The location of the tiny cabin was amazing. Could not fault the location for the view, but that’s about it. Once inside the cabin, it showed it needed updating and a lot of work. This residence relies on the view.
The tiny cabin was filthy and needs updating. The floor hasn’t seen a clean in months. The bedding and towels were cheap. Had to go and buy a towel as the one supplied where not adequate. They were very thin and small. The furniture was well worn, a kitchen door hanging off and not lined up There was no seating area apart from two high stools and a lowdown bed. The blinds had seen better days they were falling apart. The toilet seat was loose. The toilet was dirty. The shower grout and shower head was filthy. The shower leaked. The toilet door jammed and squeaked it needed a good oiling. You could not lock the door from the inside even though the owner messaged us and told us what to do it still didn’t work so we spent two nights in an unlocked cabin. The cutlery was awful 2 knives & 2 forks and knife that wouldn’t cut butter and just thrown in a plastic box in a cupboard . The breakfast consisted of six eggs, two packets of bread rolls, two bottles of sparkling water, two avocados, one pack of butter and some cheap orange juice. So unfortunately if you were gluten-free or vegan, you were stuffed as you could only eat avocados.
el alojamiento se encuentra en un lugar muy privado rodeado de viñas
Location in the vineyards.
Lack of reception. Breakfast inadequate and not served.
Loved that the property was on a hill overlooking a lovely vineyard . Very quiet walk through the vineyard. The host was excellent and provided lots of food for breakfast . The place is small, so keep that in mind. There are not a lot of utensils for cooking, need new pans and the windows could use screens. By the time we left ( 3 days), I think there were at least 50 flies as we like to open windows. Very close to 2 wineries ( 5min)
This "tiny house" is in a fantastic location - amongst vineyards overlooking a valley. Had to drive through the vineyards to get to the site. It was absolutely serene. And Casablanca is going to be more of a destination for their fantastic wines.
The biggest problem is that there are no screens on the doors. The house is all windows so can get hot despite the space air conditioner and pulling blinds to protect from the sun. There is a wonderful breeze at the top of the hill, but flies getting in are a problem whether it was just opening the door to go outside to sit and enjoy the sunset or leaving the doors open to get a cooling breeze. Before going to bed we had to spend time killing flies.
Very nice surroundings.
A bit too small even for 2 travelers
The Location The Service The Silence The Vineyard The View The Sunsets
The views of the valley from these houses are amazing. The proximity (driving) to Casas Del Bosque was perfect. We enjoyed the stay and thought everything was clean and tidy.
This house is literally tiny! So if you have any big luggage you will need to unpack it all in to the cupboards,if you want space to move around. The patio outside has great views but gets very hot during the day so we were not able to enjoy it until later in the day around sunset. I think it would be nice if there were some bicycles supplied so you could bike around instead of having to drive everywhere.
Amazing view, very comfortable! Loved sitting outside watching the sunset. Also appreciated the breakfast provided to make.
Peaceful quiet retreat in the middle of a beautiful vineyard.
Beautiful, secluded, simple but complete
Very good location of the tiny house on the vineyard hill with a beautiful view, has everything for your stay.
I liked everything
- nice view of the vineyard (located at the top of it) - very comfortable bed - newly built box-type villa - in the middle of nature - very quiet - friendly owner - fresh groceries for preparing breakfast - air con - seating area outside - amazing stargazing at night
Location was lovely - set within the grape vines and with a lovely view across the valley capturing the sunset in the evening. Very private and peaceful - we ended up staying for 4 nights after booking 2. The tiny home was well equipped with everything we needed. Location is very close to a couple of beautiful wineries that offer tasting, lunch and ours. Recommend Casas del Bosque and Kingston.
Was not an issue, more like advice, but would recommend hiring an SUV as the road to the tiny home is a little rough at the end.
Dreamiest little house you can find, beautiful view of the sunset over the vineyards, compact but has everything needed for short stay
We found the view to be lovely.
Bed was on the floor and no comfortable chairs indoors.
Beautiful location, well presented.
I absolutely loved the peacefulness of this property. Surrounded by vineyards, the cabin offers breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature,l that’s perfect for relaxation. The rural charm of the cabin adds to its allure, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat. Additionally, its proximity to local wineries makes it an ideal base for exploring the region’s renowned wine culture. Overall, I would rate this property a perfect 10/10 for its ambiance, location, and overall experience.
Such a unique stay, in a beautiful location! Amazing to relax after a busy day & enjoy the view. Sunset over the vineyard was unreal. Bed was so cozy and airco was a plus. You cook breakfast yourself but they supply everything you might need, which adds to the experience. Host was helpful and responsive!
Great location. The view and sunset from the hill in the vineyard was pretty, peaceful, private. Very clean and fully equipped, even with all the little things needed to make breakfast, eggs, milk, bread, jam, honey salt, oil, etc. Comfortable beds. Loved the outdoor patio. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Self check-in and the owner had great communication via WhatsApp, even when we couldn't figure out how to turn on the stovetop. Easy distance from Santiago airport. Makes a perfect stop for the night before or after an international flight. It's across the road from Casas del Bosque winery, which has great winery tours and a self-guided bike tour through their vineyard.
Nothing... But note that a car is needed to stay here.
Cool location, nice bed, good hot water, good pillows, very secluded
Internet did not work. Need a spatula to flip the eggs they gave us for breakfast
The view is stunning. It is very comfortable and cozy.
Wi-Fi is a bit tricky.
The location is stunning! It’s very serene with a million dollar view. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was very strong - no limited hot water either. It takes 5-7 minutes to get to the main road but then you’re so close to town. The signage on the property actually makes it very easy to find. Ignacio is wonderful and very communicative. The tiny cabin has quite a bit of storage - three of us had no issue sharing the space. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it!
Nothing
Location and view, food and water provided, comfy bed
WiFi didn’t work, rough road getting to property, poor communication from host, not enough room for baby bed, little dirty
Good accommodation. The view.
The breakfast was limited. A broom or vacuum would be nice.
location and uniqueness of lodging.
tiny bathroom.
great views and the apartment had all we needed
the track to the property is rough, which we weren’t expecting, and the internet did not work for 3 out of the 4 days we were there
the location
during the day there are some annoying flies around and during the evening mosquitoes
Owner seemed very nice and was very responsive. Beautiful views. Good AC. Excellent hot water and pressure in shower. Kitchen acceptable.
WI-FI needs improvement. Stairs are a little narrow carrying suitcases, especially for older folks who can’t afford to fall. (we are in our 60’s and did fine but…). Hair dryer needs upgrade.
fab views, comfortable cabin, in amongst the vines, great hosts
The view was amazing. The food provided kept us from needing anything
The cabin is located on top of a small hill and has breathtaking views of the vineyards. Although it is off the beaten tracks, it is conveniently located near Casas Del Bosque and Kingston Family Vineyards. The cabin is clean, cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our host, Ignacio, went above and beyond to ensure that we have a great experience. He was super responsive to all our questions and our trip to Casablanca was smooth because of his help. We would definitely recommend this place.
Everything was great, wifi and network connection could be sketchy at times but it was not a huge issue.
Amazing views and really peaceful. We have been staying in hostels so this was a great upgrade as a treat for one night! We walked to Casa del Bosque vineyard which was lovely for a tour and tasting and took about 25 mins to get to.
it was quite hard to get to by taxi as it isn’t well known by taxi drivers but the tourist information in the central plaza rang Ignacio who then spoke with the taxi driver. It did also require the taxi to drive on the dirt track around the vineyard field up to the accommodation which he didn’t seem to mind but maybe some drivers wouldn’t have wanted to do!
Tiny house located on a vineyard, it was a dream! The host had great communication and was very accommodating. The food for breakfast was a very nice touch.
No wifi, but I guess that's to be expected when you're relaxing and unplugging.
Floors were a bit dirty
