Everything is great. The place is nice, clean and calm. Location is amazing. The view from all rooms is fantastic. Everything is very calming and relaxing. The host is very polite and welcoming as usual. This was not our first stay there and it sure won’t be the last.

The sea, the view, the quietness. The place is not far from the services. Mr. Omar (owner) is helpful, generous, and respectful. The place is clean and spacious. All data about the place was accurate.

It is spacious comfortable & clean and over looking the sea & the host is responsive and helpful All kitchen utilities was provided

The living area needed an air conditioner The refrigerator cooling was not cooling enough

The owner seems accomodating and easy to deal with. I liked being too close to the beach, about 10 meters away from sea water! If you open the windows in any bedroom you would think you are actually on the beach. The villa is very spacious the area is quiet and can be very relaxing. It is in the middle of no where yet mobile network reception was brilliant.

Ants and coacroches everywhere especially the toilets and the kitchen. I don't know if this is relevant but the plumbing smells terrible in all toilets and kitchen. Just running water in the sink/hand basin would resilt in aweful odors. There was a lot of dust in the villa especislly the master bedroom that was unpleasant to breath in (i have no relevant health condition) yet it was quite inconvenient for me,, and as my wife has asthma she struggled to sleep and had to up her medication. The satellite TV doesn't work due to bad signal, out of hundreds of channels only a couple worked, and they ain't the good ones. You must not go into the sea water without wearing sea shoes, you must also look out where you step as there are black spiky sea creatures everywhere that can easily penetrate your shoes.. The accommodation does not offer a washing machine. The living room does not have air conditioning. The beach has no services. The resort has no restaurants and the nearest is about 20km away! I paid EGP250 just for food delivery.

The villa is in a lovely location – peaceful, with nice views and a relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor area was enjoyable, and the general layout of the villa was nice.

Bathrooms were in very poor condition – old, not properly cleaned, and clearly not maintained for a long time. overall they felt unhygienic. It was disappointing because the rest of the villa has a lot of potential. If the bathrooms are renovated and properly taken care of, this could be a great place to stay. But in its current state, I wouldn’t return or recommend it to others.

Everything is exceptional and amazing. This is our second visit and for sure won't be the last. The host is really hospitable and welcoming, the villa is beautiful, clean and has amazing view and very easy access to the sea and the swimming pool.

The location of the villa at beach front is just exceptional! You can access the crystal waters 10 steps from the terrace.

For the price we were expecting a bit more services such as towels, shampoos and cleaning.

Everything was exceptional. The host is really welcoming and very organized. The place is fantastic and even more beautiful than in the photos. The Villa and surroundings are really calm, peaceful, and have very positive energy.

The resort needs more lights by the sea side at night. Also, some showers by the sea would be really helpful

The view from the Villa is stunning ... calm and peaceful area... we had a great time... Mr Omar, the host, is very helpful , he is good at fishing. I remember he gave us a fresh calimari, which was very tasty in barbecue... Also the beach is very nice and is keeping its very natural environment... poeple who do kite surfing will love the kite centre at the beach as well

It would be better to see some towel holders in the bathroom near to the shower...

Beautiful house right at the beach. Pool is very close and nice. You can go straight into the water and do snorkelling. There are very few people in the resort so you have a lot of quite time and the beach almost for yourself. We can definitely recommend the place.

No supermarket close by, but if you know it before you can arrange food beforehand. In addition you can get deliveries from the supermarket in Ras Sudr.

Location is perfect

Villa was not clean enough. Refrigerator was not working properly.our food was spoiled on the refrigerator which costed us more money .many lights was broken. Furniture need maintenance. Contact person didn't provide any solutions . Although he provided and extra bed for free. But we were very despointed with villa facility and cleaness.

it was spacious, so it fit all of the group , good location, great view, nice comfortable beds, and a nice place to chill with friends and family.. also the host is super nice and helpful :)

not the cleanest, no shampoo, towels, old used soap, we found a cockroach in the kitchen, used old stuff left from the owner in the fridge, broken glass in the table so it could hurt someone, but other than that it's a decent stay for a short getaway

The location of the place is spectacular, it's right on the beach with a private balkony to enjoy the view. The host was really nice and following up with us, the self check in was super easy, the interior was amazing, as well as comfortable.. Definitely visiting back soon!

Perhaps adding towels would be a good idea.

The view

No Ac in the main room. No bug net infront is of the terasse. Bathrooms very dirty and smelly. No wifi. On complaint host didn’t seem to care at all.

It was a great place to stay. The villa is well furnished with good taste. The perfect private spot relaxed atmosphere with a peaceful environment far away from crowds is what we enjoyed the most. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

There are no facilities in Gharnadel Village,like supermarkets .You have to drive 5 minutes to the nearest village to purchase food. The beach needs some clean and there are no guard. But that all was not a problem as I am looking for relaxation and avoiding crowds.

It was very peaceful, the view was wonderful.excellent for relaxation and having quality family time. The weather was wonderful and the sea was good. The host was really helpful

The view was amazing from everywhere in the villa. the villa is clean and minimal has all what you need.

A little maintenance for bathrooms and lightings and adding more details for convenience like extra room lights and beach chairs would elevate the experience. The village where the villa is located has no services so don’t expect much in terms of pool or facilities.

It is such a great house..with great location and exceptional view.. Omar is a very helpful and decent person.. the Ecole experience in ras sudr is amazing

The place is spacious and very comfortable. Almost every room has a fantastic view of the sea. It was so quiet and relaxing, we loved it there!

The beach is pretty rocky and in the morning the tide is wayyyyyyy down, so you can't really swim there.

The property is right on a beautiful beach. The house is expertly outfitted. make sure to bring your own towels and food as grocery stores are far away. The owner is super nice and very attentive. He brought us over fresh tomatoes from a nearby garden one morning. He’s so sweet!

My friend got locked in the bathroom upstairs but the owner answered the phone in the middle of the night to tell us where the key was so it worked out in the end.

Omar is a great hist. He is very friendly and supportive . The villa is very pretty, nicely furnished and the location is amazing. Everything is as shown in the pics. Would definitely go again

The villa location is exceptional just right on an amazing beach with a full and open sea view, It is spacious with indoor and outdoor adorable options including nice living room, terrace on the beach and a sea view rooftop that accommodate our big family comfortably. Moreover, the villa design and furniture is uniquely simple and charming and it’s a great value for the money. Finally, Omar our host was such a genuinely decent and helpful guy who was always around to make our vacation the best.
