There's a powerful farm smell throught the place. Rooms and bathrooms were not clean. The grey mats next to the bed and the bathroom mat were brown with dirt. No wifi in the end room/deluxe family unit. Pools were green with thick algae around the floors and walls.

Room 7 definitely requires maintenance. When you enter you are hit with a very bad moist smell. Bathroom was not cleaned in a while. Black toilet seat chipping off, very unhygienic. Shelf in shower for shampoo, etc could not be used as it is too rusted and appears dirty. Outside table was not cleaned, seats not dried the next morning after it rained. Spider webs visible in room. Cracked windows. Pillows supplied are flat, sub standard.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026From the moment you drive through the gate what stands out is the staff. Big smiles, I was greeted as if they already knew me. Quick and painless check in. I had a junior room which was perfect. The ladies who helped with my booking initially were so incredibly patient with the number of changes I made. Comfortable, clean, well serviced. Lovely surroundings. An on-site restaurant is a total winner; don't get me started on the pools and playground fir kids.

Management should also include on their website and booking.com, the fact that visitors must vacate the premise after checking out at 10. because we were only told this, a day before going there. we wanted to cancel but we could not. as we will forfeit our money. We have visited so many places, and this was the first place to tell us to leave the premise after checking out. Normally we would enjoy the place before leaving but this time it was a different story, which we did not like.

Our room was very dirty. It evrn had spider webs to indicate clesning had not happened recently. My fiancé had allergic Rhinitis because of the dust. We took video. Definitely not coming back.

We went to celebrate my sister’s birthday, they allowed us to check in early so that we can set up for her surprise. They really went out of their way to make sure that our needs are accommodated. The kids enjoyed the play area. The food at the restaurant was great, they have the best ribs.

The grey linen. Grey linen does not look clean at all. It is not enticing at all. Also the place is small - there was nothing to do. No Bingo or any other games. It would be nice to have a foot path for people to walk and enjoy the scenery.
