الخدمات سيه جدا عندما خرجت في رحله في الليل خرجت وتركت المكيف شغال عشان الجو حار جدا ورجعت من الخارج وعت إلا الغرفه وكانت المكيف طافي لم يشتغل وتصلت برسبشن واخبرت عن المشكله اخبرني استخدم اريموت الخاص بل مكيف لم يعمل المكيف 👎 اتصلت الصباح اخبره نفس المشكله اخبرني انه سوفا يبعث شخص ما لكي يصلح المشكله انتضرت كثير وتصلت ثلث مرات حتا اتا الصيانه ودخل إلا الغرفه وكتشفت ان في احد فدح الغرفه اطفا المكيف وهذا ليس جيدا أخبرت الريسبشن عن المشكله اخبرني ان ممكن عمل انضافه هذا غلط مفيش عمل نضافه يدخل الغرفه في اساعه 9مساء وهذا ازعجني احذر الجميع ان تنتبه علا العراض اثمينه بنسبه الفندق جميل جدا مكان جميل جدا موقع جميل جدا بنسبه الكافيه الي بجانب الفندق جميل جدا انصح بتجربته

Very disappointing and unhygienic stay. The room was not clean at all and had a very strong damp/mold-like smell. The bed and bedding had visible stains, including what appeared to be blood, black marks, and makeup stains. There was also a lot of dust throughout the room, and the doors and surfaces were visibly dirty. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable and did not meet basic hygiene standards. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for anyone who expects a clean and comfortable room.

First of all, this is a rip-off. They made us pay double the price. Chinese people who don't speak English well should absolutely avoid this place. We booked two double rooms on Booking.com, but upon arrival, we were told we had booked two single double rooms. How could this be? Booking.com doesn't even have single-occupancy prices. The front desk wouldn't let us check in and insisted we contact Booking.com. Because of the language barrier and the fact that we didn't have international calling enabled, the hotel wouldn't let us stay. The front desk had initially told us that single and double rooms were the same price, and that we could check in once we contacted Booking.com to change the price. However, a manager came and kept implying we had to pay an extra $100 to check in. This back-and-forth went on for over three hours without us being able to check in. Unable to contact Booking.com, we tried to cancel and rebook, but they deducted 90% of the room rate. The hotel immediately changed their tune and demanded we pay again, otherwise they wouldn't hold the room for us. We were traveling with elderly people and children and couldn't afford the hassle, so we paid an extra $200 before we could check in. Please be very careful. If you want a good experience, never choose this hotel.

非常差劲，我们4个人，订的半包双人间2间，每间包含2人，结果到了酒店告知每间显示一人，客服电话联系不上，问题是他主界面只有2人套餐，并无一人套餐选项。。酒店经理让我们补2人100美金的餐费，他们那写着价格，也就是68美金。我在次查询价格，双人价格也就是我定的价格，前台小哥说没问题，经理会处理，但是酒店经理不会给你变通，就是想坑你。后来问了退款重新订的问题，经理说他退不了，你可以尝试，情急之下我退了，只退百分之10，做了一夜飞机，非常崩溃。然后我们重新在现场交了钱入住，并且给我们要的价格比平台还要贵。

الغرف نظيفة ما شاء الله ومجهزة من كل شيء.

الأكل متكرر جدا ولا يوجود اوبن بوفيه غير في الفطار. والغداء والعشاء نفس الشيء دائما وبارد دائما. مكان جيد جدا كإقامة ولكن سيء في الأكل بسبب التكرار. جودة المكان تستحق أفضل من ذلك وأيضا لا يوجد شاطئ خاص بالفندق.

The hotel's location is good, and the staff provide excellent service.

The room is very small, the air conditioner does not work well, and the bed sheet is not clean.

الإقامة كانت بصراحة لا تتطلب لي معاير النظافة ، اما من ناحية الاستقبال لا مشكلة كانو لطيفين

Air conditioner was weak for my whole stay, breakfast does not start at 7 AM as they said, which is very crucial when we are having a safari day which starts early and several days i could not have my breakfast in the hotel, staff are not responsive enough

The staff were very friendly and when sat by the pool they brought towels without having to ask

The food was terrible and the cleanliness was extremely poor

I would like to thank Omar and the driver as well he was very helpful and gave me all the information that I was asking about really recommended.

حجزت غرفتين وحطني في اخر الفندق على شان اني سعودي. تمشي ربع ساعه عشان توصل الغرفه ودور ثاني درج. فندق قديم متهالك ولا فيه اي خدمات ولا تغركم الصور

The air-conditioning wasn’t working the rooms very tiny the beds uncomfortable places are far from the hotel we were five people they give us four small tiny beds, breakfast are not fresh it looks like leftover what you see on the pictures nothing like it .

Daha girer girmez halının uzerinde koca koca dikenler vardı. Bildiğin kaktüs dikeni. Benim ayağıma battı,cocuklara bisey olmasın diye tüm gece terlikle dolaştık. Kahvaltı diye bisey yok, tabaklara streclemişler bütün bütün domates salatalığı,sanki pazardan sebze secmişsinde satıcıya uzatıyosun gibi önümüze atıp gittiler. Ekmekler desen yine o şekil. Kim bilir kaç günlük,yağlı şekerli hersey birbirine girmiş. Çay dahi olmaz mı bir tesiste ya. Ne eti belirsiz kokmuş jambondan bozma iğrenç seyler. Başkalarının masalarından artanları da strecleyip kaldıroyorlar galiba. Yemekhaneden bozma izbe biyerdi,klima bile yoktu kan ter içinde kalıyorsunuz, Allahım kabus gibiydi. Bir gece gecici olarak kaldık.Sabah 5 yıldızlı otelimize geldik,Allah böyle bir hatadan korusun arkadaşlar kesinlikle git me yin !

Every thing it was okay but they lied about the beach they wrote in the booking the beach are including but when we reached they said it’s not included and you can go only and take a taxi and buy for the beach they have say that in their description.. and the poor was dirty!!

Worst hotel I ever stayed at, air conditioning was leaking, and gives us an swimming pool in the room ,security was rude and unprofessional

Kesinlikle gelmeyin 2 saat için 2 tane küçük çanta bırakmak ve daha sonra almak için 15 Euro para istediler ayrıca otelde kalan müşteriyken. Üstelik odadan tavan damlatıyordu 35 derece havada klima yetersiz çalışıyor.

Tesisin konumu çok iyi. Her yere yakındı. Fiyat performans tamamen . Turlara katılacaksanız çok iyi. Otel konforu olarak çok beklentiniz olmasın. Biz turlara katıldık sadece uyumaya geliyorduk.

İlk gün tek su veriyorlar . İkinci gün istediğimizde marketten alın dediler .

Çeşitli sorunlar çıkmış olsa da personel çözüm odaklıydı. Sorunları çözme konusunda yardımcı oldular. Çıkan sorunlar nedeniyle çeşitli ikramlarda bulundular su ve çay. Resepsiyonist ve otel sorumlusu Nadir Bey birçok konuda yardımcı oldu.

The staff at Desert View are brilliant. They all looked after me especially Halim. He looked after me so well from creating beautiful towel dressings to getting me water to sorting out my mosquito bits and putting plugs in my room. The hotel was so peaceful and quiet nobody bothered you. I will definitely be coming back to stay at Desert View with the lovely team there. I choose this hotel because I didn’t want all inclusive. It's really cheap to eat out so I was able to explore all the restaurants with only having breakfast included.

I would of loved omelette for breakfast.

The breakfast was bad. Yiu could not choose what you wanted. You were given 3 plates with some things. We didnt eat most of it. First room had a big gap in the doorframe. This ended up with alot of mosquitos the second night, and we had a lot of mosquitobites. We were able to switch room when we asked. Make sure you check with the hotel what beach you can use. We searched a whole day for a beach that we were allowed to

Konumu itibariyle sessiz bir yer. Sadece odamız zemin katta olduğu için kapının önünden biri geçerken ses duyduk, onun dışında sorun yoktu. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Çalışanlar iyiydi. Odada gerekli her şey vardı.

Otel eski. Odadaki her şey eskimiş ve bazı şeyler eskidiği için paslanmış. Oda temiz olsa bile eski olduğu için kötü görünüyordu. Bir de odada sivrisinekler vardı. Uyumakta zorlandık. Başka otellerde de kaldık. Böyle bir sorun yoktu. Biz safari gibi turlara katılacağımız için uygun fiyatlı bir otelde kalmak istedik. O yüzden bir gece burada kaldık. Sadece uyumaya geldik. Uzun süre kalınmaz bence.

Tesiste sıcak su havuz yok kahvaltı dahil veriliyor ama kahvaltı demeye bin şahit lazım saygı seviye sıfır yolları çok kötü en son çıkarken bide hırsız damgası yesin bagajında yer olmadığı için sıfır ayakkabılarımı çöpe atmışken adamlar havlumuz eksik diye bizden ekstra para istediler dışarda kalmak daha iyi bence

Great personnel, amazing big breakfast, we could even take a sandwich with us to the beech, thanks to Hesham. Cosy territory, clean rooms, internet. The beech and markets are near.

Normalde değerlendirme yazmıyorum ancak ben rezerve ederken pek yorumu yoktu o nedenle detaylı ekleyeceğim. Uygun fiyatlı olmasına rağmen güzel bir tesisti, havuzu hiç kullanmadım ancak güzel ve temiz görünüyordu, peyzajı iyiydi. Kahvaltıda yalnızca çikolatalı poğaça tarzı bir şey yiyebildim ancak Mısır'ın geneli bu konuda benzer zaten. Çarşaflar, havlular vs temizdi ancak yerde bazı köşelerde ufak tefek toz vardı; yine de Mısır'ın geneline göre temizlik gayet iyiydi bence. Resepsiyonist beyefendi oldukça güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi, ayrıca iyi Ingilizce konuşabiliyordu. Mısır'da otel ararken çoğu otelin yorumlarında ek ücret istediler, bahşişe zorladılar gibi yorumlar okumuştum ancak bu otelde hiç böyle bir sorunla karşılaşmadım. Yalnız seyahat etsem de çiftler için de oldukça uygun bir oteldi. Sessiz, sakin ve huzurluydu.

Kahvaltıda açık su var, şişede su olması gerekirdi ancak onu ücreti dahilinde alabiliyoruz, düzeltmelerini öneririm. Odaya ise housekeeping tarafından 1-2 adet ücretsiz şişe su getiriliyor.
