Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Etat de délabrement des équipements, une seule clim pour 2 chambres à coucher et le salon, les toilettes qui étaient maintenues par une cale, aucune ventilation dans la cuisine y préparer un simmple repas était une véritable épreuve. carrelage décollé par endroits, la climatisation de l'appartement voisin (qui appartenait au même propriétaire) était très bruyante et nous gênait pour dormir, fréquentes coupures de Wi-fi, l'appartement était une véritable étuve

Reviewed Nov 28, 2025Die Wohnung 3 im 1. Stock ist geräumig und funktional. Grosse Terrasse. Der Vermieter Gan ist äusserst freundlich und bei Anfragen sofort erreichbar. Alles sehr sauber. Küchenutensilien gut bestückt. Sehr grosse Dusche. 5 Minuten zu Strand und Supermarkt. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Wir konnten in der Nacht durchlüften lassen und hatten fast keine Gelsen. Zwei grosse Mangonbäume in Sicht. Freund von uns hatten direkt gegenüber die Wohnung 4 gemietet, das was sehr nett.

The beds are not super comfortable and unfortunately there were several houseworks around so it was quite noisy when they started working in the morning
