Two members of our party have motility issues so the house was great for them, the large bedrooms where ideal. Makes holidays easier and less stressful

Clean, with comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. Nice location with a water view from patio, kitchen table and primary bedroom. Easy walk to town; not as easy to return 🤣 Very responsive and pleasant host.

Small, but very cozy.

Location was fantastic, in secure, gated community with easy access to town attractions. Propery also very close to my own home so meeting with family who were travelling was very simple.

we enjoyed a fabulous few days at Sea Whispers. such a fabulous house, so cosy, peaceful and has everything you need when staying in self catering. all mod cons, cosy sitting room with extra throws/blankets provided if you are cold to put over you when sitting in the sitting room. Ramona the host stocks the house up with toiletries incase you need anything. a welcome pack of biscuits awaits you along with tea, coffee etc. would definitely recommend this house when saying in Cork. the beds are so comfortable. the house is bright with lots of natural light streaming through. A gem of a find in Youghal we will definitely be back to explore some more.

The view from the kitchen was lovely, you could see the sea. The property was very clean & you felt right at home the moment you walked through the door. As for the item in the kitchen eg tea , packet of biscuits, it was great. The bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. Ideal location to get round but you did need a car, as on top of a steep hill but that was said in the details Ramona supplied.

Good location, very scenic and felt safe. Car hire was helpful to get to the city of Cork. Nice beach and cafes in Youghal. Spacious rooms in apartment and some nice touches by hosts who were very helpful with advice.

Blind in small room didn’t block out light and wouldn’t raise. Property was attractive and spacious, clean, but not spotless. Could do with a mirror near a plug, or use of an extension lead as was difficult to dry hair. Water temperature affected in shower when someone turned on a tap.

Hosts were responsive and accommodating. The house was exactly as advertised- partial view of the sea, near local amenities, spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything you need in a house was provided.

All good. Plenty of room and good facilities

There was a problem with finding the house and getting in (we drove around for ages). The problem was we hadn't received the important email with the apartment number and the code for the key box. We rang the host a couple of times and once they answered they sorted the problem quickly and were apologetic. All good. Problems sometimes happen but in my book, it is how they are dealt with!

i liked the location of the apartment in a very secure gated neighborhood, The apartment has partial view of the sea. it was very spacious and more than enough room for 4 people and it was stocked with many bath towels. I would stay here again!

The parking is on a 1st come 1st serve basis, However we parked our car and the neighbor came out and said airbnb rentals cannot park by the apartment and made us move to the curb. Also upon entering the apartment the floor is not even, you can easily loose your footing, could be a potential trip hazard.

Parking is a problem. The parking lot was full so we had to unload a distance away and park up the hill.

Just an observation the toilet in the en-suite was was not weary clean and the wash hand basin was blocked every time we used it

Accommodation was v good, a small freezer would have been helpful for families.

The location isn’t suitable for kids with buggies or like us a wheelchair. Nothing around but other houses. Fine for a nights stay.

We had to meet the owner personally to collect the keys but they were very friendly and flexible to meet us late in the evening.

This house was ideal for a night away with the family. The location was excellent just a two minutes drive into the town. House is stocked with all the essentials like towels, shampoos, shower gels and washing tablets. also supplied was milk, tea bags, coffee pods all of which were so ideal when travelling as a family of 5. Hosts were so accommodating and lovely people. Gabriel met us at check in and showed us around the house. We enjoyed our stay so much that after staying sat night I contacted the hosts on sun morning to see if the property was available for sunday night and Veronica replied swiftly to inform me it was and gave me a competitive price for the night. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone and I hope to visit here again in the future.

The accomodation was perfect and owners were very helpful and friendly. The house is located in a small and safety village with beautiful sea views. We really enjoyed it. Clean, comfortable and spacious apartament with a lovely welcome gifts. Very good equipped kitchen, streaming television, near to supermarkets. I can definitely recommend it.

Location had a fabulous view, clean and hosts where very responsive to anything we needed. Also coffee teat and facilities where awaiting us, a nice touch.

Beautiful stay, plenty of room, and great facilities!

We understood that quiet hours were to be observed, but we got a complaint from a neighbor before quiet hours and felt like we had to literally whisper and tiptoe around for the rest of the night to avoid disturbing her. That's difficult with a family.

Water pressure was a bit low, fuse box goes off sometimes.

The location was ideal considering it is a small town, with tennis court and play ground within the estate. The host was kind enough to provide us with the gear to play tennis. The property was extremely clean and especially the bathrooms, which is always a judge of the property in my opinion. The hosts had provided welcome chocolate pack with few good books about Ireland and local area. They also provided toiletries and water for our stay.

House was immaculately clean. Nice spacious, clean rooms & decent sized kitchen. Very responsive hosts who had the house lovely & warm & baby cot set up for us on arrival. Beautiful views of the sea. The early check in & little treats and fruit that was left for us was also much appreciated.

The steep walk back up from the town, hard going if you're pushing a buggy! Poor water pressure in kitchen sink. An idea for the hosts: Would be nice to have an information booklet with basic information such as: where to put our waste, how to work the heating/hot water, where the shortcut to downtown is, instead of having to contact the hosts all the time. Also more saucepans for cooking would be good. As a family of 5 we prefer to cook at home wherever possible.

In one word, everything; from the hosts clear & detailed messages prior to arrival, the location, the ease of access, the facilities, the welcoming items in the lounge & kitchen, the lay out & the attention to details (the thought to make sure the place was warm on arrival was greatly appreciated :-)

Nothing was not to like; would highly recommend this property, although, as keen on recycling, there was no way to do any, unless taking it with us, which we did ;-) The reason why was explained to us once the host was sent a feedback message i.e. no site recycling facility

Beautiful house, very clean and well maintained, very comfortable beds and beautiful views. Absolutely brilliant location as its halfway from Dungarvan and Cork/Kinsale. Best place to stay for a few days to get to know the best places in Cork or just to chill out and unwind. Great indications to access the property and getting the key from the lock at the door was extremely straight forward and a great idea for these type of properties.
