L’hotel è vicino alla base di Ramstein, comodo se venite per lavoro. La struttura è in fase di ammodernamento, ma le camere sono spartane, ma ampie e pulite, il che rende il Soggiorno confortevole.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und liegt sehr nah an der Air Base. Das Personal ist sehr entgegenkommend.

Wir haben bewusst nach einer Unterkunft in der Mitte auf unserem Weg zwischen Österreich und Brüssel gesucht, dafür hat es gut gepasst. Die Unterkunft hat sicher schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, wird aber auch gerade renoviert. Wir sind nach 21:00 Uhr angekommen aber es gab einen Hinweis wo wir den Schlüssel finden und welches Zimmer unseres ist. 121 und in dem Zimmer war auch ein Foto von Pittsburgh wo ich vor fast 30 Jahren gelebt habe. Das Früühstück ist gut und reichhaltig. Die Parkplätze sind auch okay. Die Lage ist ein paar Kliometer Luftlinie von der Ramstein Airbase. Das Wasser in der Dusche hat sehr viel Druck!

Hat alles gut gepasst, wie gesagt nicht alles brandneu aber an sich ein schönes einfaches Hotel.

Alles sehr unkompliziert,sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Wir haben spontan einen Welpen ins Hotel genommen alles kein Problem. Immer wieder gerne.

Fehler bei der Bezahlung, statt booking Preis wurde Haus Preis berechnet, erst nach dem reklamieren wurde es ausgeglichen. Frühstück sehr arm und kaum was da nach 9 uhr. War schon öfters hier, aber dieses Mal total enttäuscht. Vlt die letzte Übernachtung.

Wonderfully clean, great breakfast, great location to the air base and a very friendly and helpful staff.

We had a great professional stay at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast was well balanced and open early enough for long days. We appreciated also the restaurant and brewery nearby.

De accommodatie en de plek!

Wij komen hier al jaren, maar vonden het ontbijt nu beduidend minder dan anders. De koffie daarentegen is en blijft fantastisch!

Netter Empfang, sauberes Zimmer. gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Restaurant Big Emma direkt nebenan.

Eine Bettdecke zu wenig (leider erst spät abends gemerkt, Rezeption schon geschlossen). Lage mäßig schön, aber zur Übernachtung auf der Durchreise in Ordnung.

Eenvoudige maar ruime kamer. Parkeren ruim voldoende. Gesitueerd naast Big Emma, een Amerikaans restaurant met XXL porties. Voor het geld een prima ontbijt.

Geen fietsenstalling. Er was gerookt op de kamer wat werd verdoezeld met een geurtje. Ligt op een industrieterrein o.i.d.

It is close to the air base (8-10 min drive) and Big Emma's restaurant is next door; the restaurant was very good. There is good water pressure in the shower.

The air conditioning was broken for our whole stay in 90+ degree weather, and the windows don't have screens so bugs got in. The queen bed that I booked was infact two single beds pressed together. The TV only gets German channels and it is too slow/outdated for casting/screen mirroring to work. There is no working ice machine, you have to go outside to use the laundry facility and it had a lot of dead bugs in it. The only hygiene amenities are a pump of hand soap by the sink and a pump of the same soap in the shower. The fridge did not get cold enough to maintain food safety so it was only good for slightly chilling non perishable items. The keys are old school metal keys so locking your door at night feels like a fire safety hazard.

Es war zum Teil unnormal laut. Schlaf geht nur mit Oropax daher.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Das Hotel wird seinem Namen gerecht, so kommt ein allgemeines Motelfeeling auf. Leider nicht im positiven. Zuerst wurde ich in einem Zimmer untergebracht, bei dem der Fenstergriff abgebrochen war. Die Sauberkeit lies leider zu wünschen übrig, weshalb ich das Zimmer wechselte. Das nächste Zimmer war schon sehr "abgerockt" und in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppichboden hat wahrscheinlich noch nie eine Reinigung gesehen, bei all den unterschiedlichen Flecken. Die Matratze war ganz klassisch durchgelegen und ultra weich. Auch die Fernbedienung benötigte dringend eine Grundreinigung. Appropo Fernseher: dieser konnte angeschaltet werden, empfing jedoch keine Programme. Über dieses Manko war man sich aber bewusst. On Top kam eine Lärmbelästigung drauf, da wohl ein Gast meinte, die ganze Nacht über seine Wäsche waschen zu müssen im schräg gegenüberliegenden Zimmer. Eine pure Katastrophe! Generell ist zu sagen, dass das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist. Im großen und ganzen sind die Bewertungen online zu hinterfragen, es macht den Anschein, als ob diese gekauft sind. Nach 2 Nächten endet der Spuk, da ich das Hotel gewechselt habe. Never again!

Location was close to air base

First room had broken AC. Second room also had non working AC. We had 3 fans in second room just blowing hot air around. Room stayed over 27*C We definitely over paid to be that uncomfortable for 2 days.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient for my business needs and for travelling around the Ramstein area.

The only aspect that could be improved concerns security. The side entrance door was repeatedly found unlocked, even during reception closing hours. This could allow access to the property by individuals without a room key or proper authorization.

Tolle Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, das Rührei frisch. Es gab neben dem üblichen (Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Müsli) frisches Obst, Rohkost, Süßgebäck,Brötchen und Baguette. Brot/Vollkornbrot gab es leider nicht. Der Filterkaffee war sehr gut.

Die Sauberkeit. Teppichboden fleckig und wohl länger nicht mehr richtig gesaugt. Steckdose im Bad hing aus der Wand heraus und war nicht nur nicht zu benutzen, sondern regelrecht lebensgefährlich.

Room had a wet bathroom, no shower walls, dark, and moldy. The bathroom floor really needs to be scrubbed, dirt path visible from toilet to sink. Floor was dusty and left dirt and hair on socks. Chairs in the room were microsuede and full of stains. Windows don't have any screens, so mosquitos kept getting in our room. Rooms have physical keys, so if the door is locked from the inside and you only have one key, the person left in the room can't get out if the door is locked. Coffee bar near reception was dirty. Cookie jar looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a few weeks. There's a loud bar/restaurant next door. Drunks were peeling out in the driveway and backed out into a bush. Side door to go into hotel after hours would not lock. Light didn't work outside that door either. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was hot. Wouldn't stay there again. Needs to be deep cleaned.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr viel Auswahl und außergewöhnliche Komponenten. Von normalen Brötchen und Kuchen, Müsli, Obstsalat, Toast, Salat, Rührei, Spaghettisalat, kartoffelgratin, chickenwings, und und und !!! Sehr vielfältig!

Eventuell ein Getränkeautomat für die Nacht.

I think the housekeeper is gonna be a little bit more friendly. They look at you like they're crazy like you're an alien or something, but other than that, I just think the place is great.

Ich war jetzt schon das zweite mal im Hotel America !Das Hotel ist sehr sauber ,das Frühstück ist super! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Die Brauerei Big Emma(XXL Restaurant) ist direkt neben dran und sehr zu empfehlen, besonders wenn ein Event stattfindet ! Da ist immer eine Mega Stimmung!

-die Matratzen waren zu weich -TV vorhanden aber kaum nutzbar (kein CI-Modul)

Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen ruhig, große Zimmer mit allem drin was man brauch. Alles mit amerikanischem Stil. Einfach und gut. Frühstück reichhaltig und Preis Leistung sehr gut. Amerikanisches stilvolles Restaurant im Haus... Big Emma!!

Leichte Verschmutzung im Gang und im Zimmer. Laminat-Boden ist in die Jahre gekommen aber noch OK.

Very close location to Ramstein. The rooms were big enough for our family and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was good, with hot coffee every morning! Big Emma’s next door was delicious.

The staff at check in didn’t let us know they lock the front door at night and to use the side door to enter. There was no employee on onsite over night like other hotels. First for us. We walked back from dinner to find the lights off and doors locked. Got us by surprise!

Die Ausstattung war älter, aber eigentlich kann man nicht meckern. Das Zimmer groß, ebenso das Bad. Sehr ruhig gelegen und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Also nichts zu beanstanden.

Sehr ruhige Lage, genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, das Personal sehr nett.
