Sea Breeze Resort

Piękny hotel blisko morza , bardzo ładny basen na dachu. Sympatyczna obsługa.Spaliśmy jedną noc przed wylotem do Wietnamu . Ceny w restauracji umiarkowane.Przyjechaliśmy wcześniej i pokój już na nas czekał.

Voor ons was het een prima doorreis hotel voor 1 nachtje. Voor de gezelligheid moet je gewoon niet in Sihanoukville zijn. Het hotel was groots, de kamer was netjes en schoon, het personeel was aardig en het eten was goed. Er komen veel Chinezen in het hotel.

Het hang-en sluitwerk van het raam en de balkondeur was stuk (en dat voor zo’n nieuw hotel?)

Ontbijt was niet in verhouding tot de kwaliteit van het hotel

Great pool and very modern room. Rare case when you have loose leaf team and an espresso coffee machine in the room. Superb location.

The food could be better for the price.

We only had one night here but it was a great hotel. The bed was very very comfortable so we had a fantastic sleep. Rooftop pool was pretty quiet so it felt like having a private pool. We both very much enjoyed the full English breakfast. We usually eat only Asian food in Asia but it was a menu choice that we were glad to have had!! A good stopover before our trip to Koh Rong. Would have been happy to have stayed longer 😊😊

Kein Außenbereich zum Frühstück oder Abendessen. Das ganze Hotel war sehr leer, daher kein Frühstücksbüffet- verständlich. Das zimmer und die Terrasse sind ein bisschen lieblos.

No hot water which is a No-Go The area is totally off, nothing to do or See without having a tuktuk but it's Not the Hotels fault. Sihanoukville ist mostly a short Stopover for tourists. They are offering Happy hour But Nobody is working on the rooftop bar & it was closed

Location is on Otres beach and not really a resort area. It seems that most people are going to the casinos

Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes et confortables.

Les communs sont beaucoup moins propres. Les clients fument dans les couloirs et des megots sont laissés par terre. Nous avons trouvé des verres d'alcool avec des megots devant l'ascenseur le matin à 7h30.

Das Resort befindet sich gegenüber dem Strand Otres. Der Pool ist schön und das Frühstück war gut. Die Anlage war Sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal gut.

Die Betten waren für mich hart. Das Badezimmer nicht sehr ansprechend.

Staff were miserable and rude. Food was shocking, terrible service. Hard beds no hot water and rats running outside the bedrooms. Will not be back!

Apparentemente è una struttura di primo livello. La piscina sul tetto non era male, ma non c'era personale e se andavi di pomeriggio non trovavi asciugamani.

La camera era molto umida, lo sentivi sulle lenzuola e sugli abiti delle valigie, puzzava di muffa, abbiamo avuto il sospetto che i condizionatori peggiorassero la situazione. Al ristorante, costellato di mosche fastidiose (ma tante!), il personale non parlava inglese e il cibo era pessimo, con ingredienti vecchi, noccioline a bordo piatto vecchie e morbide, germogli di soja mezzi morti. La colazione è salata, se la vuoi dolce non c'è niente! Solo pane in cassetta e marmellata confezionata scadente. Credo debbano tenere conto che arrivano anche occidentali! La doccia poi dopo un pò si allagava. Questo sarebbe un 4stelle Super?? Siamo state felici di andarcene.

Staff was very friendly, but had poor to no English skills (e.g. communication was impossible when we wanted to order dinner via room service) Extremely loud music that makes relaxing at the rooftop swimmingpool area impossible

The staff was nice. Room great. 2 swimming pools Restaurant was very good. We sent there during low season so there was no buffet for the breakfast. But the menu a la carte was good.

The location was good right along the beach. Didn't swim in the pool as it was absolutely pouring with rain and full of kids. Breakfast was below par, mostly Asian foods with not much catered for Westerners. The bread was very stale and not much to choose from.

The rooms surrounded the pool and were all in very close proximity so no real privacy or quiet time. Boom boxes brought out onto the verandah by other guests with loud music playing. Through no fault of the hotel, the weather really dampened our stay here and it was our choice to cut our 2 night stay here to just the one night.

More western breakfast such as bacon and baked beans would be nice. There were flies in the restaurant at breakfast time which were landing on the plate.

The location was good. Close to beach and to main town. Couldn't hear traffic so was good. Two pools, one on roof top, we liked but couldn't enjoy it because no kids allowed. But great views.

The location was great, right across the road from the beach. The staff were very helpful, arranging a boat trip and adding an extra person to my booking. Breakfast was basic but filling.

Guests from the hotel behind used this hotel as a walk-through to get to the beach and this made it quite noisy and busy at times.

The hotel was nice and clean. The facilities were good and the staff was very friendly. We had a room with sea view which was lovely. The breakfast was very good with a lot choice.

The room didn't had hot water which you would expect for the price. Even after mentioning it to the reception they couldn't fix this. The hotel was very empty when we were there, which felt a bit strange as it is a big place. The area is more a development site which takes away from the nice beaches.

Opposite the beach

The breakfast was not enough choice wanted cereals and had to ask you had to pay extra for omelette fried or scrambled eggs mostly Asian food no yogurts. The sky bar was advertised to use and eat but was closed the whole of the 6 days. When we checked into our room. Toilet seat broke sink plug broke and hairdryer broke. The room was a good size but needs some updating in the bathroom. The restaurant near the bungalow was closed one night because they were having a party on the beach for guests there was no notice put up so had to go out to eat.

It was clean, comfortable, overall a good stay. Staff was really trying to be best they could, they are just not trained correctly. Very good pools. Rooms don’t smell, look new and well maintained. They use solar hot water supply - which was a pleasant surprise. The beach right across the road and it is probably the best part of the whole beach line right by the hotel.

Staff was trying to be good, but speak barely any English and barely smile, the girl by the soup station in the restaurant was with a “hate” face expression all the time. Carpets in lifts so dirty that they stick to your feet. Pools are good but don’t expect the personnel to serve you, you need to come to them and ask for menu and for a drink, otherwise they won’t move a finger. The amount of ill-mannered Chinese tourists in this hotel is overbearing, and they smoke inside regardless no smoking sign. Restaurant food is below mediocre. So if they charged me the price of 3 stars hotel for this - I would give them 9 out of 10, but since they charged for 5 stars but delivered for 3 stars - I would not give them a high rating.

The staff are friendly and check in is smooth and fast. Walking distance to the beach.

Wasn’t so happy that the entry to room was a patio door and having to keep curtains closed for privacy. I like to have natural light in the room.

The room was spacious and comfortable

The shower was not hot…. The place lacks any atmosphere. The skybar was supposed to be open but no one was there serving and the aircon was off. We then went to the restaurant for dinner, there was no one there and it felt closed. We ended up taking our dinner and drinks to our room.

The property was beautiful, the rooms were very nice, and the two pools were great. The beach access was also nice. The staff were very attentive.

It was a little far from downtown, although it was a short taxi/grab ride away.

The GM was not responsive or friendly to guests. Did not introduce himself or attempt to problem solve when front desk staff just a few meters away were struggling with customer questions and request’s…we asked for 2 extra pillows and THE GM attempted to charge us $10 per pillow! Otres’s Beach was one of my favorite places for years. But unfortunately the overdevelopment along the northern stretches have ruined the charm. Sad.

Hotel very very noisy. All khmer guest do lot of noise at the swimming pull at any time. early morning (6 am) until late night. Karaoke on front beach every nights. and an along the beach. breakfast start to late at 7:30am and some days buffet some days no.

Staff and room was very good

Due to a huge flight delay, we did not arrive until 4:00am. We called the hotel and notified staff of our very late arrival. They held our rooms and were ready for us when we arrived. We really appreciated their help with all of our luggage! The room was comfortable with AC that worked terrifically. We stayed in a villa next to the pool and enjoyed sitting in the chaise lounges each morning. Breakfast was awesome with a good variety. Make sure to visit the pool on the top floor…we didn’t discover it until our last day. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay, their is a bit of a lack of nearby places of interest but the hotel itself satisfied our needs!

The property was beachfront and very close to town.

Our family stayed in two villas by the pool. The view from our room was very tranquil and we enjoyed the sounds of the birds in the morning. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had many options, both Western and Khmer. That staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel special. We would definitely stay here again.

Restaurant was fine.

Pool area was so noisy, also many flies around. Sometimes sewage smell was coming out of the sink in the bathroom. No decent restaurant around. Otres Beach is just accross the hotel but unfortunately so dirty. 100 USD for a night is too much for this place.

Clean and spacious room, nice food

We wanted to relax but there was a construction site by the pool so was very noisy and super dusty. Also, they started to drill at 7am until 7pm. Reception Staff english was really bad, there was a lot of miscommunication, especially with our bill. They advertised Laundry service in the room but when asked about it they said it was not available. We booked for 8 days but ended up running away to Koh rong Island for 5days to get some peace and quiet without being able to cancel/shorter our stay.

Nice double rooms with separate bathrooms. The outside terrace was nice and the pool was great.
