Přestože je chata v blízkosti obce, je zde naprostý klid a soukromí. Chata je prefektně vybavená, najdete téměř vše, co byste mohli potřebovat.

Sijainti aivan huikea! Kohteen varustelu erinomainen.

Jätepiste hiukan epäsiisti ulkona, roska/pullosäkkejä esillä. Joen rannassa olevaan uimapaikkaan ei ollut turvallisia portaita.

Spacious house just by the magnificent River Deatnu with private swimming. Extremely well equipped kitchen and house. Excellent sauna, comfortable beds, private location close to town.

The iron didn’t work!!

Iso, tilava mökki. Parempi kuin kuvista voi päätellä. Hyvät sängyt, monipuolisesti astioita. Valtavan kokoinen telkkari sadekelien iloksi.

Jos väkisin etsii jonkun miinuksen niin, uimaanmeno oli portaiden tai kaiteen puutteen vuoksi vähän haastavaa.

Paikka oli siisti, hinta oli edullinen ja sijainti loistava

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat prima funktioniert. Die Villa ist ein ganz besonderer Ort. Toll eingerichtet und schön gelegen. Der Blick auf den Fluss und der Besuch von den Rentieren werden uns ewig und positiv in Erinnerung bleiben. Auch die Sauna war klasse. Für Wanderer ist dieser Ort auch ideal.

Such a beautiful Place

The accomodation is in the perfect location, in beautiful surroundings and has everything you could possibly need!

A dreamlike place. The view of the lake is spectacular, the fireplace, the sauna, and the beds are very comfortable. Hot water, and all the utensils and spices you need for cooking. We were able to do laundry and were very comfortable. It's a 10/10, don't hesitate to book. I would love to return soon. Thank you from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

L’emplacement est incroyable ! En bordure du fleuve séparant la Finlande de la Norvège, dans une petite impasse avec des aurores boréales chaque soirée même lorsque la couverture nuageuse est importante. La maison est super grande et possède tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin pour vous sentir comme chez vous.

Je pense que la propriété n’a pas été nettoyé entre la dernière location et notre arrivée. La chaise bébé était sale, il y avait des cailloux dans deux table de nuit des chambres et des choses dans le refregirateur.

Nos gustó mucho todo de la casa, estaba muy bien equipada con todo tipo de electrodomésticos en la cocina, en el baño, las camas etc. Con calefacción en todas las habitaciones y estáncias de la casa. Muy calentita. El alojamienti es muy grande y amplia y la ubicación muy buena, con unas vistas impresionantes. Sin duda una villa increíble y que recomendamos 100%. Los anfitriones muy simpáticos y atentos en todo momento.

No hay nada que no nos gustará. Todo estaba perfecto.

Ubytování je skvělé, pohodlné, vybavené vším potřebným. Naprostá špička je ale prostorná sauna s výhledem na řeku.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, ca. 10 min zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit, in der Natur, tolle Sauna und grosse Zimmer, sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter, Renntiere ums Haus. Sehr sauber.

Eine kleine Verbesserung wären Mückennetze bei den Türen. Ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

This villa is absolutely amazing! The sauna with direct access to the terrace is such a treat — perfect for relaxing after a day out. It’s ideal for two couples, offering both comfort and privacy. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you could possibly need, from cooking equipment to daily essentials. You truly won’t miss a thing. Honestly, you won’t want to leave!

This place was amazing!! Right on the river with Finnish mountains on one side and Norwegian mountains on the other!!! The views were stunning from every window, even the sauna window!! The house is large, warm, spacious and very well appointed. The hosts are very responsive to questions and requests. We were very sad to leave.

We do have a good time at Villa Kinos during the vacation in Utsjoki. Beside of attending some activities, Villa Kinos is also a nice place for aurora seeing, sled board playing, snowman making, etc. We’re lucky to have a wonderful aurora seeing just outside the house. (Auroras were seen for four times during our stay for six nights.) The house is well equipped with what we need, like electric device, sauna, fireplace and so on. In a word, we are very satisfied.

Very nice and beautifully situated accommodation with everything you need.

This is a true gem. The cabin is very large with a very good layout. There is really thought about everything from free WiFi, a well equipt kitchen to a huge living room with TV with access to streaming services in 2 clicks. We stayed here for 5 nights and it really felt like home. Of course it has a really nice sauna. We feel sad leaving this magnificent place so if we ever go back this is the the place we will stay.

Everything was amazing -- I will not lie if I said Villa Kinos is our favourite place to stay in Sápmi 🥰 The house is very clean and super comfortable, and the surroundings peaceful and full of natural beauty. 11/10! And hoping for many happy returns.

It is a nice, large place right on the river in a quiet location. The big lounge room with lots of windows was great for relaxing. The included sauna is an added bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, but you have to check what days they are open.

House is just amazing, it has everything what one needs for super comfortable stay in a bit remote location. It is spacious, warm, with great sauna, cozy fireplace, well equipped kitchen and lot of space for guests belongings. Place has total privacy, stands right at the shore of the river but is still close to the groceries and gas station. Easy access to Norway and activities such as snowmobiling, husky, ice fishing and in the summer hiking. Owner is very responsive, check-in was super easy, everything was pripared for our arrival. If we were back to Utsjoki we would definitelly stay here again.

Villa Kinos is an exceptional place, a place we will be missing and coming back to years to come :) Very well-equipped, up to a moment when you literally feel at home, cosy and comfortable. It's located perfectly in a quiet place, yet close enough to a shop and everything the region has to offer. Awesome place to spot auroras (we spotted some 4 nights out of 6) -- the bridge nearby is not too much of light pollution. We also loved the sauna with a small terrace and lounge chairs there. Villa Kinos is perfect for couples, groups of friends, and families. Thank you so much for amazing stay and hope to see you again soon!!

The location was nice with a beautiful winter landscape. The sauna was really great!

I was a bit surprised to find the key outside of the lockbox and in the door on arrival. The one bathroom had a fairly strong sewage scent, it seemed the light switch could activate a fan temporarily, but it turned off after a while and the scent would be more apparent again.

Secluded location. no traffic and no neighbors. Best cottage for privacy. The lady host was super friendly and welcoming. she came to meet us and showed us how to use the sauna. Beds were made for us in both bedrooms although just two of us. much appreciated. sheets were clean and comfy. easy check-in and check-out. excellent communication with the host.

Dining chairs need to be replaced as some are broken. not safe to sit on them. sewerge smell from the river. kitchen appliances outdated but still functional.

Super great location, just on the edge of Teno river bank. To town center is like 15min walking. Beautiful view to the river, forest and the bridge to Norway. The house it self has sauna, kitchen with all equipment, 2 WC, great internet. Small terrace facing river to enjoy morning coffe or relax after long day. Got even rain dears to visit us one evening which are like pets :). made a camp fire spot in the back of the house out of stones where you can sit and cook on fire, enjoy and whats sunsets in Teno and mountains upfront.

There was quite an intensive sewerage smell in the small WC. Took some time to figur out how dishwasher to turn on as there is small handle for water supply. There could be more windows to open, ofcourse with mosquite mesh as sometimes there are tons of them
