Luvivane Luxury Villa

Mooi huis, niets gemist in het huis.

De woning ligt op een hoek in een straat waar vrij veel verkeer doorheen kwam. Op het terras is er daardoor weinig privacy en je hoort ‘s ochtends vroeg al verkeer. Verder hadden wij de pech 36 uur geen stroom te hebben, het huis beschikt niet over een noodvoorziening. Daardoor waren wij genoodzaakt voor 1 nacht een ander huis te boeken (douchen en eten maken waren wel nodig). De accommodatie zelf wilde hiervoor geen vergoeding regelen, gelukkig hadden we geboekt via booking.com en waren zij wel zo coulant om hiervoor een vergoeding te geven. Verder was er in de achtertuin gedurende de hele dag iemand die bij een wasmachine zat die daar in een tuinhuis staat, dat vonden we apart. De wasmachine in het huis was ook meerdere malen bezet, waardoor wij onze eigen was niet helemaal gedaan kregen.

Absolument rien tout était parfait

Location and facilities were excellent. Loved all the animals that came to visit - kudus, zebras, duikers, impalas, warthogs and lots of cheeky monkeys! Also liked having the pub and supermarkets close by as well as the fire pit and well designed built in braai.

Very minor point but the water from the shower flooded half the bathroom every time we used it. If I were to suggest dream addition or unnecessary extravagance a hot tub would be marvelous, especially during the cooler winter months!

Very little cooking utensils like pots.lpts of wine glasses, only 1 cool drink glass.I think most people eat out that stay there.but other wise awesome house with everything you need, Great staff, owners Very helpful

The power went off in the evening and didn’t come back until the next morning when we checked out and that was an inconvenience wish there was a backup

I loved everything about this Villa, the outdoor patio and pool🥰. It is a Quiet place where you can relax with your Family, everything was exceptional. Our Host was always available to help us if we encountered problems

It’s a lovely property. Owner was very helpful.

Minor and did not detract from our stay but the dining room chairs are “tired” - can’t sit on them without a cushion because the support is gone. Not a fan of bathrooms with no doors but otherwise very comfortable and nice.

Het is een prachtig huis in een fantastische omgeving. Cindy en de tuinman waren super! De dieren die tot aan je huis komen en je kan ze voederen. Hoogtepunt was de giraffen in de tuin en alle andere dieren. Het contact voordien en tijdens ons verblijf was top, we werden op voorhand ingelicht over de stroompanne omwille van de storm enkele dagen voordien. Als ik een Whatsappje stuurde met een vraag, kreeg ik bijna altijd binnen de 5 minuten een antwoord.

Oh my Goodness! What a beautiful and peaceful property. My family and I had the best time. The host catered to all our needs and made sure we were comfortable. Beds were super comfy! Every room is fitted with an air conditioner that works really well for different weather conditions. The added bonus for us was the pool that was designated solely for us. We had a fun family pool party. Housekeeping was in everyday during our stay to keep the place spotless. Animals came by the property everyday 😍. We took as many pictures as we can. There is also a waterpark 4 minutes away from the property for additional family fun activities. We definitely recommend this property for fun luxurious family vacations.

las duchas en los baños tienen una inclinacion completamente al reves, al ducharte el agua inunda toda la estancia. Es una pena porque la casa es maravillosa y esto la desmerece

Everything was top notch! Animals came to the yard every night.

Localização ótima dentro da vila, com facil acesso a comércio e restaurantes. Casa completa, bonita e super bem decorada. Animais andam pela região e nos visitaram. Tivemos dias sensacionais. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Limpo, organizado e bem estruturado. Suites incríveis, recomendo. Recomendo chegar durante o dia para facilitar.

Checkout muito cedo, poderia ter um tempo maior. Na correria, acabei esquecendo meu carregador do notebook. Banheiro dentro do quarto, porém não tem porta, o que pode ser um pouco incômodo. Poderia ter mais tomadas. Apesar desses pontos, certamente voltarei a ficar nesse lugar.

Beautiful villa with stunning decor. Very comfortable rooms. Nice outdoor space with lots of animals. Good lighting outdoors.

Road in front of the property is very busy. Staff are friendly but could be more efficient so they are not hanging around the property half of the day.

Gorgeous cottage which was beautifully furnished. Very prompt communication. Fantastic to be able to feed the animals right outside the front door

Nothing we didn't like. leaving some toiletries would have been a nice touch but not a big deal Defiantly need to have a car when using the restaurants on site

It is a beautiful unit. We loved the decor and the location. We enjoyed the pool on hot days and loved all the animals that visited the property daily.

Personally a shower in the bathroom would be beneficial. The Victorian bath tub is gorgeous but is too small to lie in and have a good soak.

Everything was as the picture portrayed. The house was clean and amazing! absolutely loved it there!

Check out at 9:30, we would’ve loved to check out at 11 and rest enough for the road but everything else was just amazing.

Such a lovely and peaceful location , the zebra’s and wart hogs and Impala’s come close to the chalet to eat and you can even hand feed the zebras with the food provided , the chalet had everything we needed , would definitely go back

The host was amazing and stayed in communication before arrival up until we had to leave, even offered us to check out later. The whole house was clean and facilities were great. Outside area beautiful just like the pictures, location not too far from the main activities and nestled well with no surrounding noise. Loved how there was animal feed so we could interact and feed some of the bucks in the morning or late afternoon. Loved my stay here, would highly recommend

If only there was an additional (bathroom) rather an outside shower would make the whole experience a 10 - exceptional Perhaps have shot glasses, but a lot of equipment in the kitchen was available

Luvivane Cottage provides a full experience of nature. We had a buck and warthog come visit us and we fed them. The cottage is nice an private, has everything you will need to make it feel like home and they consider the issue of mosquitoes and bugs, sprays provided. You don’t need to leave the park to get anything, everything is available inside. Perfect stay! Also the host was absolutely phenomenal and helped me make my partners birthday special.

Just be conscious of the mosquitoes and bugs. But that can be fixed with bug spray

It was communicated beforehand. But the space could really do with a tv and shower.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. All you need to know about the Park, safaris and restaurants it will send to you. The cottage has been decorated with an outstanding design. We had a cleaning service every day. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic location in Marloth Park, 20 mins from Crocodile Bridge gate into Kruger National Park. Loved the kudus, impalas, warthogs & other antelope coming to visit us. Nice to have the authoritised feed made available, highlight for our kids! Beautifully kept home with excellent service from booking management through to housekeeping service. Lighting in key areas made really luxurious. Manageable during Loadshedding. We had a special time at this lovely cottage in a magnificent setting which was perfect for our family of four. Perfect for rest, recharge & connection in “the bush.”

One bed in the second room - back room is not the best, sinks inwards & very noisy. Roads in Marloth Park are very bumpy - not the accommodation’s fault, but a point to note. Cottage with be absolutely perfect with the addition of a shower!

Roads very potholes, not host's fault

Very clean, well resourced, very comfy beds, clean pool, no loadshedding, great water pressure. Overall exceptional family home. Satisfied.

State of cleaning things, and cooking utensils. Cleaning equipment( mops) is not hygienic, can surely be replaced. Provide proper broom and dustpan.

Fantastic value for money

No soap in the facility and no shower - a shared bathroom with only a bathtub which is fine to relax but would like the option of a quick shower. Just a preference, I might add.

Everything else was amazing except the bed in the first room the springs were squeaking a lot and it was uncomfortable and hard. Beside that everything else was great

The place was wonderful and spacious. Great value for money. The family really enjoyed themselves, it was sunny. Really no need to leave the villa at all.

Quiet a long drive from Joburg and road construction made the drive longer than expected. The reception people were not welcoming at all. Notice the restaurants there only played a specific genre of music (specific language).

I liked the feel of the entire property from outside going inside. spacious with beautiful modern retro interior that is relaxing. And quite a versatile space that accomadates from being solo traveller to family. Interacting with animals just on your doorstep was also amazing . Appreciated having easy contact available regarding any issues on property.

Think gyser was off on our last night , no hot water
