Reviewed Aug 11, 2026O atendimento de todas as pessoas, a cordialidade foram incríveis. Além disso, o quarto era enorme, super aconchegante, bem maior do que esperado.
Apenas uma pequena sugestão (não entraria como não gostei): a) O quarto deveria ter seu aquecimento ligado pelo menos 3 a 4 horas do check-in. Como chegamos muito próximo ao horário do check-in, ficamos pelo menos 2 horas esperando o quarto aquecer.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026El ambiente desde que ingresas a su recepción, es muy grato, cálido y cercano. Toda la comida es preparada en el mismo lugar frente a tí, eso me pareció muy bien. Acogedor, la vista, en general todo, y por supuesto las instalaciones, sala de entretenimiento, gimnasio (adecuado para lo básico) .... La atención, y demás deben conocerlo personalmente.

Los gerentes caninos siempre pendientes de que la experiencia esté siendo buena. Llega uber sin problema con la opción de programar viaje. Volveríamos sin ninguna duda.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026Es un hotel un poco alejado del camino principal, pero inmerso en un bosque nativo. Con una rica piscina. Las habitaciones están bien decoradas y son cómodas. El personal del hotel muy atento en todo momento.
La verdad es que me gustó mucho el hotel, solo que nos tocó un día excepcionalmente caluroso en verano y no tenía aire acondicionado en áreas comunes. Solo agregaría ese ítem.

Gimnasio feo y chico; lugar para hacer masaje inhóspito. Desayuno solo ofrecen queque y kuchen como cosas dulces y no son ricos y para colmo no varían. Café del desayuno, malo. Comida del restaurante es regular.

Incredible, all-wood sustainable architecture, comfortable lodges with private balcony, scenic swimming pool with breathtaking sunset views on the Andes. Best breakfast of our Chilean tour and good dining with ample choice of cocktails.
You definitely need a 4x4 rental car to get there

Cobraban por el Hot Tub. Los precios del menú de comidas eran elevados. El camino de acceso está en muy malas condiciones y sin ninguna mantencion. Las toallas eran pequeñas.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Hätten wir vorher gewusst, dass in diesem Hotel einfach alles wunderschön ist, hätten wir direkt mehr als drei Nächte gebucht. Es ist eine kleine Oase mitten im Wald und trotzdem gut gelegen, sodass man Pucon und den Villarrica National Park besuchen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen ausgestattet. Wir haben auch zwei Mal im Hotel-Restaurant gegessen und es war sehr lecker. Ebenso das Frühstück. Auch der Wäscheservice war super. Perfekt für Reisende, die länger unterwegs sind.
Das Einzige, was nicht optimal ist: Wir waren in Zimmer 3 direkt neben der Rezeption und Restaurant untergebracht. Hier hört man leider alle Geräusche uns Stimmen, die im Restaurant stattfinden.

The atmosphere is calm and grounding, a perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature. The breakfast was excellent and dinners were just as good, thoughtfully prepared and truly enjoyable. What made our stay exceptional was the hospitality. The entire staff approached us with kindness and care, and the owners are incredibly warm, approachable, and genuinely caring, making you feel welcome from the very first moment.

La ubicación es bastante lejana por camino de tierra. Son varios kms y es peligroso para conductores no experimentados, sobre todo cuando llueve o anochece. La mayoría de servicios que ofrece el hotel son pagos. Pensamos que las tinajas estarían incluidas pero no. El wifi fallaba. El agua caliente a veces no salía muy caliente. El desayuno cuando hay mucha gente faltaban cosas. Por el precio hay mejores opciones.

Esta un poco alejado de la ruta por un camino de ripio en condiciones intermedias, se puede hacer pero bueno le resta un poco. La ducha sale agua con buena presión pero no caliente, a lo mucho tibia. Capaz podrían incluir en la tarifa las actividades extra (hidromasaje, tinaja etc) o con un precio más accesible. El café del desayuno es de filtro y muy diluido, deberían hacerlo más fuerte para que se pueda mezclar con leche.

Das Bad war auch in bestem Zustand, die Wasserregelung hat super funktioniert. Es gibt kostenloses Wasser, Tee und Spiele in der Lobby. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und konnte uns viele Tipps für umliegendeAktivitäten bieten. Ganz lieben Dank an alle:)

You will have to drive along a dirt road to arrive there, so be sure to rent a proper car, is quite fun.

Habitación mal insonorizada. Está alejado de lugares donde ir a cenar, en el hotel la comida la tienen congelada en bolsas de vacío que calientan antes de servir y es muy cara y nada sabrosa.

El wifi podría mejor, y el camino de acceso está es regular estado, lo que sumado a lo lejos de su ubicación desde Pucon sea solo accesible mediante auto. Sería bueno advertir sobre el acceso/camino, previo a la llegada, para poder al menos arrendar un auto adecuado.

We been traveling out of the season and get full servise , even we been only one guests . Food, drinks, staff are excellent . The room is spacious , WARM ! cosy, Area is nice you can just walk around in the garden and forest in the morning, peaceful. Want to come back. Definitely regiment!

The road to get there is awful, you need a 4x4 car. It is far from everything, so once you leave the place you need to stay away for hours. It is not a place that you can drive easily back and forth. Once you arrive at the place, you are happy because the ambiance is great!

Reviewed Feb 7, 2025The resort is so unusual and forward thinking in its design and integration with nature that we enjoyed just spending the day relaxing in our room and balcony. The staff bends backwards to see that all your needs are met. Food and drinks were excellent and only slightly more than in town. I encourage you to give this place a try.

As soon as you enter you understand you reached a special place. The design of the common areas, the restaurant and the rooms is out of the ordinary and you can tell they really invested in every small detail. Only 10 cabins makes the place feel like a unique boutique experience with a small restaurant serving local food and amazing cocktails! Above all the service is what makes this place so special. The owner and Cata who manages everything were super friendly and helpful with everything and the staff made sure we were happy and all our needs attended to. We wanted to stay for longer but unfortunately they had no available rooms for additional days so my suggestion is to book in advance as this place is small and unique and gets fully booked quickly. Would love to return one day! Thank you for welcoming us and making our trip special.

The pool area is great after a tiring walk. The bedroom is beautifully designed and comfortable and it was a treat to have YouTube, Apple TV etc! The food is exceptional both for breakfast and dinner, delicious, fresh and carefully presented too.
The access road is rough but ok in a SUV slowly.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2023Its a contemporary boutique lodge nestled within the araucarian forest , 20 min from Pucon. The architecture and the interior design of the place is inspiring, warm and is in perfect symmetry with its surroundings. The tranquility of the scenery . All the rooms are beautifully and sustainably designed and everything is new and well maintained. Alejandro and Cata have been wonderful hosts to us , and made us feel very welcome. The hotel offers sauna , a hot tub and massages apart from the outdoor pool . We stayed there 3 nights and it rained all the time which made the place even more magical and warm . It also has a good bar and offers home cooked meals which are delicious. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back .

Reviewed Oct 25, 2023I don't usually write reviews on my stays, but I must HIGHLIGHT how GOOD this place is, the photos that are here in Booking do not honour the reality of this hotel, it is simply spectacular! They take care of all the details, the hotel is located in a nature reserve near the Villarrica Volcano (they have a viewpoint to see it), the facilities are straight out of a movie, the rooms are excellent, the attention of Cata and Alejandro makes your stay even more pleasant. To rate this place a 10 would be petty, this place is a 20 all the way!

staff was new. the restaurant is more a snack point than a proper restaurant. Hotel new and construction work around no wifi and rooms and extra charge for hot tub
