Reviewed Sep 12, 2026WSZYSTKO- nigdy nie byliśmy w tak czystym i tak dobrze wyposażonym apartamencie. Rewelacyjnie wyposażony, idealny dla 4-5 osób (jedna osoba wtedy śpi na kanapie niestety). Wygodne balkony połączone ze sobą, wszystko nowiutkie, bardzo ładnie urządzony apartament, w sypialniach osobne klimatyzacje i rewelacyjnie wyposażony - był nawet proszek do prania! Super wyposażona kuchnia -Różne rodzaje naczyń, kubków (nawet filiżanki na espresso, kieliszki, kubki, no masa wyposażenia), patelnie, ekspres kapsulkowy do kawy, cukier, słodzik, serio - tam się da na luzie przygotować pełny posiłek, my przygotowywaliśmy tylko śniadania. Ekstremalnie czysto. Bardzo nam się podobało i polecam :) super lokalizacja - dużo restauracji wokół, kawiarnie, sklepy piekarnie, a jednocześnie troszkę na uboczu więc jest cicho. 3 minutki pieszo do bardzo ładnej miejskiej plaży i do centrum neos marmaras :)

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Viihtyisä pieni hotelli mukavalla alueella. Päivän päätteksi oli mukava rentoutua parvekkeella ja seurata kadun tapahtumia.
Sänky oli huono ja nariseva. Suihkussa olisi hyvä olla joko verho tai kaappi.

La chambre que nous avons eu ne correspondait pas à la photo de booking Nous aurions aimé être prévenu La dame a l'accueil nous a donné la clé sans même nous donner quelques informations sur le séjour A notre départ il n'y avait personne nous avons laissé la clé sur le bureau . La literie est d'une qualité très moyenne Au final le rapport qualité prix n'est pas très bon

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό που ήταν φιλόξενο ευγενικό και έτοιμο να ανταποκριθεί στις απαιτήσεις μας.
Χρειάζεται απαραίτητα ανακαίνιση για να μπορεί να μείνει κάποιος- όλα είναι της δεκαετίας του 70 . Μεγάλη προσοχή όταν γίνεται κράτηση, γιατί αν επιλέξει κάποιος δωμάτιο με θέα την θάλασσα είναι ανακαινισμένο, ενώ αν επιλέξει με θέα την πόλη είναι πολύ παλιά. Τα χειρότερα σημεία είναι η μπαλκονόπορτα που δεν ασφάλιζε με τίποτα σε ένα μπαλκόνι που ήταν στο ύψος του δρόμου και το μπάνιο που δεν είχε καθόλου εξαερισμό και μία λεκάνη που μετακινούνταν μαζι με αυτόν που καθόταν πάνω της.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Die Lage ist gut, Zentral und ruhig.
Es gibt anscheinend alte und neue Zimmer, wir hatten ein altes Zimmer. Diese sehen auf den Fotos erheblich anders aus als in Realität. Matratzen sind extrem hart. Es gibt zum Beispiel auch keinen Tisch. Ein wichtiger Grund für uns war das es ein Restaurant in unserer Unterkunft gibt. Dies war leider gerade am umbauen, heißt das wichtig ist sollte man noch mal nachfragen wann das wieder eröffnet.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Unser Zimmer mit Terrasse zu einer kleinen Stichstrasse hatte seinen Charme. Man befand sich mitten im städtischen treiben, aber ohne Lärm und Hektik.
Wir waren in einem der wenigen nicht-renovierten Zimmer des Hotels untergebracht. Das Bad ist sehr eng und hat kein Fenster. Entsprechend gibt es Schimmelflecken im Bad und auch im Zimmer.

Банята фантастична. Любезни домакини. Даже си купихме зехтин от тях. Бихме се върнали отново там. Локацията е отлична.

Am nimerit niște concetățeni care au fost plecați primii 7 ani de acasă. Gălăgie mare și proprietarii nu au luat măsuri pentru asemenea indivizi care se credeau pe câmp sau în pădure la ora 1 noaptea

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026A fost plăcut faptul ca se schimbau așternuturile și prosoapele zilnic și ca este aproape de mare și de magazine.
Atenție la rezervare! Când faci rezervarea și alegi apartament de familie înseamnă că sunt camerele care nu sunt renovate ,foarte mici ptr o familie cu doi copii. Doar cele de lux sunt renovate și arata ca in poze. Am fost dezamăgiți!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καλό, ανακαινισμένο, καλαίσθητο, με πολύ ξεκούραστο στρώμα, ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο και ωραίο μπαλκονάκι με θέα στη θάλασσα.
Η μόνη παραφωνία ήταν ότι υπήρχε μοκέτα στο πάτωμα, που σε μέρος παραθαλάσσιο για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές δεν είναι και ότι καλύτερο.

Δεν ήταν επαρκώς καθαρό. Βρήκα τρίχες στο μπάνιο και κουνούπια στο τοίχο, καθώς και τρίχες στα μαξιλαρια. Δεν είχε κουρτίνες συσκότισης και αναγκαστήκαμε να τραβήξουμε τις καρέκλες του μπαλκονιού μέσα στο δωμάτιο (δε χωρούσαν), για να κλείσουμε τα παλιά παντζουρια.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026There was an extra set of towels. Daily cleaning and change of the foot towel,which got all wet every day due to the absence of a shower curtain.
The pictures on the site were misleading. We got the ground floor room, from the entrance side. The bathroom was old, the sink was cracked and there was no shower curtain, which was very uncomfortable. The toilet was not stable, it was moving while we were seated, as if it was broken. Small space left for use in the bedrooms (eg for baggages), with presence of useless furniture. Old type door, with old locker that practically left the corridor light come in the room during the night, it looked like it was not well closed and this didn't feel safe at all. What surprised us is that on the other side of the corridor there were brand new/renovated and modern furnished rooms, with secured doors. No value for money, this shouldn't cost more than 40€ (btw, not many years ago, I paid 60€ for a newly renovated family room on a Greek island, with a better experience, sorry 😕), if I had to price it.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Am avut emoții pt ca nu m am informat din timp și am văzut cu 2 zile înainte ca este evaluat la 2**. Însă trebuie specificat ca locația are camere renovate cu vedere liberă, deschis aspre un teren de sport și mare dar și camere care nu sunt renovate. Noi am avut camera renovata, lux pot spune! Am fost foarte plăcut surprinsă!
Nu mi a plăcut ca nu sunt locuri de parcare și accesul este dificil, pe străduțe înguste cu panta ff mare - dar asta nu ține de hotel.

Extrem weiche Matratzen, dafür sehr dicke Kopfkissen. Habe gefühlt im Sitzen geschlafen. Der beworbene Meerblick war beim Herausbeugen vom Balkon am Ende der Straße zu erahnen.

wifi koji nije imao domet do naše sobe (soba 208), prijavili smo problem ali nista nije uradjeno po tom pitanju. Do vrata od sobe wifi perfektan,u sobi nista.

U objektu postoje renovirani, savremeni apartmani ali i oni koji nisu nimalo reprezentativni. Na Booking-u su isključivo fotografije renoviranih soba i lepi detalji. Te tako vešto odabrane slike navode na pogrešan zaključak da je ceo objekat takav, pa se tako "uvaljuju" i apartmani u kojima je sve staro, gde su vrata i prozori poluraspadnuti a kreveti neudobni, a gde kada birate konkretan apartman izađu samo tri slike zidova sa "umetničkim" slikama. Onda dođete tamo i potpuno se razočarate, jer to što dobijete nije se moglo ni naslutiti. Kada pokušate da sporazumno rešite situaciju tako što zatražite drugi apartman ili povraćaj novca za dane koje ne biste tu proveli nakon pronalaska novog smeštaja, naiđete na kategorično odbijanje. Uz objašnjenje da sje sve puno, da ne postoji mogućnost povraćaja novca ali i da su ti bolji apartmani daleko skuplji. Pa valjda treba objektivnonprikazati šta se nudi za konkretan novac? Pošto je ovo na neki način prevara. Konkretno, smešteni smo bili u porodičnom apartmanu sa dve sobe u prizemlju (br. 102), koji nema terasu i koji je prilično očajan.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Am fost cazați trei nopți, în apartamentul vintage ca să zic așa, cel ce vedere la oraș. Apreciez că am găsit foarte curat, răcoare și că în fiecare dimineață doamnele de la curățenie aveau grijă să intre să ne schimbe prosoapele, să aranjeze paturile, fără să ne deranjeze, pentru că o făceau discret, când noi eram la plajă și astfel găseam camera curată la întoarcere. Locație aproape de plajă și de centrul orașului.
Mobilierul e cam învechit în apartamentul în care am stat noi și ușile la fel. Consider că sunt prea multe piese de mobilier în cameră și ar putea să se creeze mai mult spațiu în lipsa lor. Parcarea e puțin destul de problematică, mai ales că orașul are multe străduțe super abrupte, cu sens unic. Noi am fost pentru prima dată aici și nu mă așteptam la asta. Am parcat undeva în spatele locației și a trebuit să urcăm o grămadă de scări cu bagajele, deși ar putea să renoveze intrarea din spatele hotelului și să se poată intra și pe acolo. Deocamdată, erau în reparații.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026We unfortunately had a deeply negative experience at Greek House. We booked what was advertised as a "ground floor" apartment, but in reality, it is a basement apartment located on level -1. The apartment was absolutely full of mold and mildew. The smell of dampness and mold was so incredibly strong that during our very first night, I suffered a severe asthma attack and had to seek emergency medical attention. We had no choice but to check out immediately because this place is a literal health hazard. The owner told us they had no other rooms available (I cannot speak for the quality of the other rooms, but this one should not be rented out to anyone). Even though I showed her my official medical report from the doctor, she completely refused to refund our money. We were forced to leave and search for alternative accommodation at the last minute. Do not book!

I didn't like the room. It is located right next to a staircase that connects two streets. During the day, there was a lot of noise. I couldn't get the child to sleep. I don't recommend it for those who want to rest during the day. The rooms with "garden view" actually have a street view because they don't have a garden. 3 pots with plants can't be called "garden view".

We arrived during the official check-in hours and were left on the street with two children, a baby, and my wife. We had to pay for another hotel at the last minute.

Camera veche, nemodernizata, patul sub orice critica nu te poți odihni , pe jos piatră, nu exista aerisire la baie, prosoapele infecte, lasă de dorit, prea mult spălate, învechite, gri...menajerele sunt ok. Hotelul are și camere modernizate dar și o parte f vechi...

Nu există nicio persoană la recepție, îți pierzi ore să apară cineva după ce suni de 1000 de ori până să răspundă . Camerele arată deplorabil. Cel puțin unele, ca în poze e mai mult reclamă mincinoasă cu o cameră frumoasă dar pe cele urate nu le postează Se aude tot ce se întâmplă pe hol, cum pășește fiecare persoană. Poți intra în cameră direct de pe balcon la camerele de la parter . Cea mai urata experiență cu un hotel

La stanza non corrispondeva a quella prenotata. Doveva essere una stanza a piano terra, con patio, ci siamo ritrovati al piano meno uno, senza patio e senza balconi. Nessun posto dove stendere, imprescindibile per un posto di mare, c'era solo un piccolo stendino sulla ringhiera della finestra che era difficilissima da aprire poiché vecchia e malconcia. Lo staff inesistente, quando siamo arrivati non c'era nessuno che ci ha accolto per il check-in e quindi non abbiamo potuto chiedere alcuna informazione, nemmeno per su dove parcheggiar. Lo stesso per il check out . Abbiamo lasciato la stanza alle 9 della mattina e non c'era nessuno alla reception .

Am facut rezervarea in urma pozelor de pe booking, cand am ajuns la cazare am primit cu totul atceva. Au o parte din camere renovate foarte frumos si o parte au ramas nerenovate, vintage 😂. Noi am primit o camera vintage cu piatra pe jos. 🥲
