Simply everything whether it is the facility,service, hospitality, etc… but what made it more special are the well presented and professional trained staff.

Limited entertainment programs especially at night. I think this is what need more focus and improvement.

Is smaller than expected and in the middle of the city crowd can’t sleep at night because of car noise and the breach is narrow

Séjour agréable dans un appartement bien situé à Grand Baie, proche de la plage et de toutes commodités. J'ai apprécié l'accueil de notre hôte, la fonctionnalité et la tranquillité du lieu.

Otel gerçekten oldukça konforluydu ve olanakları çok güzeldi.Açık büfe kahvaltıda gayet güzel seçenekler vardı.Sahildeki su sporlarından da ücretsiz faydalanbiliyor olmak güzeldi.Odalar konforlu ve lüxtü.Temiz olması da güzeldi.Personel ilgili ve çözüm odaklıydı.Rooftop ve ınfınıty pool ise gerçekten muhteşemdi.

The apartment had everything you need, place was clean and location was just perfect

Anna was very warm and friendly, always happy to help us. The bed was very comfortable, room, good standard of cleanliness with added extras in the kitchen, which is very handy when you are traveling around the island.

Maybe just a little bit shaded over the pool from the sun. We were there in the winter, still warm enough to swim though. Not much of a view.

Amazing room and facilities. Super nice staff. Great location.

Food was not friendly to my tummy since I have gastritis but my husband was enjoying the waiter tried by all means to arrange gastritis friendly food

- le logement était très bien équipé avec tous les produits de base pour une installation facile - il était situé à proximité de toutes les commodités (bars, restaurants, commerces...) où il était possible d'aller à pieds - la piscine était à 10 mètres de la chambre 🛌 ! - la Wi-Fi fonctionnait 👌 parfaitement - la gérante-propriétaire était très aimable et disponible

- le logement (au RDC) n'était pas très lumineux🔅 - le matelas du lit était un peu dur - absence de petite table pour le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse au début du séjour mais la propriétaire est venue rapidement en fournir une, à ma demande - la rue devant l'immeuble (front de mer) était très passante, bruyante et dangereuse (absence de trottoir) - la plage publique de Grand Baie était petite et décevante

The staff were very friendly and the old man from restaurant management even gave my daughter a gift for her birthday.

They didn’t come to clean our room 3 days in a row

Vriendelijk personeel, mooi strand en veel (gratis) watersport mogelijkheden. Goede restaurants en heerlijk ontbijt.

De weg is erg lawaaierig in de vroege ochtend en nog laat op de avond. Daar kan het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen, maar het maakt/ houdt je mogelijk wel wakker.

Tout a été conforme à notre attente. Le chauffeur a été au rdv, l’endroit est calme (le son de la mosquée ne nous a pas dérangé, ça fait partie de la charme de la ville). Merci Anna pour les thés 🙂 et pour les soins particuliers et à tous nos demandes.

On a eu du mal avec le climatiseur. C’était le deuxième jour qu’on a trouvé le moyen de le manipuler pour pouvoir en profiter de son utilité.

Hôte Anna est super gentille.elle est disponible toujours à nous répondre par WhatsApp, le studio est propre.

المكان جدا نظيف وخدمة ممتازة جداً. المطعم متنوع ومرتب والأكل ممتاز. المسابح نظيفة والإطلالات رائعة. الشاطئ جميل وفعاليات البحر متاحة ضمن الحجز. موظفو الفندق من أروع ما يكون.

This is perhaps the best hotel I have stayed at! It is architecturally remarkable, the rooms are large, and the giant bed must have been 250cm wide. The food is consistently very good, the AIKISU restaurant even exceptional. There is a nice private beach with many activities. An astonishing amount of staff will help you with any request you might have.

Everyone keeps asking your room number in any and all situations, it gets a bit ridiculous. The hotel should perhaps vet the taxi drivers a bit more carefully.

Otel harikaydı, beklentilerimizi fazlası ile karşıladı. Oda oldukça genişti, kahvaltı çok iyidi. Plaj kullanımı oldukça ferah ve rahattı. Denizi gayet güzeldi, plajın kumu çok güzeldi. Sadece rüzgardan dolayı bazen denizde ve kıyıda yosun birikebiliyor. Sahil boyunca yürüyüş yapmak çok keyifliydi. Otel çalışanları da çok iyidi. Otelin mimarisini de ayrıca çok beğendik.

Wifi maalesef kötüydü. İnternet günlük kullanım için yeterli olsa da hızı çok yavaştı. Eğer internet üzerinden önemli bir işiniz, toplantınız vs. varsa ciddi problem yaşayabilirsiniz. Genel olarak Mauritius'da internet bu şekilde olabilir onu bilemiyorum. Otelin konumu genelde gezilecek yerlere uzak. Ama bu mevsimde deniz girebilmek ve kaliteli, güzel bir otelde kalmak istiyorsanız kesinlikle bu bir problem değil.

Overall, everything was wonderful. The beach was especially beautiful, and we were able to swim in the sea very comfortably and safely. I can definitely say that it is a truly family-friendly hotel. We had a very enjoyable holiday with our three-year-old child. The hotel’s overall atmosphere, rooms, food, beach, and pool were all excellent.

There were no changing cabins or shower facilities at the beach. You had to walk quite a long way and use the restroom area instead, which did not fully meet the need. In my opinion, this was a significant shortcoming. The welcome experience could also have been more thoughtful and carefully arranged, and the same applies to the check-out process.

كانت إقامتنا رائعة بكل المقاييس. نشكر إدارة الفندق وجميع الموظفين على تعاونهم واهتمامهم بالتفاصيل، فقد قاموا بتوفير غرفتين متجاورتين مع باب داخلي بينهما، مما وفر لنا راحة كبيرة وسهّل علينا الإقامة مع الأطفال. الفندق جميل جدًا، نظيف، وهادئ، والخدمات فيه راقية، كما أن جميع الموظفين كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين طوال فترة إقامتنا. كانت تجربة مميزة بكل معنى الكلمة، وسأعيد الإقامة هنا بكل تأكيد، وأوصي به لكل من يبحث عن الراحة وجودة الخدمة.

الفندق نظييف جدا الصاله كبيره السرير مريح تفاصيل السكن جميلة تدفئة المسبح الخاص خدمة الغرف سريعه الاستقبال جميل وتم شرح تفاصيل السكن الشاطيء جميل وفيه فعاليات مجانية ونظيف اللوبي جمييل جدا وله اطلاله مميزه وفيه كوفي جميل جربنا المطعم المغربي تعاملهم لطيف وفي المطعم المرجيحه اللي على المسبح غرفه الالعاب جميله فيها بلياردو وتينس وكيرم والعاب الكترونية

سكن لوكس مع مسبح خاص مميز لكن بعيد عن الشاطيء لازم نمر جسر ونمر الاستقبال واللوبي وننزل درج عشان نروح الشاطيء وهذا بالنسبه لي متعب جدا وما استمتعت بجمال الشاطيء فيه

The staff at this hotel is superb. The facilities are beautiful, the food is delicious, and the breakfast is not to be missed!

Staff needs more proper communication For example we asked conceriege to book boat has house and when we arrived there was. No booking made Also house keeping entered the room suddenly which was not very good for privacy Good is good but need more choices and varieties

The property is beautiful, the pool residence that I booked was nice and the housekeeping staff kept it very clean.

The service left much to be desired, particularly at meal times and at the main pool. Servers were slow, sometimes forgetting to bring what was ordered. The pool service was almost non-existent, took so long to get someone’s attention to get served. The service staff in the restaurant are also not very friendly and not as welcoming as I would expect.

Lit pour la 3e personne devrait avoir le même confort que les autres occupant de la chambre

What can I say? Pure luxury!! Every little detail catered for, all the little things that you can, or dont even, think of are sorted for you. We stayed in the Lux Pool Villa, it was stunning, cleaned 2-3 times a day, always clean towels on hand for the villa's pool, always fresh water and coffee.The villa's butler Vimal was absolutely amazing, he looked after us so so well, from gifts to reservations in local restaurants. The beach is picture postcard, including the villa's private beach. Free watersports activities. Breakfast was never ending for choice! Basically, hands down, the best hotel we have ever stayed at!

The whole property was perfect

Loved the modern facilities, world class hospitality, design and grounds. The spa was very good.

Although the food was good, it could have been better for a 5 star hotel. That said, breakfast was outstanding.

We were between this one and the one in Grand Gaube - glad we chose this one as it had "more" vibe (music by the pool) and and it was closer to take a small walk into town. I dont think its worth the price if visiting in low season, quite boring around the shared areas. Breakfast had nice options aside from the buffet, and the staff was overall really helpful.

Restaurants could allow for more flexibility. If you missed the time window they close between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and dinner, good luck (given there is nothing around to walk to and eat somethibg else.)

The apartment is cozy with nice colors, and the customer service is elegant. Anna, the host, took care of us from the time we booked. All information related to Mauritius was shared on whatsapp, with detailed instructions on accessing & using the apartment. We had a tiny issue with the AC. No questions asked she moved us to a new room. And I even had a silly ask of activating Netflix “YES THEY HAVE NETFLIX” in the new room and she helped with it. Thank you Anna !

Very nice beach, amazing water sport activities. The room was large and very clean.

للأسف خسرت أكثر من 20,000 ريال بسبب رفض الفندق أي تعديل أو استرداد للحجز، رغم أنني شرحت ظروفي وقدمت جميع التفاصيل. لم أجد أي مرونة أو تعاون، وكان التواصل معهم صعبًا جدًا. هذه كانت تجربة محبطة، ولن أحجز معهم مرة أخرى، ولا أنصح بالحجز إذا كنت قد تحتاج إلى تعديل أو إلغاء

Breakfast was good, lots of options available. Food was fresh and had lots of healthy options. Location was good, quiet and easy parking etc. Room size was quite big, modern etc. On-site facilities were great, including the SPA which was exceptional.

Bathroom had an issue which needed to be fixed on arrival. Tray charges for room service are high and unexpected (not yet experienced this in a hotel before). Food options are quite a premium for what you are paying for in the restaurants. Toothbrushes have to be requested, took some time.
