Abisko net Hostel & Huskies

The vibe in the hostel is really nice! The staff is so friendly, the dogs are wonderful! Would totally recommend! Definitely going back there!

Everything to like here. And it's away from the main tourist area so closer to nature. The staff here are genuinely lovely and love the area. The dogs are great as well. The supermarket is close and has pretty much whatever you need.

The wifi is a bit dodgy in the kitchen but is perfectly fine everywhere else.

Typisches Hostel mit gut eingerichteter Gemeinschaftsküche. Sehr nahe beim Abisko Nationalpark. Klasse war das es sogar eine eigene Sauna hatte die abends von 8 bis 9 Uhr angeheizt wurde. Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

전날 비싼 시설에서 지내서 상대적으로 청결상태나 시설의 깔끔함이 떨어지는 거라 생각합니다. 가격대비는 그럭저럭 만족했고 직원의 친절함도 좋았어요

In my opinion some of the lower ratings for this place are totally unfair, as it is a hostel and seems like many people have never stayed in a hostel before... It is very simple but everything functions and the price is very affordable in this area. I was positively surprised to find a very social atmosphere and have good chats with other hikers. The sauna is very good and included in the price. There are also some friendly huskies I was lucky to meet in the yard.

Die gratis Sauna ist super!!! Und man kann gratis zu den Huskies mitgehen, wenn sie gefüttert werden und Auslauf haben und die streicheln. Nebenan wohnt auch jemand mit Huskies, die oft im Garten vom Hostel chillen und auch sehr kuschelig sind.

Man kann die Dusche nicht zusperren, aber in einem Hostel ist das ok

Es gab ein Zimmer , dort konnte man vor und nach Check in/out - Gepäck abstellen Personal war freundlich Günstig

Es war extrem dreckig! Die Zimmer sind nicht abschließbar. Die Duschen sind draußen und voller Haare. Es gibt im Haus nur 1 Toilette für alle Zimmer. Die Küche war dreckig und die Ausstattung sah aus wie vom Sperrmüll. Betten durchgelegen. Hellhörig im Haus , keine Privatsphäre

Decent location

Very run down, dirty room, smelly, and even if we booked a private from there was no lock on the door from the outside. We ended up not staying there and going somewhere else.

Nice garden, pretty cozy building.

Room was a bit smelly, most of the door closing mechanisms were broken and noisy. It wasn't possible to lock our room from the outside. Needs maintenance. Most of the things could be repaired easily or purchased at a hardware store for a few hundred kronor.

Auberge de jeunesse très agréable et peu chère pour une vraie expérience en Laponie. Les locaux sont un peu vieux mais très fonctionnels. Il n'y a pas de douches dans la partie de l'auberge où j'ai résidé seulement des douches à partager dans le sauna. Attention, ne pas avoir peur de la nudité...

Comfortable, very smooth check-in, good access to bathrooms, kitchen, and sauna. I will definitely come back.

Minor point, but it Feels like sheets could be included in the price since people seem to just sleep in the beds without sheets instead of renting them.

Eine Übernachtung, Sauna, Duschen im Extragebäude sahen einladend aus. Betten waren sauber und beqem.

Le personnel était sympa, l’emplacement très pratique à côté de la gare, le sauna agréable, la présence des chiens

Le bruit fut insupportable toute la nuit, des allers et venues des chasseurs d’aurore boréales jusqu’à 5h du matin (portes qui claquent, voix, bruits de pas…) nous avons fait une nuit blanche, ce fut la pire de tout notre séjour. L’insonorisation de la chambre numéro 3 est clairement à revoir. Il y’a 2 douches communes accolées au sauna, manque d’intimité pour faire sa toilette et notamment lorsqu’on voyage avec des enfants/ado. La cuisine n’est pas très grande pour le nombre de personnes qui logent dans le second bâtiment et c’est le seul espace commun à disposition. Globalement nous avons été déçus par rapport aux commentaires élogieux de l’endroit auxquels nous nous sommes fiés pour réserver.

Very small place in the rooms, poor quality of skiing equipment, no plugs near the upper beds, no transfer to the STF - only reachable by walking.

Mi lugar favorito en el ártico. Llevo años viajando Abisko y siempre me alojo allí. Es el mejor lugar para conocer gente fantástica. No te puedes perder sus paseos en trineo con los huskies. Os encantarán las personas que trabajan ahí. Y además podréis disfrutar gratuitamente de su magnífica sauna. Y si os gusta el senderismo, estáis también en el lugar ideal. Sápmi es una tierra hermosa y salvaje.

We had a beautiful stay at the hostel. The owners are very friendly. The location is amazing for any hiking, skiing and other snow adventures, as well as for seeing the northern lights, moose etc. Thomas has plenty of huskies and showed us the beautiful landscape via dog sled. After all day nature you can relax in the sauna. It was a perfect holiday and we definately come back to your place. Take care!

Too much light outside for watching auroras

El personal es muy amable y siempre estan dispuestos a ayudarte. El alojamiento es genial. La ubicación es muy buena. Cuentan con varias actividades entre ellas, paseo en trineo con perros, muy recomendable. Es un sitio al que volvería sin dudarlo. Vi las auroras a escasos metros del hostel.

Las camas en litera se mueven con facilidad. Las duchas están en un edificio exterior aunque no fue ningún problema.

Nothing to complain about

Loved the sociable environment, and location. Loved the staff hospitality. Perfect location for viewing the aurora. And the best to rent out equipments. The bathrooms were clean and tidy.

The showers were not private. At least a curtain would help.

Fiquei apenas 2 diárias e tive que mudar de quarto de um dia para o outro.

Clean toilets and rooms, kitchen had everything you needed to cook a simple meal. Grocery store and a beautiful lake was a short walk away. Huskies roaming around outside, they were so cute ☺️ Highlight of our stay was seeing the northern lights just outside the hostel!

The shower area was in another building, so it was slightly inconvenient for showers. However, really appreciate that there was at least a sink and toilet bowl situated in the same building as the beds though!

Everything was decent for the price. The kitchen was not bad and it has everything you need to cook. The location was nice you reach a good spot for 10min walk to see northern lights.

O custo benefício da acomodação é excelente, uma das poucas opções viáveis em Abisko. O anúncio já traz as limitações do local, como falta de roupa de cama e toalhas (é necessário pagar extra), além da sala de banho ser em um espaço exterior ao prédio principal, o que é bastante incomodo durante o inverno, porém sinalizado previamente.

Os quartos não possuem estruturas para guardar os pertences, então todos os pertences ficam jogados no chão, o que prejudica totalmente a organização do local. É necessário contar com o bom senso dos colegas de quarto, o que não aconteceu no meu caso, as pessoas ligam as luzes e conversam no momento que outras estão dormindo. Os dormitórios também são mistos, ou seja, eles distribuem homens e mulheres para o mesmo quarto, sendo que poderia ter o cuidado de separar as mulheres dos homens, para que houvesse um conforto e sentimento de segurança ao dormir.
