Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Hotel storico di SJPDP. Ci sono ritornato dopo 10 anni e ed ancora un buonissimo appoggio per iniziare il Cammino Lo Staff è stato SUPER!! Air France ci ha smarrito gli zaini. Se non fosse stato per i Titolari non so come avremmo fatto. Ci hanno aiutato tantissimo sia per la parte "tecnica" e anche in quella morale. Se cercate un hotel per iniziare il vostro Cammino Itzalpea è il posto giusto!!

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026La ubicacion es correcta. En nuestro caso viajamos en motocicleta y la dejamos aparcada en la calle ,delante del htel sin problema.Ello nos permitió pasear por el casco antiguo sin coger el vehiculo.
La habitacion y las almohadas de la cama un poco justas, por lo demas para una noche sificiente.

Lit assez confortable et salle de bain propre et moderne. La clim a été fortement apprécié avec les fortes chaleurs : atout non négligeable!
proposer un petit déjeuner serait un atout fort, il y a une machine à café dans la salle de restaurant, dommage mais l'hôtel nous l'a notifié en amont.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The location is just outside the walls of the village's old quarter, so very close to everything I needed to do while I was there. There is a small restaurant/bar connected to the hotel, which offers good food at reasonable prices. The lady who received me and checked me in, who I presume was the owner, was really lovely and kind.
The only thing was that the shower stall in the individual room I booked was a bit tight, but that can't really be helped as it is an older hotel, so some people might be put off, but I was happy. It was exactly what I needed and expected. There really wasn't anything that I didn't like, and the treatment I received at the hotel was excellent.

Hay varios aspectos a tener en cuenta si quieres reservar el alojamiento: 1. Las instalaciones se ven bastante descuidadas, no son como en las fotos 2. No hay posibilidad de dejar el equipaje antes, el check in solamente está habilitado desde las 15:30hrs. 3. Si quieres tomarte un café antes de las 7 am, no es posible aunque ya esté preparado

Pas de lumière dans la salle de bain. Eau chaude le soir et pas le matin même après plusieurs longues minutes d’écoulement. Draps propres mais marqués par des vieilles taches. Pompe à chaleur bruyante à l’extérieur à côté de la fenêtre aussi impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte…

No person at recption. No answer from phone number left at recption. Another tourist saw us in bother and explained what he had to do to get key to his room . He sent us to another property/resturant where the lady in charge of the keys told us to collect our room keys from post box outside our hotel . That took us an 1 hour to get our room key We got NO message to say where key was

Reviewed May 17, 2026La recepcionista muy amable, la chica que hacía la limpieza tambien, un encanto. El hotel está realmente muy bien ubicado, frente a la Ciudadela. Mi habitación en el primer piso daba a un pasillo vidriado, se podia ver el monte desde allí . El baño es nuevo.
La almohada , no creo que se le pueda llamar tal, era horrible. Tan fácil debe ser poner dos almohadas en una cama , para tener un poco de comodidad... El wifi no funcionaba bien en la habitación.
