Huoneen siisteys ei ollut parhaimmasta päästä, mutta hintatasoon nähden hyvä paikka.

The single bed for my son was to high. He actually fell out of bed in the middle of the night and hit his head on the corner of the draws. He cracked his head open and required medical assistance. He ended up having two stitches. We still had a good time even after this accident occurred

We had a suite with a private pool. It was really amazing and kids just loved it. Food was good and it was really clean everywhere. The evening entertainment was fun. We felt cared for. I highly remommend.

Entertainment by Ola was amazing and wonderful to see theres still greek staff members from when we visited 3 years ago. ❤️

Unfortunately the cleaning was basic as we hired the luxury villas,I was disappointed that they didnt sweep or mop the floors by our pool or our rooms,,or give us clean cups. And should be addressed to the claiming manager 🙄

La grandezza della Junior Suite, la comodità della piscina privata in comune, il materasso del letto matrimoniale comodissimo. La gentilezza del personale con una famiglia come la mia composta da 2 genitori e 3 figli piccoli... Buoni i buffet al ristorante Elia, sia a pranzo che a cena.

L'unica cosa che posso dire è che dovrebbero pulire un po' meglio sotto ai letti...

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Privat Pool das war super da 18 uhr der Pool schließt. Wir hatten unsere Ruhe und konnten super entspannen. Essen war gut es hat jeder etwas gefunden.

Massen an Müll mit den Plastik Bechern. Liegen am Pool recht wenig und immer besetzt. Strand durch die anderen Hotels 15 min zu Fuß drumherum laufen.

Zelo prijazen in ustrežljivi personal.

Objekti so zastareli in potrebni prenove. Hrana je bila vsak dan enaka in brez okusa. Sobe so čistili dnevno vendar bolj slabo. Brisače so menjevali kot se jim je zdelo in ko so jih zamenjali nisi vedel ali so čiste ali ne.

Mali sme izbu s bazenom, kupelna uz bola opotrebovana, matrace boli vylezane.

We chose to spend the extra on the sharing pool and that was brilliant. We loved it and it felt like a luxury, and those rooms had gorgeous comfy turquoise padded sun loungers too. The room Aircon was really effective. The location was great.

The food wasn't great. We could still find something to eat, but it was very repetitive.

Food one and the same every day, ac in the room not working, bathroom leaks, beach next hotel not working the nearest 15 min from the hotel.

We spent lovely family time in the appartment with private pool, 3 bedrooms, 6 people. The rooms were newly arranged, modern with all necessary fascilities. The sun beds, furniture, the bedrooms were comfortable. The food typical Greek and also continental popular dishes with variety of fruits and vegetables. A lot of drinks and icecreams available all day. There are Padel and Tennis fields to play. The animators are doing their best for the hotel guests to have fun and fitness activities all the time. 10/10 Best holidays!

Maybe just provide new towels and shampoo in the bathroom and kind of a cover between the villas and the street.

Great staff, delicious food, comfortable fascilities, we felt like Kardashians 😀 The villa was perfect, our family had a perfect time together, there was space for everyone and we had a lovely time.

J'ai aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel la proximité avec la ville et la plage , le buffet était très correct et variée , l'accueil , la bière les animateurs adorable (mention à Arthur ) la chance d avoir été en groupe et que cela nous suffise

Un hôtel sans entretiens , la piscine est très sale et douteuse , la musique beaucoup trop forte et sans interruptions TOUTE la journée , les nombreux coup de sifflet du maître nageur qui nous parle comme des chiens , aucun nettoyage de wc ni de salle de bain de tout le séjour hormis aspirateur et changement de draps . Le vin de table immonde Terrain de foot catastrophique et paddle 25€ la location . Vraiment pas un 4 étoiles européen .

Hotelli järjesti paljon ohjelmaa kaikenikäisille. Emme ehtineet viikossa läheskään kaikkea kokeilemaan. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Aterioilla oli niin paljon valinnanvaraa, että aina sai jotain uutta maisteltavaa. Osa ruoista oli saatavilla jokaisella aterialla. Lapsille oli aina tarjolla helppoja maistuvia ruokavaihtoehtoja. Välipalabaarin "jäätelökioski" kiva lasten mielestä. Huoneemme sijainti oli hyvä, pääsimme nopeasti altaille ja ravintolaan. Huone oli hiljattain remontoitu moderniksi. Memory foam- sängyt todella hyvät. Huonessa sadesuihku, seinä-wc, led-peili seinällä. Ilmastointilaite oli helposti säädeltävissä. Siivous toimi hyvin, kävivät yleensä aamupalan aikana, kun painoimme nappia: "please clean up". Muutenkin hotellin ja allasalueen siivous hoidettiin hyvin. Hengenpelastaja altailla hyvä, katsoi että lapset noudattivat sääntöjä. Vesiliukumäkiä koko perheen makuun. Hotellilta pääsi näppäräsi rannalle, kunhan ensin hoksasimme lyhyimmän reitin. Hotellin yhteydessä hyvin varusteltu pikkukauppa. Kylä oli mukavan rauhallinen elokuussa, jolloin saarella paljon turisteja.

Altailla soiva musiikki voisi olla monipuolisempaa. Nyt oli koko ajan nopeatempoista. Pyyhkeitä ei vaihdettu automaattisesti joka päivä, mitä aluksi ihmettelimme. Menivät neljällä hengellä helposti sekaisin samanvärisinä, kun ripustelimme kuivumaan parvekkeelle. Siivoojat ansaitsisivat vähän modernimmat välineet. Suihkua ei voinut pitää päällä kovalla paineella, koska viemäri ei vetänyt tarpeeksi nopeasti -> tulva. Koska hotelli on melko iso, oli ruokasalissa välillä melkoinen ruuhka. Astioita tarpeeksi, lukuunottamatta pieniä kulhoja.

Le buffet n’était pas à la hauteur des photos sur les réseaux, et les joins de douche étaient moisi , l’hôtel mériterait d’être mieux entretenu, mais le ménage était bien fait

The Shared Pool option was great and is a must as the main pool is open from 10am-6pm **Would advise anyone to book a private or shared pool room.** The room itself was upto a good standard, comfy beds and spacious as a family of 5. Very close to the beach once you figure out the shortcut (Path through a different hotel) Kids Club - The lady running kids club was fantastic, the kids loved her. Even my 13 year old daughter wanted to join in towards the end of the holiday. Dining staff were great, very efficient and helpful. 24 Hour reception, the guy who ran reception at night was really friendly and helpful

The main pool area- Not enough Sunbeds for the amount of people staying in the hotel. Some residents were leaving there towels on the sunbeds when the pool closed at 6pm ready for the next day which limited sunbed options. The pool area itself is a lot smaller than the pictures suggest. Food is passable but repetitive, themed nights were pretty limited options. Breakfast was good. Snack Bar - As previous reviews have stated, The snack bar is very limited. A few pastries and some sandwiches along with ice cream but that’s about it. We knew this before booking here though but would have been nicer to have better food options at the snack bar. Entertainment - Again it seems like previous reviews mentioned someone called Mikey who made the holiday. I presume Mikey has gone as there were 2-3 Eastern European Girls doing the entertainment. Which mainly revolved around alcoholic drinking games day and night. The best entertainment night was on a Thursday where the animation team had a day off and they had a stage set up with 2 people singing and playing the guitar - Was much better.

Wij hadden een suite met gedeeld zwembad omdat wij een verschrikkelijke hekel hebben aan mensen die een bedje bij het zwembad toe eigenen, beste keuze geweest die we hebben gemaakt en was ons de hogere prijs zeker waard. All inclusive bij Delfinia is ons goed bevallen, de drankjes hebben een lager alcohol percentage waardoor er geen enkele gast vervelend werd of dronken was. Wat ons ook beviel was Kolymbia: rustig. Tuurlijk kan je een barretje of restaurantje opzoeken in de hoofdstraat, maar het is gelukkig geen Faliraki waar je tot in de kleine uurtjes kan feesten.

Het idee van de suite was dat de kinderen, zoals op de foto's en op plattegronden ter plaatste, apart van ons zouden slapen of tenminste een scheidingswand. Zoon sliep idd achter een wandje, maar dochter sliep pal naast ons. Schoonmaak kwam netjes iedere dag langs. Gezien de water tekorten, hebben we onze handdoeken niet dagelijks laten vervangen. Alleen wanneer we ze wel wilden vervangen, werden de gebruikte handdoeken wel meegenomen, maar werden er niet altijd nieuwe/schone achtergelaten. 1e keer handdoeken bij de receptie gehaald, 2e keer waren er helemaal geen handdoeken meer beschikbaar (!) en 3e keer werden er alsnog handdoeken gebracht. We begrijpen dat de schoonmaak meerdere kamers moeten doen en een bepaalde tijd per kamer hebben, maar handdoeken moet toch gewoon een standaard check zijn.

Byliśmy w maju i pobyt uważamy za bardzo udany. Pokój był duży i czysty, a co ważne – sprzątany codziennie. Jedzenie dobre. Na miejscu organizują naprawdę fajne animacje. Jeśli ktoś ma auto, to pod hotelem jest spory, darmowy parking. Największe pozytywne zaskoczenie to polska obsługa w recepcji, wszystko dało się łatwo załatwić. Krótko mówiąc: polecam!

Jedyna rzecz, do której mógłbym się przyczepić to ogólna czystość w samym hotelu, przydałoby się dbać o to z trochę większą starannością.

Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo, ottima accoglienza e disponibilità. Abbiamo ricevuto un buon upgrade della camera che ha reso il soggiorno in qualcosa di indimenticabile. Piscine molto variegate per tutte le età.

Le camere a piano terra richiedono un po più di attenzione per gli insetti e sarebbe fantastico avere il bar della piscina aperto anche in orario serale (fino alle 22) per poter bere un drink e chiacchierare a bordo piscina.

Łóżka dla dzieci mogłyby być normalnych rozmiarów, bo nastolatki nie mieszczą się 🙂 Mrówki też nas odwiedzały. Drzwi prysznicowe sami naprawiliśmy

Jedzenie i monotonia a bylismy tam tylko 3 dni.Snack bar porazka.Ale bar z alkoholem na duzy plus drinki smaczne piwo naprawdę ok.

Niedrogi hotelik z animacjami i wszystkim co potrzeba na podstawowym poziomie. Codziennie od 10:00 odbywały się animacje, można było poćwiczyć, pograć w różne gry, a wieczorem się pośmiać i potańczyć. Animatorzy fajni, sprawili, że pobyt minął nam błyskawicznie. Jedzenie ok, drinki ok, piwo ok, ogólnie wszystko dobre, bez żadnych cudów, ale też bez wielkich wtop, pokój codziennie sprzątany. Duży basen ze zjeżdżalniami, dość głęboki, fajny do gry w waterpolo. Animatorzy jak i moja rodzinka z zacięciem sportowym, więc trafiła kosa na kamień i codziennie na waterpolo było co robić :) Pozdrowienia Dla Theo, Markety i Mike-iego. Gdyby nie animacje to byśmy padli z nudów i upału. Mike potrafi rozbawić ludzi, daje też fajne show z tłuczonym szkłem. W hotelu mnóstwo Polaków i Czechów, dzięki czemu atmosfera jest wesoła, ludzie się bawią, leci polska muzyka do której można potańczyć i pośpiewać. Lody dostępne praktycznie cały dzień, do kolacji można sobie nalać białego, czerwonego lub musującego wina z butelki, 1-2x w tygodniu owoce morza.

Pokoik dla naszej 5-os rodziny był trochę ciasny, a jedno dziecko spało na łóżku polowym, kiepsko przemyślana łazienka bez okna, niestety na łazienkowej ściance był za łóżkiem grzyb. Przestrzeń hotelowa dość mocno zabetonowana, często kolejka do baru basenowego/na szczęście był też drugi bar, trochę dalej/, animacje mocno powtarzalne, wieczorne show bardziej improwizowane, niż przygotowane. Codzienna sprzedaż koszulek hotelowych też była dla nas nowym zjawiskiem, ale w okolicznych hotelach widzieliśmy tę samą praktykę, sądząc po zainteresowaniu wielu osobom koszulki przypasowały do gustu. Dość krótko czynny bar, bo punkt 23:00 zamykany, jak by ktoś chciał posiedzieć, to raczej ze swoimi napojami, przez dzień kolejka do baru przy basenie, wieczorem podczas animacji długa kolejka do baru przy scenie, okolica hotelu nieco zaniedbana, do plaży ok 15min, nie za blisko. Woda w kranie i barach była niesmaczna, pachniała pleśnią, pierwszy raz na all musieliśmy kupować wodę pitną w sklepie. Sytuację ratował lód, który był dostarczany w workach i po roztopieniu smakował ok. Co wieczór też podczas animacji zalatywało kanalizacją, pewnie przepompowywano szambo... W barze przy scenie śmierdziało rozlanymi napojami. Słabe boisko do siatki i nogi, patyki i kamienie w piachu, zero cienia, jak się chciało pograć w ping-ponga, to trzeba było samemu sobie kupić sprzęt, bo ten hotelowy był zgubiony albo zepsuty.

Det beste med dette overnattingsstedet var familiebil med tilgang til nesten privat basseng.

Hadde det ikke vært for tilgang til eget basseng i tilknytning til leiligheten hadde dette blitt en dårlig opplevelse. Svært mye bråk i fellesområder og sure badevakter (med unntak av Mickey!). Veldig ensformig og dårlig mat, elendig snackbar (kun søtt) og svært dårlig drinker / drikke. Man fikk ikke engang bobler foruten til middag med 7% alkohol. Hotellrom med masse små maur og ene dagen fikk vi ikke engang renhold. Jeg ville aldri reist tilbake hit!

För oss som inte behöver så mycke ytor var det lagomt stort. Tyckte maten och frukosten var väldigt bra. Bra med gratis parkering nära för oss som hyrt bil. Trevlig personal.

Städningen hade kunnat vara bättre, både i rummen och i trappuppgångar. Ljudet vid poolen var för högt då de bara hade en högtalare som riktades rakt mot barnpoolen, kunde inte ens prata med min son när vi badade. Borde investeras i ett bättre ljudsystem med fler högtalare så inte ljudet behöver vara så högt för att täcka hela området. "Lekparken" skulle behöva uppgraderas.

Мы взяли комнату с бассейном. Поэтому дети целый день и вечер были в воде. Горки для детей не большие но если дети постарше то не очень интересно. Персонал дружелюбный. all stuf nice cool outgoing friendly people.

Для детей кроме бассейна абсолютно нечего делать . Бассейн открыт на солнце нет никаких навесов солнечный удар обеспечен. Есть один стол пинпонг нет ракеток нет мячиков. Стол снукер за деньги. there is no WI FI

Gjestene og lydnivået! Støynivået ved basseng og ellers. Svært mange uhøflige, fulle gjester (ja håndklærne ligger på solsengene før frokost). Underholdning fra morgen til kveld med Max volum og svært lite variasjon. Slitsomt hvis du vil på avslapningsferie. Enkel mat med lite variasjon, helt ok. Vennlig og veldig service minded personale på alle områder.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were wonderful. Room is okay.

We ARRIVED LATE, so I asked in advance what option we can have to eat something. They promised to provide some sandwiches. When we arrived we only get a “sorry”, no sandwich. It is not funny at night with a 2-year old… SNACKs in all inclusive is a joke. Some sweets (too sweet), one poor sandwitch without any vegetable or fruit, and some awful icecream. We saw the General Manager every day at lunch time walking around the restaurant, preparing a sandwich for himself: man! that is what I call sandwich!! PLASTIC cups all around without proper selective waste collection. This is so annoying in 2026! Use reuseable plastic cups! If you compare this to the dirty beach nearby at the harbour (so many plastic waste in the water) it is so sad. POOL area is too noisy all day. Music all the time, loud animation. PLAYGROUND needs a renovation.

Hôtel bien situé, près de la Mer, pas loin de Rhodes ville. Animateurs très accueillants et disponibles.

Чисто; смачна і різноманітна їжа, кожен день страви інших кухонь світу; до моря всього 7 хв пішки; автобусна зупинка поряд з готелем, звідки можна добратися до Ліндоса і Родоса; розваги напротязі усього дня як для дорослих так і для дітей; дуже ввічливий персонал.

Єдиний мінус, але це очевидно, нема лежаків від нашого готелю на пляжі. Єдиний варіант, оплатити 50 євро і користуватися лежаками і баром готелю напротязі дня, який знаходиться одразу на березі.

We had an amazing stay at Delfinia Resort in Rhodes and would absolutely rate it 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and always available without being intrusive. A special thank you to Kristina at the reception, who was incredibly kind, patient, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She truly made our stay even more pleasant. The resort itself is very clean, well-maintained, and organized. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily, which made a big difference. The pool area is great, especially for families, and there’s always space to relax without feeling overcrowded. Food was varied and fresh, with plenty of options for everyone. The all-inclusive experience was definitely worth it. The location is also very convenient — close to the beach and easy to get around the island. What really stood out was the overall atmosphere: relaxed, safe, and enjoyable for both adults and kids. You can actually switch off and enjoy your holiday without stress. We truly had a great experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rhodes.

Villa great as had own space and pool but still use the facilites of hotel. It worked really well for us. Rooms clean and fairly modern. Beach not too far or too busy. Drink choices were good and never too long await at the bar.

No snacks (other than plain cheese sandwich or spinch/sausage rolls). Some food options ran out fairly early. Especially the sushi so we didnt all get some. Were told we could keep the room on last day for a charge but then changed their minds last minute and gave us 45 minutes to pack and get out. Wasnt ideal with young/disabled children. Had to pay deposit for towels (which is ok) but had to be cash, which we didnt have. Limited space to unpack, no wardrobe in main bedroom. Shower drains werent great and flooded the bathroom everytime you had a shower.

Θα τολμήσω να πω ότι το ξενοδοχείο είναι ανώτερο των προσδοκιών μας. Είμαστε όλοι πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Η τοποθεσία εύκολη πρόσβαση, το ξενοδοχείο παρείχε τα πάντα και το προσωπικό καλοσυνάτο, ιδιαίτερα τα δύο κορίτσια και αναφέρομαι στην Ερισα και την Δέσποινα που είναι πάντα με το χαμόγελο. Είμαστε σίγουροι ότι θα ξανά έρθουμε.

Προσπαθώ ανάμεσα στα θετικά να βρω κάτι αρνητικό αλλά δύσκολο. Προσωπικά το λίγο αρνητικό που βρίσκω είναι το θέμα του γλυκού επιδορπίου. Για τους Έλληνες είναι κάπως λιτό.

Jedzenie -smaczne lecz codziennie prawie to samo . Kiepski snack bar. Szkoda ,ze nie było lodów przy basenie tylko trzeba było przechodzić przez lobby.

Delfinia Resort to niezwykły hotel, który zdecydowanie spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Obsługa jest na najwyższym poziomie – na początku mieliśmy problem z pokojem, ale został on szybko i profesjonalnie rozwiązany, ku naszemu pełnemu zadowoleniu. To idealne miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi. Animatorzy od rana do późnego wieczora organizują fantastyczne gry i zabawy przy basenie, a dodatkową atrakcją było nawet karaoke. Dzięki temu każdy dzień był pełen świetnej atmosfery i dobrej zabawy. To jeden z nielicznych hoteli, w którym mieliśmy wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Jedzenie było bardzo smaczne, różnorodne i każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Na terenie całego obiektu panowała wzorowa czystość, a pokoje były codziennie dokładnie sprzątane. Jesteśmy mega zadowoleni z pobytu i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tu ponownie. Z całego serca polecamy Delfinia Resort!

Huoneenme olivat uima-altaan vierellä. Erinomainen sijainti paitsi, että animaatiotiimi soitti musiikkia järjettömän kovalla Oven kiinni pitäminenkään ei auttanut, että huoneessa olisi ollut rauhallista. Musiikki soi aamusta iltaan.

Rauhallinen sijainti. Kylä ja ranta melko lähellä. Uima-allas huoneen yhteydessä oli hieno.

Pölyä aurinkopedeillä terassilla. Iltaviihde ei kovin ihmeellistä.

Villa oli ensiluokkainen oma allas, kolme kerrosta, kolme kylpyhuonetta, allasjääkaappi ja jääaapit huoneissa. Siivous joka päivä ja ystävällinen siivooja.

Päähotellin allas pieni ahdas ja meluisa. Ohjelmat altaalla olivat intensiivisiä, konemusiikki soi kovaa allasjumppien aikana, huuto yms. Emme viettäneet aikaa lainkaan pääaltaalla. Ruoka oli pettymys ja snackbaarin tarjonta heikkoa. Olemme käyneet useissa 3-4 tähden all inclusive hotelleissa, mutta täällä snackbaarien tarjonta oli ruoan puolesta oli surkea. Ravintolan ruoka joinakin päivinä ihan ok, mutta pääosin ei vastannut odotuksia.

Vähän epäsiisti, ei ehkä neljän tähden arvoinen. Kuntosali surkea.

Great staff, clean rooms, food was basic but still good

The hotel is quite old, which I was aware of before arriving, but that does not excuse the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Our room had been cleaned poorly. The shower was covered with some kind of brown residue and smelled bad. I didn't want to investigate what it was. I had to go to the reception twice before the issue was properly addressed. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so the walls were stained. We had a small patio, but it seemed that the cleaning staff never even went there, as it was full of trash. The shared toilets were constantly dirty and, for some reason, could not be locked. One of the swimming pools had algae growing along the edge. Is it really that difficult to clean? The lack of cleanliness significantly spoiled our overall impression of the hotel.

On a adoré notre séjour. Tout le monde à l'hôtel été super gentil la chambre été simplement magnifique on avait une piscine communicante c été vraiment top. La seule chose c'est qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre séparé pour les enfants ont dormait tous dans la meme pièce du coup on avait pas de privacité.

V hotelu jsem byl už potřetí a bohužel naposledy. Jídlo se neuvěřitelně zhoršilo ( plasty v jídle, plesnivé věci) Velká škoda...... Určitě pokoje potřebují rekonstrukci ( pokoj s bazénem nebo rodinný pokoj) Recepce zaslouží pochvalu

Czystość w hotelu mogłaby być lepsza

Een prima accommodatie met airco en balkon op de schaduwzijde, ook een heerlijke regendouche, koelkast en nespresso apparaat, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel,een prima ontbijt, en qua drank en cocktails voor ieder wat wils, leuk zwembad, en elke avond een programma.

De bedden waren iets te stevig naar mijn smaak ( maar dat is persoonlijk) en de kussens iets te dun. Diner was wisselend, ene keer voldoende andere keer minder, we hadden gelukkig een auto tot onze beschikking en je kunt in de omgeving voor prima prijzen heerlijk eten.

Very good atmosphere at this hotel staff very friendly, entertainment was very good and more personal than other bigger hotels that we normally go to, especially mikey he's very good at running the show and making it fun for everyone. The staff are very friendly too, rooms could be better, we had a small room for 5 of us 2 adults and 3 kids but they changed it the next morning when we asked. The cleaning could have been better with the rooms. But overall the holiday was a nice and calm and the kids enjoyed it. Mikey Mikey is the man kept us entertained.

Bardzo miła i pomocna pani w recepcji mówiąca po polsku.Ogólnie jestem zadowolona,córka też. Jedzenie dobre,są też zjeżdżalnie do basenu.

Entertainment staff were exceptional. Great with the kids, great round the pool. The lifeguard was great, always smiling and never away from the pool area.

Jídlo bylo výborné,, některá jídla byla z ne úplně kvalitních polotovarů, ale většina jídel byla moc chutná. Skvělý gyros a grilovaná jídla výborná. Pokoj byl v pořádku - postele pohodlné, nové polštáře. Přátelský personál. Skvělá recepční, poradila se vším. Na pláže 14-16 minut pěšky a všude nádherné a čisté moře.

Některé vybavení resortu bylo ve velmi špatném stavu. Terasy většiny pokojů byly staré, špinavé, rezavé sušáky na prádlo. Okolí bazénů poničené a špinavé. Některá lehátka ve velmi špatném stavu. Sprchy u bazénu zcela nefunkční. Dětské hřiště v dezolátním až nebezpečném stavu. Piti v barech nebylo dobré, káva nepitelná. V hotelové restauraci byla o něco lepší.

I was very pleasantly surprised by it all. The staff were very nice, from the reception staff to the cooks and dining staff and the cleaners too. The reception staff are always happy and smiling and eager to please. They always knew who was next in line too as there were some people just trying to skip in. I got beach towels paid 20 euro and got my 20 euro back once I returned them. You can change everyday. I found the food excellent. A whole different range for everyone. The salad bar was great. The staff even asked if I was vegetarian and if there was something else that they could make for me. They noticed this even in their busiest times and took time out to ask. There weren't a lot of desserts but with the amount of foods on offer who needs extra desserts. You do however need to tell the young people that you're not finished with your meals if you go back up for something else like bread or salad as they will clear your table. I understand why they do that too. The room was very clean, as was the bed and very comfortable. The toilet was small and a bit dated but it had a bath and shower and everything you needed to do there. The cleaners were lovely and helpful too, they always got me coffee sashes when I asked and clean towels too. There is music of some sort on every night I think it's mostly karaoke. They had singers with guitars one night which were amazing. We sat on the balcony most nights and watched and listened. It does go off around midnight, which is good. I read the reviews before I came and I think you should come and try this hotel we did and loved it and we would definitely come back.

Just a suggestion. There are two coffee machines at the top end of the restaurant. I sat outside most days and always had coffee after or with meals and had to walk through the restaurant with hot coffee. That's fine but there are a lot of kids and people and dodging them and the tables can prove tricky. Perhaps a coffee machine could be strategically placed at the bottom end too. (Where they usually have bottles of wine)

Animatorzy bardzo wczuwają się w swoją pracę i potrafią zmotywować najbardziej leniwego urlopowicza do odrobiny ruchu :)
