Naprosto úžasný pobyt! Od první chvíle je znát, že hotel funguje v příjemném rodinném prostředí, kde se o hosty opravdu starají s osobním přístupem. Člověk se zde necítí jen jako další host, ale skutečně vítaný. Velkým a velmi příjemným překvapením pro nás byla thajská kuchyně. Byla skvělým a osvěžujícím zpestřením celého pobytu – autentické chutě, výborné jídlo a něco, co člověk v podobném hotelu rozhodně nečeká. Kombinace rodinné atmosféry, skvělé péče a výborné thajské kuchyně dělá z tohoto místa hotel, kam se člověk rád vrátí. Moc děkujeme za krásný pobyt!

קרוליין ובעלה מנהלים מלון בוטיק משפחתי מקסים ונעים על גדות האגם סנט. וולפגאנג. קרוליין קיבלה את פנינו בלבביות ונענתה לכל בקשה (כולל ארוחת בוקר ארוזה בשל יציאה מוקדמת, תיק מגבות לרחצה באגם, המלצות לטיול ועוד). הצוות מקסים, החדר מרווח, נקי ונוח. המסעדה התאילנדית מעולה - כל מה שהזמנו היה טעים ומיוחד. כך גם ארוחת הבוקר העשירה. נשמח לחזור לשם. מומלץ בחום!

Ausstattung Zimmer war okay, die Matratzen könnten mal erneuert werden.

​The room's balcony provides a wonderfully scenic backdrop of the mountains and the sea. While the main road below is noticeable, the overall view and atmosphere remain delightful.

Majitele jsou moc mili a ochotni. Hotel je kousek od plaze. Vsude jsou cyklostezky a hned naproti je autobusova zastavka. Maji vyborne snidane. Meli jsme vetsi apartman a byl opravdu krasny a prostorny.

Vse v poradku.

Hezký rodinný hotel v blizkosti jezera. Krásné procházky po okolí. Výborná snídaně. Večer otevřená restaurace, možnost povečeřet. Moc příjemný personál, v restauraci příjemný číšník ze Slovenka. Krásný výhled z pokoje na přírodu.

Wonderful place to spend a few days. Owners and the restaurant staff were professional, attentive and just a delight to interact with. Breakfast had a good variety and couple of dinners we stayed for were delicious.

We visited during a heatwave so air conditioning in the room would have been welcomed.

Výbroně zařízený apartmán, velmi ochotný personál, velmi chutná snídaně. Přímo od penzionu vychází zajímavé turistické cesty, jak k Wolfgangsee, tak předevšíém Schwarzensee.

Problémem byl hluk z provozu na silnici, vzhledem k teplu bylo potřebné spát s otevřeným oknem, což ale znamelo hluk z přilehlé silnice.

Trevliga och välkomnande, stor yta och bekväma sängar. Fixade även en barnsäng åt oss och hade en lekhörna för barn intill resturangen.

Senzační kuchyně, vstřícní a milí majitelé i personál, parkování hned u hotelu, čisté a prostorné pokoje s výhledem na krásnou přírodu. Nedaleko hřiště pro malé i velké, koupání v průzračném jezeře Wolfgang See na pláži kousek od hotelu

Naprosto skvělé ubytování! Byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Dostali jsme lepší pokoj, než jsme očekávali, a celý pobyt se nám moc líbil. Majitelka i její rodina byli velmi příjemní, vstřícní a ochotní. Jedná se o milý rodinný hotel s vlastní restaurací, kde jsme se cítili opravdu dobře. Rádi se sem opět vrátíme.

Das Zimmer zur Straße ist Recht laut. Der See ist 400 m entfernt.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet und köstlich

Direkt neben der Hauptstraße, in der Nacht Lärm. Es gab keine Klimaanlagen im Zimmer generell im ganzen hotel nicht, das heißt im Hochsommer fast nicht erträglich In der Nacht musste man mit offenen Fenstern schlafen um nicht zu ersticken, das bedeutet auch Lärm durch die Autos

Location on Wolfgangsee is great. This family owned hotel makes you feel part of a family and not just an anonymous guest.

The restaurant is not traditional Austrian. Not bad but different.

The place was cozy and family-oriented — it really felt like home. The family gave us great tips for places to visit in the area and constantly made sure everything was fine. The room was large and spacious, clean, and there was always plenty of hot water. Wonderful breakfast. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely come back.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, sehr gutes Frühstück mit hausgemachten Speisen. Zum Geburtstag meiner Frau wurde extra eine kleine Torte zubereitet, mit Kerzen versehen und als Überraschung zum Frühstück an unseren Tisch gebracht. Der Tisch war dem Anlass entsprechend geschmückt. VIELEN DANK! Meine Frau hat sich sehr gefreut!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was excellent, we were upgraded and the food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast is excellent.

Great location and convenient to get everywhere around, 3 minutes from St. Wolfgang, great breakfast, tasty and tastefully served, the owners are very helpful and advisable, always smiling and welcoming,, very clean and big room, quiet room (back room, not on the road) The restaurant in the hotel is just great and very tasty food, really recommended, there is parking in the hotel and an elevator to the upper floors, definitely highly recommend.

This was our second stay - and we again felt very welcome and happy. The hotel can also be recommended for its Thai cuisine - the meals were nothing short of excellent.

The owner is a sweet family, very kind. The room is nice and tidy. Parking is available on site. Breakfast was good. They have a restaurant but unfortunately, did not have the chance to try it out.

I like the calmness of the place and the staff were nice. I found the location acceptable, and the layout of the room was nice. It was big enough and had a sink and a good spaced bathroom. The food was awesome, and I would definitely recommend trying it.

The receptionist is not always present at the front of the hotel. I was worried about our data and our privacy as our data was open, and the screen was facing everyone who was coming in and out of the hotel. Not only our data but the person who paid before us after they were finished, the receptionist left the screen open with all their information and the amount they paid open, where everyone can see it. I did not like that at all. We booked a room that says it has a lake view, but when we arrived, we could see a glimpse of the lake from the right side of the balcony only. The curtains in the bathroom were not clean. A big stain was present at the chair in the room.

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich vielfältig. Das Zimmer war mit einem Kühlschrank und einer Miniküche ausgestattet, in der man sich mitgebrachte Speisen selbst zubereiten konnte.

Die Gastgeber sind einfach toll und perfekt. Es war wirklich sehr sehr schön.

Top Hotel mit extrem freundlichen, herzlichen Gastgebern und Personal. Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Es gab für uns ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Suite weil wir mit kleinem Kind gereist sind (sehr aufmerksam!). Frühstück war ein Traum, es hat nichts gefehlt. Abendessen war sowieso lecker, große Portionen und es gibt sehr gute asiatische Gerichte auf der Speisekarte. Eine Spielecke im Speisesaal war auch ein absoluter Hit, weil man so in Ruhe essen konnte während das Kind sich bisschen beschäftigt. Alles in Allem eine große Empfehlung!

יחס חם ומשפחתי. בעלי המלון מקסימים ממש, סייעו לנו בכל דבר ובמיוחד בהמלצות מעולות. יש מסעדה טובה עם אווירה כייפית. התחושה במלון Burglstein היא שאתה רצוי ונמצא במקום בטוח, במיוחד לאור התקופה שבה כישראלי, יחס כזה לצערנו, אינו מובן מאליו בכל מקום.

When it rains outside, there's always sunshine inside. A perfect, family-run hotel. If you want to feel at home while staying at Wolfgangsee, this is the right choice.

The hotel is excellent. Not far from hiking trails, the bus station, and just a few minutes walk from the lake. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the hosts are extremely hospitable, and the breakfast is great!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights and were absolutely thrilled. The location is excellent – about 10 minutes by car to St. Wolfgang or a 45-minute walk. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel. From the accommodation, you can take a beautiful circular walk to Strobl and back, or continue along the lakeside path. There’s also a nice playground nearby. The hotel has a sauna (which we didn’t use) and a very pleasant covered outdoor terrace where you can sit even when it’s raining (we enjoyed it twice). The restaurant offers a combination of traditional Austrian and Thai cuisine – we tried both and everything was delicious. At breakfast, we appreciated the wide selection of fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as excellent homemade spreads. But what truly makes this place stand out are the incredibly kind and helpful owners, who also serve in the restaurant. They never forgot to check if we were missing anything, the owner greeted us with a cheerful “Ahoj” in Czech, and when we left, we even received a bottle of homemade elderflower syrup – the same one they use for their Hugo cocktails, which we happily indulged in during happy hour :) We honestly can’t think of a single thing to criticize – the warm and friendly service made everything even more enjoyable. Thank you!

The hotel is super clean and cozy. We loved that it’s close to the lake, restaurants, and downtown Wolfgangsee –really easy to find.

Family owned with warm hospitality.

The family-owned and run establishment is beautifully built with simple, yet smart touches. It is exceptionally clean and has plenty of parking, even for our 9-person van! The rooms are spacious and family-friendly. The breakfast is a must - made to order eggs and omelettes were fresh and perfectly cooked, the breakfast bar was plentiful with everything you could imagine from fresh fruit to cereals and homemade granola to meats and cheeses, and the homemade breads with homemade jams were to die for! The owners are incredibly friendly and personalized our experience which we greatly appreciated as we were traveling as a family that included teens and elderly grandparents.

This was not an issue for us, but some might feel that the hotel is a bit out of the way if wanting easier access to St. Wolfgang shopping and sightseeing. You will need to drive to there. But if you want a quieter, more peaceful stay closer to hiking trails and a leisurely run around the lake, this is the spot!

The property was clean and conveniently located near our desired travel destinations. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the hospitality was exceptional. The wonderful family hosting us always greeted us with smiles and regularly checked to ensure everything was satisfactory.

It is a gem at the most beautiful lake in Austria. The hotel’s management is incredibly friendly and helpful, the restaurant has amazing Austrian and also Thai food, waiters are friendly. We have arrived with a 6 months old baby girl they offered us with a cot and they even provided us with a baby seat for dinners. Baby and adult friendly accomodation recommended to all who visit Wolfgangsee.

Host of the Hotel was really very co-operative and good. Host also guided us and helped us to plan the local tour very well. I will highly recommend the hotel for family.
