Appartement très bien équipé avec climatisation. Notre appartement était au RdC ce qui était un plus bien agréable car la terrasse était bien ombragée. La voiture est stationnée à l'intérieur de la propriété. la plage public de Pérebère est à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement. L'hôtesse est sympathique et donne toutes les informations dont nous avons besoin. Chaque jour elle était présente sur le site.

Roselyne est une gérante adorable toujours présente aux petits soins .l appartement est clos de mur ,c est calme pendant l hiver Austral .Il est a 2 pas de tout . La plage Du centre ville Du winner (supermarché) De l arret de bus . Roselyne merci de ton accueil ta gentillesse,tes attentions tu es solaire

Le cadre est magnifique. Les chambres sont entourées d'un jardin bien entretenu. La cour est fermée par des portiques sécurisées. On se sent bien et en sécurité. Lieu propice à la détente, au repos. A quelques pas de la plage et des commodités. Facilité pour se garer, parking privé à l'intérieur du complexe. Merci à la propriétaire Roselyne pour son accueil et ce super séjour.

Lekker goedkoop voor de ligging en een heel schattig appartement. Perfect voor wanneer je veel buiten de deur doet en het lekker vind om niet te veel te betalen en wel heerlijk in de avond thuis te kunnen komen.

Die Unterkunft macht ihrem Namen Ehre, es war sehr harmonisch, sehr nette und kompetente Besitzerin und die anderen Gäste waren auch alle sehr freundlich. In fünf Minuten ist man am Strand (einer der besten in Mauritius denke ich) und auch im Supermarkt oder an der Bushaltestelle (wo fast minütlich Busse in alle Richtungen fahren). Die Einrichtung ist praktisch, alles vorhanden, nichts kaputt. Die Balkon-Terrassen (zu jedem Apartment) sind auch sehr gemütlich.

Irgendwie ist ganz Mauritius eine Baustelle. Es gibt alle Religionen, also auch mit Sonntagsruhe sollte man nirgends auf der Insel rechnen. Dafür mit Schutthaufen an allen Stellen an denen kein Haus steht. Am Jahresende gehören die Strände den Einheimischen, da findet man nirgends einen Platz. Ist aber eh eine schlechte Reisezeit, unerträglich schwül heiß.

Absolutely perfect. The place looks better than in the pictures, especially exterior. The host is very helpful, very close proximity to the beach, big supermarket, restaurant and food truck area, bus stop. The apartment is clean and well maintained, Parking space is available as well.

Все было отлично. Меня встретили в аэропорту вечером, потом довезли на виллу. Все было очень чисто и уютно. Рядом красивый пляж. Розалин была очень доброй и заботливой. Все время помогали. Помогли мне открыть мой чемодан. Очень благодарна вам!

Very nice location. The beach is just 5 min walk. There's a pharmacy, a supermarket and many restaurants just around the corner. The car parking was covered and inside the compound. The room was big enough with enough space for a kitchen, dining table, sofa and beds. The towels and linen were neat and clean. The bathroom too was clean with enough space to keep hygiene items and clothes. Kitchen had enough crockery and utencils. Ac was quiet and effective. Roselyne is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here.

It would be nice to have a blanket in the room.

Everything was perfect. The host is amazing!

The flat has a very good location: 5-7 min walk to the beach, to the supermarket and to the nearest Bus Stop. it is a quiet spot and one doesn't hear the traffic of the road. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. Internet works very well too. The kitchen is well equipped and adapted to real cooking.

Appartamento spazioso immerso nel verde in un giardino bellissimo. A due passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Pereybere, alla fermata del bus, al supermercato ed a vari ristoranti. Roselyne una persona squisita e gentilissima. Durante il nostro soggiorno ci ha regalato papaya e banane bio del suo giardino. Appena arrivati l'appartamento non era pulitissimo ma ci ha mandato subito una persona per un refresh. Consigliatissimo

Fili per stendere i panni sopra la ringhiera del balcone. un piccolo stendipanni per teli e costumi da poter tenere all'interno dell'appartamento quando piove sarebbe top.

Everything was perfect: the apartment was clean, cozy and has everything you need for relaxed vacation. The location was great, very close to all the restaurants, supermarket and the beach, but still little hidden from the main street and very peaceful.

Very nice apartment with a beautiful garden. The host Roselyne is very friendly and helpful. We arrived early then we planned (around 11 am) and Roselyne met us and let us in earlier. They provide secure parking. We have really enjoy our stay at this apartment and we highly recommend it. Thank you Roselyne for eveyrthing.

Very nicely decorated accommodation with all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was fully equipped for breakfast, nice terrace and enough space to hang up the wet swimming gear. We had room 24 in the far back, which was great. Set in a beautiful garden. Beach, restaurant and big super market within walking distance. We highly recommend!

Very nice apartment. Clean, big, good wifi, kitchen is well equipped, host is very responsive, beach and supermarket are very close (like 3 minutes walking distance), parking available … I don’t know what else we could have wished for.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help with everything. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. The place is peaceful, spotless, and pleasantly cool—perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s just a five-minute walk to the beach. Instead of the main city beach, we opted to explore the more secluded, untouched beaches on the right side, and it was simply perfect. The supermarket is also just a short walk away, around 4-5 minutes, making everything incredibly convenient. The location is unbeatable, the hosts are exceptional, and the proximity to the beach is a huge bonus. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back. Out of all the places we’ve stayed in Mauritius, this one has been our favorite so far. The people here are genuinely kind and welcoming, which made our experience even more special

It was a quiet facility and very private. It was clean and tidy and in close proximity to the beach and public transport, as well as the local supermarket and fruit Bazaar.

The bed was too firm for my comfort requirements with spinal condition. It may suit younger people but not seniors.

The gardens were very nicely landscaped.

The place needed a good cleaning and minor repairs. The walls and sides of the refrigerator were dirty. The floors were quite dirty even though no shoes were supposed to be worn inside. The refrigerator was not on when we arrived and took many hours to cool down. We had brought milk from the last place, so it was annoying not to be able to have it be cold right away. The bottom sheet on the bed was not fitted and slipped off every night. The grout around the kitchen counters needs to be replaced. It was completely torn off in several sections. With some attention to detail, this could be a nice place.

As described before, it's a nice place. No issues during my vacation. Rooms were clean and I was asked several times about the need to clean the room. There was a small computer table. You may ask about it if you need one.

Top location - few steps to the beach and supermarket, and still in quiet zone, with no traffic. Amazing calm place, beautiful garden, room equiped with everything you could need. And special thank to the host - Roselyn! Helpful, kind, always ready to answer our questions. She really takes care to feel the guest comfortable and enjoy their stay.

Toilet seat broke but it was fixed right away ☺️ and there were some animals making some noises at night but it was not too disturbing.

Beautiful little appartement with a nice garden where you can see a lot of birds. It has everything you need and is really cozy. Pereybere beach is very close as well as super markets and restaurands/cafes.

We had a ground floor unit and found it really well appointed. The greenery in the gardens made it really nice and gave us the privacy we wanted too. The owner was on hand and super helpful. There is shaded secure parking and the apartments are within easy walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket, local shops and the beach. We found it good value for money, especially after staying in other not-so-nice places in other areas during our stay.

The host Roslyn was exceptional. She couldn’t have done more for us. She came back especially to let us in when we booked very late in the day and allowed us a late check out. The property was very clean, nice bedding and simple but good cooking facilities. The location is 2 mins walk from the beach and restaurants but remarkably quiet at night. I enjoyed our chat Roslyn and thank you for a lovely peaceful stay.

There was no cleaning of my room while I stayed. It would have been nice if there was cleaning during my stay. Not sure if I missed the instructions regarding this?

Not to my expectations. The shower was very small. No hand-held shower heads, which was a disappointment. The kitchen sink was in an awkward place. Making it difficult to wash dishes/hands. Lighting wasn't bright at all. I was told to return the place as I got it.

Very Clean Apartment, very secure. The owner was very friendly. Wifi worked well. The Kitchen is well equipped and has all one needs to cook. Air conditioning was also provided. The TV was a smart TV. The apartment is only a few minutes away from the beach , the next bus stop and a big supermarket.

The bedroom is not completely independent from the main living room (no door to close). Having one or two shelves in the bedroom would be useful.
