Parait bien au premier abord mais apres quelques heures, nous remarquons les mauvais cotés de la villa: chambre non fermée entièrement, beaucoup d’insectes dont des cafards et geckos y pénètrent régulièrement, vetustée des installations, traces sur les draps, mauvaise odeur presente dans l’habitation.

Our stay at Umah Capung Sebatu Villas was perfect! With a pool, sunbed, bath and shower all overlooking the jungle, it was the perfect place to relax away from busier areas of Bali. Triana and her team were so lovely and friendly, with really quick and attentive service. The food and cocktails were so good, we ate at our villa or their restaurant overlooking the rice fields for most of our meals. There were also some great cafes, restaurants, a gym and temple in walking distance. I couldn't recommend them more! ❤️

Very authentic Balinese Villa. The view is absolutely amazing and having a private pool feels so luxurious. The staff was amazing! The bathroom outside. The pictures showed for our booking were different to and better than the actual one we stayed in. Also damage to the floor, making it uneven. Hot water didn’t work in the middle of the day.

Wunderschöne Villa genau wie auf den Bildern, traumhafter Pool mit Dschungelblick und Dschungelgeräuschen, superleckeres Frühstück was man jeden Tag neu wählen kann und alles schmeckt super. Auch das Essen was man zusätzlich bestellen kann ist einfach köstlich. Von Triana ganz zu schweigen, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, besser kann man nicht behandelt werden, auch vom Rest des Personals.

Este lugar es increíble, esta en un pueblo super tranquilo, perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Cerca de algunos templos y cascadas. La habitación era preciosa y cómoda, con mucha privacidad.Dormimos como bebes. El personal increíble, Triana nos trató de maravilla ,prepararon la habitación para nosotros super bonita. El desayuno muy bueno. También nos dimos un masaje en la habitación que nos encantó.

Ich denke perfekt für Pärchen in der Verliebtheitsphase, die Energie dort ist wirklich besonders. 🔥

From the very first moment we arrived, we felt at home. Triana, the owner and host of the villa, welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt a genuine connection. Throughout our stay, we were wonderfully looked after. Everything was perfectly prepared, the breakfasts were delicious, and we always felt that every detail mattered. We also arranged several trips with Putra, the driver who works with the villa, and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He is an outstanding guide, incredibly knowledgeable about Balinese history and culture, a fascinating storyteller, very friendly, and an excellent driver. If you stay here, definitely book your tours with him. The villa itself is absolutely stunning. It is peaceful and quiet, with a fantastic swimming pool and breathtaking views of the mountain. Waking up to spectacular sunrises, relaxing by the pool while listening to birds and the sounds of nature, and enjoying the calm atmosphere made our stay truly unforgettable. This is exactly how we imagined the essence of Bali. We were leaving with wonderful memories and will recommend this place to everyone. We already envy the future guests who will have the chance to experience this magical place. As a lovely surprise, Triana even gave us a thoughtful farewell gift on our last day. Villa was wonderful, in middle of nature. You can feel literally like in beutifull fairytale palace! Outdoor bath and toilet was an amazing addition! Something different! I recommend you to rent a scooter here also, was working perfect and we get all of the necessary stuff. Owner of the hotel was really lovely! We already miss her!!! 😭❤️😭 I'm fully recommend to stay here! Next time we will come to Bali we are for sure comming here! ❤️❤️❤️

Tout était parfait ! Un accueil incroyable, une chambre au cachet unique, merveilleusement belle et confortable où tout a été pensé avec amour et souci du détail ! Et que dire de la vue sur la jungle et de la piscine à débordement 🥰 Et que dire de Triana qui adore clairement ses clients et veut les traiter aux petits soins. Les déjeuners sont exquis, tous les repas pris là l’étaient et facile de louer un scooter en 2 minutes. C’est proche de pleins des belles choses à voir et en même temps, on se sent seuls au monde. Venez sans hésiter, on espère y revenir un jour !

Rien du tout, mais en arrivant, on était incertain car la réception est peu visible mais ne vous méprenez pas, la surprise vous attend en bas des marches 😉

Food was very good. Staff was very kind and sweet. Very homey feel. Triana was very kind and sweet.

We were informed that it was more of a nature feel but I think it should be important to note that hot water should be included as a precaution. First day a little bit of hot water and after that none at all. Note that shower is outside. We had to large (bigger than hands) geckos or lizards they tried to get them out no luck. The noise from that and no hot water, we left after 2 or 3 days from a 7 day booking.

The jungle view room has got to be the most gorgeous villa I have ever stayed in. Unbelievably beautiful. So secluded, private, well appointed. Mount Agung views right before your eyes from the pool. The host Triana and all of the staff were so wonderful and accomodating, I cant recommend it enough for a quiet getaway for some rest and recovery!

The surrounding area is still getting developed for tourism so it's worth noting that restaurants and cafes are largely attached to resorts and other hotels and mostly serve "western food" - if you want local Indonesian food, you'll need to hunt down the local warungs. They exist!

When you compare with the price/performance balance, it is really good! Staff were really welcoming and nice.

If you expect some modern comfort, you can find better options. This place is a bit too authentic.

Überragende Lage inmitten der Natur. Blick vom Balkon direkt in den Dschungel und auf den Agung Berg. Essen wird auf Wunsch in den Bungalow gebracht und man kann mit fantastischem Blick speisen. Alle sind super freundlich. Die Chefin spricht super Englisch und ist immer gut gelaunt. Der Bungalow hat einen Privatpool, einen privaten Garten und ein tolles Außenbad. Alles ist liebevoll angelegt

Super séjour dans cet hôtel 🌿 La chambre était très jolie avec une magnifique vue sur la jungle, très agréable et reposante. La patronne est vraiment aux petits soins, elle nous a fait sentir comme chez nous dès le premier instant. Toute l’équipe est accueillante, souriante et toujours prête à aider. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel et son personnel pour passer un séjour calme et agréable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir 🙏

Triana is an excellent host aswell as the rest of her staff who were really warm. Scenery was amazing and the breakfasts was great to have brought to you in your own villa. There is also some really nice local dining options walking distance from the villa. We booked for 3 nights and then decided to stay 1 more. Location is great because your away from the riff raff of central Ubud and can really take the jungle and villages in for what they are. On top of that the waterfalls in the area were less touristy which was a bonus. Triana can't do enough for you in terms of keeping busy and helping book activities etc for you, aswell as welcoming you into her family. Its a really good set up that I would recommend to anybody and would happily return.

Tout était tout simplement parfait, nous ne pouvions pas trouver mieux en termes d'emplacement, tout était à côté. Vous sortez et vous êtes directement dans les rizières. La beauté du lieu, la piscine privée, vue sur la jungle. Nous avons adoré leur petit déjeuner et leurs repas. Sans compter la gentillesse de Triana qu'on remercie énormément, c'était une super hôte qui nous a tout expliqué et était au petit soin. Vous pouvez aussi louer un scooter directement chez eux. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön mit Blick in den Jungle und einer entsprechenden Geräuschekulisse zum Einschlafen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Triana und wurden von ihr bei unserer Reiseplanung unterstützt. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Ein Highlight waren der Pool und das Außenbadezimmer.

Dépaysement total ! Logement en pleine nature dans un endroit calme et que dire de la propriétaire et des employés… une gentillesse incroyable ! Je conseil ce logement aux personnes qui aiment la nature, pas mal de bêtes (lézard grenouille etc..) dans le logement. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps …

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Capung Sebatu Villa. Triana umd ihre Familie sind sehr so liebevoll und nett. Die Aussicht vom Pool ist grossartig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den sehr angenehmen Aufenhalt.

Really enjoyed our stay at Umah Capung Sebatu, the management and staff were all super friendly (shout out to Triana) and the feeling of the villa was incredible. It’s away from the main road into Ubud so you don’t get much traffic noise. Breakfast was nice and they did offer halal for us too. The room as well as the pool were clean and there was AC in the room too.

We had some issues with the hot water in our villa but this was sorted by the staff when they were next in. It’s also a bit far from Ubud centre.

The room had a fantastic view of the jungle and volcano both from the pool, outside patio and from the bed. The property is a perfect relaxing getaway for those who want to get closer to nature. The outdoor bathroom is an awesome experience. The breakfast provided is excellent, I personally recommend the Indonesian! The villas are situated in a quiet village but there are great restaraunts in walking distance. However, the host (Triana) is what makes this stay exceptional. Triana is constantly available for booking trips, arranging travel and making your stay as comfortable as possible! Additionally, Triana arranged a driver for us for the day (Made Wardila) who was exceptional!

This was a very unforgettable experience. I had a pleasant day here. I felt like I was immersed in nature here, with fresh air, beautiful scenery, comfortable rooms and enthusiastic staff. We felt excellent service here. Our order didn't include breakfast, but we were given a very good breakfast. I really like this place. If there is a next time, I will definitely come here again.

The villas are clean, comfortable, and a fantastic space for relaxing with a gorgeous view. A little far from the chaos of Ubud, but easy enough to get there if you want to. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Triana is a wonderful host and makes sure you have everything you need during your stay. Don’t skip ordering breakfast, it’s fabulous!

Великолепно все, от и до. Приезжая на эту виллу вы можете не переживать, отдых состоится по полной. Владелица виллы вам в этом поможет, потрясающий человек и она и вся ее семья. Любой вопрос решался за минуту. Я выезжала из виллы каждый день и если бы не было этих людей рядом, мне пришлось бы ломать голову как и куда доехать. Но в данном случае, я просто отдыхала, пока все вопросы решались за меня, это большая редкость при активном отдыхе. Я очень довольна уровнем и качеством сервиса, гостеприимства и выбором именно этого места. Я советую это место всем и каждому, здесь тихо, спокойно и максимально комфортно, не было насекомых, каждый день проводится уборка. Я искренне люблю это место и всю семью с которой мне посчастливилось познакомиться

Quiet and private, nice pool and mountain views. Nice for a romantic stay if you are a couple. Can find some frogs and geckos around in your yard, close to the nature. Very special, recommended.

The breakfast taste can be improved although it looks good on pictures. Came cold even though we ordered in advance.

Quietness and surrounding jungle view of the property was really amazing. The rice paddy field is very close and few restaurants as well nearby within walking distance. We stayed at the villa for 5 days very happy with it, the stuff were very helpful.

Das Umah Capung liegt wunderschön neben Reisfeldern und außerhalb vom lautem Trubel, dafür aber in der schönen Natur mit seinen Tieren. Wer keine Tiere mag ist hier falsch. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Service hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen! Ich bin schon viel um die Welt gereist, aber eine solche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft habe ich noch nie erlebt. Von der Gastfamilie bis zum Servicepersonal war alles TOP! Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt. Wir haben immer in der Unterkunft gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Das Essen war super lecker. Auch zwei Massagen wurde für uns in der Villa organisiert. Wer möchte brauch die Villa auch gar nicht mehr zu verlassen, denn das Essen kann man sich auf das Zimmer liefern lassen. Wer mobil sein möchte kann sich direkt in der Unterkunft einen Roller leihen (mit Führerschein) und die Gegend erkunden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vor Ort wird auch ein Wäscheservice angeboten. Unsere Erwartungen in diesem Urlaub wurden mehr als übertroffen. Wir kommen wieder!

Bardzo urocze miejsce, polecamy każdemu kto chce odpocząć od zgiełku miasta. Widok na wulkan i dżungle zapiera dech w piersiach. Właścicielka Triana jest bardzo pomocną i przemiłą osobą. A chłopcy którzy tam pracują są bardzo uprzejmi i życzliwi. Śniadania bardzo smaczne. Gorąco polecamy!

Incredibly serene and tranquil. Took a while to get there by car but it was so worth it! The “city” of Sebatu is super close and walkable with lots to see and do. Such a beautifully maintained property with truly lovely staff. The food options were limited but delicious and meticulously prepared. I wish I could have stayed at Umah Capung longer!

We loved the location, walking distance to Pura Gunung Kawi Sebatu Temple and Ulu Penatu Waterfalls. Food was great (delicious chicken burger). The staff was amazing, they organised transport and they even looked after our baby while we were having massages in the room.

Nagyon kedves volt a szállásadó és az egész csapata. A hely csodálatos, igazi Balinéz hangulat. A Természet hangjai és ereje, tökeletes hely a kikapcsolódásra és feltöltődésre. A éttelek is nagyon finomak voltak, szívvel- lélekkel készítik azokat is. Ha tehetjük biztos visszatérünk.

Our stay at Capung was nothing short of spectacular. The location was perfect for us, away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud but so easy to get everywhere, and with a beautiful waterfall and fascinating temple within walking distance. Our room with a private pool was stunning and very clean, it was hard to leave to go and explore!! Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, helping us organise trips and transport with ease, as well as organising us massages in our room. They have managed to keep a more personal touch in a tourism industry that is booming and we felt like family not a customer. The food was also great, we opted for the included breakfast which had a fabulous choice, although we kept going back to the delicious smoothie bowls as our stand out favourites! I could not recommend this accommodation enough and if I ever come back to Bali I will stay here

3 gece kalmak için tercih ettik. Konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde. Otelden motor kiralayabiliyorsunuz. Sahibi her şeyde yardımcı oluyor çok tatlı biri. Kahvaltıları güzel akşam yemekleri için biz hep dışarıya çıktık. Doğayla iç içe bir yer olduğu için kurbağa böcek görmeniz olağan biz sorun etmedik ama sizin için önemliyse dikkat etmek gerek.

Perfect stay, nothing to complain.

Wir hatten 4 wundervolle Übernachtungen im Bungalow. Der Ausblick, der Pool, das Outdoor Badezimmer, diese Ruhe…. man fühlte ich wirklich wie im Dschungel. Die Anlage wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Frühstück war grandios….der Kaffee Latte köstlich. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets super lieb und freundlich. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und wurde frisch zubereitet. Die vor Ort gebuchte Massage war ein Traum und auch sehr zu empfehlen.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the view of the mountains and jungle was absolutely breathtaking. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We had an amazing stay here, it is a family run property & we felt very welcomed. Triana always went above & beyond to ensure we felt happy, comfortable and welcome throughout. The Villas are very beautiful & authentic, surrounded by Balinese wilderness & you can hear the sounds of the wildlife at night. Highly recommended and amazing value for money, with the location being just 10 mins drive from the main rice terraces & swings.

This was truly one of the most exceptional stays. Triana was an incredibly kind and helpful host, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room itself was stunning, overlooking the jungle and the rice fields. I honestly wanted to take all the bedroom furniture home with me, it was so beautiful. The coffee was delicious and the food was good. The surrounding area is breathtaking, ideal for anyone who wants to put on their walking shoes and has a sense of adventure and an appreciation for nature and beauty. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto pioggia per tutta la ns permanenza ma questo non ci ha impedito di usare la piscina e apprezzarla.
