Tout était vraiment parfait. La maison était incroyable, avec la piscine sur le toit. Les équipements à la hauteur de nos attentes. Avec une entrée super sécurisée donc on s’y sent bien. L’emplacement est vraiment bien, il y a un super marché à 10min, des restaurants dans la rue et la plage au bout de la rue.

L’extérieur, avoir deux chambres et deux sdb

Nous avons eu une mauvaise météo donc repas à l’intérieur obligatoire . Les sièges de l’îlot de la cuisine ne sont pas très confortables et les pieds abîmés. Ce n’est évidemment qu’un petit détail. Tout est prévu sur l’extérieur, nous n’avons pas eu la chance de pouvoir réellement en profiter.

Good afternoon! We spent two weeks in this apartment and loved everything. The rooftop pool is simply amazing. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, and cleaning was done every three days. Security helped us arrange a taxi, and the owner was available 24/7. There are lots of great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I give it a 10/10.

Sometimes the air conditioners worked weakly, but it didn't bother us

Nothing really

Großartiges, neues, modernes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und ruhiges Apartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen. Die gesamte Anlage, sowie auch das Fitnessstudio waren toll.

Leider ist uns auf dem zugewiesenen Parkplatz des Apartments eine Kokosnuss auf das Auto gefallen. Die Kosten für die Reparatur mussten wir selber tragen, laut Management wird für solche Fälle keine Haftung übernommen. Das war wirklich sehr ärgerlich. Allerdings wurden nach unserer Beschwerde die restlichen Kokosnüsse entfernt.

La piscine est malheureusement froide en hivers.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer bewachten Wohnanlage im Norden Mauritius unweit des öffentlichen Strandes von Pereybere. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und komfortabel. Sehr gut hat uns auch der große Balkon, von dem man einen Blick auf den von Palmen umgebenen Pool der Wohnanlage werfen konnte, sowie die Terrasse mit dem Pool gefallen. Zweimal in der Woche kommt sogar eine Reinigungskraft und bringt die Wohnung zum Strahlen. Wenn es einmal regnen sollte, dann kann man sogar auf dem für Gäste eingerichteten Netflix Account Filme gucken. Die auf Booking abgebildeten Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter verlief reibungslos.

Es gibt in den Badezimmern keine Steckdosen, so dass man sich seine Haare im Wohnzimmer oder im Schlafzimmer föhnen musste

Wow! What an apartment! Everything was perfect, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom each (one of them en-suite), good layout, fantastic terrace and not to forget the rooftop terrace with pool. Private beach club just a short walk away.

A beautiful, spacious l apartment on a lovely quiet complex. Everything was just as we hoped.

Even better if you added full length mirrors in the bedroom for when getting dressed and drying hair

Absolutely nothing that we did not like, this place is world class

Excellent facilities, modern, spacious. Multiple lounge areas, terrace and roof top. Premium location! Brilliant communal swimming pool and a roof top private swimming pool too. Bbq in the roof top available. Great location, quiet and safe with 24hrs security service. Great 2 bedrooms, toilets and ensuite. Very comfortable beds. Aircon available in all rooms except the living room area. Brilliant full equipped kitchen. Very clean and cleaning service every couple of days. Brilliant to be able to use the washing machine. Great communication with the hosts! All very clear and smooth.

The apartment is fantastic, beautufully decorated, lovely pool on the rooftop. The host is also fantastic and very attentive, always available to answers any questions. Great location near the beach, if you hire a car you can go to all local beaches within 15min drive

The pool was a bit to cold and it was extremely windy, but nothing the owners could do. Except cover the rooftop from wind, but no biggie to be honest. Checkout could also be more flexible since they are a Airbnb. But lovely place.

The size of the apartment, it was much bigger than we expected. The apartment was styled beautifully. Love the spacious undercover outdoor area, and the fact that the TV came with Netflix which was great for "down town" especially with young children.

The only one slight negative thing I would say is that one of the lamps in the lounge room did not have a globe in it, and I like lamps rather than ceiling lighting. But it in no way ruined my holiday :)

I booked this place and the host contacted me saying that they could not promise me that the place would get cleaned in time for me and if I would be willing to stay in an uncleaned place. I then asked to cancel the booking as I did not have time to wait for them to figure our whether or not they could get it cleaned in time. Once again I emphasize, that they said that they could not promise me that the place would get cleaned. They refused to cancel and refund my booking. The host was very rude and not at all accommodating and frankly I feel like I got robbed of my money.

We loved our stay at this place - a stunning place with all the required amenities, and very close to the beach/restaurants in the area. Will definitely stay there again!

The apartment was very spacious, modern, and well equipped. The outside terrace was an additional benefit. It was clean, and the cleaning lady - Pamela - was very accommodating. The rooftop pool was great for chilling, and the big shared pool for swimming. The owner was checking up on us regularly, and the communication was quite open.

The private pool was supposed to be cleaned weekly on Thursdays, but it wasn't in the first week. We booked the option with breakfast but were informed that it's not available when we got there. We had to go to a nearby restaurant - Bloom, which was OK but way more expensive than the 50e that we were reimbursed with (for 4 people for 2 weeks). 50e was practicaly one breakfast at Bloom for the 4 of us.

Villa Eden is a wonderful spacious quiet apartment with all the amenities. The sunsets and sunrise from the rooftop pool are awesome and we liked the fact that no one can look into the apartment as the houses to the east are far lower down. This is a great place for a stay on Mauritius not far from Grand Bay and we can definitely recommend it.

Beautiful appartment with everything that you need to feel at home. Big plus is the private swimming pool on the roof. They also deliver breakfast every morning. Complex also has it own pool.

Location wise if you like to stay most of your time in the North it is good. If you want to visit the South as well it is quite a drive all the time

nice location, good parking

the swimming pool was dirty when we arrived, and we had to wait 3 days till it was cleaned so we could use it. then the hot water didn’t work for 7 of the 10 days we stayed at the property. The TV remote was missing batteries and we informed the home owner but ended up having to purchase myself. the lights on the balcony/dining area were not functional and there was insufficient facilities to stop insects, there were lots of insects and mosquitoes. when the hot water stopped working the host sent me the number for the electrician to get it sorted - that is ridiculous when charging so much for the property. this should be the responsibility of the host

Close to pereybere walking distance

Really spacious and clean. Especially liked the terrace dining “room”, even when raining enjoyed the meals outside. On-roof area with pool awesome!

The penthouse is beautiful en very spacious. The pool and the bbq on the rooftop is perfect to spend the day in the appartment. Pereybere public beach is within walking distance (about 15 min).

There was no safe for valuables. That's the only thing i can think of
