Don't understand how this room can have such high ratings. Worst hotel room I've been in at this price range. I had an absolutely terrible experience; I slept for only 3 hours because of all the inconveniences. It looks like a room that was decent a few years ago, but without any attendance or care ever since. - Very noisy room; there's a big gap under the door so you can hear everything in the hallway - There's a night market that played music until after midnight, which made sleeping impossible. While I can't blame the owner for this, there should be a mention of this in the description before booking. For a sensitive sleeper, this room is an absolute no-go. - In my first 5 mins in the room a cockroach appeared - Bed is uncomfortable, the pillow are too hard to sleep on - Ripped curtains - Fridge did not work. - At night the building is grim and gross.

Reviewed May 19, 2026The room was smaller than expected but very clean and we loved our stay! The location was also great as it is located right next to the Imago shopping centre and many other amenities.
Guests need to keep a look out of the reception counter as there is not a decided lobby area. The hotel is also located near the airport so we can often hear planes flying right above us.
