Calm Villa

Good breakfast and delivered on time every day. Really close to the beach which was perfect also close to the Seminyak center (maybe 10-15 mins walk). Good value for the money

I absolutely loved everything about this property. My flight was delayed and i arrived way past midnight and someone was patiently waiting to receive me. The staff is super friendly, i felt completely safe and the villas have total privacy.

Everything!!! The fabulous helpful, friendly staff, the pool was amazing , I could keep out of it. Instant hot and cold, water cooler, fridge, beautiful bedroom and the most comfortable bed with lovely pillows. Great selection of English channels, and streaming. A little slice of paradise. Great location. for me for early morning walks before the heat. Gojeks or grab make it so easy to get around. Close to fabulous warung and breakfast places, Beach bars are nice and chill my favourite was Sukutara! And floating breakfast on my last day was a welcome treat! Would definitely recommend. A nice chill area with rice paddies, easy access to busy areas but without the hoardes of tourists

Clean /close to Beach and staff were excellent

Staff were friendly and the pools were a large size. The floating breakfast was a highlight!

Took a while for showers to heat up and personally could have been hotter but that’s personal preference :)

Quieter part of Seminyak on a quiet street. 7 minute walk to beach through back streets where there are good beach bars to watch the sunset. Villa was very clean and good facilities. Breakfast was great and Warung Jennings just down the street was excellent. We would stay here again.

Bit hard to get to other areas of Seminyak like Double beach due to traffic.

The bed was very comfortable and the layout flowed well. The furniture and style were modern and fresh. AC and fan worked well.

Weren't able to use the bath as the water wouldn't come out the faucet, it was leaking internally from the flexi hose beneath the tiles. Someone came out at 8pm to look at it, which is great but unfortunately, they weren't able to fix it so we couldn't have a bath for the one night that we stayed.

Loved this villa so much it was prefect for the 2 nights we stayed. Would have loved to stay longer. it was quiet and so relaxing

Was a little out of the way to get places ( was also our first time staying at Seminyak which could have been the problem as we didn’t know where to go)

Everyone is well organised and the service is great. The breakfast is a highlight. Rrally recommend. Close to the beach,only 7 min by foot. Great and quiet villa. Close to everything and still really calm. Great poll amd comfortable room.

We really enjoyed our stay here , the villa is very private and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The location is convenient close to good restaurants and a bit of nightlife, shopping and the beach.

We were happy with everything really . One thing that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower, it was quite weak and could be resolved fairly easily.

Отличная вилла, очень чистая и с очень приветливым персоналом. Даже было удивительно на сколько они милые. Завтраки хорошие хотя за 10 дней могут слегка надоесть. Пляж довольно близко, хотя дорога к нему так себе, но это уже не вина отеля. Очень тихо если вам не нравится шум и засыпать под музыку, то вам тут точно понравится.

Если придираться, то напищу два небольших минуса. Напор в душе слабый, то он есть, а то его нет. Кондиционер дул на кровать и приходилось кровать закрывать полотенцами, но в остальном все было супер.

Following the initial day of my stay, I requested housekeeping services. Regrettably, six packs of my cigarettes were stolen. I reported this incident to the reception, but I have not yet received a response.

Bath had little to no hot water, toilet was constantly blocked , shower would only warm up so much, tv remote didn’t work needed new batteries

Tout simplement exceptionnel, tout était parfait, très beau, très propre, ça correspond exactement à l'annonce et c'est bien privée. Nous avons adoré et reviendront ! Ne pas hésiter

J’ai aimé le fait que la chambre soit en haut et la piscine et cuisine en bas . Très facile d’accès , décoration magnifique. Un petit plus car j’ai oublié mon bracelet et un collier et l’établissement s’occupe de me les envoyer . Vraiment gentil . En tout cas c’était magnifique!

Die Unterkunft ist top. Sehr schlicht und Sauber gehalten. Es wird sehr gut erhalten. Der private Pool ist super.

Es ist etwas weit weg von dem City Center. Ist zwar an sehr ruhiger Lage, aber top geeignet um dem Alltag zu entfliehen.

The staff is very friendly. The villa is really nice with private pool, kitchen. A lot of space. The breakfast braught to the room every morning was delicious (a good choice of different plates available)

I didn't really like the surroundings. But it was raining a lot so maybe it would be different in Summer. Culturally not really interesting.

Loved our stay here! Perfect location, so much space in our rooms as well, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Originally we were in a villa where we could hear everything our neighbours were doing… I think this was more the neighbours fault as they were being very inconsiderate with their sound levels. I approached security and they immediately understood and went next door to tell the neighbours to be quiet (I had already knocked on their villa door and it stopped for a while but then the sound moved upstairs right next to our bedroom and I couldn’t take it anymore). The next morning we asked to move Villa and the staff were very understanding and let us move straight away and offered to help with anything else we may need. We really appreciate this as our neighbours had made our stay very uncomfortable for the first 2 nights. We had zero issues after moving to the more secluded villa :) Thankyou very much to your security and staff for being so helpful and making our stay more comfortable :)

Very friendly staff and very nice spacious villa. Breakfast was very good at an additional cost.

It could have been made clearer on their website that the bedroom was at the top of a steep flight of stairs. Also that apart from being able to order a great breakfast the remainder of the stay is self-contained or you go out to eat. This is also not clear on their website.

Had a truly amazing amazing stay the staff, the food for breakfast, the villa all truly truly truly incredible. I would absolutely stay again . But honestly the staff made our stay truly even more amazing !!

Everything was great, the staff were very friendly and everything was very clean. It's also a very large villa for two people, which makes you feel like you have plenty of space to enjoy the peace and quiet. Everything was wonderful, and the food was great too! 🥰

Location of the property was really prime and close to Kynd cafe. The swimming pool was bigger than most villa with private pools

The aircon had issues and maintenance of the property took days . Even after complaining about the facility they didn’t help with the aircon or provide a solution for it. The water pressure in bathrooms were super low. This was also raised several times. The staff was either only Balinese speaking or Bahasa speaking at the reception, so communication to get help was even more difficult. After informing the stay was for parents they gave a room which was further from the gate, which could be a maze to come out from and at least a 10min walk. Wouldn’t recommend if you are old they have no option to commute from the gate to the villas.

Great customer service - very kind, flexible and responsive staff (always available on WhatsApp). The location is great - close to all main attractions in Seminyak but on a quiet street with some cafes and nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The villa was clean and very quiet (no street noise), which was great. Great pool (half shaded) with a beautiful living area (kitchen and second toilet next to the pool). Loved the water tank with cool or hot filtered water always available. Spacious bedroom and bathroom with everything that we needed.

There was fogging done during our stay and the notice was too short (we were in the pool when the fogging was done). Came out of the pool to see that the fogging had been communicated via WhatsApp just 30 minutes earlier (did not see the message as we were in the pool). Had to run upstairs when we saw the pesticide fog come through the door.
