Reviewed Aug 25, 2026A propriedade é belíssima. De frente para o lago com um bar beira lago excepcional. Estacionamento fácil e prático. Perfeito para descansar em casal ou em família. Jantei no hotel duas noites consecutivas e o restaurante é excelente, comida primorosa com atendimento muito bom da equipe do restaurante. Fiquei em um quarto grande e com banheira.
Infelizmente tive meu sono muito atrapalhado porque quando amanhece o quarto fica totalmente claro. Não há nenhum sistema de blackout nas janelas que evite o entrar da luz do sol no ínicio da manhã. Também no meu check-in não houve serviço de carregadores de malas para os quartos, algo que normalmente eu espero para este padrão de acomodação, talvez por eu ter chegado ao hotel às 20h

De airco stond niet op de juiste tijd, en ging 's nachts op stand 28 graden, wel erg warm. Telkens als we hem bijstelde dan ging het tot weer naar verwarmen. Het koffie apparaat werkt niet met een normale koffie in de kamer, dus we dezen twee espresso's met een cupje, opgelost

Reviewed May 22, 2026Spacious and beautiful room with a large terrace right on the lakeshore. Well maintained ground where you can stroll and relax. The meal at the restaurant was exquisite. A welcome snack was a nice touch.
The facility with historical beauty also showed some age with occasional sounds of floors creaking from the upstairs.

Během pobytu se měnily elektr. zámky. V noci jsme zůstali po koncertě venku v mrazu. Obsluha reagovala až po hodině. Nejlépe hodnotíme ochoto pomocného personálu /nějaký srb /- velmi vstřícný !

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Lage super, leider konnten wir die Vorzüge wetterbedingt nicht so richtig ausnutzen; Zum Frühstück hätten wir Buffet (für ausgewählte Produkte vorhanden) bevorzugt, aber man konnte alles bestellen und die frisch zubereiteten Eier- und sonstigen Speisen waren vorzüglich und exquisit angerichtet; Ich habe selten sooo guten Kaffee getrunken! Unbedingt den SPA-Bereich ausprobieren, hat uns hinsichtlich Ausstattung und Übersichtlichkeit extrem gut gefallen
Gästekarte erst auf Nachfrage, als es für uns schon zu spät war; Wenn man öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzt (z.B. Bus nach Salzburg, Haltestelle direkt am Hotel) macht sich das bemerkbar, da diese mit Gästekarte umsonst sind; aber ist wahrscheinlich in hochpreisigen Hotels eher marginal

Die Zimmer im alten Teil mit sehr viel Charme geschmackvoll eingerichtet, dazu bequeme Betten und diverse Nettigkeiten. Das Frühstück ist ein absoluter Traum, der Spa Bereich wunderschön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zu Sankt Wolfgang lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein, die auf das hervorragende Abendessen des Restaurants vorbereiten. Rundum ein einschränkungsloser Entspannungstraum!

Everything was so well arranged, beautiful art pieces and amazing lake view through room window . This hotel makes our trip a super great ending. It definitely worthy coming back again. If there is one thing can improve: suggest to have an easy access for luggage instead of stairs.

The front desk person could have been more accurate about information regarding sights. For instance you can book tickets ahead online for cog railway (we spent 40min waiting because we were told you don’t book ahead). They didn’t know that the saltmines don’t let you book ahead currently - we were having a problem booking online. But they did call and figure it out eventually. They said it took 10 minutes to walk to the ferry when it takes 15 for an average speed person. We had to run to catch it and almost missed it! Otherwise they were very nice and friendly.

Reviewed May 5, 2025Beautiful place. It's situated in quiet place right on the shore of the Wolfgangsee. We liked to walk to and from St. Wolfgang on the foothpath by the lake. Our Junior Suite had nice terrace and view to the lake. Bed was very comfortable. We also liked the way the how the breakfast was served.
It would be fine if the hotel and the whole property was 100% smoke free. We like fresh air and every early morning we had to breathe the smell of cigarettes from someone smoking in the other room / terrace.

Reviewed Feb 15, 2025The best view you can imagine on the wolfsgang sea and the mountains. Breakfast is special in the way it's served. The team is very friendly and you get a family feeling. The hotel manager even helped me the change in my rental car the language from Hungarian to English.
