We changed to 1 bedroom junior suite as family had finished their vacation. Again amazing suite with its own private pool . Whole complex immaculately maintained . Pedros and Antonia super helpful and friendly . Definitely need a car to access everything .

We stayed here for 10 days (couple with a 3yo). Everything was perfect. Location is ideal, 8min drive max to Afantou beach, seven springs is less than 15min away. Tsambika beach as well. All in the surroundings and less than 15min drive away. For the suite, everything is there if you want to cook basic meals or to have breakfast before heading out. Beds were comfy, rooms have enough storage space. Petro was super nice and professional. Communication through whatsapp was efficient as well. We would definitely come back here

Pour les personnes qui ne consomment pas d’alcool, nous avons trouvé qu’il n’y avait pas vraiment d’attention particulière. De même, nous aurions apprécié une petite attention pour les personnes séjournant dans l’établissement à l’occasion de leur anniversaire.

It was was great to have a pool almost in our room, great privacy from other people around, we had everything what we need to prepare our food and enjoy a stay. Also if you need any tous for kids in the pool, or you need umbrella for beach and snorkling equipment - you can take and use it (sharing is caring). Owners are super nice and helpful, what ever we asked - reaction was super quick.

Antonia and Petros were amazing hosts. The village was beautiful and clean, pools were wonderful, and the pool cleaning man was also an extremely friendly face in the mornings. Everything you need is here and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was accessible, but a hire car is a must, but once again, Antonia was quick and efficient at organising this. We will be back, this was a wonderful stay, and we loved our villa and all the team there.

The place has a great view from the pool and the living room area. The appartment was cozy. The staff was kind. There are beach equipments in their storage what you can use for free (you can grab sun umbrellas, toys, etc at the reception area).

You need to have a car to get to the Villa and to go to the beach - it's not a bad or good thing if you know exactly where you're goin'. The check-in and (mostly) the check-out was a little bit difficult and annoying. The pool filter system was loud, the walls are little bit thick.

Le logement ne ressemblait pas du tout à la photo. Quand on réserve il est indiqué que ce ne sera pas forcément cette villa mais quand même on est loin de la photo

The private pool. Massage/spa at the villa. Reception was so helpful in booking that for us. It was the best deep tissue massage we have had. Groceries delivered to your doorstep.

There could have been a vending machine to buy water, drinks from.

The property is spacious and equipped with everything you might need and the swimming pool is quite a perk to the overall experience.

The bathroom needs renovation as it is very outdated. There was low water pressure almost the entire vacation and that was a bit of a problem.

Justo antes de hacer el check in nos quisieron cobrar en efectivo 800€ de más por los niños menores de 4 años cuando ellos en sus condiciones especifican que ellos no pagan. Cuando pedimos explicaciones en el momento del check in nos dijeron que no nos dejaban alojarnos allí. Sin más explicación. Nos dejaron en la calle en pleno agosto al grupo entero con bebes. Booking intentaba llamarlos , ellos se negaron a cogerles el teléfono y mientras nuestros hijos en plena calle a 40°.

Privézwembad was prettig. •Goede uitvalsbasis om Rhodos te verkennen. •Vriendelijke communicatie met de eigenaar en receptie. •Mogelijkheid voor het stallen van de koffers bij de receptie.

De villa voldeed naar onze mening niet aan de verwachtingen die werden gewekt door de advertentie. De accommodatie werd aangeboden als een luxe vrijstaande villa met uitzicht op de bergen. In werkelijkheid was het uitzicht vanaf het terras grotendeels beperkt door een olijfboom en schutting. Daarnaast bleek de villa niet vrijstaand te zijn omdat er gasten boven ons verbleven. De staat van de villa vonden wij onvoldoende voor een accommodatie die als luxe wordt aangeboden. De keuken en badkamers waren duidelijk verouderd en vertoonden achterstallig onderhoud. We hebben onder andere te maken gehad met meerdere waterlekkages, scheef hangende kastjes, beschadigde afwerking en kabels die uit de muur staken. Tijdens ons verblijf zijn meerdere kakkerlakken in de villa aangetroffen. Na melding hiervan is er actie ondernomen, maar dit had een negatieve invloed op onze vakantiebeleving. Ook het zwembadgedeelte kwam niet overeen met de foto's in de advertentie. De luxe ligbedden en parasols op de foto's waren niet aanwezig. Daarnaast ontbraken zwembadvoorzieningen die wel werden getoond in de advertentie. Een van de overgebleven uitstekende delen rond het zwembad veroorzaakte zelfs een verwonding aan de voet van onze zoon. Na terugkomst hebben wij eerst rechtstreeks contact opgenomen met de accommodatie om onze ervaringen te bespreken voordat wij een review zouden plaatsen. Helaas heeft dit niet geleid tot een oplossing waar beide partijen zich in konden vinden. Wij hebben een mooie vakantie op Rhodos gehad, maar vinden dat de villa niet overeenkwam met de verwachtingen die werden gewekt door de beschrijving en foto's op de website.

We had a wonderful stay at this self-service villa. Although it is self-service, the property was very well managed by the team. Collecting the keys was very easy, even though we arrived late, and the instructions provided were clear and straightforward. The villa is ideally located, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Although we had a car, you could easily walk to the local shops, which are around a 10-minute walk away. The management team were also extremely helpful in arranging a rental car for us at a reasonable price. The option to drop the car off directly at the airport was particularly convenient.

הייתה תקלה באמבטיה, לדעתי כבר לפני שהגענו, ושלושה ימים היו צריכים לבוא ולטפל. למרות הטיפול המהיר הבעיה לא נפתרה. חוץ מזה כל פעם נתקלנו בג׳וקים בחדרים (מניח שהיה ריסוס כי הם פרפרו…)

Είχε υγρασία στους τοίχους Επίσης μας είπαν να μαζέψουμε τα σεντόνια , πράγμα ανεπίτρεπτο, δεν είχε χαρτί κουζίνας, ούτε μπουκάλι νερό δεν είχε.

Atvažiavus buvo įteiktas tik vienas ritinėlis tualetinio popieriaus ir po vieną mažą mėginuką šampūno, dušo gelio ir muilo. Visus reikmenis reikėjo pirkti patiems - šiukšlių maišus, kepimo popierių, tualetinį popierių, rankų muilą, indų ploviklį, popierinius rankšluosčius. Vonios kambaryje buvo pelėsio, apartamentuose nuolat buvo skruzdžių, kitų vabalų, tik paprašius nuodų pavyko šiek tiek nuo jų apsiginti. Kondicionieriai veikė neprognozuojamai, nustačius nedidelį oro srautą ir gana aukštą temperatūrą (24-26 laipsnius), pūsdavo tai smarkiau, tai silpniau, kas dienomis netrukdė, bet nakties metu šaltas oras pučiantis į veidus nebuvo malonu, vis pažadindavo, nes pabusdavome sušalę, arba sukaitę, nes staiga temperatūra pakildavo

De villa is sterk verouderd. Veel van de inventaris is zichtbaar versleten en op sommige plekken zelfs kapot. Vooral de oude, verkleurde en smoezelige ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn echt aan vervanging toe. Ook het badkamermeubel en verschillende afwerkingen laten duidelijk hun leeftijd zien. Daarnaast zat de badkamer vol met kleine badkamervliegjes. Hoewel de villa zelf schoon was, verwacht je voor dit geld simpelweg een veel beter onderhouden accommodatie. Daarnaast wordt er een exorbitant bedrag in rekening gebracht voor early check-in.

Gorąco polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka relaksu w pięknym otoczeniu. Z przyjemnością wystawiam ocenę 10/10 i chętnie tu wrócę. Personel był bardzo miły, uśmiechnięty i gotowy do pomocy w każdej sytuacji. Pokoje oraz teren wokół obiektu były utrzymane w nienagannej czystości.

Abbiamo amato pernottare qui! L'appartamento è bello e spazioso, ha ogni comfort, la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio sono molto belle e rilassanti, con un ottima vista.. ci sono lettini e ombrellone. La cucina è attrezzata di ogni cosa, forno, freezer, tostapane, microonde, piatti posate e bicchieri. C'è un Phone con diffusore, lavatrice, stendino, tavola e ferro da stiro. Non manca nulla!

Comprendo che è un appartamento e non un hotel, ma non avrete nessun servizio di pulizia camera o cambio lenzuola e asciugamani, in compenso però potete usare la lavatrice. Il servizio di cortesia appena entrati prevede però solo 2 piccoli flaconcini di shampoo e bagnoschiuma, 1 rotolo di carta igienica, 1 litro di acqua e 1 di vino di benvenuto. Diciamo che se ci fosse un secondo cambio di asciugamani e lenzuola può far migliorare la residenza li, o perlomeno delle pads o dei prodotti di cortesia per la lavatrice erano graditi, piuttosto che dover andare a comprare litri di detersivi che poi andranno buttati. L'ultimo giorno vanno tolte le lenzuola e messe in un sacco con gli asciugamani sporchi. L'unica cosa negativa invece della piscina è forse per chi interessa non il 100% della privacy in quanto ci sono delle piccole parti aperte comunicanti con le stanze e le piscine accanto.

А spacious and modern house for 10 people, more if the sofas are used. The kitchen has everything necessary. The pool and garden are nicely designed and are constantly taken care of. There are air cons everywhere, also big roller blinds that keeps away the sun. The owners are providing some free of charge umbrellas and children’s toys that can be used on the beach. There are lots of nice beaches and restaurants nearby.

Нo soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, nothing - you need to buy everything. The rooms downstairs are underground and it’s quite dark inside. There were lots of tiny crawling insects downstairs - something has to be done to get rid of them. The whole complex is right next to a busy road and there is no sidewalk so you practically can’t take a walk anywhere - you are bound to the car even for the closest destinations. There is no outside seating - only lounges around the pool.

We arrived late by night the key was at the door. I checked in in the morning and was warmed welcomed by Petros who was very helpful for everything we needed. The location is just the best! in center of everything, quiet and peaceful area. The pool is just amazing where you can relax and enjoy sitting on the loungers. I would definitely come back when I will visit rhodes again.

una struttura 4 stelle non può consegnare agli ospiti all'arrivo un - dicesi - un rotolo di carta igienica, due saponette da 5 grammi senza dotare il bagno di uno shampoo o di tutto ciò che serve per catalogarsi come struttura da 4 stelle. sul tavolo del soggiorno una tovaglia di plastica anni 50. una tv con segnale praticamente assente. dotata di lavatrice ma senza detersivo per la lavatrice. un solo set di asciugamani per una settimana: inammissibile. nessun cambio di lenzuola. la struttura è stata costruita bene ma la gestione lascia moltissimo a desiderare

Die Lage ist super und nah an vielen schönen Stränden. Die Unterkunft und die Anlage im allgemeinen ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Jede Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Pool, der für eine Abkühlung vor dem Frühstück oder nach dem Strand die optimale Größe hatte.

Ein vorzeitiger Check-In kostet eine extra Pauschale, auch wenn das Zimmer schon frei ist.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The swimming pool was fantastic and became the highlight of our vacation. Our kids absolutely loved it and spent hours swimming and having fun. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a memorable family getaway.

The only minor downside was that the shower water pressure was quite low. Other than that, everything was great, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Good location for local shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend a hire car as otherwise the walk to the main strip in Kolymbia is along a main busy road. Good, clean apartment and pool. This was our second time visiting, we stayed in a different apartment which was even better than the first time. Will definitely be returning again.

Δεν είχε τα βασικά προϊόντα στη κουζίνα ούτε καν αλατοπίπερο, δεν είχε τα βασικά στο μπάνιο. Μας είπαν να μαζέψουμε- ξεστρώσουμε εμείς τα σεντόνια και οτιδήποτε έχει γίνει χρήση. Πληρώνεις 150€ μόνο για την πισίνα όλα τα άλλα τα βρίσκεις και με 50€

Buvo užsakę "Ištaigingas liukso numeris su 2 miegamaisiais, privačiu baseinu ir vaizdu į kalnus" (apie 80 m2). Viduje buvo daug erdvės - 2 miegamieji bei svetainės erdvė su virtuve. Vilos įsikūrusios ant kalvos, tad atsiveria puikus vaizdas į kalnus bei jūrą tolumoje. Buvome su automobiliu, tad tiek restoranus, tiek lankytinas vietas pasiekti patogu. be automobilio būtų sudėtinga. Kambariai tvarkingi, švarūs. Kieme privatus baseinas ir atskiras džekuzi ( vanduo nešildomas, tik tiek, kiek įkaista nuo temperatūros). Atvykimo metu gavome lauknešėlį- vandens, vyno, 1 ritinėlį tualetinio, indaplovių kapsules 2 vnt.

Užsakant per Booking prie numerio aprašymo nebuvo būtent šios vilos vaizdo, tad kiek nusivyliau. Nes Jų nuotraukose pateikiamas ryškus mėlynas baseinas ir kitokia sodelio aplinka. O gavome kiek prastesnio vizualo vilą. Baldai, spintelės, gultai prie baseino jau yra gana pasidėvėję ir reikėtų juos atnaujinti. Vila viduje yra erdvi, tačiau išėjus į lauką nėra labai didelio privatumo- sėdint balkone apačioje matai aplinkinių vilų baseinus (nėra visai jauku). Dar nejaukiau būtų gyvenant vilose po apačia, kuomet esi apsuptas iš visų pusų. Atvykdami pasirūpinkite skalbimo priemonėmis, tualetiniu popieriumi( suteikiamas 1 vnt.- perspėjama, kad pabaigus nusipirktume patys). Nors yra visi kavos virimo prietaisai - nebuvo kavos nei 1 dienai. Virtuvėje jautėsi keistas kvapas.

Goeie prijs-kwaliteit. Ligt heerlijk rustig van de weg af op een heuvel, met eigen parkeerplek voor je huisje. Huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed werkende airco, eigen keukentje, goeie wifi. Eigen zwembad met terrasje en veel privacy was top. Op de laatste dag konden we nog onze koffers achter laten en douchen bij de receptie na een dagje strand. Vriendelijk personeel. Vooraf regelen ze veel via whatsapp, ter plekke zijn ze heel vriendelijk!

Badkamer had iets schoner gekund en rook wat muf. Verder niks op aan te merken!

המיקום קצת רחוק. מחוץ לכל מקום. חייבים רכב לכל דבר. כשפניתי לשאול על אטרקציה מסוימת שלא הצלחתי לברר אם היא עובדת במקום שיתקשרו לשם ויבדקו שלחו אותי להתקשר אעפ שלא הצלחתי לא הציעה להתקשר לשם ולבדוק. חבל.

La qualité des équipements n’est pas de qualité premium, nous avons dû contacter la réception à plusieurs reprises pour réparer, les appartements devraient être mieux contrôlé avant re location ( Check liste ), cependant l’équipe de dépannage est très dynamique.

Dostaliśmy pokój 201 z dużym basenem, 2 sypialniami, salonem. Cisza, spokój, cały dzień słońce na czystym basenie. W kuchni wszystko można było ugotować. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Dwa tarasy ze stołami i krzesłami. Cudowny pobyt. Biorąc ten nocleg należy mieć auto bo bez auta nigdzie się człowiek nie ruszy. Wille są na wzgórzu gdzie nie ma sklepów ani restauracji. Żeby gdzieś dojechać nie ma możliwości pójścia pieszo ruchliwa droga bez pobocza. Ręczniki, suszarka, ekspres do kawy przelewowy, shaker, żelazko na wyposażeniu.

Nie było tabletek do zmywarki, worków na śmieci, gąbki do mycia naczyń, ogólnie środków czystości. Myślę, że powinno to być na wyposażeniu. Wysoka cena za zbite szkło na wyposażeniu. Lepiej zaopatrzyć się w swoje plastikowe.

Dat je niet kon lopen naar kolymbia door de weg en er was geen voetpad. En er was geen ijs of drinken te koop je moet echt zelf gaan halen in Kolymbia

Öncelikle konumu beklemediğim kadar iyiydi. Gitmeden önce tereddütlerim vardı ama gidince ve birkaç gün geçince iyi ki bu konumdan bir ev kiralamışım dedim. Zira adanın en önemli destinasyonlarına araçla 5 ila 20 dakika arasında ulaşıyor olmak büyük rahatlıktı. Hem önemli sahillere (Kolombiya, Antony Quin, Tsambika, Faliraki) hem Old Town'a hem de Lindos'a kısa sürede ulaşmak gün içindeki tüm planların doğru işlemesini sağladı. Evin fiziki imkanları da yeterliydi. Hem dış mekan (havuz ve girişteki bahçe) hem iç mekan olarak temiz ve bakımlıydı. 4 yetişkin 1 çocuk konakladık. Evin mutfak donanımları tüm öğünlerde yemek hazırlamak için yeterliydi. İnternet bağlantısı da kesintisizdi. Evdeki elektronik eşyalar (klimalar, buzdolabı, çamaşır makinesi, kahve makinesi vs.) düzgün çalıştı. Çalışan personeller ihtiyaç duyduğumuzda güler yüzle destek oldular. Dağ manzaralı bir evde kaldığımız için yol gürültüsünü duymadık. Lindos yolunun kenarında olduğu için eve ulaşmak kolaydı.(Elbette kiralık araçla). 5 dakika mesafede büyük bir market olması da cabası.

Mutfakta kırılması muhtemel eşyaların üzerine (bardak, tabak, vs) euro karşılıklarının yazılmasını biraz garipsedim. Daha önce farklı ülkelerde birçok ev kiralamama rağmen ilk kez böyle bir uygulama gördüm.

אהבנו מאוד את המיקום, אזור שקט בין העיר לינדוס לרודוס על הציר של כביש 95, סופרמרקט במחירים מעולים וטברנה עם אוכל טעים וזול במרחק של 2 דקות נסיעה מהמתחם. המתחם שקט, קיבלנו חדר בקצה התחתון מבודד לגמרי עם נוף מדהים לים. הבריכה והגקוזי עשו את העבודה.

תקופת מונדיאל והטלווזיה בחדר לא הייתה עם ערוץ שניתן לצפות במשחקים.

מיקום טוב, וילה יחסית גדולה , יחס תמורה למחיר טוב, בריכה צמודה לוילה, חניה צמודה, מזגנים טובים, נוף מלא להר, המטבח יחסית מצויד בסדר , הוילה הייתה נקיה.

האחזקה לא הכי טובה, היו דברים שהתפרקו קצת ולא תוקנו, זמינות הצוות לא מלאה ושוטפת, לפעמים רשמנו להם ולא ענו, האינטרנט גרוע מאוד ולא זמין, מזרון קפיצים מאוד רך וכריות מאוד רכות.

קיבלנו וילה נהדרת נקיה, מטופחת חצר מפנקת עם בריכה וגקוזי בעל המקום איש מקסים וקשוב נענה בשמחה לכל הבקשות שלנו.

The location is excellent, close to all types of attractions, stunning view, very nice host, clean and enjoyable pool, highly recommended

The apartment is super clean and very comfortable. It had a great size and they were very accommodating, providing a cot and high chair for our toddler. The swimming pool is wonderful (actually there's two, a small one perfect for children and a bigger one). They were very nice and lent us free toys for the beach and a sun umbrella. It had everything you needed to cook. We really loved our stay.

It was a bit stressful to confirm that we could get the apartment with a separate bedroom as they can't confirm until you're there and with a toddler is not ideal. But they managed to be accommodating. The check in process needs some improvements as they sent me an external form and then asked me to send passport copies via WhatsApp again (which is not great as a way of sharing documents). We felt pillows could be better but they did share more when we asked them.

Great pool, great terrace, very comfortable beds, lot of towels, air conditioning, equiped kitchen (except big knife was missing). Just to know- must buy toilet papers shower gels, fish washing gels etc). It was nice to get free water bottles by arriving. Supermarket very close - just 3 minutes by car. You need a car if you stay at the village. Free wifi.

Well, sofa at living room could be bigger - wasnt able to sit 5 persons :) it was good foor sleeping (one kid), but not for watching Tv (5 persons), however there were chairs, but not as compy as sofa :)

Everything! The location, the villa was equiped for anything we needed. It was beutiful and peacful Perfect for a vacation but still feels like home

I would reccomend to change the lighting, it was a bit dark at night. And to add screen nets on all the windows especially the entrance door. But it did not ruin our stay!! We loved it and will come back to visit again, soon ❤️

Private pool, Overall a great stay!

Just a couple of small suggestions for improvement: the kitchen could use a bit more lighting, and it would be amazing if the host could provide at least one washing machine capsule and one dishwasher capsule. You can't buy them in such small quantities at the store, so having them ready for guests would make a huge difference.

We had a great stay and would happily come back. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a coffee machine, waffle maker, microwave, large fridge with freezer, pots, pans, and all the necessary utensils. Everything was very clean and well prepared on arrival, with fresh kitchen towels and even a new dish sponge. The private pool was a fantastic bonus. We also really appreciated that the resort offers many beach items free of charge, such as snorkeling masks, inflatable floats, and children’s sand toys. Bicycles were also available to borrow. The accommodation was clean, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the staff were friendly.

The only downside was the large number of ants. By the end of our stay, there were quite a few around the trash bin, and they eventually started appearing in other areas, including the bed. It seems the property is aware of the issue and trying to manage it, but it was still uncomfortable.

Ev çok iyi, konforlu. Tesisin sahibi çok güler yüzlü. Tesis konumu ideal, araçla denize bir kaç dakika mesafede.

Havuz biraz daha temiz olabilirdi. Seramikler kırıktı.

Siisti, rauhallinen paikka jossa sai nauttia rauhassa. Palvelu hyvää ja kaikki toimi loistavasti.

Struttura ben curata, con diversi appartamenti ma ognuno con la sua privacy. Piscina privata top. Posizione comoda lungo la statale ma solo per chi noleggia l'auto.

Che dovessi mettere in un sacco asciugamani e lenzuola utilizzati. Cucina dotata del minimo indispensabile.

Lokalizacja, przestrzeń, basen.

1) pulizia appartamento 2) rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo 3) finiture dell’appartamento eccellenti 4) zanzariere a tutte le finestre 5) bellissima piscina, pulita ogni mattina dal personale della struttura 6) posizione del villaggio eccellente per raggiungere i punti di maggior interesse in brevissimo tempo 7) supermercato ben fornito a meno di 5 minuti di macchina 8) a disposizione degli ospiti, ombrelloni e attrezzatura mare

1) Serranda della camera rotta, rimasta tale anche dopo segnalazione; 2) Luci della piscina mai accese la sera, anche dopo segnalazione, quindi non è stato possibile fare il bagno di sera 3) docce con pochissimo getto di acqua 4) stoviglie minime per 6 persone; 2 padelle e una pentola

Totull a decurs conform așteptărilor!Cazarea a fost f draguta,exact ca in poze si descriere.Am stat 11 nopți,părinți bunici si copil 6 ani.piscina curata,la jumatatea sejurului ni s a facut curat si schimbat lenjeriile si prosoapele.Noua ne a placut. Am avut si intimitate, liniște (noi am fost cei mai galagiosi probabil ,dar nu au existat reclamatii)😀 si an nimerit si vecini draguti. Chiar recomandam!

We really enjoyed the suit. It was calm and the private swimming pool was a plus. I can just recommend it.

The bed is comfortable and the pool is nice, kitchen is well equipped

Ants and bugs, everywhere, To receive our room only 2 hours earlier they requested 120 euros, the room was clean and ready, also the private pool, isn't so private its a split pool between rooms, basically a big pool, with "walls" to separate, I would say that the staff was nice enough to give us a suitcase, for free in the middle of the night. In my opinion the place is okay, if only not the bugs and some other annoying little thing its just alright 6.0/10 Ps. Bring your own toilet paper salt pepper and oil, there is none🙌

Privacy was great

Just slightly too far out of the way for walking to shops etc. was 15euro into the main town which wasn’t too bad

Great location, beautiful view, and has all the necessary home appliances. We felt almost at home. Close to the supermarket and the beach. Great and pleasant staff.

The water pressure in the bathroom is weak, but you can still take a shower. The pool light wasn't working.

Superīga villa, viss pieejams uz vietas, ļoti tīrs un viesmīlīga uzņemšana. Superīgs baseins ar skatu uz kalniem.
