El entorno era precioso, la casa muy espaciosa y el personal nos estuvo esperando aunque era muy tarde para hacer el checkin. La piscina enorme, servicio de habitaciones perfecto. Totalmente recomendable.

Nous y avons passé 6 jours en famille, et tout était parfait pour des vacances reposantes 🥳🥰 chambres avec baies vitrées donnant sur la végétation et avec vue sur la piscine, logement bien équipé pour cuisiner ou se reposer dans le petit salon, personnel très gentil… quelques petits resto et un 7/11 dans la rue. Surtout nous étions au calme et loin des villes bondées de touristes!

Nous avons aimé le calme mais c’est vrai que le logement est excentré. Il faut prendre un taxi si vous voulez aller à la plage ou dans une autre ville, petits marchés ou autre attraction touristique.

Logement très spacieux et bien équipé (dont une machine à laver). Environnement très calme, entouré de fleurs de lotus, et de nombreuses espèces d'oiseaux... Literie très confortable, salle de bain très moderne. Superbe et immense piscine avec un espace avec une faible profondeur pour les petits nageurs 😉

Emplacement un peu excentré, en revanche un super restaurant à 2 pas du logement. Prévoir de louer un scooter pour se déplacer.

So clean and excellent housekeeping service each day. Beautiful garden and pool. Lovely authentic town away from busy areas of koh samui but still lovely Thai restaurants and beautiful beach near by.

The two owners (at least I think they were the owners) were very nice and very helpful. The rooms are literally spotless - even under the bed and behind the furniture. It just couldn't be any cleaner. The room is also truly beautifully designed, just like the entire estate. It's a paradise. Also their restaurant just on the other side of the street is very good. And all the for a price that was almost too good to be true.

It's not really a bad thing but it is advisable to rent a scooter for this area. There are two very good restaurants right across the corner and a 7 eleven just down the street. And also there is an absolutely amazing beach technically nearby, but it was kinda hard to find the way there. Other than that the area is pretty remote, wild, authentic and quiet, which is sth one should honestly be looking for.

We loved the lagoon. The whole place was super clean, very spacious and very new. The pool was amazing and the staff was super kind and friendly. We will be back for sure! We also really liked all the neighbours we had there. Everyone was so good and nice. The lagoon is located near one of the most beautiful places on the island and there is a beach just a few mining walk on the road. We rented a motorbike from a shop around “Nathon Market” and we got vert easily around the island. One of the best stays we ever had! Perfect for people who want calm and quiet environment.

La ubicación es muy tranquila

Quiet place, fantastic location overlooking a lagoon full of lillies. Lots of birds to watch too. Very nice pool with sunchairs. All the bungalows have different features. I stayed in an duplex, with a nice wooden terrace hanging over te water. Few nice restuaurants and a 7/11 close by. Lipa Noi beach is also close.

Be very aware of what you book because the description on the site can be misleading. I booked a deluxe villa with seperate bedroom, bureau, private entrance and a terrace. But when I arrrived it was one simple room in the purple house. No terrace but a balcony (to share with other guests) overlooking a dull part which is half garden half parking lot. No bureau, no private entrance. When I complained I was put in the duplex which was a good solution (still no place to work though).

L’emplacement en pleine nature (étang, nénuphars) est exceptionnel et très paisible, parfait pour se ressourcer. La villa est très confortable et la piscine offre un vraie moment de détente. Le personnel est également très serviable et à l’écoute des besoins des clients. Séjour parfait ! Attention cependant à avoir un moyen de locomotion pour profiter des alentours sans être dépendant des taxis / Grab

The villa was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The villa has everything you need and housekeeping came around each morning we were there. Owner was very responsive when messaging, replies in a minute or two. Best if you have transport, we hired bikes which were very cheap. No problem getting a grab though. Definitely would recommend and will stay again.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Die Poolanlage war auch sehr schön.

Die Lage ist nicht so gut. Man ist zwar fußläufig schnell an zwei Stränden, wir waren uns aber nicht sicher, ob es nicht komplette Privatstrände waren. Es waren nahezu keine Einrichtungen für die Öffentlichkeit (Verleih, Cafe, Restaurant) und die Zugänge waren auch eher versteckt bzw. unheimlich. Wir waren uns außerdem nicht sicher, ob wir das richtige Zimmer bekommen haben. Laut Beschreibung hätte es ein separates Wohnzimmer geben sollen, was es nicht kam, auch kein Sofa o.Ä. Es gab leider keine separaten Pool-Handtücher.

Прекрасное место с интересной концепцией - домики на озере, из домиков можно наблюдать за лагуной в которой живут птицы. Все чисто и аккуратно, о личный большой бассейн, рядом пара кафешек.

Le lieu pour le calme

La propreté n'est pas vraiment au rdv! Le fait d'avoir l'impression que l'on nous berne! Vous arrivez personne à l'accueil.. mais même durant le séjour ! Faut écrire au proprio, il répond! Premier jour, on a un soucis de clé et en fait on nous a pas donné la bonne clé, donc on nous a donné la bonne maison ou pas? Le propriétaire nous a dit oui...celle avec le meilleur cuisine... Ne cherchez pas a trop cuisiner un 7eleven est a 150 m... J'ai tâché des draps de couleur gris, sans doute avec un produit que j'avais mis... Je ne sais pas! En tout cas j'ai du payer! Payer pas de soucis, je dégrade .. sauf que payer pour des choses pas propre je ne trouve pas cela réglo ( draps et serviettes tâchés) Des fourmilles ... Je le dit au propriétaire et on me dit que c'est le sud de l'Asie... Ok d'accord mais encore une fois, dans un endroit pas super propre ... Bref, le logement se situe dans une résidence ou loge des habitants, a l'année , au mois bref j'en sais rien... Malgré leur sympathie possible, nos voisins epiaient nos faits et gestes.... Moyen!

Lokalita byla úžasná, velmi klidná, a protože jsme tam byli v srpnu, téměř bez turistů – což nám maximálně vyhovovalo. Nedaleko se nacházela restaurace Butchers s evropským jídlem – po dvou týdnech jsme opravdu ocenili řízek s opravdovým bramborovým salátem a k snídani vídeňské párečky 🙂. Jinak jsme si samozřejmě po celou dobu užívali asijskou kuchyni. Jen pár metrů odtud byla skvělá restaurace P'Orn, kde vařili naprosto fantasticky – porce byly obrovské a chuťově vynikající! Spřátelili jsme se i s obsluhou, která byla velmi milá a ochotná. V areálu jsme měli i nádherný, křišťálově čistý bazén, který byl po celou dobu pobytu jen pro nás 🙂. Kdybychom se ještě někdy vrátili na Koh Samui, určitě bychom bydleli znovu právě tady. Ten klid, ta nádherná příroda a to skvělé jídlo – všechno, co si na dovolené opravdu přejete. Je třeba dodat, že asi 300 metrů od nás se nacházel supermarket 7-Eleven, kde se dalo pořídit úplně vše – od jídla, přes kosmetiku až po teplou kávu. Za nás rozhodně TOP (a to jsme na ostrově bydleli na třech různých místech).

Možná jen malá poznámka – na recepci slečna téměř nikdy nebyla, ale pak nám řekla, že ji najdeme naproti v restauraci. Domluva byla trochu složitější, protože tam nikdo nemluví anglicky, ale s překladačem to nebyl problém 🙂.

La piscina è veramente molto bella, di notte si illumina al passaggio. È' stato molto bello nuotare di sera dopo un lungo viaggio. La villa è pulitissima, molto ampia, con anche lavatrice e cucinino. Ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità, lo consiglio!

La zona è molto rilassata, la strada non è illuminata, la sera abbiamo mangiato nell'uniforme ristorante aperto. La colazione si fa in un ristorante di fronte che offre anche colazione continentale, stile inglese.

The view from the villa is priceless, the villa itself was very nice and comfortable. The pool was perfect and was open 24/7 so we could come at night and take a swim which was perfect. 7-eleven is in 3 minutes walk. The closest beach is super quiet and beautiful.

The area is a bit remote so you need to take long drives to get anywhere. The beds are a bit hard but apparently this is what they have in many places in Thailand.

Not too far from the center of town (we liked it because it was quieter.) but a 10 min walk.

Very brief stay as ferry was cancelled and had to find somewhere to stay. Bed was comfy and rooms were clean but the Wifi didn’t work, the TV didn’t work and the fan didn’t work, and there was no one around after hours to ask questions.

Location wasn’t the best spot as we was riding the motorcycle 20-30 minutes everyday but that being said, it was very peaceful and relaxing.

The location of Lipa Noi is quite remote and there’s not much to do, but on the other hand you really feel like a local there.

It was a great location for our travel day off the ferry, we arrived in late so needed somewhere close! They greeted us very nicely on arrival and showed us to our room! Which was lovely, clean, and had a view of the beautiful lake, also had a lovely pool too! There were a few restaurants close by and a 7/11 which was ideal.

It wasn’t very busy when we were there (in April) so had to message the owner to check in and check out!

The room was not ready when we arrived (3pm), and the equipment was ancient.

Its away from everything and the taxis were a bit pricey to get to where you wanted to go and from the main pier. The owner also waited until we paid to tell us that there was not going to be any electricity the next day for majority of the day and failed to mention thered also be no water at all.

Really relaxing place to stay, bbq available and lots of seafood to buy around. Quiet and beautiful scenery.

very nice swimming pool, nice village around with all conveniencies and good restaurants. Lipa Noi area is calmer and cheaper than other parts of the island, with very nice sunsets.

the place we stayed in was stunning, lovely views of the lake. House was clean and aircon in all rooms and a fan in the living space. Good kitchen facilities comfy sofa and chairs outside to sit in . The pool was a lovely area to relax in and there was a good restaurant across the road with delicious cheap food! Also a 7/11 down the road too.

Our apartment had a bedroom with two beds in and a separate room with one bed in which smelt a little bit dusty - but the room was clean and comfortable so not much to worry about

I really liked the place, calm, quiet. resort in an exclusive location, with an exclusive design. large, clean pool. nearby is a small town with a shop and a cafe. we recommend coming with a scooter, as we did not see a rental point around. near the sea, we recommend it to those who want peace

the only problem is the administrator, because he is almost never there. if there is a problem, the administrator is difficult to find.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Beautiful location very secluded so quiet and peaceful. Staff were helpful. Pool was fantastic.

Not much in walking distance. Lots of mosquitos here make sure you have good bug repellent! The water came out in fits and spouts assuming it is a pressure issue due to being on the upper floor the water is constant just very weak every few seconds but it is sufficient enough.

Saree Lagoon Villa - nice place on Lipa Noi Koh Samui around Novi Butchery. 5 min on motorbike to Lipa Noi, 10 min - Nathon Pier. Helpful staff and awesome nature view.

Good location near the ferry, easy to go there can walk only 800m. 7 eleven, restaurant near by. The owner is nice, can answer question very quick. Have private area such swimming pool, small pool/lake which have duck, fish and bird to enjoy.

Everything was great: clean room, super comfy bed, nice pool, beautiful surroundings and a quiet area. Short walk to 7-11, Lipa Noi pier and beach, and nice cafes.

If you book a Deluxe Villa, keep in mind that it is not an actual villa but a deluxe room in a building with several rooms (although they are very private). I was confused at first.

nobody at the reception I waited 45 minutes at the front of the reception calling multiple times the number indicated. no response. I finally saw a house keepers and ask her for check in. she call her boss and the guy came without saying hello and without apologizing. this guy clearly doesn’t care of the customer and doesn’t respect them. the deluxe villa is a joke. it’s just a room with old stuff. the sink of the shower was blocked so we took shower feet in dirty water. pass your way really.

We had a 1 night stay here as a couple, as we were attending a friends birthday not too far from the hotel. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. Location felt safe. There is not much going on in the area - so it depends on what you are looking for. There was a pool, but we did no have time to check it out. We had dinner in a lovely little family restaurant down the road and overall enjoyed our stay.

If anything - bed was a little on the harder side.

overall the perfect place to stay. except for one tiny thing I can totally recommend this place to everyone.

unfortunately it is located on the other side of the island at which life is going on.
