The host was trying her best to make it a better stay. The sun lounges on the pool area. The barbecue area

- The outdoor area is not a lagoon view, looks like the photos are old. There are trees at the two sides of the pool and infront of the pool. You need to cross the trees to view the lagoon. - there are two unpainted buildings infront of the villa which made the lagoon view unpleasant - None of the rooms had mirrors or cloth hangers. - almost all light stands in rooms had no lamps. - felt insecure, because a trampoline and a child toy owned by the villa were taken from the garden during our stay with no prior notice. - expensive for the value you’re getting, especially that we needed 3 rooms only.

The villa itself is beautiful and well-located, but unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing due to poor management and communication.

When I first arrived, I had to wait at the gate for about an hour because no QR code had been provided for entry. A few days later, when I left El Gouna and tried to enter again, I contacted the broker who told me the owner would send an email to allow us in. However, when I arrived at the gate, I found out that nothing had been sent—no email and no QR code. I tried calling the broker, but his phone was switched off, and the owner was unresponsive—she would just say “okay” and hang up without actually helping. It felt very disrespectful and unprofessional, and I eventually had to find a way to get in on my own. Additionally, the fridge was not working, but this issue lasted for one day only—I called the broker in the morning, and a technician was sent at night. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and unreliable. Also, when we first arrived, the bathrooms were not clean at all, and the the cleaning standard was very poor. Overall, while the villa itself is nice, the lack of organization, communication, and basic hospitality made the stay very frustrating. I would not recommend unless these issues are addressed

Property manager was really helpful and the property itself was fantastic super clean and convenient

Clean, spacious and beautiful space! We had everything we needed and enjoyed relaxing by the pool and in a jacuzzi. Loved the location (close to many nice restaurants and a supermarket). Property manager was very helpful and hospitable!

The location is amazing — very close to downtown and all facilities. The villa has everything you could possibly need, with a beautiful pool and a stunning view overlooking a private lagoon. There’s also a nice barbecue area where we enjoyed grilling. Mr. Abdelbaseet was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for Family!

Nothing

Our recent stay was fantastic. The villa was amazing, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The staff were incredibly professional and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Thanks to all of them. The pool was fantastic, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The view from the villa was breathtaking, offering stunning vistas of the surrounding area. Our stay was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

there was one minor issue with the WiFi, which was not covered on the second floor. While this was not a major problem.

The property manager for the villa was extremely helpful. The location is excellent, offering great privacy and cleanliness.

Nothing

Garden& swimming pool, porch

Lack of stuff for cleaning, also no toilet kit. Dirty cushions

The villa is exactly as it looks on the photos. The owner has paid attention to the details in furniture and design. The beds are comfortable. The garden has plenty of seating and the pool is ver nice. The manager is a lovely person. He helped us from the first moment. He took us to shopping on arrival and really did beyond our expectations. He was quick to resolve little issues. We enjoyed our holiday. We hope to be back again.

We liked the villa, which was big with generous rooms, very nice pool/terrace and a beatiful view. The location was very quiet with no noise or disturbance. We absolutely loved the excellent service. The property manager was very helpful with all our questions and always one message/phone call away. Thank you again, Abdel! We would definitely come again and stay here.

Some little things we didn’t like: - dishwasher in the kitchen probably isn’t grounded properly because it would give you an electric shock when touching the metal parts - some baths weren’t properly cleaned, eg: shower drain was clogged with hair; shower head with a lot of limescale

The property is wonderful in location, wonderful in cleanliness, space, furniture, and privacy. It is wonderful that it has a private swimming pool. It is also wonderful in its management.
