I didn’t stay at the property,this villa is a dump,mold everywhere,dirty all the bed sheets,hair on the pillows some people are as sleeping there when we got in,I was there with my family and with my child (infant)we had to get taxi and ho out and search for another hotel was 4 am We mange to find a hotel very expensive as we had no other choice.very bad experience

Ammazing view to sea, very big house, very comfort, nice pool, nice beach, very friendly host. Roof terrace can see Sunset and sunrise.

Домашний риф, супер. Не без ньюансов. Надо пробираться в соседний отель на его пирс.

Все уставшее и очень укатанные. Ржавые краны и запахи канализации присутствуют. Лечится покупкой химии. Полотенца помнят Рамзеса 3-го. Шезлонги уместные скорее на свалке. И т.д. Для очень не притязательных к состоянию мебели, фурнитуры и сантехники людей. Впрочем, как и многое другое сейчас в Шарме.

Excellent placement avec une plage privée où nous avons trouvé bien plus de poissons qu’ailleurs! La villa est spacieuse et la piscine au top! Le manager nous a permis de choisir la villa et de déménager vers une autre pour bénéficier d’une meilleure vue. Il nous a fourni un rooter pour Internet. Je conseille vivement!

La cuisine nécessite un petit upgrade mais la plupart des gens mangent dehors.

Es de esos alojamientos que no comprendes porque se encuentran en el estado en el que se encuentran: la ubicación es excelente, las villas son grandes y aunque el mobiliario es antiguo, son espaciosas y elegantes. Todas tienen piscina privada y tienes acceso a la playa privada donde nadando llegas en 1 minuti a una pared coranila donde puedes pasar horas y horas haciendo snorkeling el único problema es la suciedad de las villas y la falta mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Es una pena, porque el personal es muy amable, la ubicación excelente pero esta todo hecho un autentico desastre. Con una buena limpieza de las villas y de los caminos, acceso a la playa, etc seria un alojamiento de 10. Por eso digo que es algo incomprensible

The staff was very welcoming and attended to everything we needed. the villas were clean for the most part, the mosquito screen was really helpful, and the pool was regularly cleaned. There was a BBQ, but we didn't use it.

The stove top cookers barely cooked the eggs I was trying to cook, took a really long time. And to be honest for the amount of money that was paid, the villas were quite empty, I'm not sure, but maybe table tennis or pool table, or some extra amenities are definitely needed. it just needs some extra things to make you want to actually want to stay and recommend to others. we started using "indrive" for cabs from the second day, as I knew we was getting ripped off, the stewards and cab drivers outside the compound kept trying to convince us to pay triple to five times the amount for cabs, which at one point got annoying.

Location and the view

Location of the house was great with an amazing view of the sea. The beach was small, however very nice and the corals nearby were fascinating and full of life. House was very spacious and swimming pool was perfect for the little ones to play in. Area is very secure and close to a supermarket for your general groceries. A car rental is mandatory to be able to explore the whole of Sharm El Sheikh and all the beautiful beaches it has to offer.

House has all the basic amenities you need but could do with a bit of maintenance, upkeeping and some general love and attention. Hotel Resorts either side of this compound beach have their own pier to get you to the deep end of the corals for both swimmers safety and to protect the corals. The compound where the villas are do not have this and you either have to swim over the corals when the tide is high or use Monte Carlo's resort pier after you persuaded the life guards on the pier. The management or owners of this compound either need to build their own pier for their guests or make sure their guests can use one of the adjacent resort piers.

the villa is spacious and it has all what we need . Reda and his team is so polite and professional . whatever we need we ask for and they bring it quickly

Our host, Reda, was amazing! He arranged transport from the airport to the villa and met us with the keys to the villa. He spent time sitting with us and not taking payment until the following day to check we were happy with everything. He sent someone out to get mosquito spray for us and lent us two snorkelling masks and a router for WIFI! He even took us to a shop to sort out SIM cards out which took about an hour and he waiting the whole time. Reda went over and above and text us every day to check all was ok.

For a self catering villa, the facilities in the kitchen are very poor. The crockery and cutlery was not clean. However, we washed the plates, cups and cutlery that we needed to make toast every morning and ate out every day. The swimming pool was too cold to swim in but the sea was warmer.

Love the property with beautiful sea view perfect location. I would like to say special thanks to the amazing staff and Rada he made our stay memorable and was only phone call away if we had any issue in the property.

Property needs alot of renovations . Hot water does not last if 2 or more people have shower at same time .property from inside needs modernising as it is falling apart .

Furniture too too old. So many missing tools in kitchen .There are so many ant in villa climbing food , all bad, kitchen, our body. House not so clean. There is no pier on the beach so we must go another beach for swim.

Privacy

1.The beach wasn’t clean . 2.the furniture are so old and broken. 3.some of the devices in the kitchen doesn’t work. 4. Water bumps weak . 5. Flooded bathrooms.

Despite the old furniture and maintenance required The villa is good for family Reda and his team are ready for you at any time to help you.

Bathroom maintenance

The villa was very spacious and with a nice view. Pool was full and clean. Bathrooms were clean and the beds were spotless. Extremely comfortable. We were missing a wine opener at the kitchen and once I asked I was provided right away.

The electric plugs didnt work with universal adaptors. The host borrow us 1 adaptor and that was the only one that worked.

Mr Reda was very helpful and available. Taxi to restaurants/bars was <10mins

The location and the view was nice. Cab stand nearby.

There was nothing I didn't like. Me and my family spent a month at the Villa. We had transfers arranged by Reda the Complex manager, on arrival there Reda met us, he ordered a feast for us as it was to late to go out and eat. He ran my partner to the shop to collect some essential. Reda and the team went above an beyond the whole holiday, the villa and pool were cleaned every week for us, new sheets etc. The location is perfect to go out and explore the surroundings. The beach is ideal but take swim shoes the coral is sharp. We will be going back very soon Reda is now a friend of ours and I cant wait to go back.

The Villa is a little tired but nothing some paint and new pool tiles wouldn't fix. Non of this warrants a problem though. I can honestly say that's it.
