Near airbase and close to highway and both villages

I was allowed to check in early, which I really appreciated. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was clean. The Wi-Fi worked well and parking was available. The location is also very convenient if you’re staying in the KMC area, especially if you need to be near Ramstein or Landstuhl.

Wir kam an und das Hotel sah absolut nicht aus wie auf den Fotos. Von außen ziemlich herunterkommen. Ich wollte gar nicht erst einchecken, das Personal leider auch nicht freundlich und obwohl wir mit Stornierung gebucht hatten, durften wir nicht stornieren. Vor Ort war eine Baustelle und Zettel hinterlegt das es zu Lärm kommen kann. Ich hab mich dann bei Booking über das Hotel beschwert bis heute haben wir von den Hotel Besitzern keine Rückmeldung gehört. Leider war das Zimmer auch ziemlich dreckig unten Bett lag noch eine socke von unserem Vorbesitzern und Staub. So ein schlechtes Hotel hab ich noch nicht erlebt.

To me the location was important. It is outside the city, but along a busy road connecting with the city. It is a big open visible private parking, not a place I would have left my motorcycle. I cancelled my reservation that I made a few hours earlier that day, but payed in full.

It was a short stay, but a very comfortable one. Perfect location made it a very easy drive to where I needed to go. Close to the highway, gas station sime.local shops and McDonald's (which is all I needed ) and the Hotel stuff was super nice and professional!

Room was clean and shower was excellent with great water pressure. Breakfast buffet was good with many choices. Location is great and close to everything.

This hotel is about a 5 min drive to Ramstien Airbase. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I unexpectedly had to extend my stay due to issues flying out of Ramstein Airbase and they were kind of enough to work with me on pricing for the additional night. They also gave me extra fans for our rooms to help my family stay cool during the summer heat wave. Tony (the manager) and his team are great! Also the room fridge works great and the freezer compartment is excellent! And the rooms were clean, beds were comfy and spacious.

Unfortunately during our visit it was SUPER HOT and our room did not have AC. There's a ceiling fan and we had one additional small table fan. We requested more fans, and got them, but even with all the fans we were still so hot!! And we couldn't sleep with the windows open because this hotel is in the direct flight path for the Airbase and the sound of airplanes flying by is constant. I wish these rooms had AC. It would have greatly improved our stay. I also find breakfast very expensive. 14 euros a night PER person! For a family of 4 thats 56 euros a day. That's absolutely insane. Especially when they mostly serve fruit, cheese, cold cuts, and coffee. I was also disappointed that the coffee machine near the front desk is not complimentary. Most hotels offer coffee free of charge. The nightly rate for the quality of the hotel is also high.

Room was clean and good water pressure. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices of food. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of parking for cars available. Highly recommend this hotel.

Occasional airplane noise from planes flying out of RAB but not really a problem since they are not that frequent.

I didn't have breakfast but the room was very clean and very modern.

On arrival the staff were brilliant and friendly and gave me an immediate upgrade with AC which was amazing as the outside temperature was ridiculously hot.

Das 1. Stockwerk wurde modernisiert und hat neue Klimageräte. Das bedeuted allerding ein Zimmerpreisaufschlag von EUR 10,00. ( Gerechtfertigt da alles im 1. Stock modernisiert. Weiter Stockwerke stehen an, ohne Aufpreis wurde ein Klimagerät zur Verfügung gestellt.

Sauberkeit: Bettwäsche, Möbelflächen, Bad waren sauber. Das zur verfügung gestellte Klimagerät hatte zwei Kühlpads die man vorher schon im Zimmer stehenden Kühlschrank mit Eisfach hätte legen können. Dann wäre das Gerät sofort kühlend einsatzfähig gewesen. Das Gerät selbst, sowie der Wassertank waren nicht sauber. Für Allergiker wahrscheinlich keine gute Idee.

Alles war sauber, Personal freundlich, frühstück auch lecker. Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Ventilator, was bei diesen sehr heißen Temperaturen wirklich geholfen hat. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen

Hotel in der Einflugschneise der Airbase, man sieht ein paar Flugzeuge. Zimmer sind in Ordnung und das Personal war freundlich.

Keine Klimaanlage. Schlechte Schalldämmung. Ansonsten ist alles in Ordnung.

L'emplacement et parking énorme satisfaisant et top

Le bruit des avions très bas, la literie trop fine et pas du tout confortable, ma couette qui était bizarre sans drap, le lit en bois qui grinçait sans arrêt, la fenêtre qui fermait mal, puis le personnel qui ne parle pas français, ce serait un plus... et le prix du coup... je ne reviendrais pas...

It suited us very well, the Hotel is being refurbished but it did not affect us in any way. Parking is no problem, breakfast is available daily, staff were helpful. We will book therevagain.

My husband and I stayed at the Atlantis Hotel last year for the very first time. We loved it then, and we say the same today. It is breathtaking to see the same staff members again. Friendly staff; welcoming, attentive, caring professionals who go above and beyond for their guests. An American-style breakfast remains a bonus. As we said last year, the Atlantis Hotel is unassuming and indeed one of the best-kept secrets close to Ramstein Air Force Base.

Nothing I didn't like

Location to Ramstein AB is a 10: 1.8 miles to gate and another mile to passenger terminal. Very comfortable bed and a terrific shower. Had stayed here before, didn't realize 75% of the channels on the TV were in English- pretty nice given I've been watching German/Austrian Olympic Centric coverage- but hey, that was kool too! Hotel has a lift, very quiet and plenty of room to lay out your belongings to prep for Space A next day (desk/chair, suitcase platform). As for distance to base, it's a nice/safe hour walk to passenger terminal from hotel to stoplight and follow path across (note- I carry a backpack v suitcase)- ezy and nice to get a walk in before sitting on plane for 9'ish hours.

Breakfast is quite expensive- if you're not a big breakfast eater, a couple bakery items makes for a nice snack and there are plenty of those places in Ramstein-M.

Exceptional. Best Kept Secret in Ramstein--not anymore! Highly recommended for English-speaking guests. Why? In addition to the staff. It is the first hotel we have stayed at in decades in Europe with 15+ English-speaking channels. Disliked · An access ramp will be nice for guests with mobility issues.

On a good note, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was large, and filling. Staff was great in the kitchen area as well and offered assistance with our child at every turn. Had a fridge in the room, microwave in the hall, and soaps in the bathroom, and somewhat well furnished.

As for the not so good but not terrible either, the construction of the hotel, cosmetically speaking was a bit iffy. Doors did not close completely and required force to get them to latch, some stair plates had some movement which was a bit concerning, and the runway was extremely loud during the night but that isn't the hotel's fault. In fact I would consider it a plus because it is close to our final destination, Ramstein Air Base.

bland staff n evening, why is there a microwave in teh corridor for guests- it si like a hostel. Noise of road bad and aircraft. Apart form clean room and comfy bed and good breaskfast, I would not return, sorry.

Friendly, uncomplicated, hands-on staff. Spacious room, practically and functionally furnished, impeccably clean, ample parking space, easily accessible from highway, close to airbase, but nevertheless quiet.

The room was clean, freshly redone per the receptionist, and the shower water pressure was so strong my husband is still talking about it! We were able to walk about 7 minutes to a small restaurant for dinner. While we were at dinner, the receptionist had called 3 different taxi companies to ensure they would be able to take us to Ramstein AFB early in the morning.

The hotel is located in the flight pattern of Ramstein AFB and the jets fly directly over the hotel! WOW! The 1st time we heard a jet we thought it was flying into our room. Good news is they don't fly after 10 pm.

A solid 8 rating. Cheap and comfortable, close to ramstein AFB (2 miles). Stayed one night, matches any econo hotel in states. Good Wi-Fi, elevator, lots of parking and on a six lane hwy, easy to find. Very friendly staff.

$16 for breakfast was a no go, just ate at a bakery for half that. Was surprised bus 160 from ramstein zob to landstuhl didn’t go by hotel, my error, had to walk half mile hotel.

The room smells like stinking feet. The bed was hard, you get 1 small pillow and a blanket that stinks. The ceiling on the bathroom has mold on it.

The place offer a good price for a two night stay. The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

This place was isolated. If you want to dine out you would have to either get a taxi or walk about 20 minutes. There is nothing around the hotel.

Affordable; however, the bed was a bit hard. This is just feedback. Everything else was fine. Thank you. If you plan to stay here, you can use the VRN app to find the bus station nearby, times, and routes (even to the base, if you have the proper identification). Or a rental car is good to have.
