Ubicación privilegiada con una hermosa vista al mar. El centro está a solo 20 minutos caminando. Personal muy amable, te hacen sentir en casa.

El wifi era deficiente, no llegaba a las habitaciones, solo cerca del lobby y no era de lo mejor, aunque es un problema de la isla entera.

The location was fantastic. Right across the small road from the ocean, beautiful sunset from our cabin, exceptional view of the waves crashing and boats coming and going from the working harbour. It was an easy, beautiful 15/20 minute walk into the center of town and all the restaurants you want. It was located next to the Neptune … restaurant which had outstanding meals. The price was good and they gave us a ride to and from the airport. GREAT SPOT!

Nuestra estancia en Cabañas Tojika fue genial de principio a fin. El alojamiento es muy agradable y, además, cuenta con unas vistas maravillosas al acantilado que hay junto a las cabañas, un entorno espectacular que hace que la estancia sea todavía más especial. Pero, sin duda, lo que más destacamos es la atención y amabilidad de las personas que nos atendieron. Fueron siempre muy atentas, cercanas y pendientes de que estuviéramos cómodos y no nos faltara nada. Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos un pequeño percance médico y su trato fue excepcional: se preocuparon por nosotros en todo momento e incluso se ofrecieron a llevarnos y recogernos del hospital. Un detalle que demuestra una calidad humana que va mucho más allá de lo que uno espera de un alojamiento. Nos llevamos un recuerdo estupendo de nuestra estancia en Rapa Nui, tanto por el lugar y sus increíbles vistas como, especialmente, por la hospitalidad y el cariño con el que nos trataron. Sin duda, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable si visitáis la isla. ¡Maururu!

Excellent location! It is placed near a volcano from where young men used to swim to a small neighbouring island to get the bird egg and become kings for one year. Spectacular view of the ocean! So relaxing, so peaceful! The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The kitchen, the same. The rooms are basic but you have everything you need. It was very beautiful everything! I will certainly return there!

Everything was beautiful, from being welcomed at the airport by the free transfer with a floral lei, to the detailed description of where everything was in the locality to the final gift of a carved wooden Maoi necklace. La atención fue muy amable, había cocina compartida y pese a que está un poco lejos del centro, se puede ir caminando sin problema.

From the airport pick up to the drop off, we loved staying here! Sleeping every night to the sound of waves crashing, having coffee on the porch every morning, and getting the best sunsets every evening.....paradise. The owner lady was super helpful and her Mom who dropped us at the airport was so sweet.

It didn't bother us at all but there is a road (dirt track) right in front of the property. It's not super busy at all but we didn't realise it from the photos. Would definitely stay here again!

L'accoglienza di Katy è stata eccezionale per fornirci tutte le informazioni necessarie e la disponibilità per il trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto.

Non per essere pignolo ma l'unica cosa che forse rivedrei è la pulizia del bagno e della camera.

La vista del alojamiento es hermosa, frente al mar, el sonido de las olas llegan a la habitacion y la cocina frente al mar, hacen que la estadia sea fabulosa. La atencion del equipo, de su dueña y encargada, fabulosa!!!! Te van a buscar y a dejar al aeropuerto, te reciben con flores, te cuidan y explican todo, para tener un buen vivir de la isla. La ubicacion es magnifica, muy recomendable!!! Es bueno, bonito y barato!!!! Tambien destaco que es muy limpio, hacen aseo siempre, mantienen toallas limpias y se preocupan por ti.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto! La camera vista oceano era perfetta, dotata di tutto. Possibilità di utilizzare la cucina della struttura in ogni momento della giornata. Staff gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutarti. Ci hanno accolto all’aeroporto e al ritorno sono stati gentilissimi a riaccompagnarci in perfetto orario.

O Hostel é de fato maravilhoso. Apesar de ser um pouco distante de Hanga Roa, nada que uma caminhada a pé de 10 minutos não solucione. O clima de Rapa Nui é maravilhoso e tenho certeza que o Hostel que eu fiquei ajudou a potencializar muito essa sensação de querer voltar de novo. Recomendo muito! Gratidão Tojika!

La atención de Kati fue excelente. Las instalaciones del lugar super cómodas, a la cocina no le falta absolutamente nada y encima tiene vista al mar. La caminata hasta el centro de Hanga Roa es super linda. Un detalle hermoso: dormís con el ruido de las olas de fondo. Inmejorable realmente. Sin dudas recomiendo y volvería!

Coincido con algunos comentarios que leí antes de viajar en que quizá a los baños les vendría bien una limpieza más frecuente, pero no es nada grave, ya es hilar fino.

The dormitory room has exactly what you need, with two bathrooms and a small kitchen for us to use as well. The staff were so kind and attentive, always making sure that the place was clean and that we had all that we needed. I had to work while I was away and found the Wifi to be excellent, which I really appreciated as the island is so remote! I'm also glad that I chose accommodation by the sea, as the views are just beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. Thank you so much for everything!

Ocean view is magical. Place is simple but clean, good bed and all you need for your stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. I gave 10 points. The place is not luxury but it is really exceptional

Desde que nos recibieron en el aeropuerto fue todo super. Muy buena la recepción de Cathy El lugar impecable, una muy buena estadia, la ubicacion si bien no es centrica esta a 15 min caminando, el que este al borde del mar hace el trayecto una muy buena caminata. La mama de cathy muy amorosa, mi mama estaba de cumpleaños y le llevo unos regalitos. Nos hicieron buenas recomendaciones y nos contaron buenas historias de la isla... una excelente disponibilidad para responder a nuestras consultas. Las cabañas estan frente al mar lo que hace todo aun mejor, escuchar el mar al despertar una maravilla.

Kathy es muy simpática y te ayuda en todo lo que puede. El hostal es idílico, dando al mar y con tumbonas.

It is the most comfortable hostel I've been to. Mainly because the building location provides the best view of the sea and you can see the sunset from the terrace or even the kitchen, through the huge windows facing the sea. I am so thankful that, being common in Easter Island, no cockroach appeared during my long stay; the staff gets everything clean.Provide clean towels, bed sheets and blankets very often. I got the best attention from the owner and the manager, they were kind and familiar to all the passengers. I hope they never get street light posts in their area, to continue enjoying sky watching at clear nights. I fully recommend Tojika Hostel.

During rainy season the grass and dirt entrance get slippery. It would be great to count on a narrow cobble stone lane just for pedestrian tourists. En los dias de lluvia, la entrada con césped y tierra se pone resbaloza. Sería estupendo contar con un caminito de piedras, sólo para los que vamos a pie. ;)

Me encantó la vista, despertar con el sonido de las olas fue genial. Aún si el alojamiento queda un poco retirado del centro, vale la pena. Además, fue agradable caminar todo el trayecto por la costa. La atención de Katy 10/10, muy simpática y agradable, me gustó mucho el collar de flores y el collar del moái que me regaló. Los compañeros de habitación que tuve fueron buena onda, lo repetiría.

Wonderful location, facing sunset and the ocean. Many very expensive hotels had a much less favorable view. Kati was very helpful and kind. And the ride to/from the airport was a great extra perk!

Las vistas desde la cabaña son realmente maravillosa, las habitaciones son limpias y con lo necesario para pasar una linda estancia. La cocina compartida es enorme, con todos los implementos necesarios para cocinar y tomar desayuno y once. Posee un refrigerador grande, donde te asignan un lugar para dejar tu comida. Y lo q me encantó es que hay disponible te, cafe azucar, aceite, sal, aliños qué van quedando de los pasajeros y quedan para compartir. Y hay implementos de aseo en la cocina para dejar limpio, cuando se usa. Agradecer a las dueñas su hospitalidad, gentileza y ayuda. Nota: adicionalmente las dueñas de casa dejan fruta de la isla para compartir, lo encontré maravilloso.

La ubicación es un poco lejana del centro del pueblo. Pero caminar por la costanera lo compensa.

Firstly, Easter Island is a PHENOMENAL place to go!!! If you are currently at the ‘looking at accommodation to decide if you want to go there’ part of your trip planning, the simple answer is BOOK THE TRIP! Yes, it’s expensive and quite a long journey to get to Easter Island. No, you won’t regret it! Yes, it’s worth every penny you will spend when on the island. No, you won’t shut up about it when you get home! Right, now that you’re committed to the trip – BOOK THIS ACCOMODATION. The hostal owner, Patricio, set the tone of our stay from the moment he picked us up at the airport and presented us with a gorgeous lei. He was warm, welcoming and super helpful. He gave us a tour of the town and pointed out the key locations before taking us to the hostal where he gave us even more info and his WhatsApp number. There’s only a handful of rooms at the hostal; we stayed in a double room with sea view – it had a little terrace area outside to sit and enjoy the stunning views of the sea and mountains. The room was small but as we didn’t spend much time there it was perfectly fine (with a decent shower too). There’s no A/C but an electric fan that did the trick at keeping us cool (we went Mid-March, so the temp stayed around 25 degrees), and there’s lots of power sockets in the walls to charge up devices. The hostal grounds are well-kept and stunning with lots of flowers and little beautiful nods within the décor to Easter Island culture. In regards to location, it was a 12 min walk to the local supermarket (called Henua Market) which was well-stocked (prices are like UK prices). Eating out on the island can be quite expensive so we opted to cook most of our own dinners - the hostal has the most well-equipped kitchen we’ve ever seen at a hostal! It had everything we wanted, and plenty of equipment we’d never need but were happy to see (including a lemon squeezer and garlic press!).

La ubicación frente al mar es excepcional, se ven atardeceres maravillosos desde la terraza de la cabaña, la cual es muy cómoda con espacios amplios y equipados, además al llegar estaba limpio y ordenado, Katherine es muy amable, nos fue a recibir y a dejar al aeropuerto, siempre estuvo atenta a dar respuesta a nuestras consultas.

La ubicación, atención y amabilidad de Katty fueron los factores por los que nuestra estancia superó las expectativas. 100% recomendable!

El lugar es justo lo que todo viajero aventurero necesita: ✅ Buena ducha ✅ Buen internet ✅ Buena cama ✅ Privilegiada ubicación ✅ Sin cucarachas Si bien el lugar se encuentra un poco alejado del centro (20 min caminando por el borde costero) vale la pena la tranquilidad y vista al mar. No necesitas ir hasta el centro para ver un hermoso atardecer, en frente del hostal hay un acantilado PRECIOSO. Las habitaciones son cómodas, hay espacio para dejar tus cosas y también lockers para dejar allí lo de mayor valor. Sin dudas lo recomiendo. Brindan sábanas, toalla y papel higiénico. Amé demasiado la recibida y despedida de sus anfitriones. Muchas gracias Patricio y Katty 🥰

Tip viajero: lleven zapatillas de agua, la playa donde se puede hacer snorkel contiene muchas piedras resbalosas. Servicio ida y vuelta al aeropuerto incluído en el precio 😊 y si, hay collar de flores al recibirte! 😍

Comodidad, ubicación y vista

Отличный вариант жилья, останавливались в отдельном номере с видом на море. Патрисио был очень гостеприимен, встретил из аэропорта и при выезде отвез туда! Номер небольшой, но довольно комфортный, все нужное есть. В основном здании есть кухня, где можно было угоститься свежими фруктами, а также воспользоваться всей утварью.

В душевой комнате довольно плохо уходила вода, и к концу душа она подходила к бортику и норовила вылиться наружу. Также в номере слегка хрупкая кровать, но после исследования острова в целом все равно, на чем спишь :) Ну и не хватало кондиционера, в номере был только вентилятор (довольно грязный, но рабочий), но по сути он просто гонял горячий воздух по номеру. Вечером с моря идет приятный бриз и становится чуть прохладнее, но в целом было достаточно душно в номере.

Была бы возможность поставить 11 - поставил бы. Прекрасный пример, когда владелец вкладывает душу в свой бизнес. Считаю, что это одно из самых лучших мест на острове в среднем бюджете. Расположен в стороне от шумных дорог прямо на берегу океана. Потрясающие виды с открытой террасы. Номера двух, трёхместные и есть большая комната на компанию. Патрисио лично встречает на минибасе с традиционными букетами цветов, провожает с подарками. Очень приятен в общении. Может организовать экскурсии. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда. Были рады отдохнуть в этом прекрасном месте! Большое спасибо, Патрисио, за гостеприимство!

Tojika foi uma das melhores acomodações da minha vida! Perto do mar; das estrelas e de toda a natureza do mundo! Patrício e Jimena são sensacionais! Eles dão todo o suporte necessário e dicas do que fazer na ilha. Camas confortáveis, cozinha compartilhada simplesmente impecável para você poder fazer o que precisa. O nascer do sol ou pôr do sol ali são deslumbrantes! Pode ficar no Tojika sem medo! Sensacional!!!
