Everything was great—a very beautiful villa in a quiet neighborhood, and the pool was perfect. We would gladly come back!

Although the villa is very beautiful, it still requires some renovations—specifically regarding the toilet plumbing on the upper floor.

La piscine les lit était bien fait les serviettes propre la clim dans toute les pièce

L’équipement de la cuisine a vécu la guerre pas d’eau potable il fallait utiliser de l’eau en bouteille pour cuisiner ou boire le sol était sale alors qu’on a attendu 1h de plus pour rentrer dans l’établissement. Le nettoyage de la piscine journalier n’était pas ponctuel et 1 jour il n’est pas du tout venu

Chaque chambre est parfaitement aménagée, avec un mobilier de qualité et des installations numériques modernes qui rendent le séjour encore plus confortable. La villa est située dans un endroit très sécurisé, calme et intime, idéal pour se reposer et profiter pleinement du séjour en toute sérénité. Mention spéciale pour l’hôte, David,toujours disponible, très réactif et d’une grande gentillesse. Une villa exceptionnelle que je recommande vivement, sans la moindre hésitation.

localisation parfaite, emplacement sécurisé, maison agréable et spacieuse, piscine chauffée.

Maison à rénover, ménage moyen, électroménager abimé, canapés extérieur sales, moisissure dans la cuisine, peu de vaisselle disponible (nous étions 6 !), ménage moyen... Tous ces commentaires sont faits pour que l'établissement s'améliore car il y a beaucoup de potentiel dans cette maison.

La piscine très grande et propre, la localisation

La cuisine un peu vétuste et les vas et viens sans cesse des jardinier et pisciniste sans sonner a la porte , prendre une villa privée c'est pour avoir une tranquillité totale ...

Tout était parfait, l'accueil, rien à dire la propreté du logement s'il n'y a rien à dire c'est agréable de passer ce jour là-bas

La seule chose qui est à revoir, c'est à la machine à laver qui ne fonctionne pas .

Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful. The place is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing stay with family. The villa is very clean, well-maintained, and offers a high level of privacy, which we really appreciated. The rooms are spacious, and the interior design is beautiful and tasteful. A special thanks to Mr. David for his quick responses and great hospitality. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again!

The villa was very beautiful, calm and cozy. It was very well equipped. The view was amazing. The communication with Mr. David was very easy and he is a very good host.

Our recent stay at the villa was a mix of both serene enjoyment and some initial challenges. Located in a quiet area outside the town, the villa offers a peaceful retreat with a lovely garden and a beautiful pool, perfect for relaxation. The different sitting areas around the pool added to the leisurely atmosphere. Spacious and Well-Equipped: The villa is very well-equipped with modern furniture in most rooms, providing ample space and comfort. The large living room with a big sofa and plenty of seating, as well as the large dining table, are perfect for gatherings. Upstairs, another cozy living room offers additional TV space. You will find soap, towels and hairdryers in all rooms which gives you a lovely hotel feeling Bedrooms:There are three large bedrooms with good beds and plenty of cupboard space, each with its own TV, making for a comfortable stay. Traffic Noise: The villa is near a road, and traffic noise from cars can sometimes be heard beyond the hedges, which might disturb the peace for some. Kitchen and Cleanliness: Initially, we were quite disappointed with the state of cleanliness, finding it below our expectations. The kitchen, in particular, was in poor condition, with a cracked hob, a small oven, and outdated utensils, making cooking a challenge. However, David and the owners resolved this promptly with additional cleaning and provided more kitchen equipment, significantly improving our experience. Improvement Suggestions: A kitchen renovation would greatly enhance the cooking experience and efficiency for guests who enjoy preparing meals. Overall, despite the initial setbacks, the proactive and professional response by David and the owners ensured our stay was pleasant. Their swift action and dedication to guest satisfaction turned our experience around, and we truly enjoyed the rest of our time at the villa. We appreciated their efforts and would recommend this villa, especially for those wanting a quiet getaway with great service.

Great villa, amazing pool and outdoor area. Huge sofa downstairs, great dining area. Beds extremely comfy and tvs in all bedrooms. Lovely bonus seating area upstairs. Well equipped inside and out. Brilliant host, super easy to deal with and nothing too much trouble.

Super nice Villa, 3 nice bedrooms and plenty of space, pool well maintained. David is always a chat away. Great Stay Lights in the garden and pool amazing. Outside lounge and grill areas fantastic. We will come back.

Details: Kitchen is medium equipped and in a ok shape. We bought a few more items. Light in living rooms is bright and not very cozy at night.

I recently stayed at this property for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. The place was incredibly clean, which made my stay very comfortable. David, was extremely helpful and attentive throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From the moment I booked this property the host David has been very attentive and replies quickly to any queries. On arrival the keys were in a lockbox which was convenient and easy as a group we came on separate flights. Very spacious, had everything you would need, and if there was anything that you might want and asked David he did his absolute best to get it to you! The pool was amazing and all the outdoor furniture plentiful. Lots of storage in bedrooms. Showers lovely and hot. We had a lovely week and didn’t want to leave, will definitely be back! The stay was made even better by the fact that our host was so completely on top of anything we needed extra in the villa. Thankyou David

The TV surround was really old and didn't work. Kitchen amenities were scarce; salt, pepper, sugar...

David was extremely kind and arranged the key handover for our very early check in. The communication with him was excellent from the beginning till the end. The house is located in a guarded area about a 10 minute taxi drive to the center of El Gouna which makes it comfortable to reach. The villa is spacious and the number of bathrooms make it easy to use also for a group of friends without breaching each other's privacy. We considered the price to be fair for our group of 5 friends. Also we enjoyed swimming in the lit pool in the evenings.

The villa is a bit loud due to the road vicinity but that cannot be changed. What could and should be taken care of is that the villa should be cleaner (mainly kitchen, but also empty bottles laying around the grill and the pool) and better equipped: no cutting board, the cups, plates, bowls, cutlery, etc do not correspond to the number of people the villa can fit it. It also definitely needs more attention and maintenance - the pool is not safe for children (really sharp broken edges of tiles in the pool), towel holders falling down, etc.

The house was spacious and had lovely outdoor area. David was a great host, very helpful and cooperative, he did his best to make our stay pleasant.

Fantastic villa - spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The swimming pool and the pool area is wonderful. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and didn't really want to leave!

If you are a group of friends or a big family , it will be the best option for you. full equipped & fully furnished, very clean which is covered all what we need in our trip. ex: private heated pool, barbecue, Netflix , access to the beach …..etc we all enjoyed a lot , adults & kids . This property was well above expectations for Egypt. The host, David, was very approachable and always readily available to answer any questions about the property or El Gouna in general. Whenever you bring up an issue he's ready to help you out or fix it himself. He also seems really keen to listen to feedback on his work which I really appreciate from a host. The property was very well priced, especially for larger groups of people such as families or friends, since it's a flat fee per night regardless of how many people you bring along with you. The villa itself and the entire location is superb. You get to get away from all the chaos of Egypt into a quiet little area, with security guards at each ends of the neighborhood--that are very friendly. You're also about 5 minutes away by Uber or TukTuk to El Gouna's downtown. I think this property is probably even better for people who have/rent their own car, as you can park it at the Villa. We didn't have that option, but it didn't stop us from getting around El Gouna. Most of the downtown area isn't accessible by Car either way, which makes it very nice and pedestrian friendly. I liked the general cleanliness of the villa, although some spots could have been better, overall it was very clean. The facilities were well equipped with everything you need. Bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was great and had almost everything you could ask for. The villa itself is very well insulated for those who like to travel during winter! The pool was fantastic. Truly the highlight of the stay. It is very well located and very private. the pool cleaning staff arrive almost every morning to clean it and even open the pool cover for you if you ask David. Just be sure to communicate the night of the day you want to use the pool.

Generally speaking I enjoyed my stay. That being said, I am going to list a couple of things that could be improved on, ranging from the most to least important. This feedback is intended as constructive and is not indicative of a bad experience. 1. The kitchen could use an updated set of non-stick pans--the Teflon pans were very worn down which could be a health hazard. 2. Sockets; most rooms in the villa had a less-than-average amount of sockets. It would be nice if more power extenders were provided to make up for this, we were provided with just one. In the main bedroom, there were no bedside sockets. The only socket within reach of the bed was covered by the bed. 3. I was a bit puzzled to find that the property's built-in bidets didn't function, especially in Egypt where bidets are considered a must-have. The property did however have externally mounted hand-held bidets installed near every toilet, so it wasn't a big deal, but It would have been nicer if the built-in bidets worked. 4. The villa was over all very clean, but certain areas behind drawers or cupboards were not checked and were dirty. Additionally, we found the drying rack on the balcony to be rusted when we went to hang up our laundry, which I had to get rid of myself, being the clean freak that I am. But my standards of cleanliness are a bit on the high side, so that might be an issue unique to me. 5. If you ask David to send over staff to close the pool cover in the afternoon (past 2-3pm), it can be a hit or miss if the pool cleaning staff will show up. It wasn't that big of a deal, the pool cover was relatively easy to figure out and use yourself. 6. Some of the neighbors were a little bit loud while we were trying to sleep, but the villa was generally very well insulated and therefore the noise was never that bad.

The villa is very good for a family, it was above our expectations. It is very clean, the pool is cozy and is cleaned every day, a lot of space , all the kitchen appliances are available , large TV Screen with a sound system, all the entire places are air conditioned, the outside garden is well maintained The host (Mr. David) is very descent and helpful. We really appreciated his presence whenever needed.

We ended up changing to a different villa. David went above and beyond to rectify the double booking. The villa was at the Marina and was a perfect location. Thank you David. Highly recommend. We will use David again.

This is way above my expectations, family getting together was so perfect in this villa especially David was always on the other end of the phone so willing to help. pool and garden care was daily. the villa was so equipped with toiletries, so was the kitchen. perfect air conditioning and WiFi. thank you David , will always remember you.

There is everything for a comfortable stay - a large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, washing machine, etc. Every room has air conditioning which is a big plus! Cool pool and sunbathing area 👍

The spacious house and it's location.

Actually we had to change of house, because when we came in there was a problem. so we didn't stay in that one . which looked very nice . The owner changed us straight away to an Hôtel where he had rentals. PANORAMA Bungalow resort with was actually better because the house is very far from every things In the Hôtel was very nice . closed to down town with every restaurants ..marina and all.
