Solo que en l página se ofrecía bicicleta y en el hotel no estaban disponible, pero todo lo demás super bien

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Realmente, acudí a los servicios de Patagonia Green por recomendación. Y vaya que valió la pena. Por un lado, la ubicación (al menos para mí) es genial, porque está en la zona de Puerto Aysén sobre la cual desarrollo mis actividades, por el otro, todo lo referente a la estadía (atención, confort, servicios) se recibe de la mejor forma, y cumple con creces. La habitación del hotel, un lujo: amplia, coherente y suficientemente confortable para un día de invierno. La relación precio/calidad exageradamente sobre la media, y para bien. Espero en una próxima visita, poder degustar del desayuno, que me han comentado es muy bueno.
Iluminación: A pesar de que es una ciudad extremadamente segura, valoraría mucho un poco más de iluminación en la entrada del recinto, desde la calle.

El agua de las duchas no era fría, pero no lo suficientemente calientita para lo que acostumbramos, y había que esperar para que calentara.

Frío, oscuro, sin nadie que atendiera en el hotel a excepción del chico de recepción que poco sabía del funcionamiento del establecimiento, al reservar decía con desayuno y este servicio no dado nos dejaron unos box lunch, hervidor de agua para atendernos solos, eso no corresponde, sería mejor cerrar el lodge si no está bien atendido, lugar poco cuidado

Informo a todos ustedes, booking y hotel Patagonia green, que hoy alrrededor de las 16:30 hrs.Nos presentamos en el establecimiento y la recepción estaba cerrada, no había información de nuestra reserva, por lo que la cabaña no estaba ni dispuesta ni preparada para recibirnos. Lo anterior es para dejar sin efecto la reserva hecha en booking, por ende no aceptaré cargo alguno. Paz

Reviewed Nov 30, 2024The view from Patagonia Green can’t be beat. It’s from a movie. Super comfy beds. We slept so well. It’s nice to have your own cabin and spread out. The food at the restaurant is wonderful and the staff is outstanding. We truly don’t want to leave.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2023the hotels was very clean and cute. we were very impressed with Marcelo, our waiter, he was very knowledgeable and carefully explained how the food was cooked and encouraged us to try dishes that we would normally not eat and they were delicious. We sadly learned that Marcelo was leaving the next day. I believe he is a valuable employee and will do very well in the future.
