Would have been lovely to have breakfast included. Parking a bit of an issue for the amount of rooms only 5 spaces to park. On street parking not viable.

I stayed in the Dolphin’s cottage, which had everything I needed, including a small fridge, microwave, kettle, and TV. I especially want to highlight the size of the bed and how comfortable it was! I would definitely recommend staying here. The hotel’s restaurant is also a great bonus and it happens to be the highest-rated restaurant in the town on Google Maps!

The only downside was a slight smell of damp in the bedroom, which was noticeable at times.

It was all good

The place was clean, the design of the room was nice and modern, and the bed was very confortable. We enjoyed being in the cottage; being separate from the main building meant we didn’t have the noise of the pub and we could park just outside our room, very convenient! We appreciated all the amenities: having a microwave, fridge and kettle was exactly what we needed.

There was a locked door in the room that separated it from the lobby of the other rooms. It was just a normal door so we could hear everything happening on the other side (and they could hear us). Some soundproofing around the door would help with privacy and would make it feel safer too. Fridge is also very loud, would recommend earplugs to any light/difficult sleepers :)

The food was exceptional the rooms were a bit noisy, I was above the kitchen and something was used quite early in the morning. The beds were really comfortable and it was very clean. Definitely going to go back again

Fantastic location near the sea and pretty central in Pembrokeshire for exploring other places. Great breakfast - although, it does say it’s a £14pp charge for brekkie and it transpires you actually just pay as you go/for what you have which felt a little misleading. Bed was super comfy

The photos on here unfortunately felt misleading .. the en suite was actually tiny (room 3), shower smelt damp and constantly dripped so I had to leave the shower head on the floor. The WiFi details in the room are not the one that actually work in the room. Meaning the TV also does not work. Also misleading when it states TV & Netflix included, and you can’t access either. Toilet roll holder broken. Room noisy and hot (with no cooling aids/fans etc). The noise wasn’t so unexpected to be honest though when you’re staying above a pub and on a road. No hand wash in the bathroom felt like a basic hygiene miss. I did mention the above issues (par the heat) at breakfast the first morning and she kindly got me a hand wash there & then. I also don’t think I saw any owners which felt a shame to not see any ‘face’ of the hotel.

I liked the location,free parking at the back of the property. Comfy beds.

The shower wasn't great,the shower head wouldn't stay up and in place while u were stood under it.

Our room was in the courtyard outside ,the room was nice,looked quite new. Staff were lovely

Breakfast We booked with breakfast included but we were told by the lady in the evening that it had changed & it was now an amout towards breakfast £8 ,with no message before hand I wasn't too happy about it. At breakfast in the morning the amount then changed to £10 still not happy with that when your expecting it to be included. So be aware, it needs charging on booking. Com Also very noisy from pub next door

小地方本身就是好处。不好的位置吵到晚上11点多也就停了，都回去睡觉了。小地方的服务员其实没什么服务意识，但淳朴地保留了英国普通人的礼貌和善意，就已经超过国内的大多数水准了。

房间正对一条大街，吵。房间极小，卫生间极小，楼梯很窄。

Second time staying for work for annual local event. Brilliant hosts, and amazing food at the restaurant. Nearly everything was absolutely perfect just a few small things which are easy changes.

Could do with an iron in the outside rooms to save asking desk, When I used my room it was only sparkling water in the fridge and lastly the heating was on when I got there on a very hot day with no air con/fan - windows didn't help at all so possibly and option to turn heating off and provide a fan.

i found everything from when i walked in to when i left amazing bed was comfy, surrounded area was quiet enough to sleep easy

the only thing i didnt like but wast a huge issue was i could hear someonne being sick in the other room early in morning but i guess it was just the day i pick

The room and ensuite shower room were spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The staff are really nice and very helpful.

We loved this property. Very clean and comfortable felt like a home from home. Needed that especially after a funeral.

The tvs were a little hard to work because of the wifi signal so I just synced it up to my phone hotspot and then it worked perfectly.

Excellent family run hotel. Meal and breakfast in restaurant were both first class. Would definitely recommend.

Qu ils nous ont fait payer le petit déjeuner alors qu il était compris dans la réservation. Certes nous nous en sommes rendus compte le lendemain. Fait un message à l hôtel mais jamais eu de réponse.

The location is perfect for getting around the area and seeing the sights and visiting other places and towns. The room was in great order and a cracking powerful shower.. the tea and kettle was perfect.. Breakfast is a must for anyone staying…

Maybe the noisy duvet as you move.. sounded like the rustle of leafs.. some will like, not my thing .. he he

Location, room third floor, small floors, so ask lower level if you trouble walking… reception not always available but the ladies there assisted us with luggage and made us feel very welcome 🤗 menus look fabulous unfortunately our visit was short but next time I’d try room warm beds comfortable bathroom/shower more than adequate all good 👍

Music was loud during the evenings.

Wonderful, polite staff. Happy to answer any questions we had and help us where needed. Bedroom as basic but very clean, the bed was a little soft for me but that is me just nit-picking. The bathroom attached was a really good size. Shower had good pressure. Breakfast, we both chose a cooked breakfast which was tasty. We had dinner in the restaurant which was amazing and well worth the price we paid. Really happy with the Dolphin and would happily stay there again. A massive Thank you

The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs ensuring we were looked after. The hotel was very clean and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

All good, a positive experience.

We had a very pleasant stay, even though we could only spend one night due to our travel schedule. Our room was very large, modern and extremely comfortable, with plenty of space to organise our belongings. The bathroom was also spacious and convenient. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and really enjoyed the cosy atmosphere and the tasty dishes. We would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the accommodation even more.

The staff was great. They accommodated the last minute booking.

I had to carry my suitcases up two flights of stairs.

It’s clean throughout with well decorated, spacious and well provided rooms.

The window handles were a little loose and need replacing. Lack of shower gel.

Unfortunately due to the previous occupier of our room falling ill and not able to be moved we were re-located to a B&B nearby but had our breakfasts in the DOl,pain. Natalie was very helpful throughout. Breakfasts were excellent and plentiful

I had a lovely visit to The Dolphin Hotel & Restaurant in Pembroke Dock. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I booked 2 rooms.The one which was slightly cheaper was lovely.Really spacious and new modern furniture. The one I was in was the slightly more exoensive one.It was really small and dated.There was patches where the paint was flaking off the walls and chips to the woolodwork.The shower was cold it was a walk in shower and the water run right over to the toilet so had wet patches on the floor after using the shower.

Welcomed with a warm friendly greeting, locals welcomed us too. Very comfortable nights sleep, breakfast was set price, you could upgrade at extra cost ( difference between basic £8 and what you ate) unlimited tea and coffee but fruit juice extra. Small car park and soon becomes full. All went above and beyond.

I was sorry to miss breakfast but they don't serve it til 9 on a Sunday and I had to be on my way before that.

The staff were so attentive ,nothing was too much trouble for Taya she especially went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The room was clean the bed was comfortable. The meal were delicious both breakfast and evening meal our compliments to the chef 👨‍🍳 😋 xxx

Bed was tiny, shower has little to no pressure. Didn't have anywhere in the bathroom to hang a towel. Says they have parking, but realistically you can park 3 maybe 4 cars before being blocked in. Didn't enjoy breakfast. Bed isn't very comfortable, especially with back problems. We left a night early for a lovely lodge for cheaper.

Really good quality accommodation and lovely food in the restaurant. It is clear that real pride is taken in providing guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

De ligging was voor ons erg goed. De haven van Pembroke ligt echt op wandelafstand van het hotel. De volgende dag namen we de boot naar Ierland. Ideale ligging als tussenstop. Het ontbijt was goed. De bediening wa erg vriendelijk. Het eten in het restaurant viel best mee.

Eigenlijk niets. Misschien de beperkte parkeergelegenheid.

Chambre TWIN spacieuse mais très petite salle de bain pas forcément pratique pour poser ses affaires de toilettes mais ce n'est pas trop gênant. Personnel très sympa et petit déjeuner copieux. Nous avons sélectionné cet hôtel car les autres à Pembroke étaient vraiment trop chers. Les environs ne sont pas très beaux à pied mais en voiture c'est idéal pour faire une halte et visiter la région. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue.

Breakfast is exceptional.

Broken window handles on our room windows. Had to gain access from the lane way behind the building which is very dark and not too nice at night.

The room was lovely - I think we had the smallest/least equipped room, having seen the other rooms as we left but it was nicely decorated, clean and suitable for our stay. Check in systems were in place for our late arrival and easy to follow. We had no interactions with anyone running the actual hotel. The breakfast was presented well. When it said breakfast included, I didn't expect an £8 cap/a public breakfast place but it covered the basics for a decent breakfast and drink. We had to pay extra to get what we actually wanted for our breakfast (hot chocolate for my daughter rather than tea/coffee, for example) but that was ok.

I don't want to be critical as the overnight stay was pleasant, lots of care has been taken to make it a nice stay. I did find the breakfast time unpleasant though. The food was amazingly presented and really nice. It was the atmosphere that was the issue. Two females were there and they were nice but not attentive whatsoever. Private conversations and not at low volume, make up being done in the mirror in the breakfast area, and when they enjoyed the song that was playing, the volume went up. Way beyond what I'd expect to the point where we had to raise our voices to be able to have a conversation at our table. There were a couple of other things I'd rather not share here, it really wasn't what I was expecting and resulted in us leaving disappointed. However, the hotel is very nice and I'd recommend it. I'd just suggest the breakfast service is looked at again.
