Tutto ottimo. Complimenti a Marino per l'accoglienza, la disponibilità e l'attenzione prestata ai bambini. Ottime le pulizie giornaliere, villa grande su due piani dotata di tutto il necessario. Bello anche il giardino esterno con la presenza del bar. Posizione non vicinissima alla spiaggia ma comoda per muoversi in auto.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Inhaber: Er war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben. Als unser Auto uns im Stich gelassen hat, hat er uns sofort unterstützt und sich wirklich engagiert darum gekümmert, dass wir Hilfe bekommen, das war alles andere als selbstverständlich und hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Sauber und in einem schicken Palmengarten gelegen. Schöner Salzwasserpool und sehr bequeme Betten. Schicke Badezimmer und ein privater Essbereich vor dem Apartement.

Leider etwas schwerer zu finden. Gravelroad! Eine Pfanne für Eier und etwas mehr Besteck wären wünschenswert. Es war tropisch heiß und wir vermissten etwas eine Klimaanlage im Küchenbereich. Alternativ zwei Deckenventilatoren wäre auch empfehlenswert.

Nous avions voyagé en famille et occupé l'ensemble des 3 villas : Emplacement agréable, villas spacieuses bien équipées, coin piscine très agréable.

La façon de fonctionner de cet établissement relève plus de l'hotellerie que de la location saisonnière. La présence quotidienne du propriétaire sur le site ( notamment tôt le matin) nous a semblé un peu intrusive même si celui-ci est très sympathique.

The villa was spacious and kept in immaculate condition thanks to a daily maid service. Upon arrival, my dad and I were hungry and without a vehicle so Marino (host) kindly drove us to the local supermarket to stock up on snacks. I spent my birthday in Mauritius and in the villa so Marino surprised me/us with birthday decorations as well making it all the more special. Other benefits of staying here included comfortable beds, strong water pressure and tranquil outdoor living. Marino is highly accommodating and I recommend these villas to anyone visiting Mauritius, especially those seeking a, “home away from home” type of feel.

On the last morning there was a tiny bit of construction noise but nothing major.

Un maravilloso oasis a pocos minutos de todo. Tranquilo, agradable, super limpio y cuidado al mínimo detalle. Imposible mejorar. Es mucho más bonito en persona incluso que en las fotos. Los exteriores son maravillosos, la piscina limpia y la vegetación cuidada con amor cada día. Insisto en que no le falta detalle, la cocina y utensilios con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días o un mes si te gusta cocinar en casa (nosotros celebramos Navidad allí). Me dedico a la hostelería en España, he viajado bastante, y quizás sea el lugar más limpio y que mejor huele que recuerdo de los 5 continentes! Y por supuesto, la atención de Marino (es el propietario) es increíble. Hasta preparó decoración de feliz cumpleaños para mis hijas sin que le dijesemos nada!!. Aparcas tu vehículo dentro de la propiedad, frente a tu estancia, más cómodo imposible... Y la tranquilidad y paz que se respira con solo 3 alojamientos, no lo supera ningún resort, doy fe. Gracias Marino por alojarnos en tu propiedad, no tiene precio lo agusto que hemos estado, lástima que solo quedaran disponibles 4 noches cuando reservamos.

The property is in pristine condition and is maintained by Marino, who is one of the best hosts I have ever seen in my life. The property is peppered with beautiful foliage and palm trees and the pool is lovely and a little oasis in the middle. The houses are beautiful and the beds are comfortableand it was a few minutes drive to the best beaches! Laundry available, great cleaning, and Marino helped us so much. The hospitality was incredible and I would stay here again anytime. You will love it. In addition to everything, Marino was so flexible and helped us in a few emergency situations that we didn’t expect.

Very spacious and comfortable villa, in a beautiful tropical garden with a pool. The rooms have great design, fully equipped and cleaned on a daily basis. Our host, Marino, was always ready to accommodate our requests and made our 6 nights stay very pleasant. We would definitely return!

The property was quiet and cozy. And the landlord Marino was very friendly and helpful.

Eine sauberes ruhig gelegenes Appartement mit allen Dingen die man sich wünscht. Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen und ist sehr geräumig. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben 5 Nächte in der Villa verbracht und möchten uns gerne für die wunderschöne Zeit bedanken. Es ist alles neu , absolut professionell und perfekt auf einem hohen Level geführt. Sauber , tägliche Reinigung . Ausgezeichnete Ausstattung mit ALLEM , was man braucht in einer kleinen, grünen Oase mit Pool. Marino ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Wunderschöne, ruhig gelegene Unterkunft, luxuriös, sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Ausstattung bis auf Kleinigkeiten (Frühstücksteller, große Tassen) perfekt. Schlüsselübergabe völlig problemlos. Tägliche Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel wenn gewünscht. Schnelles WLAN. Tolle Atmosphäre im nächtlich in blaues Licht getauchten Garten. Marino, der Gastgeber, ist nicht nur sehr sympathisch, sondern kümmert sich wirklich um alles und hilft bei jeder Frage/Problem. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir hatten drei wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft. Die Anlage besteht aus 3 Villen. Die Villa war riesig, toll durchdacht, sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Der Pool war toll für unsere Kids. Marino hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt, uns alles gezeigt und war jederzeit für Hilfe ansprechbar. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig so dass man super schlafen kann. Wir hatten ein Auto und konnten daher in zehn Minuten mehrere schöne Strände erreichen, tolle Restaurants sowie Supermärkte. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Marino für die schöne Zeit.

Wonderful spacious property very close to Grand Bay. The villa was clean and had all necessary accessories. Very quiet and peaceful place, perfect for a good sleep -) The host was very welcoming and helpful as well. Would highly recommend this place.

Tout était top, du début à la fin, Marino est un grand professionnel, sens de l accueil, villa spacieuse, 2 belles chambres ensuite, ménage fait tous les jours, literie ferme, cuisine bien équipée, à 10 -15 minutes à pied du centre de Grand baie et de la plage de la Cuvette à travers des chemins non asphaltés, nous sommes restés 15j et étions véhiculés, on rejoint le reste de l île en 1:30h-2:00 max, on y retournera volontiers.

Rien, ne pas avoir pu profiter de la piscine (on y etait en hiver), et ne pas rester plus longtemps!

Marino, was at the villa as we pulled up. We received a warm welcome and he helped us with the luggage into the villa. Marino, gave us a tour of the villa and helped us get settled in. He offered us drinks and made sure everything was fine before he left us to unwind and relax. As he lives next door to the villa, he is always at hand. The 3 villas in the private compound are beautiful, and very well maintained. The garden is just impeccable and surounded by lots of lovely green vegetation (very tropical 🌴🌴). The cleaning ladies do a wonderful job of keeping the place neat and tidy, and are just awesome. Thank you Marino for being awesome... you really are a star! 🤗

We stayed at Preety Blue Residence from June 27 to 30, 2025, and it truly felt like a slice of tropical paradise. The property consists of three beautiful villas set in a lush garden full of palms, tropical plants and nice pool. Our villa was spacious and well-designed, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and an open-plan living area with kitchen and laundry, all opening up to the garden through large sliding glass doors. Above all, I want to express our sincere gratitude to our host, Mario. He was always available, kind, and incredibly helpful — and also a warm and pleasant person to talk to.

We stayed for 4 nights in this blue paradise hosted by the super and amazing host Marino. First of all 3 cheers for our host who is 24X7 available for even the slightest of problems if you face one. Marino takes hosting to another level and hospitality industry should take some lessons. Secondly, the property itself is a dream destination. it has 3 villas out of which we were renting one, however, the other 2 were empty and practically we had the whole property to ourselves. you have good sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on upper deck, while you have a very large living room, kitchen and a washing room with a toilet in the lower floor. Very large sized villa with beautiful decorations and premium fixtures gives a luxurious feel. The two decks are connected though a staircase inside the villa. All aspects very thoughtfully and beautifully taken care of, be it security with grills, lots of storage space, comfortable and relaxing sofa set, lavish dining space and open kitchen giving the feel of a 5 star property yet with the comfort of your home. Lots of utensils and kitchen stuff if somebody wants to cook. Finally, the blue oasis inside the garden with salt water which is so nice. Though we did not use due to weather, but a great addition to an already beautiful property. Location is pretty good with Super U and few malls nearby. Beaches such as the Grand Baie beach, Mont Choissy beach and the la Cuvette spot (guided by Marino) nearby. Would suggest to rent a car for easy mobility. All in all a great property which we would want to visit again and again. Grazie Marino.

Marino was an extremely helpful and friendly host. He could not do enough for us to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

It's a shame about the roads in the immediate vicinity, but easy to get accustomed to.

Marino is the super host and the property is modern, yet homely. The pool area felt like an Oasis…. Very beautiful and at the same time very comfortable and relaxing. Everything was very very clean. We are a family of 4 (parents and 2 kids). We had an amazing time. I would definitely come back and stay again. The beach, restaurants and the super market are just a few mins away. The pictures speak louder than words. Highly recommended!

I have never had the pleasure of enjoying such a wonderful vacation as I did during my stay at this villa. The location is perfect – peace and quiet, yet only about a 10-minute walk to the center of Grand Baie and all the attractions, including the main beaches. The villa grounds are beautifully arranged, with a lovely garden, plenty of greenery, birds, and the sounds of nature. The pool and the intimate, atmospheric setting were incredibly relaxing and helped us unwind completely. The villa itself is spacious and can comfortably accommodate two families. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday. If you want to cook, you’ll find all the necessary equipment. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the host. We travel a lot around the world, and we've never met such a kind, caring, and pleasant person before. From the moment we arrived and met him, we felt completely taken care of. Marino organized everything we needed and made sure we had a memorable stay. He truly made this experience one we will remember for a long time.

The owner was very friendly, always around and went out of his way to make everything perfect. He is the best host, 👌 he built a beautiful place just in a wrong location. It was clean as well.

The location was not the best, hopefully they will develop the place at some point. The villa is placed in a poor location. Gravel and dodge looking place, we actually thought we were lost on arrival. We wanted to go find a new accommodation. If you are used to a suburban area it's not for you. I've lived in a suburban area all my life so I'm not used to such.

Better than expected accomodation totally enhanced our holiday Liked · The property has three spacious self contained villas on site. We stayed in No.1 It was modern, spacious and had everything you may need on holiday. Please note the photographs don’t do the villa(s) justice. Everything was spotlessly clean, towels changed daily, bed sheets every two days… The location is just off the main drag of Grand Baie and easy access to explore the island either by car or by bus. The owners / hosts Marino and Preety (yes, that’s where the name comes from!) were excellent; professional but friendly and very very helpful and easily contactable. We love Mauritius and this was our third time there - but this accomodation totally enhanced our overall holiday experience. I’m glad we chose this villa and quite simply will be happy to come back and stay here again with other members of my family and or friends knowing they would not be dissapointed.

We’ve tried to think of something to not like - but we can’t think of anything! Hard to believe probably but Marino and Preety have just about got everything spot on.

The villas are situated in a lovely shady garden with salt water swimming pool. Inside extremely well appointed, all you could need is provided. Cleaned daily and well looked after. Rooms and beds comfortable and large en suite bathrooms with great showers. We were extremely happy with our two weeks at Preety Blue.

We had the most amazing stay at Preety Blue Residence. Special kudos to Marino who was super helpful with any request and always made sure that everything was OK. The housekeeping team kept the place spotless through out our stay. The villa itself was very beautiful and modern with all the amenities that you could think off and is also situated a short walk from the main street of Grand Baie. We would definitely come back again!

Lovely lovely villas. Awesome hands-on host (Marino) who is literally there for you whenever you need him. He can arrange massages, transportation, meals, etc.

Only slight downside is that the villas can be hard to find. Need to travel down some dirt roads to get there.

Mauritous is definitely a stunning place and Marino created his own heaven there. Comfortable, cozy villas with small garden gives privacy - small heaven. We had received not only a great accommodation. Marino was amazing host - was guiding and supporting us wherever we needed. Offered espresso every morning :-)
