Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Die Lage war perfekt. Der Parkplatz war gegenüber und für den Preis von 8€ am Tag kann man nichts aussetzen. Das Restaurant darunter war auch wirklich sehr gut und gemütlich. Das Personal war super nett.
Ist vielleicht jammern auf höchstem Niveau aber leider war die Heizung noch nicht an (es war ja im September und das Wettet war doch recht kalt)

Zimmer sind zu klein. Ausstattung ist in schlichter Fichtenholzromantik ohne besonderem Komfort. Preis ist für das gebuchte Angebot viel zu überhöht. Preise der Speisenkarte ebenfalls überteuert.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026原本我预定的是菲森的酒店，经过考虑后决定改到这里，这个决定是对的，这个酒店位置太棒了。当我们开车从萨尔茨堡过来的时候，我和我的司机都不太确定是哪个酒店，因为当时街上的游客非常多，后来我看到了酒店的招牌才确定就是这里。 初来乍到，我们并不太了解酒店的各个入口，所以是从餐厅的正门进入，到前台办理的入住手续，后来才知道靠近公交站的方向，也就是酒店楼下咖啡店的旁边有一个可以进出酒店的门，这样就可以避免从餐厅穿过的尴尬😅😅 我们之前通过预定信息知道房间里没有空调和冰箱，所以有一定心理准备，好在现在的天气已经不算太热了，只有第一天到达的时候有点热，之后几天都很凉爽。另外酒店在房间和走廊都放置了电风扇，这很好！房间面积虽然不大，但整洁干净，而且浴室配备了足够多的厕纸和毛巾，所以我们入住期间没有要求打扫。 我们入住的这一层恰好有休息室，而且离我们的房间很近，里面可以自己烧开水，泡咖啡和茶，也有一个公用冰箱，不过我们没有使用。茶包很好喝，尤其是洋甘菊和草本口味的。早餐是在酒店餐厅里享用，种类丰富且美味，咖啡和牛奶非常好喝。 酒店的地理位置非常好，距离公交车站、马车站、接驳车车站都很近，所以入住期间我们游玩非常从容，累了可以随时回酒店休息。这里的工作人员也都非常友善，我们在这里度过了愉快的时光。

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania zamku oraz wędrówek wokół jeziora i po górach. Czysto i schludnie. dobre śniadanie i restauracja serwująca bawarską kuchnię czynna wieczorem. Możliwość parkowania w pobliżu budynku. Widok z okna na zamek.
Brak klimatyzacji może być trochę uciążliwy w gorące letnie wieczory, zwłaszcza że mieliśmy pokój na poddaszu, ale informacja o tym była dostępna. Mogłoby być taniej, chociaż biorąc pod uwagę lokalizację, płaci się za samo miejsce.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Kortbij het meer en kasteel Hohenschwangau, beiden op 5 min stappen. Nette en romantische kamer met balkon. Onderaan heb je souvenierwinkel, restaurant, etc dus je kunt van tafel direct naar je kamer.
De drukte moet je erbij nemen. Van 'smorgensvroeg 6u30 buiten onderhoudsploeg en niet altijd stille wandelaars en parkeerders. Geen koffie of thee gelegenheid of zelfs geen fles water op de kamer ondanks de hitte.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026In realtà non abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel Alpenstuben. Al nostro arrivo, non so perché, ci hanno spostato ad una struttura partner, villa Ludwig. Dopo un primo momento di perplessità, devo dire che ci abbiamo guadagnato. Bellissima struttura 4 stelle, garage privato, suite con due camere e bagno enorme, colazione di altissima qualità. Personale molto professionale e accogliente. Non ultimo, piccolo giardino privato con tavolo e poltroncine e,ciliegina sulla torta, vista di Neuschwanstein!
Leggermente più distante di Alpenstuben dai due castelli, ma ne vale la pena!

Molto valido anche il ristorante. Parcheggio riservato all'aperto, di fronte all'hotel, a pagamento. Personale molto cordiale, alcuni parlano benissimo l'italiano.
Località molto affollata, piena di turisti da tutto il mondo. Preparatevi a lunghe code per i bus navetta verso i castelli.

Parking très pratique (à moins d'une minute de l'hôtel), départs en bus et calèche pour le château a proximité très proche de l'hôtel (2 minutes à pied). Tout est parfait, recommandé à 100%

Klimaanlage und kleiner Kühlschrank wären noch eine super Draufgabe. Parkplatz war kostenpflichtig (10,-/Tag).

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Destacar la amabilidad del personal y que nos dieran de cenar cuando el restaurante estaba cerrado se lo agradecemos muchísimo al ir con un niño y el viaje en coche desde Legoland. La ubicación es perfecta al píe del Castillo, ideal para nosotros que contratamos subida en Bus con guía. Todo estuvo perfecto. El Hotel es bonito y muy acogedor.
Me gusto todo. Pero tal vez, al ir con una maleta pesada grande, tener que subir sin ascensor. Pero se suben bien, repetiría porque para mi no fue ningún problema.

Eigenlijk niets. Misschien de kleine badkamer.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Die Lage ist traumhaft. Das Schloss Neuschwanstein ist schnell (30-40Minuten je nach Kondition ) zu Fuß erreichbar. Es fahren allerdings auch Kutschen und Busse. Das Hotel ist sauber und gemütlich. Das Bad war sehr modern. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen und Mega lecker.
Preislich muss man allerdings etwas mehr einplanen.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Friendly staff, nice room, everything was very clean. Dinner was delicious - one of the best meals we have had at any restaurant. The hotel does not have air conditioning, but they provided a fan for each bedroom, which worked well.
The only improvement that we could suggest would be a tea/coffee maker in the room.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026The hotel was nice. Located right next to ticket office for castle tours. But the highlight was the staff. All of them. From the wonderful lady who greeted us when we arrived after hours... To the breakfast and dinner staff... to the helpful lady who checked us out, and held our luggage while we toured the castles. This was by far the best service we received anywhere on our trip.
Wish we had more time to stay!

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, da es direkt na die Ticketschalter für die Schlösser liegt. Die Abfahrt zu den Schlössern erfolgt ebenfalls in nur 50 m Entfernung
Unser sehr kleines Zimmer mit Minibad befand sich in der 2, Etage. Es gab weder einen Aufzug, noch war jemand mit dem Gepäck behilflich.

Synes det er en mærkelig indstilling fra nogle af tjenerne at man bliver sur over ikke at få drikkepenge, da de stort set ikke gad se til vores sidde da vi spiste på hotellet. Det har for vores vedkommende gjort at vi slet ikke havde lyst til at spise der igen

El personal es muy desagradable y atiende con desgana. El hotel NO tiene ascensor y hay que subir las maletas dos pisos por la escalera. No tiene ninguna accesibilidad. La recepción es una parte del mostrador del restaurante. Pagamos por tres camas pero nos pusieron dos y un sofá cama pequeño a los pies de las otras dos. La botella de agua de 0'75 costaba casi ocho euros

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Bra läge precis nedanför Neuschwanstein slott. Vi bodde i ett fyrbäddsrum med balkong. Efter rundtur på slottet såt vi en god middag på hotellets restaurang. Vädret var fint så vi satt på deras uteservering. Väldigt fina vyer. Avslutade kvällen med en promenad vid sjön.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Zimmer sehr schön. Frühstück bot alles, was man sich wünscht. Restaurant an beiden Abenden unseres Urlaubs besucht und beide Male waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Dieses Hotel würden wir beim nächsten Besuch in jedem Fall wieder buchen

抵達當天我們遇到了一個意外—從FlixBus下車後還來不及領取行李，司機就將車子開走了。身為不會講德文以及手機沒有通話功能的外國遊客，我們決定先到飯店check in並試圖尋求飯店人員協助，我們期待飯店服務人員能同理我們遇到的困難並試著幫助我們，可惜的是當我們焦急的表達我們的無助處境後，櫃檯人員僅簡單的回答他們幫不上任何忙（包括幫忙打電話給FlixBus客服）。 我能理解這並非飯店人員的責任，只是覺得如果能提供標準服務流程之外的協助可能會讓人覺得更有人情味。 事後我們決定捨棄當天安排好的博物館行程，搭著公車到FlixBus終點站去追回我們的行李。 到了隔天，我們才無意間從櫃檯上的小告示板得知可以跟飯店櫃檯索取類似traffic card的東西，但check in 時飯店人員並未主動通知有此服務。 除了以上遇到的意外插曲，會讓人對該飯店的服務人員感到冷漠外，其他飯店設施、位置、餐點都很讓我們感到滿意。 新天鵝堡是個美麗的小鎮，我們很喜歡，如果當地服務人員也能展現溫暖的服務態度，將會為該地更添風采。

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Wonderful location! Both castles within walking distance (if fit!) Lake Alpsee only a 10 minute walk. Bed very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on our veranda with views of Neuschwanstein castle. Nice to have a fan in the room. Parking the car was easy just opposite but at a cost. Good evening meals and free tea and coffee available to make in a communal area for guests.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Das Personal ist richtig gut, wir konnten das Zimmer vor Ort nochmal wechseln, es war sehr heiß an unserem reisewochenende und wir waren mit Baby und Hund im Dachgeschoss eingebucht. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns super geholfen und hat uns zum Glück in ein anderes Zimmer buchen können. Essen im Restaurant war auch super lecker
Restaurant und Unterkunft mitten in der Touristenecke somit teurer. Keine Klimaanlage, im Jahr 2026. Ventilatoren die klappern und aus dem letzten Loch blasen.
