العاملين بالمكان حلويين جدا وخصوصا مدير الريسيبشن استاذ محمد رجل اكثر من رائع ويستحق الشكر والاحترام هدوء المكان والاستجمام تحفه ومساحه الشاطئ وخصوصيه كل انسان عالشاطئ حلو وفريق الانيميشن روعه والاكل حلو ونضيف ومتنوع

اضافه الاضاءه وتوزيعها ونظافه الحمامات تتحسن اكتر والقضاء عالابراص والذباب وفوط الشاطئ متهالكه والاهتمام بالشازلونجات وعمل مصاعد خارجيه للادوار العاليه لسهوله حركه كبار السن وضع اتجاه وتحديد قبله الصلاه بالغرف بمكان واضح وسهل

Beyond hospitable staff. Patient, polite and greet you with a smile. Rooms and beach are great.

Loud music constantly playing at the beach. You have to negotiate with the restaurant staff to tone it down. Dinner is good but the dessert isn't the best so skip.

The sea is near from the room , view is great

Sometimes the electricity cutoff and this not from the hotel side , it is from the electricity service provider

The lagoon is amazing, and the stuff was helpful

Food has limited variations, dinner is not included for booking and when upgrading to include it you will pay more than other guests who didn’t reserve via booking

المكان جميل وهادي بس الشاطئ غير ممهد لاطفال بس تعامل الطقم رائع والفطار جميل والمكان هادي ونظيف

Perfect location for kite surfing. Breakfast and diner buffet were good quality.

Due to tides big lagoon no water at lowtide. high tide it is amazing. At low tide you are stuck in the small lagoon

the deep sea is very far away and the hotel sea is not good enough just a small lake Also the beds are very uncomfortable which caused lots of back pains.....

The hotel is very good for chilling when i go kite surfing is not available cuz the atmosphere and there is no air but overall all staff is good

يجب الاهتمام بتنوع المشروبات الساخنة و العصائر في العشاء و الفطار

معاملة الاستف و الريسبشن هايلة محترمين ومتعاونين جدا والأجواء كتير حلوة انصح بيه وأكيد مش آخر مرة بنكررها إن شا الله قريبا

staff very helpful room is clean

المخدات ناشفة جدا نظافة الفطار مش قد كدة ( خصوصا السلطة ) طلبت روم سيرفس 3 مرات عشان حد يجيلى الرسيفر مش شغال فيه ولا قناه تقريبا بليل مفيش اى حاجة ممكن تتشرب او تتاكل مفيش اى سيرفس موجودة

My second time here. Big thanks to a manager, Mr.Mohamed who resolved the issue between the receptionist and me. If not for him, I would not rate it this high. Peace and quiet. That's the description.

The cleaning guy would not clean the room He would just give me water and tea across the fence.Last time was much better.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. All of them starting from the receptionist to the restaurant Chefs. The room was very clean, as well as the beach.

Maybe the should invest in renovating the furniture.

Great Location, very friendly staff. Hotel itself is rather old, but offers everything you need. Kite station and kite spot is absolutely perfect.

It was empty as it was off season when I went but still it’s so taken care of and clean

Only the mattresses were a little bit rough didn’t give me the hotel mattresses feeling but I slept good anyways

酒店是一个海边有规模的度假村，前台工作人员服务热情周到，酒店房间干净整洁，早餐丰盛，种类多，早晨到海边转转是很惬意的事。

The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with any request. They truly go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. The chef was also very accommodating — you can approach him with special food requests, and he does his best to prepare exactly what you need.

When we arrived, the room was a bit dusty due to a recent sandstorm, and it seemed like it hadn’t been used for a little while. However, once we requested cleaning, the housekeeping team responded promptly and did an excellent job — the room was spotless afterwards.

I enjoyed my stay so much. It’s not the first time for me to visit Green Sudr. I always stay here with my family. My kids love the place. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.

Super freundliche und bemühte Leute. Bombastisches 3-gängiges Dinner zum Spottpreis. Sehr ruhig.

Heruntergekommene Anlage mit Baustellenbetrieb, wenn auch nicht in unserem Wohnumfeld, jedoch nicht ansprechend. Die Zufahrt Scheer zu finden und sehr unwegsam.

The hospitality was amazing, Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and cozy, a perfect gateway from the city. The food was great and the breakfast portion was big. The sea was really amazing.

Some facilities are old and need renovation. Not many activities to do,but that was suitable for relaxation seekers.

The place was quiet and pleasant, and the beach was beautiful. The reception staff were helpful.

The furniture was somewhat old, but there is a fair level of attention to cleanliness.

الغرفة نظيفة جدا , طاقم العمل محترم و خدوم و بشوشين جدا , منظر الشاطيء و البحر روعة , السفر كان في وقت لم يكن به ناس كثير لكن الفندق كان يعمل باهتمام , الافطار اوبن بوفيه كان جيدا , منظر البحر من شباك الغرفة كان ممتاز.

عدم وجود شامبو و بلسم و شاور جيل في الحمام , فقط صابون سائل.

ان المباني مش عليها ارقام فكل شوية اتوه واتلخبط فين الاوضة بس ديما في حد واقف بيسأل ويساعدك السرير مش مريح اوي المراتب ناشفة مش مريحة في النوم

There was hair the bed and the pillow next day there was hair in my dinner and first day only The wifi was working the rest if ym stay it was not working the reception was nit cooperative

They are awful at responding when contacting them by chat or by phone.

هناك اهتمام من الاستف و الغرفة نظيفة و كذلك المطعم نظيف رغم عدم تنوع منتجاته ولكن كلها معمولة بجودة عالية و طعم جيد

ضعف المساحات الخضراء وكذلك عدم الاهتمام بها و كذلك عدم الاهتمام بنظافة الشاطئ

المنتجع جميل والموظفين كانوا متعاوينين المنتجع يتبع الجيش يعني ادش وانت مرتاح نفسيا نسبة الامان فيه عالية جدا فيه مسبح وفيه عيون للسباحة الماي مو صافي لكنه عادي للسباحة وتقدر تروح للبحر مشي وانت داخل المنتجع بس بعيد شوية الفندق جميل بشكل عام

مافي شي قريب منك لازم تكون عندك سيارة
