting ambience makes the environment comfortable too)

Reviewed Mar 21, 2025Everything about this hotel is Chef kiss, very beautiful room, friendly staff, got refill for water outside the room. Room is very big, in fact they are very nice that they showed the other rooms to us (JIC we want to experience other rooms).
Nothing much except for the parking space :). Oh, the water pressure is not as low as what people reviewed, its only low pressure on the bath tub which probably because of the supply of water to the bath tub.
