Alexanders Penthouse on the beach

The location is beautiful and close to all the major attractions. The pool and beach are few feet away. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable; a great space for family. The host is extremely helpful and responds quickly. My family had to make last-minute changes to our reservation, and the host was extremely accommodating. I'll be staying here if in JA again.

Be prepared for stairs as there are 3 floors, wasn't always fun, especially with a 1 yr old attached to me.

The condo is 3 floors. Penthouse with a rooftop and amazing bathroom was so luxurious. We loved that our 3 kids were comfortable with their own bathrooms in each room The beach area is just enough. The waters are calm and warm. We took the kayaks out, and my 10 yr old had such a blast. We had a well equipped kitchen. Each room had a TV , WiFi and AC. The pool was great. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony. Very private. I was in contact with Colleen. She was very helpful made the check in easy, just a pin number for the lock and that's it. Whatever questions i had was answered promptly. There is a security guard, so you feel very safe and a gate..We had a Mexican restuarant called Papi Chulo. They have breakfast times on the menu. If you want to really have a Jamaican breakfast then there was a small restaurant maybe a 7 min walk called SYB's. Don't expect an English breakfast. They have traditional food on the menu. We had to take a cab. You have to negotiate with the cab drivers. From the condo to fishing village you would pay 1.50 to 2 Usd per head. Fishing Village was where we ate most of the time. We recommend going to Progressive foods grocery to pick up some juices and maybe breakfast items. We recommend Reggae kitchen and Lounge ( ask for kosher ), Dave's Lobster. There is a little mini Mart next to SYB's restaurant. The owner is Sam. Pretty good guy. Overall we had a wonderful stay in Ochi !!!

My husband is sensitive to noise. There was road noise from the main street, but I slept like a baby. The water pressure was low.

Very comfortable with 3 different floors and bathroom in each room.. the house was well equipped

House was overall clean, except the kettle which was very dirty, we needed to clean it ourself.

Colleen our host was very responsive and helpful. We had an amazing time. Snorkeling right out on our very own beach was incredible.

Spacious, cleanliness, and the quick response from the owner to help with any question.

The private beach in this condominium is very small but the apartment is centrally located so it is easy to drive to other beaches in the area

The property was extremely beautiful! The beds were Heaven and the king suite was absolutely stunning. The home was very clean and the location was super safe. Definitely recommend staying here.

I have no complaints

The furniture in the living room was extremely comfortable. The beds were small but very comfortable. The layout of the master bedroom added a feeling of prestige. The security guards were very courteous. The pool area was quite relaxing.

We had no hot water but it was not a deal breaker. I didn't bother to reach out to the host, so there may have been a switch that we just didn't see.

Location and the villa was very Clean and spacious, loved that each room had it's own bathroom

I love the layout of the apartment. Upstairs and downstairs. 3 bedrooms. And each bedroom had un-suite and a balcony which was the best. The master bedroom had a shower and jacuzzi size bathtub. Very big bright and spacious loved the option of the pool and beach, on site.

There wasn't any laundry facilities. And the walk from the apartment to Ocho Rios Town centre was like 30mins. But on the plus side a taxi only cost $100 Jamaican dollars and it was like 5mins

The size and the comfort were just spot on. We loved the mini beach, but it's really a way to get out into the water, - if yntou get a mask and snorkel there's a little reef out there. Ocho Rios was great. Avoided the too tourist trap stuff, and went to the rasta run Blue Hole, making our own way there. We hired a car and drove all over the island. Would never do it any other way, but as Londoners it wasn't too tricky [as the driving is left-hand and mad here].

It's a bit out of town so you need a car. But tbh we loved driving through downtown as its buzzing.

The place is a very secured, clean, spacious, and luxurious penthouse in a 24hr secured gated community. Including a large separate elegant master bedroom on the third floor. This property is great for single families or groups. Checking in was a breeze, I got a personal door access code to enter the property. The host was great and very accommodating. The home provided all the amenities like a home away from home. The infinity pool and the sea in back of the property was a great bonus including the option for use of the kayak.
