Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Мястото е прекрасно и се намира точно в центъра. Стаята ни беше супер, точно както е описана и снимана. Персонала беше доста мил и отзивчив. Паркинга трябва да си има собствена локация, тъй като е в пряка от хотела на 100м. Много сме удовлетворени от услугите, със сигурност ще повторим !

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Se face curatenie in fiecare zi, cafea din partea casei in fiecare zi, personalul cu care am interactionat foarte de treaba, este un loc linistit, patul foarte confortabil, aproape de taverne si de centru si de port. Privelistea foarte frumoasa din balcon. Are si parcare privata cam la 100 m de locatie. Daca cereti locatia o sa o primiti pe email. Per total extraordinar.
Un pic cam pe deal, dar asta nu reprezinta un impediment.

Singurul lucru care nu mi-a placut este ca lenjeriile si prosoapele nu sunt uscate cum trebuie si au un miros de inchis. Nu este nimic grav, in afara de acest aspect in rest totul este perfect!

Ceea ce am primit, nu are legătură cu ceea ce am rezervat. - scria 29 m pătrați, a avut maxim 19. Înghesuit și incomod. - nu a avut "separate living room and dormitory", a fost doar o singură încăpere, in care chiuveta era in sufrageria-dormitor. - toaleta era intr-un dulap. . - nu a avut "garden view" - parcarea era în vârful dealului, locația jos. A trebuit să îmi trag troller-ul la deal când am plecat și să mă chinui să nu o ia la vale cand am venit. - locație greu de găsit

το μπανιο ηταν παρα πολυ μικρο ηταν ξεχωριστα η ντουζιερα με το μπανιο, βρηκαμε ψυχουλα κατω στο πατωμα τα οποια δεν ειχαμε κανει εμεις ισως το νουμερο 1 που πηραμε να μην ηταν καλο νομιζω τα αλλα λογικα θεωρω απο οσο μου εχουν πει ηταν καλυτερα .

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026First of all, the room was absolutely spotless. It was cleaned regularly and everything was kept in perfect condition. I especially appreciated the small touches, such as the neatly folded sheets and even my pyjamas. There was always a fresh bottle of water and new coffee capsules available, which made the stay feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The room was also pleasantly air-conditioned when we arrived, which was especially welcome after being outside. Secondly, the location is excellent. Although the property is right in the city, it becomes remarkably peaceful after midnight. There is virtually no noise, so you can enjoy a good night's sleep without feeling like you are staying in the middle of a busy city. The terrace is another highlight. It is a wonderful place to sit, relax and simply take in the atmosphere. Hearing the quiet chatter and everyday sounds coming from the street below gives the place a very pleasant and authentic feeling. It is one of those little details that makes you feel like you are actually experiencing the city rather than simply staying in a hotel. Finally, the parking arrangement deserves special mention. The property has a designated parking space just around 50 metres away. This is an absolute lifesaver, especially in such a busy city with lots of cars and relatively narrow streets. Having a guaranteed parking spot so close to the property made arriving and leaving incredibly easy and took away one of the biggest worries when staying in a city centre. Overall, the attention to detail, cleanliness, location, atmosphere and, especially, the convenient parking made the stay extremely comfortable. You can tell that the hosts have put thought into the experience, and the small personal touches really make a difference. I would happily stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Καθαρό δωμάτιο, σε κεντρική τοποθεσία. Ήσυχο διαμέρισμα, παρόλο που ήταν στο επίπεδο του δρόμου. Καλές παροχές (πετσέτες, παντόφλες, μπουρνούζια, είδη μπάνιου). Άνετες καρέκλες στο μπαλκόνι. Προσέφεραν κάθε μέρα 2 μικρά μπουκάλια νερό και είχε και μηχανή εσπρέσο.
Το βασικό πρόβλημα ήταν η τουαλέτα! Πολύ μικρός χώρος για να χωρέσει κάποιος, έπρεπε να έχει ανοικτή την πόρτα για να χωρέσει! Επίσης, ήταν στον ίδιο χώρο με το δωμάτιο, με ημιδιαφανή πόρτα και για να κάνεις την ανάγκη σου, έπρεπε ο συγκάτοικος να βγει στο μπαλκόνι! Πολύ λάθος σχεδιασμός. Το ίδιο και ο νιπτήρας που αν ξύπναγε ο ένας εκ των δύο νωρίτερα, θα ξυπνούσε και τον άλλον καθώς δεν υπάρχει χώρισμα. Επίσης, δεν υπήρχαν κρεμάστρες για τα ρούχα, αλλά ούτε & για τις πετσέτες του μπάνιου και το στρώμα του κρεβατιού ήταν πολύ μαλακό (για τις δικές μου προτιμήσεις). Τέλος, το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε ανηφορικό δρόμο και για να πας στο πάρκινγκ (που βρίσκεται 50 μέτρα μακρύτερα), έπρεπε να ανέβεις μεγάλη ανηφόρα, δύσκολο για ηλικιωμένους ή για ανθρώπους με ελαφριές κινητικές δυσκολίες. Τέλος, το ψυγείο ήταν πολύ μικρό, μετά βίας χωρούσε ένα μεγάλο μπουκάλι νερό.

Dal parcheggio non vi sono indicazioni per raggiungere la struttura che si trova alla fine di una strada molto ripida e disagevole,soprattutto con i bagagli al seguito. Letto privo di comodini. Illuminazione interna non razionale.

De fapt noi am fost repartizatti in alta locatie, proprietarea ne-a mintit ca in cele 2 camere rezervate si platite are probleme cu instalatia electrica. Am mers la Pela Veranda sa verificam si camerele erau ocupate de altcineva. Am sesizat acest lucru la Booking, daca acceptati aceste practici este doar problema voastra! Personal am sa evit rezervarile prin Booking, sunt dezamagit de atitudinea voastra de corporatisti. APP: noi am fost cazati la Greek House Hotel, nota 10 pentru curatenie si amabilitate personal, mai putin proprietara!

Единственото нещо, което не ми допадна е, че вратата на тоалетната беше от стъкло и нямаше добро уплатнение и уединение. Но пък за други хора може това да не е проблем, така че става дума за усещане.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Das Zimmer ist wirklich so schön eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern! Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Veranda auch so schön auf den Fotos und die Lage perfekt in Neos Marmaras!
Es ist etwas feucht im Zimmer trotz Klimaanlage und die Strasse sehr steil, aber es war trotzdem machbar, die Koffer einmal runter- und raufzutragen.

Indicații de orientare mai bune, atât pentru locație, cât și pentru parcare, ele nefiid una lângă alta.

on an uphill, no elevator in the building, mediocre ventilation in bathroom as the small window faces the inside (the staircase), mosquito net on the balcony was not functioning. the air-conditioning was OK, due to bad odour we checked the AC filters that needed cleaning so we washed them and the smell went away. no facilities in terms of breakfast.

Abbiamo molto apprezzato la pulizia eseguita ogni giorno e il rifornimento di capsule per il caffè anch'esso quotidiano. La nostra camera aveva un terrazzino con vista mare sul quale era piacevole fare colazione. Da apprezzare ciabatte e accappatoio a disposizione degli ospiti in ogni camera. Struttura fortemente consigliata se dovete stare a Neos Marmaras.
Non è un difetto ma forse il bagno sarebbe preferibile un pò più ampio.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Доста пари са вложени в ремонт и подобрения на имота. Мрамор, камък, стъкло и масивно дърво навсякъде. Беше видна еклектика на много стилове като някои от тях се "биеха" според мен. Но това все пак е въпрос на вкус. Важното е, че собствениците са направили максимума ( че и отгоре) мястото да изглежда добре. Много усилия се влагаха да е чисто и приятно всеки ден. Имаше и доста малки приятни детайли, които не съм срещал другаде - кутия със сухи салфетки, машинка против комари ( заредена и готова за ползване) капсулки за кафе всеки ден.... Персонала беше супер приветлив и услужлив. Имаше и доста хубава вътрешна градина с маси и чадъри, които можеш да ползваш при желание. Наблизо има много заведения, аптеки, магазини и всичко, което ти е нужно.
Терасата гледаше не точно към морето както беше моето очакване, но пък и гледката към вътрешната градина не беше лоша.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Εξαιρετικά καθαρό. Στην καρδιά του Μαρμαρά. Υπέροχο στρώμα πολύ άνετο. Ξεχωριστα το ντουζ από την τουαλέτα, πολύ βολικό. Αφρατες πετσέτες και μπουρνουζια. Πολύ όμορφο και περιποιημένο μπαλκόνι με τέλειες πολυθρόνες.
Δυστυχώς το δωμάτιο μας ήταν στον ημιόροφο και το μπαλκονακι μας, αν και πολύ όμορφο και περιποιημένο έβλεπε στο δρόμο.

Δεν είχε ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ όπως έλεγε και θεωρώ πως το χειρότερο ήταν η τουαλέτα που ήταν ένα μικρό κουτί μετά βίας χωρούσε άνθρωπος

4 μέρες που μείναμε δεν καθαριστικε ούτε μια φορά το δωμάτιο... Παρότι είδα την μια μερα την κυρία που καθάριζε και έβαλα το ταμπελακι για τον καθαρισμό του δωμάτιου... Δεν μπήκε ποτέ στο δωμάτιο...Επίσης δεν έχει ασανσέρ !
