Parking fee that was excluded from.the booking, unable to do breakfast pack for someone that is leaving the hotel early was unfair, the rooms that didn't have coffee. The noise was unbearable my neighwere drinking no one from the staff monitored the noise

The was okay as you could see they have to deal a lot with unhappy client but they're only executing directives of the manager.

1.Location 2. The addional undisclosed cost for parking. 3. The curtains rail just fell 4. I didn't like that there was no extra blanket.

The sheets were dirty and outside there was a board that you can rent the room for an hour for R230. The fact that I paid R1400 for my room killed my moral and energy. I honestly decided to leave the place without any refund. I couldn't let my wife sleep on dirty sheets. Please don't book there, tarven at the bottom close by the hotel. Too noisy and not safe for the cars as the packing was fully booked.

it was quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful including the security for night shit. Our room was big with big bathroom. They are flexible in checking in time because we arrived very late.

we did not like anything about this venue. had we been aware of the fact that it is a rent-by-the-hour also.....we would have never even considered booking here. we arrived and did not even stay here for our booking and went to the New Hilton for our weekend

What you see is what you get. The stuff was amazing room was always clean. To be honest nothing wow just a plain normal room nothing wow but you pay for is what you get

Being extra charged for parking by the reception on top of the amount paid during bookings. Moment you arrive to check in reception demands a parking fee which raises question of transparency during booking stage.

1. The place is untidy smelling room and there is noise. 2. I complain and reception gave me attitude. She rufused to change my room after complaining about smell and noise. 3. She refused me to cancel the accommodation. 4. She refused to refund my parking fee of R50 even though I cancelled my booking. 5. She refused to allow me speak to the management to escalate the matter. 6. After being refused to speak to management over the phone last night, I emailed a complaint and they replied citing I don't deserve to be refunded. I didn't sleep there and I still want my money. Booking. Com please speak to the management of Bayside to refund me my Parking fee of R50 and also my booking fee. I humbly request that this be expedited.

Pathetic!!!! No wonder they offer rooms For R250 We did not sleep at all, guests arguing in the parking lot right here where we were sleeping from 12am until 6:38 moving around the hotel causing a whole comotion(6 to 7 hours of torture) , the gard himself couldnt stop them, instead he was part of the noise. Eventually we woke up to see what's happening this was just after 6 this morning... , turns out the guy brought/bought a prostitute and his things went MISSING,their cameras in Reception can support what I'm saying (if they even work) Secondly we could not close the window, we asked for help when we got here,no1 ever came, so we had to sleep with wind coming into the room along with the noise. The bedding was messed like someone put a shoe on the bed, room is extremely small beds are basically put togetherther like a 40cm gap between them (but anyway this was a minor issue compared to the fact that we did not sleep) . I would Not recommend this place no Any1. Come here at your own RISK.I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. NEVER AGAIN

My stay was disappointing. The sheets and towels were not clean when we arrived. I requested clean towels, but no assistance was provided, considering the 9am to 3pm services for couples that the property offers, It was very uncomfortable having to sleep in those conditions. The facility also needs some maintenance and upgrading. The toilet seats are worn out, the shower heads need attention, and the ceilings is dirty. Overall, cleanliness and upkeep need significant improvement to provide guests with a comfortable experience.

Room 15 bathroom light wasn't working

Security was excellent. Reception was fair. Room was not matching hotel room. Bedding and towels was with spots looking dirty whereas I found someone cleaning the room.

The place is due for maintenance, otherwise all is fine.

The charging pots were close to the bed. The room had an aircon,tv, usable and well sized closet. The headboard is nice.

The plastic chair. Walls had some areas where they're falling apart. The tap on the sink is difficult to open. The noise insulation is poor. The sheets are dull.

TV was not working and the bathroom in Room 115 was not in a good condition as there is a leak in the cistern

The attitude the lady gave us upon check in was disappointing. We should be told about the R100 key loss fee you pay before checkin and also the parking fee. The staff is not so friendly.

The bedding was dirty they refused to change it I had to go and book another guesthouse at night. The service was very bad

it was close by to the place i was attending workshops to.. Bed was comfortable. I accessed to Wifi without any difficulties. They serve us cereal,coffee & tea & apple. Room was clean. Tv channels met with my favorites. Water was hot,we enjoyed it.

I have pictures of this place a white bedding soiled to brown torn towels smelly bedding smelling room told the staff change the room and the rooms smell of a sewer cos the staff only tidy the bed they don't wash the bedding my body itch my face itch with the smell pillows manager or owner need to restructure police crew where booked in noise till this morn no rest no sleep I will nva recommend this place to ppl coming from far

My check in time was 1pm only checked in at 3:30 only to find out that the room for 3 people was given to someone else. Was given a 2 sleeper room until we find another. When we got there room is full of used condoms. Paid for parking when we got back at night told there is no parking. We fought we the unprofessional stuff till we left. They should let the assistants guys wearing red t-shirt to do the job they have more customer service. 1st night all 3of us slept in 1 bed (but we paid for a 3 sleeper) 2night they squeezed in another bed we couldn't even move around the room. Worst experience ever location is a dungeon do not be fooled by the pictures on their website it's a scam infact that place is a brothel. Between 9-3pm they book rooms for couples so that's why everyone was waiting in the lobby to be checked in. Horror.

1.The chair of the room was broken,when I complained about it,they gave me a plastic chair and in a bad condition I nearly fall on it. 2.The security was drunk on duty and he was harassing us, forcing us to open the room to let him inside. 3.No sugar or coffee provided for all these 3days of our stay. 4.The staff was Always grumpy not willing to help at all. 5.The charging socket is not working at all and seemingly its been a while. 6.It was soo stressing to wait outside the door for almost an hour waiting for security to open for us

Well i have to pay R 50 for parking that was insane, i have pay R100 for security i will get after checkout. The room was clean but the bedding was bad , from sheet,bed cover and pillow ,i was very bad , the color was white but now its creame while, the bed is making noise. Bedding was disgusting .
