JAZ Tamerina, Almaza Bay

We spend our vacation every year at tamarina Jaz Almaza. Every time we find it well maintained and neat. The location is wonderful with crystal blue calm sea water. The staff are professional. We usually enjoy our stay very much. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. Thank you tamarina.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The beach was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with crystal-clear water that made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The staff and chefs were especially helpful, welcoming, and attentive, making every morning a pleasant experience. A special thanks to the reception team for being so helpful and professional throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

That there is no elevators. Tough going up and down the stairs with kids and elderly.

Hospitality, Mode, Food, Facilities. Hosting team were very friendly and professional. The seafood restaurant and the grill restaurants were very good as well.

The bed of the room that was allocated to us on arrival was not clean. But situation is immediately corrected on next morning when discussed with front desk management.

We paid a lot of money and when my friend came to visit and literally stay for an hour so we can get changed after the beach and go to the festival (we even paid extra beach access fees) they wouldn’t let her and made a drama that guests are not allowed.. she wasn’t going to to spend the night.. we were all there because of shorelines .. i paid 2000dollars for 3 days and they made me feel like im stealing from them … honestly very disappointed

Jaz fans here! It was the first time to try a Jaz Hotel in the North Coast and boy, did it exceed our expectations! Hands down, the best beach in the North Coast is there -we've seen them all-. The staff is amazing starting from the security people up all the way up to the general manager: everyone was always available to help or do the job with a genuine smile. The room, the swimming pool, the facilities and everything was as beautiful as you'd imagine. The breakfast was awesome with a huge varieties of food and catering to several dietary requirements. Short distance from the beach and from the village.

Where do i begin with this one Here are a few bits 1- this is not a beach front hotel, u have to cross through another hotel or take a golf car or walk about 5-10 minutes to get to the beach, the hotel doesn’t have a beach front do they shouldn’t advertise it as a beach front hotel 2- the staff was ok nice egyptian guys but just lacks basic hospitality training, u can easily hear 2 staff shouting at each other with slang arabic which is not a 5 star hotel attitude whatsoever, also this is like the first 5 hotel i have ever seen with no single woman working as a staff which was a bit awkward 3- the room is just below average, 3 star max, very very noisy air conditioning to the extent u might fail to sleep if u r a light sleeper, the soap and shampoo are just cheap stuff u would never use, every thing just doesn’t fit the amount of money u pay

Location is awesome couple of minutes from Mediterranean Sea , lots of nearby restaurants, bars and cafes , golf cars can drop you anywhere

The hotel is basic regarding the breakfast , facilities, rooms design , they can do better in my opinion

The wifi was terrible , the rooms were below Average with no enough lighting ., many issues with the AC and the shower drainage however it was fixed by the staff . I would recommend adding a good entertainment show throughout the day as it was so boring in the evening .

Very friendly staff. A main highlight for me was when they were very responsive when I got hot water burn and they provided all needed efforts to cure it fast. Much appreciated

Everything was fantastic..except for the pillows, too thick and too hard, even the slimmer ones we requested were still too hard..

The beach is amazing, smell of the room is nice. Bed & Pillows are comfortable, very nice decoration. Over all stay was very good, recommended. Good food & service at the beach restaurant.

When we arrived at first in the reception for the check in - our request for the bed preference was 1 king bed since we are a couple - however, they told us that there is no room available with 1 bed and all of them are double - we were very pissed off - the annoying part was that the manager was trying to convince us with the double room and when we completely refused they solved the problem. I hope that this argument wasn’t there from the beginning and the solution was presented at first to avoid the negative vibe and the off mood since we were traveling to celebrate our anniversary. Another thing, the same issue happened with the robes and slippers ! It is very surprisingly that they would prefer going with an argument when they can provide the needs of the customer at the end !

Great service and very welcoming and attentive staff! Clean and in proximity to the beautiful beaches with restaurants and cafes! Both of Mr Andrew and Mr Sameh were amazing people who welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable

The staff weren't friendly at all. The restaurant at breakfast closes at 10 am without giving a notice to the guests taking breakfast inside they remove the food at 10 am sharp and when you ask about something they reply no take from outside and in a very bad manner

1- there was no hot water in the shower and the reception was well aware of it, they told us to wait till the tanks are filled again (not a hotel standard) 2- breakfast to me was very poor, terrible bakery and terrible coffee 3- room already fits 3 as described in the room details, they made us pay extra money for the 3rd person for no obvious reason

Location is far but the beach is worth

one day was a bit wendy but this is inevitable Most of the shops in the village were closed, no options for dinner
