The room was very small - Pictures don't give the exact impression of how small they are. There are no chairs, no desk, no TV It looks more like a closet than a bedroom. Not recommended for animal lovers, as there are six reindeer skings hanging outside the reception and a brown bear skin inside the lounge hanging on the wall.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026There are excellent staff especially Esmeralda who is exceptional with her customer service skills. She is a great asset to the lodge and I would employ her any day. She gave so much information and help and we couldn’t praise her enough.
The bunk beds are not suitable for elderly people like us to climb. The corners of the top bunk beds are also health hazard as we both hit our heads. The management should look into it and at least post some warning notices.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Very friendly, young, and cheerful staff. The hotel is very well-maintained, cozy, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s also especially nice that the hotel has a sauna—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I highly recommend this hotel and would come back anytime! 😊

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The location is great and within easy reach of trails to walk and the lake for a swim. The staff are all brilliant, friendly and helpful - they give the place it's warmth. A nice lounge area. We didn't use the sauna but it looked great The food is delicious. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection and the two meals we had were excellent. Also freshly baked cinnamon rolls. It is a great place to see the Aurora which we did on our first night 😁
There was no availability to make a hot drink after 11 or before 6 so a kettle and mugs in the room would be helpful. Staff did provide a flask of hot water when we enquired.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Le personnel était au dessus de toutes attentes. Nous avons rencontré un pépin médical lors de notre séjour, et le personnel a été très compréhensif et soutenant. Nous avons pu facilement prolonger notre séjour, et cerise sur le gâteau, juste avant notre départ nos enfants ont reçu un petit cadeau de la part du propriétaire pour les féliciter de leur courage. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

A lot of Noise from guests and maybe from the stuff .it made me difficult to get enough sleep. The hotel's construction is such that you can clearly hear every footstep in the corridors and the sound of doors slamming. I don't understand why they didn't soundproof the place; it’s a real problem and not a smart move. The rooms was very tiny... In any case, I’d like to highlight the pleasant reception staff and the delicious breakfast.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Goede locatie nabij summer trails in Abisko. Ontbijt is prima maar houd er rekening mee dat het klokslag 09.30 wordt opgeruimd.
De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is erg matig. De kamer is zeer klein (nauwelijks plaats voor een tas of koffer). De foto's geven een te gunstige indruk. Een hor ontbreekt in het raam. Er zijn geen kookfaciliteiten (wel een grillplaats). Er is wel een restaurant (niet goedkoop).

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Abisko Mountain Lodge è un posto davvero bello, in un luogo dove la natura è davvero incredibile. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo ci ha accolto con ogni premura e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze. Dopo una giornata di trekking fare la sauna e godere dello spazio esterno è stato un vero piacere. Tornerò sicuramente in questo posto.
La stanza era piccolina ma la struttura è fatta così

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Un hôtel entouré par la nature ou le calme règne. Le personnel est très prévenant et le salon convivial vous permettra de déguster un gâteau maison ou une assiette de charcuterie. Ambiance refuge de montagne avec tous les avantages de l'hôtel.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel est fermé l'été, il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas de restaurant à Abisko.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Aamiainen hyvä. Positiivista oli kaurapuuro. Tuoreita marjoja olisi toivonut puuron/viilin kanssa, kun oli marjastuskausi menossa. Yhteinen oleskelutila kotoisa ja rento. Huone siisti. Sisustusmateriaalit ja värit O.K. Majapaikka oli rauhallinen.
Huone todella pieni. Ei tuoleja eikä pöytää, vain hyvin pienet sängyn päätyihin kiinnitetyt tasot. Huone oli yhden hengen huone, mutta siinä oli 2 sänkyä. Toisen sängyn reuna ja verho olivat vasten kuumaa sähköpatteria, mikä aiheuttaa palovaaran. Tavaroille ja vaatteille hyvin vähän säilytystilaa. Kylpyhuone alkeellinen tasoltaan. Huone ei vastannut odotuksia, vaikka hinta oli korkea verrattuna jopa hotellihintoihin. Ikkunan takana tiheätä pusikkoa. Apiskon upeaa ympäristöä ei näkynyt oleskelutiloista eikä huoneesta.

Möbleringen av rummet var inte den bästa då sängen stod direkt mot ett element vilket medför brandrisk då man gärna slår på elementet. Jag vinklade bort sängen så den inte stod så nära.

交通实在不便，想去Aurora Sky Station只能徒步走3公里路（开车只要7分钟），来回就是6公里，我昨天已经走了12公里崎岖山路，有点走不动了！旅店能提供收费的班车服务就好啦！

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns von Beginn an wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffett (gegen Aufpreis, der sich absolut lohnt) war toll. Die Cottages sind einfach ausgestattet, aber es ist alles da, was man zum selbst versorgen braucht. Sauna und Dusche waren sehr sauber. Ein toller Urlaub in der Natur und eine super Lage für zahlreiche Wanderungen im Abisko Nationalpark.
