Gemütliche Cabaña in weitläufigem Gelände. Sehr ruhige Lage. Schöne parkähnliche Anlage direkt am See. Große Hütte mit Panoramafenster. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes, einfaches Frühstück. Sehr gutes Abendessen. Hot-Pot (ohne Zusatzkosten, aber mit Reservierung).

„Seltsame“ Duschwanne mit Vorhang. Dunkler, enger Umkleidebereich beim Pool / Hotpot. Einige freilaufende Hunde.

LAS CAMAS MUY INCOMODAS

At the head of a lake Out in the middle of the temperate rain forrest. The cabin was super comfortable. The food at the main lodge was superb and the Metre De spoke at least five languages!

There wasn’t anything no to like.

- Op zich is het een groot huisje en heb je alles wat nodig is, echter het is erg gedateerd, erg gehorig (je hoort wat de buren zeggen) en hygiëne kan beter (er lagen etenswaren tussen kookfornuis en kast). - Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. - Fijn domein waarop je heerlijk kan rondkuieren.

- Prijs-kwaliteit is niet in verhouding gezien gedateerdheid, gehorigheid en hygiëne. - Eten in restaurant is matig.

Peaceful and relaxing

The place was so beautiful and peaciful, with the lake and a dock. We could have stayed longer.

I would have given 10 if staff were a little more helpful in trying to book a bus journey down to Coyhaique We went to tourist information in Puyuhuapi and they were fantastic-it all boiled down to the bus website would not take a foreign mobile number-the hotel surely could have helped more

Camas individuales cómodas, cama matrimonial muy chica. Lugar lindo y lleno de naturaleza. Tuvimos un desagradable problema al llegar, ya que reservé por booking y el precio de mi reserva no les calzaba en el mesón y me cobraron extra por un niño (aunque el valor que pagué a través de la plataforma fue bastante menor y ya era caro). La verdad es que para un lugar como ese, que recibe extranjeros y está en un lugar tan turístico como es la Carretera Austral, es de muy baja categoría que cualquier desacuerdo que tengan con la plataforma booking, hagan pagar al huésped. Echó a perder mucho nuestra estadía ahí, veníamos de largas horas de viaje en auto y el check in fue eterno por este motivo. Y eso que hicimos uso de varios de sus servicios como una forma de apoyar y complementar nuestra experiencia ahí. Así y todo, terminaron cobrándome el extra. Nunca me había pasado algo así... muy decepcionante.

La atención de Sergio, el garzón del restaurante. Los pisco sour muy buenos y la comida también.

La relación calidad precio. Pagamos cerca de 300 usd por noche y te hacen dejar los datos de la tarjeta cómo garantía en caso de estropear o ensuciar algo y firmar un acuerdo. Jamás nos habían pedido esto en otros alojamientos. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, el plumón ya estaba manchado y la cerámica del baño estaba fisurada. Otra cosa fue la actitud de la recepcionista en el momento de usar el hot tub. Cuando nos metimos notamos que la temperatura estaba muy elevada lo cual se lo hicimos notar a la recepcionista. Ella metió su mano y nos indica que la temperatura es la adecuada y que no puede ser que la sintamos caliente. Le pedí que trajera un termómetro y me dijo que no tenian. La actitud de la chica no fue muy buena y nos hizo pasar un pésimo rato. Finalmente nosotras mismas agarramos una manguera y enfriamos el agua. Las habitaciones no tienen un espacio donde estar al aire libre.

Lugar bello, de película✨ vayan al muelle al atardecer, las cabañas muy cómodas. Anda bien el wifi , tienen incluido la pileta y las tinas que en otros lugares te las quieren cobrar aparte. Es muy lindo, recomiendo!

Preciosa ubicación con vista al lago Risopatrón. El lugar es amplio y relajante. Excelente conexión de wifi, opciones de caminatas desde el mismo lodge, buenas habitaciones aunque no accesibles ya que cuentan con escaleras para entrar. Las instalaciones comunes son excelentes, incluyendo la mesa de pool, living con chimenea, piscina y tinajas. El personal fue muy amable con nosotros y atentos a nuestras necesidades.

Ubicado en un lugar privilegiado, el lodge es realmente acogedor, desde el recibimiento de sus empleados, y las lindas cabañas que hay a disposición. Indispensable probar algunos de los platos del hotel, el salmón es perfecto. Recomendable 100%

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht dort. Es hätte sich gelohnt länger zu bleiben um den Pool und den Tub zu nutzen. Der See ist einfach phantastisch und wandern kann man auch sehr gut.

Die Lage ist weit entfernt von anderen Orten, so dass man auf jeden Fall dort essen muss.

Our 3bedroom house was really a duplex with shared walls and noisy neighbours. Not as advertised. The house was run down and moldy. Needs a major renovation.

The unit we stayed in was two bedrooms in two separate floors with two bathrooms. But the twi bathrooms were on the first floor. Not convenient…

The reception staff and waiters were superb. A big thank-you. The cabin large and comfortable. The food OK. The free hot-tub a very nice extra. The path in the forest was a real treat for us on a rainy day.

The wifi was very patchy; we had to go to the reception to book our park tickets. The kitchen was tired and the cabin a bit dated. Shower curtains not screens. Not quite up to the international hotel pricing.

This is a gorgeous property with a very cozy and warm lobby/restaurant/pool table and games, the fact they include the hot tubes is definitely a plus, it is pricey for the age the cabins have, and the reviews about the noise from the neighbors is true, there’s something with the sound that travels easily with the neighbor cabin.

The hiking path was closed. The swimming pool was closed. The hot tub smelled frighteningly strongly of chemicals. The room smelled of bleach. The food at breakfast was poor quality. The buildings are poorly designed and all turn their back on the view. The place felt a little soulless.

Excellent reception staff. Nice setting. Cabins are set in a picturesque wooded area . Comfortable bed. Change of towels and room cleaned daily.

One set menu for Dinner is misleading. Nowhere to walk as not allowed to go in certain directions is misleading. We experienced cold water for 2 days and no-one apologised. We are in negotiation with El Pangue Lodge. Cabins are basic for overseas traveller. Strange drop down bath to step into for the shower which could be difficult for an older person.

Private, quiet and well maintained

Nothing - it is lovely. The staff were accommodating, the geography is beautiful. We celebrated a birthday in our group and the lodge did a lamb roast in their separate bbq shed. The food was simple but SO good. Our group loved the swimming pool and hot tub which they didn’t charge extra for - many places do - and the room had a coffee maker in it which we liked because we could sit quietly in the morning and enjoy the view from the big windows in the cabin that faced the garden.

Great stop for a couple of days. Enjoyed everything; pool, restaurant and accommodation.

Perfect cabins on the lake with hot tubs ready to ose at all times

Peaceful, tranquil stay. Catalina was exceptional, on reception and as our waitress, really friendly and welcoming. The meal in the evening was exceptional, Jose is a fantastic chef.

Everything other than location - the cabins are not only old, but also not well maintained and cleaned. The food was absolute disaster, we were there during X-Mas and their specially prepared dinner could literally not be eaten (e.g. tarta so hard I could not cut it with fork, knife etc.) What was also unpleasant was how badly organized this place was, they were trying to charge us twice for the room (turned out they took my money from the card already), the same happened to the X-Mas dinner, where they have attached some random people to our bill. Hopefully that was not on purpose.

This is a fantastic remote set of cabins in the mountains next to a gorgeous lake. The cabins are comfortable and clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable with exceptional service, and the amenities are brilliant too (beautiful restaurant, pool table in bar area, kayaking on the lake, hot tub you can use at any time).

If there were slippers and a robe provided it would make the stay more comfortable :)
