The house was very clean and spacious. The host was awesome and offered the guests with a gift basket upon check-in which was very nice and thoughtful.

There are no street lights where the house is located and we have to be back before it's getting dark as we didn't have a car. Secondly, we didn't expect to pay a cleaning fee when making reservation on booking.com which wasn't clearly advertised. It's only when paying for the reservation that I noticed the cleaning fee was added.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Grand Baie, Mauritius. The villa was fantastic and honestly exceeded our expectations in every way. It was even more spacious than the photos suggested, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed, while still giving us complete privacy. Their kindness really stood out throughout our stay. We were also warmly welcomed with a thoughtful arrival basket, which was such a lovely touch after our journey. At the end of our stay, they surprised us again with a small leaving gift, which was very much appreciated. Overall, everything was seamless and stress-free from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Mauritius. We would gladly return again!

L’environnement immédiat (déchetterie sur le chemin de la résidence, chemin en terre non éclairé). Nous avons évité de rentrer après la tombée de la nuit. Le jardin, que nous pensions privatif, est un lieu de passage, le personnel d’entretien des jardins vient s’abriter de la pluie devant la baie vitrée du salon.

Location is good, a quick walk to the shops, bank, restaurants, travel agents, car rental, bazaar as well as Super U. Except when it rains, the road becomes a bit muddy, best to drive then but as rain is unpredicatable, we were caught in the muddy areas a few times.

Perhaps a bit of an upgrade is needed with crockery i.e. coffee mugs and cereal bowls. We were 4 ppl and had to make turns eating cereal in the mornings. Plse also check out the aircon in bedroom 3, not at all as effective as the other aircons in the rest of the house.

Beautiful clean villa within walking distance to all Grand Baie has to offer. Our host Pablo was amazing equipping us with all the information we needed for a fantastic stay - great restaurants, hiking, waterfalls etc. Welcome basket of goodies upon arrival and a gift on departure. Highly recommended

Great location made it easy to go about even without a car added value to the overall experience.. Closed to the beach/supermarket and shop and easy access to local buses. Everything within walking distance. The owner was very proactive and professional and the staff was very friendly. All I'll definitely book this place again

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen, modernen Villa in Grand Bay. Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch makellos sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es gibt viel Platz, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt und alles seinen Raum hat – ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight waren jedoch die Gastgeber: unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und gastfreundlich. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einem liebevoll zusammengestellten Willkommenskörbchen begrüßt. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben sie uns sogar mit typischen mauritischen Früchten überrascht – eine tolle, sehr persönliche Geste. Zum Abschied kam der Gastgeber noch einmal persönlich vorbei und brachte uns ein kleines Präsent-Säckchen mit, was uns sehr berührt hat. Man merkt einfach, wie viel Wert hier auf das Wohl der Gäste gelegt wird. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Diese Villa und die Gastgeber können wir von Herzen weiterempfehlen – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Un séjour parfait ! Nous n'avons manqué de rien. De plus la situation géographique de la villa est idéale, proche de Super U, des arrêts de bus, des commerces et de la plage. Nous avons pu tout faire à pieds. Merci aux hôtes pour la qualité de leur accueil.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The house is amazing, very warm and cozy. It's close to restaurants and the beach. We could easily live there all year long! The hosts were extremely dedicated and patient, with non-stop recommendations. We certainly recommend it to anyone going to Mauritius!

Pablo ist ein super Gastgeber und ein sehr netter Mensch. Das Apartment ist sehr schön, zwar mit ein paar Abnutzungserscheinungen, aber trotzdem sehr angenehm auch für längere Aufenthalte. Der private Außenbereich sowie der Gemeinschaftspool sind ebenfalls gut. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, außerdem durften wir früher einchecken.

Die Apartmentanlage liegt zwar zentral in Grand Baie, allerdings ist die unmittelbare Umgebung nicht schön (Müll, Schlammpisten etc.). Aufgrund starker Bewölkung war zudem nicht genügend Sonne da, um das Wasser mehr als lauwarm zu erwärmen, was aber aufgrund der warmen Außentemperatur verkraftbar ist.

Pablo ist ein super Gastgeber - immer schnell erreichbar & stellt viele Infos zur Verfügung. Das Haus selber ist modern & stilvoll. Außerdem gehört zu dem Wohnkomplex ein Gemeinschaftspool, an dem man sich abkühlen kann. Das Zentrum von Grand Bay mit einigen Bars & Restaurants, sowie ein großer Supermarkt sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. An der Unterkunft gibt es einen Parkplatz.

Die Badezimmer hätten etwas sauberer sein können (Spritzer am Spiegel, Ränder in Dusche und Waschbecken). Außerdem wurde bei der Buchung noch ein Whirlpool im Garten beworben, den es leider nicht mehr gab.

Ubytováni bylo úžasné, perfektně vybavené včetně doplňků a wifi. Hostitel Pablo byl vštřícný, pohostinný a vždy rychle reagoval na naše dotazy a potřeby. Od počátku s ním byla dobrá komunikace přes WhatsApp a při osobním kontaktu byl velice milý. V rezidenci je také kryté parkoviště pro všechny apartmány a bazén pro ranní plavání. Ubytování má skvělou pozici v klidné části Grand Baie. Opravdu 5 min pěšky k vodě. Stačí projít ulici, na které je velký bazar, krámky se suvenýry a několik restaurací. Vyloženě koupací pláž je 15 minut pěšky. Také ostatní zaměstnanci rezidence byli milí, vstřícní a komunikativní jako ostatně všichni na Mauriciu. Vřele všem doporučujeme toto ubytování.

Le propriétaire Pablo très très accueillant, généreux, sympathique, proche et disponible. Le confort de l'appartement, immense, l'équipement hors pair, la jolie terrasse avec transats, le panier d'accueil et celui de départ, bref pratiquement TOUT. Nous le recommanderons à toutes nos relations.

La piste en terre qui mène à l'appartement est complètement défoncée et difficile à trouver dans le noir complet la nuit, mais ça, c'est la faute à Maurice... Le plan fourni par Pablo est inexploitable. Il faut D'ABORD aller sur la route qui longe la mer et ensuite laisser faire Google Maps. L'appartement est l'ancien logement du propriétaire, ce qui explique son confort et son équipement parfait, mais en contrepartie il montre bien sûr des traces d'usure. Le jacuzzi en panne. L'eau chaude longue à venir.

La casa es preciosa y cómoda. El propietario siempre ha sido muy amable.

Pablo is an excellent host who welcomed us warmly and he was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The villa is spacious and comfortable with a beautiful garden and a shared swimming pool. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The day before our departure Pablo visited us with goodbye gifts which was very kind of him. Thank you for everything.

One small improvement that could make the villa even more convenient would be adding some hooks or a rack to hang jackets near the door and clothes in the bedroom.

The property is stylish and is cared for by the owners and the cleaning team as if it were their own home. We wish we were able to stay longer. The welcome basket on arrival reflects the family feel to the care that the owners and cleaning team convey. Pablo quickly responded to any questions we had.

Superbe appartement en duplex, ultra moderne, très bien équipé avec puits de lumière. La place de stationnement est pratique ( il y a même une recharge électrique). Emplacement très proche des commerces. Pablo et Anishta sont particulièrement sympathiques,prévenants et accueillants. Nous reviendrons dès que nous le pourrons.

Il est très difficile de trouver un point négatif…le fond de la piscine est très glissant… à nettoyer…mais c’est l’hiver austral et donc pas la meilleure saison pour se baigner…donc pas bien gênant.

The villa was just perfect for our family with one baby and a three year old. It is very spacious, nicely decorated and has everything you need. Even the baby chair and a cot was provided. On top of that the host Pablo is very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome in this beautiful property. Would recommend it to everyone.

The rail of the stairs was a bit dangerous for the kids and maybe some blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be helpful.

Amazing host, Pablo constantly checked on us for any additional help we required. unit was perfectly kitted out with all that was required, we received a welcome basket with a bottle of wine and some goodies to get us started on our vacation and a little farewell gift from Pablo. Pablo also gave us a links to tourist spots, car hire, taxies and emergency services. The unit is close to all amenities, super U| for5 groceries, grand Baie bazaar for shopping and a short distance to the beach for swimming or boat tours. truly a home away from home

No fault of the host .....the dirt road and garbage around the area. Coming from a country that battles with the government sorting out infrastructure totally understand this scenario.

Pablo and Anishta are amazing hosts. They really put so much effort into comfort and your welcome. The villa is amazing, specious, clean, equipped with actually more you need for your stay during vacation and its located near all the shops and infrastructure. Not to mention especially Pablo put so much effort into giving us recommendations for restaurants and tours. Without him and his recommendations our trip wouldn’t been as near as much fun. I really recommend to stay at this beautiful villa with this amazing and honest hosts, cause they are wonderful people.

We had a great stay at this villa. The location is very convenient, close to the beach, shops, supermarket and restaurants - yet tucked away from the daily noises. It was quiet and peaceful. It has a cute little terrace and garden, which we enjoyed every morning. The house was clean and very well-kept. They also had just renovated both bathrooms which was nice. The house has a beautiful style and looks just like the pictures. The hosts were also great, they were always available for any questions. We highly recommend this property.

The road to the villa is a bit bumpy, but it is only for a short distance (100m). The host cannot do anything about it. But the closeness to the beach and everything else makes up for it.

The Hosts were fantastic and greeted us at the entrance with a welcome basket full of goodies. The rooms were perfect, spacious and house was stunning. Highly Recommend!!

Great amenities and great hosts

Everything was as expected.

Amazing property located in a quiet and residential area, very closed to the beach and shopping malls. Outstanding host that take care each detail in the Villa that makes us feel as at home.

Everything was perfect. The villa is very beautiful, spacious and even more beautiful than in pictures.Near the city center, very close to the public beach and restaurants. Anishta and Pablo are very welcoming and really nice people. Very responsive to all our needs. Before we got there we received a presentation with places to visit, restaurants and other useful details. We received even a present when we left. 10+ for them and for their villa. 100% recommendation to go there. We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect! The house is new and fully equipped. It was a pleasure to spend time on a terrace. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes just near the villa. There is also a super content parking area with a security guard. 2 amazing beaches are 5-7 minutes walk from the villa. More beautiful beaches may be reached by comfortable city buses. The owners of the villa, Pablo and Anishta, are very friendly and always ready to help as they live just next door. Separate thanks to Anishta’s guidebook, it’s really helpful! P.S. The soap in the shower impressed me a lot, the best I’ve ever used! :)
